This story will be based on RWBY volume Two, Pokemon Y, the Pokemon anime, and Pokemon Adventures Manga.
The starter Pokemon will be decided by vote system.

Chespin
Fenniken
Froakie.
The starter Pokemon will ultimately decide the team.
I'm personally leaning towards Chespin and Fenniken because I feel like Greninja is overused!
Anyway, with that out of the way let the story begin...
[Plane of Existence beyond Space and Time]
Currently in a realm beyond the laws of space and time, alone creature stood at the center with a look of worry on his face. The creature is a white equine with a grey vertically striated underside. It has the same pattern on its mane, tail, and face. its flur pointed feet and tipped with golden hooves. It's grey face has green eyes with red pupils, a green circle under its eyes. It's mane has a golden streak running through it and it has pointed ears. But the most distinguishing detail is it's intricate solid gold ring around its belly.
This is no ordinary creature, as this creature is Arceus, the alpha Pokemon and the creator of the Pokemon world.
"What am I going to do? The untimate weapon will be brought back...and so much life will be lost in the process..."said Arceus, as one of his visions into the future foresaw this!
Now this wouldn't have been an issue for the alpha Pokemon if not for the fact but there was a pack between all the legendary Pokemon, and that pack stated that they would not interfere with the affairs of mortals and mortal Pokemon! Meaning he couldn't interfere as mortals were planning to bring back the ultimate weapon, and no matter how much you didn't like it he couldn't do anything!
"What am I going to do?! I can't break the pack after we spent millennia fighting, but if I don't do something then that terrible man-made weapon will end up destroying Kalos and eventually the whole Pokemon world!"said Arceus, trying his best to come up with a solution as to what his next move should be!
'I could once again pick a special trainer with unique talents necessary to journey throughout Kalos and have them mess with Team Flare, sabotaging their operations along the way!...But there are no trainers in Kalos with the skills that I need them to have in order to to get them to naturally become stronger and save Kalos.' thought Arceus, knowing that there was no trainers with the skill sets he needed them to have in order to stop the ultimate weapon!
"What to do?...What to do?!" Arceus asked himself as he pondered on what his next move would be!
He couldn't interfere with the affairs in Kalos!
And there was no special trainer with the qualification unnecessary to send them on a special quest?!
What was his next move supposed to be?!
Just then a portal appeared in his dimension in a small creature came out of it.
It was pink and had mammalian features. the creature was about just over a foot in height. it had a rounded, wide snout; triangular ears; and large blue eyes. It has short arms with three-fingered paws, and large hind paws with oval marks on the soles. It's tail was long and thin, and had an oval shape at the end.
This was no ordinary creature, as this creature was Mew, the ancestor of all Pokemon and the first mythical Pokemon to have come into existence!
"What do you want, Mew?"asked Arceus, not really in a good mood to see his old friend after so long.
"My friend, I believe I have a solution to all of our problems."said Mew, as Arceus could quickly tell that the new species Pokemon was talking about the situation in Kalos.
"I'm listening..."said Arceus, wanting to hear what his old friend had to say.
"Well... I was journeying through the cosmos."bagan Mew, before he was interrupted.
"Looking for someone to play pranks on."said Arceus, knowing his old friend and knowing the real reason why he was exploring the cosmos.
"Yes, that. Anyway I happen to stumble on this planet called Remnant..."said Mew, before Arceus grew red in the face.
"Remnant! That planet created by those two arrogant Brothers of light and darkness! I still remember running into them and couldn't believe their arrogance has they thought they were all that because they created life! The brother of darkness especially annoyed me, and I was so glad when I put him in his place!"said Arceus, who wasn't the biggest fan of the Brothers of light and darkness.
"Well... yeah that's one of the reasons why I stopped there actually, I wanted to see what it was like."said Mew, as Arceus was wondering where this was going.
"While I was on the surface of Remnant I was following this interesting human who appears to meet all your qualifications. It was by complete coincidence that I found him, but the more I followed him the more I thought he would be better as a Pokemon trainer than a Huntsman!"said Mew, as Arceus was really starting to get interested.
"In what ways?"Arceus asked.
"Well he's kind, loyal, has a good head on his shoulders, and appears to be a master strategist."said Mew, as Arceus was liking what he was hearing so far.
"Okay, what else?"
"He's like an unmolded piece of clay! He's completely green and he would be the perfect candidate for the Pokemon trainer you need to save Kalos!"said Mew, like he had come up with the most greatest idea of all time!
"Well... I'm not sure of bringing someone else from another world would be the right thing to do."said Arceus, feeling that using someone else from another planet was a bit extreme.
"Come on, Arceus! We need a trainer who's unmolded and has the brains and kindness to be a master Pokemon trainer! This young man is the perfect candidate! And right now we cannot be picky when time is of the essence!"said Mew, as the future where the ultimate weapon would be activated was not too far away!
"...Your...right... you're right we don't have much time. Alright I shall go to this Remnant and find this human, just tell me his or her name."said Arceus has he made a portal into ultra space.
"His name is Jaune Arc."said Mew with a serious tone in his voice.
"Jaune Arc."said Arceus, using the name to tether himself to the young man in question in order to find him on Remnant.
"I shall see for myself if he is worthy."said Arceus as he entered the Golden Portal into ultra space.
"Good luck."

"Achoo..."sneezed Jaune Arc into his sleeve as he was currently in the beacon cafeteria with his teammates that consisted of team JNPR, along with their unofficial sister team, team RWBY.
"Getting sick, Jaune?"asked Pyrrha Nikos, Jaune's partner and teammate with worry.
"No... must be dust mites activating my allergies."said Jaune, as he was sure that had to be the cause.
"Maybe someone big and important is talking about you from far away."suggested Nora Valkyrie, the muscle of team JNPR.
"Nora, you know that's just a superstition."said Lie Ren, Nora's childhood friend and fellow member of team JNPR.
"It could happen "said Ruby Rose, team leader of team RWBY and Jaune's best friend.
"Thanks, Ruby."said Jaune, really appreciating his best friend trying to help.
"Oh please."said Weiss Schnee, Ruby's partner and teammate who is known throughout Beacon Academy as the Ice Queen. She is also the heiress to the Schnee Dust Company, the largest producers of the mineral known as Dust.
"What? Do you think differently?"asked Blake Belladonna, former member of the terrorist group the White Fang and current member of team RWBY.
"I just think Jaune should be careful about getting an ego, as an ego is the fastest way to lead the constant defeat."said Weiss, as Jaune could feel a metaphorical knife go through his heart.
"And you wonder why they call you the Ice Queen?"said Yang Xiao Long, Ruby's older sister and the muscle of team RWBY.
"Hmph."said Weiss, refusing to acknowledge that comment.
"It's okay, Yang. I know I'm the weakest student I have a lot of catching up to do, so I expect criticism... no matter how much it hurts."said Jaune, as getting criticized by the girl you have a crush on really does hurt
"Jaune, you have talent! Your the one that comes up with all of team JNPR's strategies and combos!"said Pyrrha, trying to cheer up her teammate who she has a "secret" crush on.
"Yeah, after all you're the one who helped me come up with ladybug and ice flower."said Ruby, trying her best to help out Jaune's already low opinion about himself.
"Thanks... I really needed to hear that."said Jaune, super glad to have good friends like Ruby and Pyrrha.
"I will admit that you have a good head on your shoulders, but I feel you would have been more qualified to have joined a military academy then to become a Huntsman."said Weiss, as everyone looked over at her.
"Jaune Jaune can so become a Huntsman!"said Nora, ready to unleash her pancake wrap on the ice Queen.
"I'm not saying that. I'm saying with his current skills that he would have been more qualified to have joined a military academy. He's not good with his sword but he is good with his head. He is the smartest when it comes to academics for the first years but when it comes to combat... well forgive me but it's mediocre at best."said Weiss, as Jaune could really feel the invisible knife going through his heart.
"Damn, Weiss."said Blake, as even for the Ice Queen that was harsh.
"I just tell it as it is."said Weiss, with her usual stuck up, stubborn attitude.
"Dang Weiss, that was ice cold."said Yang, hoping that her pun would make everyone feel better but instead everyone just groaned at her bad joke.
"Yang..."said Ruby, who thought neither her older sister nor her father's puns were ever funny.
"Hey, at least I cooled down the mood."said Yang, as Blake pulled out some duct tape she had on her and covered Yang's mouth.
"Better."said Blake, as Yang remove the duct tape and glared at her.
But the cat Faunus just ignored the daggers being stared into her and continued to read her book.
"Anyway Jaune. I'm not saying that you're pathetic, all I'm saying is that you would have been more comfortable in a military academy with people at the same level you're currently at."said Weiss, as Jaune just fell silent since as much as he hated to admit it, she indeed had a point.
He was weak, he was the one who entered the school with the legal transcripts when he never went to a combat School in his life. He knew this, but still decided to pursue his dream in defiance of his parents and in order to help people in need!
"I know... I need to do my best and beyond that just to keep up with everyone. Pyrrha is the toughest first year student and Ruby is the prodigy who came two years early. I'm just the idiot who stumbled on his sword during combat class. But maybe I just need something to help me discover what I'm really good at and use that to become stronger."said Jaune, as he got up from the table and excused himself.
Weiss could soon feel glare as being pointed towards their end she saw a Ruby, Pyrrha, and Nora glaring at her and making her feel small...
"I think you messed up big time for hurting their best friend."whispered Yang into Weiss's ear.
"I just said what needed to be said."said Weiss, as if there was another thing infamous besides her beautiful singing voice was her extremely stubborn attitude.
It was very rare if SHE of all people would ever admit to having messed up!
'Hmm... it seems I can use this current situation to my advantage.' thought Arceus, feeling like he had just struck on an opportunity in order to see if Jaune Arc was worthy enough to save Kalos, and possibly the rest of the Pokemon world!
[In need of a champion to save the Pokemon world during its darkest hour in the very near future, the alpha Pokemon Arceus ventures to the planet of Remnant in order to see if the human that Mew chose is worthy. Will Jaune Arc prove himself worthy to stop the ultimate weapon?! Will he become the Pokemon trainer he was meant to be?! All of this and more as the journey continues]

Hey everyone, PrimusPilus here to give his two cents.
So yeah, I kept my promise and put up the Kalos Story!
I decided to go with the original plot with Arceus summoning Jaune to the Pokemon world to help stop AZ's ultimate weapon!
Now I decided to do the volt system once again as I'm sure a lot of you have changed opinions over time and there are more readers this time!

I decided to go with the plot of Pokemon Y as while I do love Xerneas, Yveltal make some much better antagonist final Pokemon because it is called the destruction Pokemon!
