Slowly ever slowly the sun rays penetrated the curtain reaching a lone bed where two occupants were in one was a young man with short spikey white hair and the other was a girl with short brown hair who began to open her hazel eyes slowly accustoming to the sun light she chuckled upon seeing her bed mate still dozed and snoring she brushed her hair back a bit before she leaned in and kissed his neck making a groan come out of him stopping his snoring a bit before he resumed, the girl continued her kisses until the young man's eyes finally began to part off revealing his raven eyes the young man looked down to see his female companion smile "Good morning Haru."
"Good morning Elie" Haru replied as the two leaned in and pecked each other's lips, Haru threw the blanket off suddenly as he began sweating "Why is it hot all of a sudden?"
"Yeah the forecast wasn't lying about the heatwave starting this summer" Elie spoke in agreement as she began fanning herself and got off the bed.
Haru slicked back his white mane before he opened the handle of his door and made his way rather slowly and tiredly grabbed the handle of another door that he tried to pull but it didn't budge, snapping off of his daze Haru grabbed the door harder and pulled but it didn't budge Haru began hitting the door with his fists "C'mon!"
"Hey stop that!" yelled a male voice from the other side causing Haru to sigh soon after the door opened revealing a hardened adult male with scars on his face, a single opened crimson eye and short spikey crimson hair the man sighed blissfully "Sweet cold water."
"SHUDA YOU BETTER NOT ROBBED ALL THE COLD WATER FOR YOURSELF!" Haru yelled at the man as he desperately ran to the shower and turned the handle of the cold water only for it to come out in small drops that seized to be with Haru slumping down in defeat.

"I see thanks hopefully we can manage" spoke an adult woman with long raven hair on the phone before she cut the line and sat back on the table with her three fellow occupants who looked at her with anticipation especially Haru and Elie while Shuda was alright for the most part.
"Cattleya please hit us with good news" Elie pleaded.
"The cold water is coming back to save us right?" Haru asked in desperation.
"Well the good news is the plumber can fix our cold water problem and the bad news is he's not coming to inspect and fix until five days later" Cattleya delivered the news to them.
The two teen's faces hit the table with groans as the complained "Great just great."
"C'mon guys your adventurers that saved the world a little heat shouldn't bother you" Cattleya shaded the two.
"Listen to her guys you took on and defeated some of the worst people in the world don't let a little summer heat bother you" Shuda spoke in agreement with her which quickly earned him the ire of the two teens that glared at him which made the hardened man avert his gaze.
"Purr" the groups attention was brought by the small snowman with an ice cream cone nose and Dog paws as it pointed outside.
Elie crouched down to the level of the tiny snowman patting the head "Do you want to go outside Plue?"
The small snowman creature nodded "Purr."
"We might as well wash ourselves with the sea water" Haru got off the chair and gestured for Plue to follow along with Elie that took the creature's hand in her own while the other was taken by Haru.
"Haru could please take this to Gemma?" Cattleya called out pointing to a ticket.

"Some contest that is being held" Cattleya answered "There's supposed to be a secret big prize in it."
"What kind of prize are we talking about?" Elie asked with a grin Haru shuddered as his girlfriend's gambling habit is coming up sure she's a good gambler and her earnings did save them during their journey but she can get carried away.
"Don't know but Ruby that Penguin is the one holding it" Cattleya recalled.
"Good to see him back in business" Haru grinned at the good news of one of their adventuring companions doing well for himself opening a business better than that of his father.
"Well let's not waste more time" Elie spoke with fire in her eyes as she dragged both Plue and Haru with her to the outside.

The young couple enjoyed the walk along their home and greeting their neighbours that were also affected by the heat the two reached the small local café "Welcome."

Gemma looked down on the notebook he was given by Ruby's workers for the contest as he searched the code again "Well you're in luck I'm jealous."
"What did we win?" Haru leaned in feeling excited.
"You won four free tickets to a paid vacation in Akane beach!" Gemma revealed causing Elie to spit out her water at his face comically.
"WHAT!" the teen girl yelled ecstatically surprised before she noticed Gemma wiping the water off of his face again causing her to nervously chuckle "Sorry."
"Yep you guys are lucky to escape this heat" Gemma then grinned "To go to a sauna."
The two looked at him deadpanned as he again laughed at his own terrible joke "Gemma that laugh won't get you a woman."

"I CAN'T BLEIEVE IT!" Cattleya screamed in joy as she looked at the four tickets she won "We're going to be off like kings and queens guys."
Haru nodded "Yep finally we're escaping this heat wave."
"So when do we go and come back?" Elie asked looking at the tickets from behind Cattleya.
"Well we're off tomorrow and come back two days later."
"Hey that's when we can get the cold water problem fixed" Shuda pointed out much to the joy of everyone.
"Well let's get packing!" Haru cheered rising his fist up
The four separated into groups based on their gender allowing Elie to sit next to Cattleya who was looking at a box of condoms "Hmm should I bring these?"
Elie gulped with a red face "Is that a question?"
Cattleya waved nervously "Sorry it's just me and Shuda had been going well and I feel like we're ready maybe I can use this opportunity to get pregnant."

"Griff your our ride?" Haru asked with a big smile.
"Yes, it'll be great to finally see lady Elie in a swimsuit" the slime looked at the girl with hearts in his eyes.
Elie however seemed to ignore that comment or brush it off "It'll be like old times."
The group rode into the cart as Griff brought another piece of cardboard handing it to the giant creature that began moving taking the group to their destination well to the port though since the beach in question is in another continent miles away from the Song continent "Well unfortunately this's as far as I can take you too bad I'll not be able to see lady Elie and lady Cattleya in swimsuits."
"Well it was nice seeing you again Griff and you too Tanchimo" Haru waved goodbye to the riding duo along with Plue that opted to catch up with Griff as they took off to give rides to anybody else that required their services while they went over to the port to ride their ship.

The naval trip was smooth if somewhat slow due to the destination being a war field not too long ago against a foreign empire nonetheless the group reached the port of the beach town and were greeted by the clear beautiful water accompanied by the sand and the sounds of seagulls "It's the ocean!" When he turned to Cattleya he was surprised to see her shake her head "Well actually how about we split up?"

"Consider this reparation for Shuda taking the last bit of cold water to himself" Cattleya explained nervously.
"Um it's fine really" Elie added in before Cattleya took her by the arm and secluded themselves in a corner "What is it Cattleya?"
"Elie this's your chance to seal the deal with Haru" the elder raven haired beauty whispered causing her to blush "You said it you want to take things to the next level."
"I-I know but I'm nervous" Elie admitted as she looked down.
Cattleya offered a smile of her own "It's alright I know you can do it."
Elie lifted her head up with a determined look as she nodded without saying another word "What are you guys talking about?"
Haru's question brought the girl's attention to him as Elie was the one to answer "We'll split meaning I'm spending time alone with you Haru."
