After failing Prince John, Gisborne reluctantly returns to Nottingham, bringing with him a surprise. But Isabella may mean more to the Sheriff than anyone could know. Vaisey tries to entertain the siblings, and entice Guy to become loyal to him again.

"Maybe I could just stay here, move only when she bid me to fall into another snake pit. I would take this pain, tie it to my back and let the demon bounce there." Guy tries to purge his love for Marian but calm is beaten by "the wild thing".

Gisborne/Sheriff. As Guy is awaiting his sentence in the dungeon, he remembers a time when he was trapped in a very different way. Explores the mental and physical conditioning which Gisborne was subjected to by the Sheriff.

S3 finale AU. Guy of Gisborne survives the battle in the tunnel, only to face the guilt of knowing his poison is about to cause Robin's death. Now he must deal with the final farewells and make some hard choices. Complete but there may be a sequel.
