After Lancer accidentally hits Danny with his ecto weapon and injures him in class, Danny finds himself struggling with trying to explain what happened to his classmates and parents as the word spreads about the accident.

After many days of chaos, a whole week has passed in Amity Park with an anomalous zero ghost sightings. Danny gets suspicious of the lack of activity and decides to check out the Ghost Zone alone to see what exactly is going on.
