After Defeating Bane and Nyssa al Ghoul, Young Billionaire Bruce Wayne leaves Gotham. in order to protect the people he cares about, Later When Bruce boat arrives He started walking at a Pier in Europe.
"Alfred... I'm writing to let you know I'm okay" Bruce said
"and that you won't hear from me for some time."
"But I will return...When I know I'm able to protect the people I love." Bruce said
"When Gotham needs me... I will return" Bruce continued walking, behind him was a big wall on the other side was a big mountain with snow and houses on top.

City Hall Mayor James Office
Commissioner James Gordon with a Mustace and Harvey Bullock are having a meeting with Mayor James and he was holding a Newspaper that says GANGS UNDER SIEGE.
GORDON: It began a few weeks ago.
"Someone attacking the gangs downtown." Gordon said
"No deaths so far, at least."
"Hoods couldn't give a description, but, uh, they did mention a growing."
"A growling?" Mayor James said
"It's a rumor ignore it." Jim said
"Oswald Cobblepot gets out of Blackgate tomorrow."
"One theory is he's sending someone to put the fear of God into the underworld." the commissioner said
"and you choose this moment to hand in your resignation." the mayor ask
"I told you that months ago." Gordon replied
"That's not the point." he yelled "Look things are unstable. I-isn't there, uh, uh, some break in at a government warehouse that you guys haven't solved yet?" Mayor James ask
"Yeah, 'cause the Fed's won't tell us squat." Bullock Replied
"I'm not looking for excuses" he snapped
"Look... you mean something to this city."
"You can't quite."
"Not now."
"Because of Wayne Tower." Gordon replied
"Bruce Wayne is returning home for the first time in a decade for its opening." the mayor stated
"The New Wayne Tower represents hope for Gotham."
"So,yeah... I need you." Mayor James said
"Mayor James I told you I would stay until after the Wayne inaugural."
"Then I'm done." Jim said
"If you'll excuse me, I have a fund-raiser I have to get ready for."
"Good day gentlemen." the mayor leaves
BULLOCK: "Jim."
"I've had ten years, Harv."
"Its time for someone else to have a chance." Gordon
"And you wait for Bruce to come back to hang it up? That's a coincidence?"
"I'm late. I have to meet Barbara." Gordon said
"yeah. The queen of Gotham. tell me something why didn't I buy up half of Gotham on the cheep after reunification? Become a tycoon. Hmm? Give a kiss to the little one from Uncle Harv." Bullock said

the door opens as he left to go see Barbara Kean and his daugther Barbara Lee
[With Barbara Kean]
At the Construction of Barbara Kean, new building she's making. Barbara Lee, was looking at The New Wayne Tower. Threw a Glass Window, waiting for her Dad.
GORDAN:"Hey, slugger."
"Daddy!" Barbara Lee said
Barbara Lee runs to hug her father while Barbara Kean was talking to two Construction workers
"Just do it." Barbara kean said to one of the workers
"yes, ma'am." one of the work said
Barbara Kean started to walk towards Jim and his daugther
"Hi, sweetheart." Gordon said hugging is Daughter
"So... did yoh hear from Bruce?" Barbara Kean said to Jim
"No." Jim said
"Ten Years and not a word." she said
"But I'm assuming he'll be at the gala for Wayne Tower tomorrow."
"I want to see the look on his face when I tell him, in three months he won't have the tallest building in Gotham anymore."
"Hmm." She mumble
"Think he'll recognize you with that caterpiller on your top lip?"
Barbara Lee smiles at what her mother said at her fathers mustace
Barbara Kean Chuckles "okay, Munchkin, I love you."she kisses her daugther
"Don't let her stay up too late."

[Arkham Asylum]
Riddler was leaning against the wall behind a fence that separates him from the Arkham Guards Edward examined a Newspaper being read to one of the Arkham Guards
"Bruce is back." Nygma chuckles
"Big deal."
"I knew him."
"Back in the day."
"Save Gotham together."
the Guard turn to the next page where penguin is being released from Blackgate.
"Oswald's being freed?" Riddler gasp
The Guard hit the fence with his baton
"Hey! I've been here ten years! Ten years! I deserve to read the Newspaper you mouth breather!" growled
The guard hit his baton threw the fence and Edward sinisterly laughing at the guard's action until he turns around and discovers that another inmate is attempting to paint a disfigured and braindead
"Hey!"
"Hey!"
"Hey!" Riddler said as he took the brush from the inmate hands
"Do you know who that is?
"Jeremiah Valeska."
"And yeah... he's been a vegetable for a decade. Can't think. Can't feel. But he is a legend. And if you're gonna screw with a legend..." Riddler said Snapping the other inmates paintbrush in half stabbing Jeremiah in the leg with one part. after the inmates laugh
"...do it properly." Riddler chuckling "This never gets old." he chuckles
An alarm is set off in the asylum, leading to the Arkham guards entering the place that the inmates stayed at, with two guards approach Nygma.
"Hey,buddy, I got something for you." one of the guards said
With two of the guards putting a sack over Edward's head and escorting him out of the asylum, much to Edward's surprise and anger.
"Hey! What are you doing Where are you taking me?"
"Come on" the Guard said
a nurse enters removes the paintbrush from Jeremiah leg and wheels into his room.
"Out of the way." the Nurse said
[Gordon and Lee apartment]
LATER AT NIGHT LEE WAS WACTHING BARBARA LEE SLEEPING IN HER ROOM AND HEADS BACK TO GORDON WHO SHAVED HIS MUSTECE
"Whoa." Lee said
"Yup. It was time to admit it. I was trying something It didn't work." Jim said
Jim gave Lee a glass of wine"You liked it right?"
"totally" Lee said
"At least now Bruce will recognise you."
"Hmm. that's very funny." Jim said
"I wonder how much he's changed." Lee said
'Well, it's been ten years. I'd imagine a lot." Gordon said
"Well, we haven't. I'm still a doctor You're still a cop."
"Mm. Not For long."
"Are you having second thoughts about leaving? Well... I'm all for it. But I know how much this job means to you. And how much the city looks to you. It always has." Lee said
"Well, that's just it. I was hoping Gotham would outgrow me. But it hasn't exactly happened. No one's stepped forward." Jim said
"Well, maybe you need to step down to allow someone to step up." Gordon said

"Jim Gordon Clean-shaven man of leisure." Lee said she and Gordon (chuckles
"Ten years I wonder what Bruce will think of Selina. She's become quite the it girl around town." She said
[Gotham Museum of Antiquities]
At Gotham Museum of Antiquities a guard turn on the Museum security system and leaves then Selina Now goes by the Name Catwoman arrives she reveals the laser security system by using a smoke grenade and begins stealthily navigating through it until she reaches the Russifer Diamond in the center of the room and begins cutting the glass with her diamond tipped cat claws as as she is about to steal it, she senses someone watching her from the shadows but when she turns around, the figure is gone. She grabs the diamond and stealthily leaves through the security system. up on the roof Bruce Bruce dress as Dark figure Now going by the name Batman watches her and leaves.
[GCPD April 16]
THE NEXT DAY AT THE GCPD BULLOCK IS TALKING TO HARPER ABOUT NYGMA
"So they have no idea when Nygma actually escaped?" Harvey said
"He wasn't in his cell this morning. This is where the guard lives." Harper said handing him a paper of his home address "The one that didn't show for work."
"All right. I got it. Stay here in case something else comes in." Harvey said
"All right." she said
[Harvey arrives at the Guard's apartment]
Harvey arrives at the guard's home Harvey opens the door and enters his home
"GCPD." He said
the Guard came out of the corner grab his gun and punch his face and fell on the floor the guard points the gun at him
"No! Okay. Okay..." Harvey said
"Shut up! Talk to him." the guard said And pulls his phone out of his pocket
Harvey Catch the phone (grunting) "This is Detective Bullock." (breath trembling)
"You understand?" said the guard
"Oh, my God." Bullock said
"You understand what you have to do?" pointing the gun on his head
"Oh, my God." Harvey said
"I don't have a choice" he said and shot himself in the head blood splattered on a family picture of him and his wife son and daughter.
[GCPD Interrogation Room]
Later at the GCPD Gordon walk in the interrogation room to see Harvey sitting on a chair with his Hands on the table
"What the hell happened, Harvey?" Jim said
"What did Harper say?" Harvey said
"I want to hear it from you."
"We, uh, tracked down this Arkham guard we thought maybe helped Nygma escape. I shot him. End of story." Harvey replied
"You're confessing... to killing an unarmed suspect in cold blood." Gordon replied
"that's what happened. you got to let it go." he lied
"Harvey, I don't know if you think you're protecting yourself or someone else, but you need to change your story. Otherwise you're going to Blackgate. And you know what happens to cops in Blackgate." Gordon said to Bullock
"That's what happened. so let it go."Harvey told Gordon
Gordon walk out of the interrogation room cops where talking to each other until Gordon came out and everybody stop talking and was looking at him quietly
Gordon walk up to them "All right, first things first. Whoever here doesn't believe Harvey Bullock is innocent can leave right now." Gordon said to everyone and they where all quiet"Good."
"You think Nygma's behind this?" Harper sighs
"Maybe. But he's been inside Arkham for ten years. It's not like he suddenly decided to break out. He had help" Gordon Replied
"Penguin gets released today. you think?... " Alvarez ask
"Yeah. Put a tail on him. In the meantime, I want every other cop in this city on the hunt for Edward Nygma." Jim ordered
"We looked into the dead guard. He used to be associated with a Southside gang. Got an address. An old warehouse." Harper said
"All right. You and I will hit it. Rest of your orders. Let's go." Commissioner Gordon told them
[Unknown Location]
Following his escape, Edward finds himself in a strange and empty warehouse, sitting in a chair Edward gasp and remove the shack on his head panting.
(echoing): "Hello?! Anybody?! Anybody!"
Edward got up from his chair and being faced with a note on a case. after slowly picking up the note, he reads the note that appears to be from Oswald
"Dear Ed, my old friend. "Half of Gotham thinks you a madman. "The other half has forgotten you. It's time to remind them who the Riddler is."I've given you all you need. Follow the instructions. Oswald." Riddler read the note
As he opens the case and discovers the bombs, he evilly laughs "Oswald...what are you planning?"
[Blackgate]
Following his imprisonment,Cobblepot, despite the fall of his criminal empire, continued to retain his strong reputation within the criminal underworld and overtime. his long imprisonment caused him to gain amount of weight. It also appears that he began to smoke shortly before or during his prison sentence, as he kept a cigarette holder in his suit pocket. Eventually, Cobblepot's sentence comes to an abrupt as he exits Blackgate to the company of those who were still loyal to him before declaring to the press, who were pestering him over his intentions against Gordon.
"Mr.Cobblepot, what's the first thing you'll do as a free man?" a woman reporter said
"I will lay flowers on the grave of my beloved mother." Penguin said
"And what of Jim Gordon's role in your incarceration? Will you seek revenge?" a young man reporter said
the best revenge against Jim Gordon will be a life spent serving the city I love." Penguin replied
Cobblepot noticed that several spies were placed around the area by the GCPD and called out one of the journalist.
"What do you say, young man? How'd you like an exclusive?" Cobblepot told a reporter
"Yeah, sure." the young reporter said
"Yeah." Penguin said they both enter the limo
"your jacket and hat." Oswald said to the young man reporter
"What" the reporter said
"Now!" Penguin yelled as the reporter did what he said
[Abandoned Warehouse]
Later at Night Batman arrives at the warehouse and found dead bodies. he walk up to a table, he turn on a table lamp and found blueprints of Gotham city Cloaktower. The Gordon and Harper arrives opening and entering the warehouse door.
"GCPD!" Jim voice echoed
Batman heard them and disappeared into the shadows.
"GCPD." Gordon said again
"This is the place." Harper said as she and Gordon walk threw the warehouse and found dead bodies
HARPER: "Good God."
GORDON: "Did your lead say anything about this?"
"About a gangland bloodbath? No" she said
they started to walk around looking at the bodies and blood splattered at the walls and floor.
"What the hell is going on?" she ask
GORDON: "Someone's covering their tracks. there was a break-in in a government warehouse last week." he said looking at the bodies and saw military crates "Those crates have U.S. Army markings"
Then they heard a loud whoosh and clatter.
"Find the back stairs." he ordered Harper and she went for the back stairs
Gordon started walking to the front stairs
"GCPD" he yelled "I know You're here. Show yourself."
" I am not your enemy." Batman said in a DISTORTED VOICE as he whoosh away
Gordon started walking to look for him and he saw Harper arrives.
"Don't touch the bodies." Batman said
"Don't move!" Harper said pointing her gun at him
Batman threw a smoke pellet.
"Grenade!" Gordon yell as he and Harper took cover
Batman took his chance and escape by smashing threw a window and use his cape to Glide away. Gordon walk up to the window and see he is gone. And wonder who he is. later GCPD officers and Bomb squad came to check on the bodies.
HARPER: "Okay, thanks." She said talking to a officer and walked towards Jim.
"Bomb squad said the bodies were rigged with C-4. Whoever that was saved our lives. Suggesting... that he wasn't the one that killed them." she told him
"Could be he's hunting the same person we're hunting. whoever's really behind all this." he said
"You thinking he's on our side?" Harper ask
"Yeah, maybe. That C-4 Has to have been what was stolen from the government warehouse. Which means most of it's still missing." he said
An officer came to Jim "Just got a call. Mayor James vanished, and our tail lost Penguin." she told them
"Sir, what the hell is going on? First Nygma now Penguin." Harper ask
"Keep it simple. Imagine all that C-4." Gordon said looking at Wayne Tower threw a window " what's the biggest Target in Gotham right now? double security for tonight's event. I had to talk to Bruce Wayne and Alfred pennyworth." he told Harper
Gordon exits the warehouse and once Gordon return and entered his car penguin entered at the back of his car pointing a gun at him.
" hello, old friend. " Penguin said
" Oswald... " he said
"one more word, and I will put up bullet in you here and now." Oswald interrupted "Drive."
[The pier]
Gordon did what he said. Gordon drove Penguin went to the same Pier. Don Falcone ordered to shoot him.
"Oswald..." Jim said
"Don't talk!"Penguin interrupted
"Turn around" he ordered and Jim turn around
"Remember when we stood here, Jim all those years ago? Don Falcone wanted you to shoot me. You refused. Now don't you wish you had done it?" Penguin ask
"Everyone will know you did this." Jim said
"Let Them!" Oswald Laughs quietly "We both know that this has been a long time coming. Our story is... over, old friend." he said
"You want to kill me, fine. But there's no need to attack the Wayne gala." Gordon ask
"What are you talking about?" Penguin said puzzled
"Breaking Nygma out of Arkham. The attacks on the gangs. What do you think, you're gonna be able to destroy Wayne Tower and no one's gonna notice?" Jim said
"I don't know what you'retalking about" Cobblepot smirks " You and I stood shoulder to shoulder on those barricades ready to die for this city. Six Months Later, You locked me up like an animal! this begins and ends with you and me!"
"You're telling the truth." Jim said
Goodbye, Jim." Penguin cocks pistol "Turn around! "
"You know, you made a mistake bringing me out to this pier. Gordon said
"Don't talk!" Penguin yelled
"Or maybe you just have a short memory." he said diving into the water.
Penguin Gasp tried to shoot him but it was to late he shot at the water several times and screaming.
[Wayne Tower]
Later at the Wayne Gala music was playing and Alfred and everyone else was talking and looking at Bruce's model of New Gotham.
"So, this is Bruce's new Gotham. I like the old one." Alfred turned around when he heard someone behind him it was Selina.
"Selina? How wonderful to see you again. It's been far, far too long." he said
"Where is he?" Selina asking where Bruce is
"Well, I-I'm afraid travels abroad haven't increased Master Bruce's respect for punctuality, Miss Kyle." Alfred answered
"I came here to tell him to stop spying on me."She said
"I don't understand." he ask puzzled
"I was out the other night and I felt someone watching me. I know it was Bruce."Selina said
"Oh, I see, right, well, that makes perfect sense. so you com here tonight dressed to the nines to tell him that you want nothing to do with him. Is that the kind of gist of it?"
"He left, Alfred. Everything we went through, and one day he's just gone. He doesn't get to come back after ten years and act like nothing's happened."
"On this, we absolutely agree. I do, however, feel it might be something that you want to tell him yourself." Alfred said
"He needs to stay away." Selina said and leaves Alfred who was sad.
While Selina was walking too the back she stop and saw Nygma walking away.
"Nygma?" Selina says to herself and follow him until she ran into Barbara Keen.
BARBARA: " Well, look at you. I think Bruce is gonna regret being gone all these years." she said happily to she her
"Follow me." Selina told Barbara.
[With Nygma]
Riddler carries food on a platter, entering a room in the tower, where Mayor Aubrey James has his Hands tied up, his mouth ducktaped and a vest with a bomb to it.
NYGMA:" Credit to Bruce. He did not skimp on the caterers. Hungry?" Edward provoked the Mayor.
" Uh-uh." the Mayor muffled
" your loss." Riddler chuckles " Not long Now."
NEWSWOMAN: "Bruce Wayne's first public appearance in nearly a decade.
[Back at the party]
Later at the party Lee was looking for Jim.
"Lucius." Lee walk up to Lucius
"Lee. Heard about Harvey-- how is he? How's Jim?" Lucius said
"I don't know. I was hoping he would be here." Lee answered
"Ah." (Alfred clears throat) " Ladies and gentlemen. Uh, my name if Alfred Thaddeus Crane Pennyworth. And I'd very much like to welcome you on behalf of Wayne Enterprises and Bruce Wayne to the, uh, future... of Gotham.
[With Nygma]
(on TV): "As you know, ten years ago the battle..."
"Oh, come on. Where is that brat?" Nygma said disappointed
"Hello, Ed."
Edward aim his gun at her and being surprised by her new red hair color. As he lowers his gun.
"Barbara Kean. in red." he chuckles "Oh, no. Please tell me you are not here to stop me. Barbara... Do you even remember how amazing you used to be?" he said excited
"Honey, I'm still amazing."
Nygma chuckles
"I just made a choice."
"You made a choice. Some of us don't get to make choices. I'm The Riddler. And tonight Gotham will remember that." Nygma growled
"By blowing up this ding-dong? Didn't you do that already?" she ask
"It's a callback." he growled " I was waiting for Bruce to begin his speech. You know, come out, present a riddle. Only Bruce doesn't seem to want to show. So I think I'm gonna have to imp..." he was interrupted when Selina knocks him out from behind with a pipe, stopping him from blowing up the mayor.
Barbara sighs "Sorry, Ed. Not tonight."
[Back at the party]
Alfred was still giving he's speech.
"Wayne Enterprises will devote itself to making this future a reality."
Door bangs open.
"Lee." Lucius said getting her attention
(Alfred continues indistinctly)
"Jim." Lee saw Jim and many officers entering the room
"I'm fine. Evacuate the building. Get these people out of here."
"Help!" Mayor James yelled "Gordon! Help! Gordon!"
The crowd screams when they saw Mayor James wearing a vest with a bomb in it.
"Gordon, help! this lunatic. he kidnapped me again. He tried to blow me up. Again!"
"But we stopped him. You're welcome." Barbara said
"Take care of the mayor, please. Get that thing off of him." Jim ordered
"Excuse me." A cop said taking the mayor
His men took the mayor away to safety so they can take the vest off Gordon approach Nygma.
"There were four crates of C-4. Where are the rest?" Gordon ask Nygma
"That's all he gave me." Nygma answered
"He said Penguin Broke him out." Selina told him
"No. It wasn't Penguin. Get him out of there." Gordon said
"What?" A cop grab Nygma and takes him away " Hey! Get off me."
"Penguin not's just the patsy. He's not even the real threat. Which means there must be..."
Gordon turned around saw the table display model of Bruce's New Gotham. he walked towards it and look under and saw the rest of the C-4 already counting down to 4 minutes.
GORDON: "If this bomb goes off and Wayne Tower falls, it'll take out other buildings. A lot of people are gonna die. You all need to leave right now."
"So you can stay? Absolutely not." Lee refuses
"It's too late. We'd never get far enough away." Barbara said
"Ms. Kean is right; this stops right here." Alfred agreed
They all remain quiet for a moment.
"So how do we defuse it?" Gordon ask
"We'd have to sever the connectors to the detonator, but the bomber must have hidden it. The wires go up inside the model." Lucius replied
"It must be in one of the buildings." Alfred suggested
"I tracked down a gang today they had bomb-making materials pictures of buildings. one in particular: Gotham Clock Tower." Jim said
[With Nygma]
Riddler was being taken to an elevator by a GCPD officer,
"Let's go." the officer said to Nygma "In here." the cop said as they entered the elevator
the officer is knocked out by someone disguised as a GCPD officer, and grab Nygma.
"Wait, wait, wait."Nygma said to the man disgusted as a GCPD officer
[Back with Gordon and the others trying to defuse the bomb]
Gordon and Lucius begin removing the Gotham Clock Tower and saw the detonator.
"Wait. This particular detonator has a gyroscope. Which means someone will have to hold it up and steady while you detach the wires from below." Lucius informs them
"I have doctor's hands, I can do it." Lee said
Everyone look at Gordon.
"Fine. Lucius." Gordon nodded
Lee walk up to the detonator Gordon handed her a knifed to cut the wire while Jim lifted up the detonator.
LUCIUS: "All right, the trigger connection should be different than the others."
THOMPKINS: "Okay, I see two green wires. I'm gonna cut this one." they were all worried
Lee cut the first green wire and the timer stopped they all sighs until the timer started going faster.
"The other one The other one The other one." they all said
"The other one." Gordon said
"Yes, the other one." Lucius said
Lee quickly cut the other green wire just in time but the timer stopped in exactly 1 second. Lee sighs.
"Never doubted you for a minute." Gordon said to his wife as they kissed
(Lucius look at the Gotham Clock Tower Model and realized it's the old Gotham Clock Tower that was destroyed.) "Strange. We designed a new clock tower, but this is the old one." Lucius said to everyone
Then Gordon figure it out who's behind everything " That's the answer. Who's behind all this, but... but it's not possible."
HARPER: " Sir." (Harper entered the room) "Sir, Nygma's vanished. There's more. Mayor James ordered Bullock sent to Blackgate. He's about to be moved."
Everyone was quite after hearing what Harper said. Jim went to find Harvey.
[GCPD Garage]
GORDON: "Stop! Stop!" Jim yelled at the cop taking Harvey away " The person who framed you, the one behind Nygma's breakout, is it who I think it is? Has he been faking it?" Jim told Harvey
"Jim, do not say his name!" Harvey said
"Is it Jeremiah Valeska?" Jim ask
The cop was about the pull out his gun but Bullock use his elbow to know knocked him out since his hands are handcuffed.
" Harvey" Gordon said
"Check him for a wire!"
"What?" Gordon said confused
"Under his shirt. Check for a wire." Bullock said
Gordon open the cop shirt a Button came off and found a miked taped on his shirt.
BULLOCK: "Oh, God, it's too late. He's miked. Jim, you don't know what he'll do." Jim look at Harvey
[Arkham Asylum)
Ecco dress as a Nurse she come into Jeremiah's room kills an Asylum inmates messing with him,
"I-I don't know about this. how much is it again?" one inmate said
Arkham guard: "Ten bucks is a body punch. $20, you get the face. Stabbing him is a C-note."
"Huh." the inmate said
Ecco manages to slit the guard's throat and stab the inmate in the gut, killing them both and telling Jeremiah that their cover is blown,
"Bad news, boss. our cover's blownskies." Ecco said
Which causes Jeremiah to giggle and grab Ecco by the, surprising her. After being taken by a mysterious man disgusted as a GCPD officer, Edward is taken into a black car by the man, where he finally meets with his old friend Oswald Cobblepot, after a decade of being in Arkham Asylum.
[With Nygma and Penguin]
OSWALD: Edward Nygma. It is very good to see you." Penguin greeted
"Oswald... I thought you weren't behind this." Nygma said
"I'm not. But I thought you might need some help, and... what else are friends for?"
Nygma chuckles
"You look well." Oswald said
"You, too. A little thicker in the middle." Nygma chuckles " Dame, it's good to see you, Oswald." he said both chuckles
Then something lands on their car with enough force to cause the car roof to be pushed downward.
"Wh-What was that? What was that?" the driver screams as the car crashes into a nearby sidewalk
Edward and Oswald push themselves out of the car.
"What the hell was that?!" Penguin coughs
The the two scream in terror after seeing a mysterious vigilante gliding above the two.
[With Alfred and Lucius]
Later that night, the GCPD arrive to the scene, along with Alfred Pennyworth and Lucius Fox.
"Alfred, when Bruce came to me the day he got back and told me whathe was planning, I didn't hesitate. I believe in what he's doing, But he's going to need some help. Has he thought about telling Gordon?" Lucius said
"Lucius, my old friend, whoever Bruce decides to take on this journey with him, it's his decision. Our role... is to serve.
The two discover Edward and Oswald tied up onto a lamppost, struggling to escape the trap they were put in by the mysterious vigilante Batman.

"Aah!" Penguin yelled
[Sirens Club]
Barbara Kean and her 10-year-old daughter returns to her old nightclub.
"Something happened tonight, didn't it? Why won't you tell me?" Barbara Lee ask
"Because everything worked out okay, didn't it?" Barbara Kean answered
"So why are we at your old club?" she ask
"Because Mommy just needs to get something." Barbara Kean said retrieve a gun from a drawer, then the lights and Music in the main area turned on.
"Wait here, okay?" she told her daughter
as she searched for an intruder and when she exited her office, she discovered Ecco standing at the bar with her back facing Barbara.
"Turn around." she told Ecco
"Turn around." she repeated "I won't ask again."
"Suprise." Jeremiah said behind her
She was then ambushed by Jeremiah who pushed her into Ecco who then held a knife to her throat.
"Easy. It's just a suprise party. For you, Barbara Kean, queen of Gotham, business titan. How exciting. But there was another you I... I seem to recall. wasn't there? Then again, there was, uh, another me, too. Oh, so hard holding on to what's real. it's..." Jeremiah grunts "It's enough to drive you mad." he chuckles
Before they could do any damage, Barbara Lee threw an object at Ecco, allowing Barbara to stab her in the stomach, and then began to hit Jeremiah.
"No!" Barbara Kean yelled
However, Jeremiah then shot Barbara in the leg.
Barbara Lee (screams): "Mom!"
"Cute." Jeremiah said
Barbara Kean Panting
"She has your eyes. For now." Jeremiah said
"No, put me down." Barbara Lee said
Ecco (Whimpers) "I... think she... nicked me, Daddy. Oh, boy."
"Oh, dear me. My sweet Ecco, no longer my echo. There will never be one like you." Jeremiah said
"Really?" Ecco said
Jeremiah then shot and killed the wounded Ecco in the chest. Ecco smiles and chuckles weakly as blood pours from her mouth before she collapses and dies.
"But I suppose there are other fish in the sea." he said
"Let me... down." Barbara Lee said
Barbara Kean (Panting)
Jeremiah then hits Barbara to the grown.
"Mom!" Barbara Lee yelled
"Hush, little Barbaras, don't say a word. Now we're going to play a... little game." he said held the gun to Barbara as also held Barbara Lee hostage, "By now, James Gordon should have made it to your apartment. When he gets here I want you to deliver a message. Okay?"
Barbara (exhales, sniffles)
"Okay" he giggles "Okay?"
[Later at the Nightclub]
Doors of the nightclub open
GORDON: "Barbara." he saw Barbara on the floor wounded.
"I'll call an ambulance." Harvey said
"Barbara." Jim said checking she's okay
"He took her!" she said panicking "That lunatic took her! He said you have to come, and if you don't come, he's gonna kill her."
"Where?" Jim ask
"The place where he was born again. she answered
"He means Ace Chemicals." he said
Just when he was about to leave Barbara grab his hand. "You promise me." she ask
him to bring there daughter back.
"I'll bring her back." he leaving to Ace Chemicals

Gordon arrives at Ace Chemicals, he opens the door and enters the building.
he discovers that Barbara Lee is dangling over a chemical vat, with duct tape over her mouth and that she was tied to a rope, being held by Jeremiah. As Gordon aims a gun at Jeremiah and slowly walks towards him.
JEREMIAH: "Come along, Commissioner. We're waiting. The party's raging, but it's well past the princess's bedtime."
"It's funny, being back here. I can still feel my flesh sizzle as it melted away. Burns even now. Ooh. Oh."
Jeremiah yanked on the rope and Barbara Lee scream
"I'm here. Everything's gonna be fine." Jim said to his daughter
"You think so? Personally, I'd say are about as far away from fine as they could possibly be, Barbara Lee. What do I know? I did Just spend the last ten years in the funny farm." Jeremiah giggles
"What do you want, Jeremiah?" Gordon ask
"Is there a Jeremiah here?" Jeremiah said
"So what do I call you?"
"I don't know. Call me... Jack. Mm, no, no, no, that's not right. J-Joseph. John. J. I-I don't know. I Just-- I feel something new crawling from the primordial ooze that was me. Something... beautiful." Jeremiah said
"How long have you been pretending to be brain-dead?" the commissioner said as he gets closer to Jeremiah
"How long have you been pretending? That's a joke. I know You're not pretending. That's far enough, James." Jeremiah clucks
GORDON: "But you still haven't told me. Why?" he ask Why keep pretending?"
"I was waiting for him to come home." Jeremiah answered "We're bound together, he and I. It's not the one thing I knew for certain, the one thing I knew was true. And then he just... abandoned us. Do you know how it feels to have the one, the only thing you love ripped away from you?" (referring to Bruce) "It feels like this." then let's go of the rope that held Barbara Lee above a chemical vat.
Barbara Lee screams
"No!" Gordon yelled and manages to grab the rope and keep her up
Jeremiah stabs Gordon in the process
Gordon grunts and shouts
Jeremiah laughs " Disappointing as tonight was, I will say, it is fun carving up Filet-O-Commissioner." Jeremiah giggling
Suddenly, Jeremiah is hit with a sharp ballistic implement, knocking the knife out of his hand, Jeremiah pulled out his gun from his purple coat.
"Who's there?! What do you want?! Show yourself!" Jeremiah said looking around to see who's there. "Show yourself!"
Then Jeremiah heard a black whooshing sound Jeremiah pause, and saw the dark knight emerges from the shadows.
"You..." Jeremiah said realizes that Bruce Wayne has become the Dark Knight.
Recognizing Bruce Wayne, Jeremiah realizes that his nemesis has finally become the Dark Knight of Gotham, as predicted by Ra's al Ghoul all these years ago. Overjoyed that the masked man foreseen in the Prophecy Ra's once told him about had finally arrived, Jeremiah simply laughs maniacally even when being slashed with the sharp implements Batarang.
Batman disarm Jeremiah with one Batarang which embedding Jeremiah's hand. Jeremiah laughs then falls unconscious as another Batarang hit him in the head really hard that it made a cut on his forehead bleeding.
Gordon pull the rope to bring his daughter safely on the railing
"It's okay. It's all right. I got you, okay?" Gordon said as he hugs his daughter, he look up and saw the Dark figure, that saved him and his daughter gone.
Gordon and Bullock are walking to the roof talking about the mysterious vigilante .

- Later that night
"So, he comes out of nowhere, saves you and Barbara Lee, and just Just disappears? " Harvey said
"Yeah." Gordon answered
"So, the dudes on our side? "Harvey ask
"I think so." Jim said
Gordon and Bullock approached the GCPD Distress Signal.
"Hey, this old thing." Harvey said when he saw the spotlight. "I thought we, uh, mothballed this after reunification.
"I had 'em dig it out for old time's sake. I sent a note to Wayne Manor. I thought Bruce Might want to be here when light it." Jim said
While Gordon was checking the spotlight, they heard someone coming, they turn around and saw Alfred arrived.
"Good evening, gentlemen." Alfred greeted
"Master Bruce sends his profound apologies. He's otherwiseengaged." Alfred told them
"He's been busy a lot since he came back." Gordon said
"Yes, indeed. And I hear that you're retiring." Alfred ask Gordon
"I may stick around a while yet." he answered
Gordon pull the tarp off the spotlight.
[With Selina]
Selina was standing at another rooftop, and she senses Bruce is behind her.
"You're there, aren't you?" she said without turning around But Bruce didn't answer.
"Do you have any idea what you did... ...just leaving?" Selina ask but Bruce still didn't answer.
"You were all I had. And I know you wanted to protect me. But I didn't want to be protected. I wanted you." she said to Bruce but he still didn't say anything.
"Say something." Selina begs Bruce to say something to her.
"Say something." she said quietly to him
"There was no other way, Selina." Bruce finally spoke in Normal voice. "I had to go."
"So what happens now?" she ask
"I don't know. But I'll never leave Gotham Again. Return the diamond." Bruce said as he disappears into the night.
Selina saw a bright light shining into the night sky, she turn around and see Bruce was gone.
"Like hell." she said
[Later with Riddler and Penguin]
Sometime after they are cut down from the lamppost, arrested by the GCPD and put into a truck in order to transport them back to prison.
"Gotham is mine." That's what he said." Penguin mention
"I was there, Oswald" Edward said
"I did not spend ten years in Blackgate to give my city to a man dressed like a bat!" Penguin yelled
"Yes!" Riddler said who manages to get them out of their restraints
"Go!" Penguin grunts
The two open the back doors of the truck and jump out in order to ensure that they were free. Once they began to walk,
"We have to find out who he is and show him that this is our city!"Penguin said
"Agreed." Nygma agreed
Edward stops Oswald from continuing to walk as the two glance up at the same vigilante, who was traveling from one building to another. as the two seem frightened to enact their plan tonight,
"Tomorrow?" Oswald said frightened
"Tomorrow." Nygma agreed
The two agree that they could do it tomorrow before walking away together.
[Back at GCPD]
Alfred Gordon and Bullock watch the spotlight, shining into the night sky.
"Yet in the darkness, there will be light. That's what you promised Master Bruce all those years ago in the alley." Alfred said too Jim "You saved him. Gave him hope.
Batman glide up to a rooftop
"Holy Mother." Harvey said
Alfred Gordon and Bullock all looked up to the rooftop and saw the mysterious man looking down on them as well.
"Who is he?" Harvey said
"A friend."
