CHAPTER TWO: THE SECRET LIVES OF THE DIGI-DESTINED....KARI
We barely escaped Davis's room without being caught, so now we're on to Kari's! With Tai's help, we got the apartment all to ourselves....First things first, I went to the closet....
I could not believe what I found.
"Those look like..."
"They are!"
"Kari's a hooker!"
We stared at the clothes in the closet. Kari, precious, sweet, little Kari was a whore...Everyone else left the room, afraid they would be the one to tell Tai about what we found, but I stuck around. I began to dig through her drawers to see what else I could find.
Apparently, when out doing her "job" Kari goes by the name "Lola." She has two major clients: some guy who remains unnamed, and you guessed it: Dai.
"This is so great!"
I began snapping pictures of the closet to put into a little newspaper of mine when I heard it.
"What the HELL are you doing?"
I turned around to find a very pissed off Kari staring back at me. I gave her a cheesy smile.
"Hi, I'm here on behave of the..."
"You were going through my stuff you bitch!"
"EEEE!!"
I ran passed Kari and out the door, panting. I guess Kari's not the sweet little angel we thought she was....
