(College AU of UTDP) Shuichi Saihara's ultimate title at Hope's Peak Academy is something he feels he worked hard for. But the supporters of the other Ultimate Detective, Kyoko Kirigiri, have no intentions of letting another Ultimate Detective steal her thunder. Although Kyoko isn't hostile, it won't be easy to gain her trust either. Then again, Shuichi doesn't trust easily either.

Makoto Naegi is an ordinary boy living an ordinary life, but what no one knows is that he hides a secret which he at times turn into a creature resembling a CUTE mascot, which he tries to hide it until encountering an aspiring fashion model who blackmails him to help her search for a relative who happened to ruin her life. Thus Naegi and the girl formed a rocky partnership of sorts

A murder took place in which the latest victim is a 13-year old boy, and a very popular fashion model is suspected of being the culprit. Detective Kyoko Kirigiri begins an investigation while Makoto Naegi, an normal boy, is slowly swooned by Enoshima as he tries to investigate her after promising a friend to expose the murderer of the young boy, leading to a seductive escapade.

Based on the 1981-83 TV series The Greatest American Hero. Makoto Naegi is an ordinary teenager, and lives an ordinary life, but things changed as he is chosen to enrolled at Hope's Peak Academy, and he hoped that his new life would become "extraordinary". However, "luck" would change his life after encountering a UFO and gives him a "costume" that gives him "super powers".

Sometimes, the smallest of changes to the timeline could save or end the lives of millions. Kyoko and Makoto had a chance to make everything change; a chance to still have their friends with them; a chance to stop the Mastermind before their plans could come to fruition.
