Hello! My name is MaralinaSakura, or just Maralina, and this is my collection of Harry Potter one-shots which I have fondly named "Sequentia". Sequentia is Latin for "sequence" or "continuation". When I was younger, I wrote another one-shot book for an anime series named Hetalia which I called "Memories". I see Sequentia as a continuation of the skills I had then and improved upon since. I hope that Sequentia will be able to bring smiles and relaxation to you all as I know Memories did for many.

As I mentioned in the book description, each book is guaranteed to be at minimum two thousand words long. However, if you know me, this guarantee means very little as my chapters typically end up being about 3.5-5k words in length. That means if you want some long one-shots with meaningful plots, this book is perfect for you.

I will try to go through an array of characters with different ages, themes and personalities as best I can. If you have something in mind that you want to see, you can always post it in the comments or private message me and I'll happily write it!

Some other things to mention:

-I write these chapters based on what the Wiki and Compendium tell me. If there are any inaccuracies, I apologise but, rest assured, I did my due diligence in my research.

-I have been been a fan of Harry Potter since I read the books in 2021. I'm a relatively new fan but I have the same love for the series as anyone else!

-I sincerely apologise if any characters act out of character. I do research into a character's speaking patterns and mannerisms but it can be difficult to interpret at times. Please excuse any instances where this occurs.

-This collection does include primarily heterosexual romances. As the main character is always a woman, this means she will be with a male character in the cast. However, there will be the occasional lesbian romance. I am open to requests for both romances.

-Most chapters will include a little note at the start that will indicate the rough age of MC and her romance. These are indicated as "[Theme:]". IE: Student (still at Hogwarts), Young Adult (recently graduated) or Adult (later in the timeline).

-All chapters which include an adult romance will include an adult reader. Sorry readers, but that means no student x teacher relationships.

-As much as I wish I was, I am not infallible. I will make mistakes with spelling, grammar or lore. I do proofread, run my scripts through a grammar-checker and have the Wiki and Compendium open as I write but some things do go by me! If you catch a mistake, please politely let me know so I can change it!

Random Trivia About Me:

-I'm British! Born and raised in England. You probably will be able to tell by how I spell things at times.

-I was sorted into Slytherin when I learnt about the series as a teen. Yes, I had the biggest crush on Draco... Who didn't?

-The quiz nowadays sorts me as a Ravenclaw but I still choose to present as a Slytherin. After all, what's more Slytherin than choosing to be Slytherin?

-My favourite characters are Draco, Sirius, Lupin, Trelawney, Snape and Hermione.

-I have another Harry Potter book! If you love Snape and want to experience a mystery book with a romantic subplot, I would recommend Always For You. It's... pretty long but very much worth your time!
