Lapis is trying to leave Earth, but she can't bring herself to do so. She decides to hide away from Beach City, and wait for when the Diamonds to arrive. While Lapis waits, she meets a human who will help her realize that she should stay and fight.

However, when the informant arrives she is stunned to discover another organic gem on Earth, but the two are enemies.
