Hey everybody!
I was surprised and deeply touched by how successful Porsha Crystal: Love And Pain, Pride And Shame was, and I'm truly grateful to everyone that read and followed it the whole way through.
I was working on this story since I watched the second film in January 2022, and as my first major fanfic since returning from a 2-year COVID hiatus, it had by far the most detailed development process of any story I've ever written. So while I'm currently busy developing my next big Sing story, One Way Left To Go (which you can expect around mid-October) as well as a few other smaller stories, as a special treat I've decided to complete and share eight deleted scenes that could have potentially told radically different stories from the final version.
Many of the scenes and elements I scrapped while writing will be incorporated into future stories (including One Way Left To Go) but these eight are a showcase of ideas that I don't currently intend to revisit. Most of these scenes were taken from earlier drafts and directly contradict events and ideas from the finished fic (and the others I've written in the same timeline) so I don't consider them canon to my Sing continuity. But I still felt they'd be interesting for my fans to read, and get a better idea of how certain elements were added, changed or omitted while I was working on the story.
I will also be posting a Q/A chapter where I answer questions regarding my development process and my interpretation of things from the story (and the official continuity of the films). So if you're curious or confused about anything from my stories, feel free to ask in your reviews (and ask as many questions as you like), and I'll answer all of them in the final chapter.
