Chapter 1: Meet the Team.

(Tartarus)

Tsuragamae raises his coffee up to his snout and sticks his tongue in. His face cringes from the bitterness and puts it back on the table, "Nasty stuff. I don't know why I drink it, it never gets better even when I add sugar." Toga sat on the opposite side of the table, her arms bound by a straight jacket and and her legs chained together, "I preferred energy drinks while I was still in school."

"But they're so sour. How is sour any better than Bitter?" Tsuragamae asks before picking up his coffee and looking close at the black liquid. He sighs before putting it back down, "I should've asked for OJ."

"Did you bring me in here just to talk about drinks?" Toga scoots the chair foward and smiles at the dog man. His calm demeanor suddenly turns serious as he pulls out a briefcase from beneath the table. he opens it and pulls out some papers, each one with the seal of the Japanese government and signed by the Prime Minister of Japan. He then pulls out a video camera and aims it directly at her, "Now Miss Toga, what I have is an offer to not only reduce your sentence but to give you special permissions while serving your time in Tartarus. Of course there are limitations to these requests. No weapons, drugs or booze but you can you can get stuff like pizza, cellphone access with wifi, and of course energy drinks. All you have to do is help out your friendly government with a little problem woof."

"What sort of problem?" Toga wasn't about to blindly walk into something without knowing anything. Tsuragamae rubbed the back of his neck, "Oh you know terrorists threatening civilians but I can't go any deeper until you verbally agree to the terms. So what do you say?" Toga looked down at the papers and quickly skimmed them. She smiled at the possibilities and the chance of being outside the prison for the first time in 10 years, the thought was making her giggle.

"Okay Mr. Dog man, I will help the government out with their little problem." Tsuragamae turned off the camera and put it back in the bag. Toga suddenly felt a needle go into the back of her neck, "She's safe to come out of those restraints now." A man in a lab coat said as he started removing Toga's straight jacket. Once that was off he removed the chains from around her legs. Once those were off two guards armed with submachine guns approached her, "What's going on? What was that you just injected me with." She asked honestly confused about the situation. Tsuragamae downed the rest of his coffee and threw the paper cup into the trash, "Oh the Injection, yeah that was a bomb being implanted in your neck so that way if you get out of line we can kill you, it said we'd being doing this on page 5 if you actually read the damn thing in full."

"Now that's just fucked up." Toga replied. Two armed guards entered the room covered head to toe in body armor and armed with assault rifles, "Now Miss Toga please follow me out to the helicopter pad."

"Do I have a choice?" She asked.

"Of course you have a choice. You either follow me or your head explodes." She didn't have much of a choice.

(Tartarus Helipad)

Toga was guided out to the roof where a transport chopper was already waiting for them, however to her surprise she wasn't alone. 7 other prisoners were lined up and some of them she knew, "Excuse Miss Toga but could you please get in line with the rest." Tsuragamae said nicely. She did as instructed taking her spot at the end of the line. A guard with a clip board walked up infront of them, "When i say your name please respond by stepping foward and saying here. We will then present you with your equipment. First up, Chomper."

Chomper was a small time villain who worked for many criminal organizations. His stunt at USJ and starring in the LOV recruitment video brought him new fame. Deciding that he must keep that new fame he took part in robberys and that led to many innocent casualties, "Here."

"Moonfish."

Moonfish is a crazed serial killer and cannibal. He has escaped prison many that the government thought best if he was doing stuff for them against constantlykilling people, "Here." He said licking his lips.

"Mustard."

Mustard took part in the assault UA students at a quirk training ground where he was defeated. Since being put in prison he has not stopped his reckless behavior, fighting with guards and other inmates. "Here."

"Deidoro Sakaki."

Once a former member of a powerful Yakuza, Sakaki found himself Here broken and beaten after a raid. After his first release he tried to start his own criminal organization but it ended just about the same way. "Here."

"Gust Boy."

Gust Boy was once part of a trio of thieves committing robbers and mass destruction. After the groups arrest, Gust Boy was sent to Tartarus along with his comrades but it seems he was the only one offered for the job, "Here."

"Bearhead."

Bearhead was part of a trio who wanted nothing more then world domination. Now we couldn't have that happening so the pro heroes stepped in and brought him down. His murders of other prisoners got him placed in Tartarus and now he's ready to let out his built up aggression, "Here."

"Sickle Claw

Sickle Claw is another villain who took part in USJ and thought to keep increasing his reputation by committing more evil crimes.. "Here."

"And Himiko Toga."

Himiko Toga is a serial killer who was once a head member of the Paranormal Liberation front. After Shigaraki's plan failed and base raided, Toga was arrested and put into Tartarus. "Here."

Each one were given a briefcase containing thier costumes and weapons. They all started getting dressed when Tsuragamae stepped infront of them, "Listen up while you get dressed because I'm going to only say this once. Your task is to complete your mission at all costs, If you die your in no way associated with the Japanese government. Your mission is to eliminate a terrorist group that is responsible for the recent bombings in Tokyo. We have located their headquarters on an island in the Phillipines. complete this task and you will be rewarded greatly woof."

The group finished changing and seemed pretty excited to get out in the field, "Why not get heroes to do this?" Mustard asked as he started loading his revolver. A few guards aimed their guns at him but Tsuragamae waved them off, "No need for that, I'll answer the boys question." He cleared his throat, "There's an international incident happening is Brazil and many heroes have been sent there to help out. We did try sending some of our reserved heroes there but we lost contact with them."

"So what your saying is were your last resort?" Sickle Claw with a grin on his face. Tsuragamae sighed, "Yes. But don't worry I'm sure everything will go fine for all of you. you'll also have a chaperone assigned to you, Miss Asui." From the back of the transport helicopter emerged the frog hero. Her eyes immediately met with Toga who was waving at her, The rest of the villains didn't seem that happy to see her, "Were leaving now so if anyone has anything to say say it now."

"Frog legs." Moonfish blurted out. Everyone looked at Moonfish but he was to busy focusing on Asui to care. The frog hero sighed and headed back in the chopper, "I knew I should've taken this job." She mumbled. The villains followed her into the chopper, when they were all inside the door raised up and the helicopter lifted into the sky. Tsuragamae watched as the group of villains flew off into the distance until they were just a little speck. He pulled a cigarette from his shirt pocket but as he reached for his lighter he found his pocket empty, "Damn. Anyone got a light?"

(On the Helicopter)

"We got any water anywhere because I'm thirsty." Chomper asked Asui who kicked over a cooler filled with water and assorted soda. The villains passed around the cooler but Sakaki was thirsty for something else, "Got any booze?" Bearhead snickered at him and Gust Boy laughed, "You really think there gonna give you alcohol?" Mustard said letting out a little laugh. Sasaki just grunted and slid the cooler over to Moonfish who didn't want any so he slid it over to Toga sitting next to him, "Thanks Moonfish." She patted him on the head and took a sprite. She looked over at Asui who was looking at a tablet with everyone's face on it, the hero looked scared, "So that tablet controls are fate?" Asui put the tablet to sleep and looked at the villain who was holding out a bottle of water for her. Asui took the water, "Thank you and no this tablet doesn't control the bombs it just tracks your movements and vitals. Oh that reminds me, if I die everyone dies."

Everyone groaned like children, Toga looked over at Sickle Claw who had impaled an apple on one of his fingers and was eating it. She looked over at the pilots who were flying the helicopter and telling jokes to each other that she couldn't hear but they seemed funny. She was happy to see some old faces but she was starting to think that she should have taken the time to read those papers Tsuragamae had. She looked at her knives and costume and it was exactly the same as before she was arrested, "Hey Toga." Her concentration was broke by Mustard, "It's been a long time and it's good to see you again." He smiled before putting on his gas mask, "It's good to see you too." She replied happily.

"And me?" Moonfish said getting real close to her face, "Of course I missed you Moonfish." She gave him a big hug which made him happy.

"How long until we get to island so I don't have to sit through anymore of this?" Bearhead was getting annoyed of the three and really wanted to let out some pent up aggression, "We got three hours so rest up." Everyone groaned at the frog hero's response.

(Tartarus Monitoring Room)

Little did the villains know that their costumes were fitted with a small undetectable camera recording everything they do. Tsuragamae and a small team of 6 workers consisting of Hunter, Cherry, Togi, Hiroshi, Abdullah and Yuji were watching the monitors, "Goodwork everyone." He turned to face his team, "Im leaving you all in charge while I return to my office in the Japanese diet. Good luck everyone, woof." As soon as Tsuragamae left the room the 6 all pulled out there wallets, "Okay everyone place your bets and were only excepting that beautiful USD." Hunter held out a plastic container for everyone to place their money in. Cherry was the first to put money in, "$100 on Mustard dying first."

"Mustard's a safe bet, gonna go with him too." Togi threw his $100 and Yuji immediately followed him, "Gonna go with Chomper, he seems like easy kill." Hunter held the container infront of Abdullah, "Really Tough choice here, but I gotta go with Sickle Claw." Abdullah put his money in and the container was put infront of Hiroshi, "I'm gonna go with Chomper." After everyone else was done betting, Hunter put in a $100, "Wow I'm the only one going with Gust Boy." He put a red lid on the plastic container and put it on his desk. He opened a drawer filled with beer and started tossing them to his coworkers, "Let's get this party started."
