This is the fourth installation of my All Bets Are Off series. I can't go into too much detail about the story here without giving it away. It continues to chronicle the lives of the 8 main characters as they prepare for their junior year at Zanarkand University. However, this summer an unforeseen event occurs that changes their lives.

Rikku has just joined Yuna's group of guardians, and is immediately attracted to the eldest of the group, the mysterious Sir Auron. Follow her through the rest of Yuna's pilgrimage as she tries to conquer her fears, as well as see how she deals with her feelings for Sir Auron and the advances of a certain evil maester.

Tidus decides to take a stroll while the others are resting up at the inn. He discovers a small island within the distance with a thin path of land that leads straight across from the water to it. Selkie Kunomi is a 24-year-old witch(only one-quarter) who lives with her family and helps her mother with her spells. While looking at a particular item, she gets sucked through a wormhole and ends up in the world of Spira and becomes the only female guardian for the summoner Braska. Can she do this while finding a way back home?

This story takes place 35 years prior to the events of Final Fantasy X. Our narrator is a guardian for the noble and humble Shinji, protecting him on his journey. Their world is filled with needless death and the group discovers there is more corruption and evil than they imagined. The end of their story is known but it must be told through their eyes.
