I really appreciated it and this gave me inspiration to work on the next chapter and here, things would take a hilarious turn as the student council is planning to solve Elena's situation at Alto's expense…and whether this would yield a result or not…if Alto would be willing or unwilling…

Ch. 2: Shibushibu yōkyū

Jessica appeared to be a bit pissed seeing that Alan is taking the matter too lightly as he is acting too carefree, as he is making an excuse not to help, claiming that OUTSIDE FACTORS are preventing him from offering assistance to Elena while Shinouji has a legitimate reason to decline help in Elena's current predicament as the Ryuga family is well-known, and Shinouji's grandmother paying a visit is justified in him declining his assistance to the student council president.
Alan then suggested that Chris disguise herself as a boy and she would make a good date, which Jessica smacked him on the head for the cheap suggestion, reasoning that it is PHYSICALLY IMPOSSIBLE for Chris to disguise herself as her PHYSICAL TRAITS are difficult to hide, and it might cause problems for Elena as her family might accuse her of being a lesbian when she is not
"Alan! You idiot!"
"Ow! What gives…?"
"Telling Chris to disguise herself as a boy? Do you realize what you're trying to do?"
"But Chris do look like a boy…though her chest is a bit of a problem…"
"Idiot! You're trying to give the president the wrong suggestion!"
"Ow! Ow! Ow!"
"Idiot! Idiot! Idiot!"
"Will you knock it off, Jessica?"
As Jessica continue to rant and Alan waved his hands sideways to get her to calm down , Shinouji apologized to Elena as he tells her that he couldn't offer any assistance as he has a situation similar to hers, which the student council president nodded and assured to him that she will handle her problem and that he has nothing to worry about.
"I'm really sorry, president…I..."
"Its okay, Shinouji."
"I wish there was a way for me to help you…"
"Its fine."
"Really?"
"Yes, don't worry."
"…"
"…"
By then, Alto Goldfield and his familiar, Vermeil, arrived, also carrying a pile of term paper, and there he apologized for arriving late, which Elena said that it is okay, but then Chris and Alan glanced at Alto, and a pair of LIGHT BULBS popped on top of Chris and Alan's heads, ideas came rushing onto their heads, which they immediately realized that this is the answer to their problems, and the two approached Alto and hastily asked if he is available this weekend.
"Alto Goldfield!"
"Alto Goldfield!"
"Huh? Y-yes…?"
"We have a favor to ask!"
"Its important!"
"Um…what is it…?"
"Are you available this weekend?"
"Its for the president!"
"Me…?"
As Alto wondered what is going on, Jessica glanced at her two fellow student council members, wondering what Chris and Alan are up to as they are approaching Alto, and there she stared wide-eyed as she finally got the gist of what they are intending to do, and Shinouji adjusted his eyeglasses as he too got the gist and feels that this might be the answer to Elena's situation, much to Jessica's disbelief.
"Huh? They can't be serious…"
"Looks to me that they are."
"They can't…"
"I believe that this might be the answer to our current predicament."
"By asking Alto Goldfield to be the president's date…?"
"Well…there is no other way…"
"But…but…"
"Lets wait and see…"
Elena sipped her cup of tea as she watches the scene unfold, curious about the outcome as she also got the gist and glanced at Alto, seeing that he might make a good date this coming weekend as he is single at the moment, and wondered what Alto's answer would be once he is told of the situation, curious to see if he would accept the request or not.
There Chris and Alan whispered to Alto and told her of the situation and requested that he act as Elena's date this coming weekend, saying that all he has to do is act as her escort, while at the same time saying that he can eat as much fancy food as he like, which Alto stared wide-eyed at hearing the request, not sure if Elena would agree to this.
"M-me…? As the president's…date…?"
"Yup."
"Absolutely."
"Um…"
"There's a banquet…so many tasty food…"
"You can eat at your heart's content…"
"Ah…um…I don't know…"
"Don't worry…"
"You'll just act as her escort…"
Vermeil overheard the conversation and discreetly asked Alan if he means it about the family ball having fancy food and all, which he nodded and said that it has a buffet and said that since guests who are students can bring their familiars, hence Vermeil can come provided that Elena accept the proposal in Alto posing as Elena's date for the upcoming family ball.
"Really…?"
"Yeah. I'm sure you can come as well…"
"Yummy…"
"If your master accept…you can tag along too…"
"Food…sweets…"
"So what do you say, Vermeil? You want your master to be the president's date?"
"Yeah…"
"Then all he need to do is say YES..."
Alto saw Vermeil drooling with excitement when told that she can eat as much as she wants, and then she stared at him with glee and excitement, and she whispered to her master and urged him to accept the request and be Elena's date for the upcoming family gathering, which Alto sweat-dropped as he couldn't believe that his familiar got swayed by what Alan told her.
Jessica was staring in disbelief and berated Alan for the silly suggestion, using the banquet to entice Vermeil and in turn causing Alto's familiar to PRESSURE him into accepting the request to act as Elena's date, and said that Elena would surely not accept it for such shallow and petty reason, though Alan justified that this is the only way to solve the student council president's problem.
"Alan! You idiot!"
"Hey! What gives…?"
"Telling Chris to disguise herself as a boy is one thing…but now you are using Alto Goldfield's familiar to get him to accept so she can binge at the banquet? Do you realize what you're trying to do?"
"But look at it this way…at least it'll solve our problem…"
"Idiot! You're trying to give the president the wrong suggestion! You're using her as an excuse to make Vermeil pressure her master to accept! I can't believe you would stoop this low!"
"Calm down, Jessica!"
"Idiot!"
"Relax. Things will be okay. Now then…"
Suddenly, Chris, Alan and Vermeil surrounded Alto, each staring rather MALEVOLENTLY, in a NAUGHTY WAY, as they urged him to accept the request to act as Elena's date for the upcoming family gathering, which Alto could only sweat-drop as he is being driven to a corner as the trio are grinning in a comical way.
"Uh…"
"Accept it…"
"Accept it…"
"Accept it…"
"Well…its…"
"Accept it…"
"Accept it…"
"Accept it…"
Elena, while calm and collected, puts down her cup of tea on the table, approached the trio and smacked them on their heads, causing them to squeal in pain while putting them in their places which restores the peace inside the student council room.
KA-BLAG!
SPLAG!
WHA-KA-PLAG!
"Ow!"
"Ow!"
"Ow!"
"That's enough. Take your seats."
"…"
"…"
"…"
"And not another word."
Chris, Alan and Vermeil sat on their seats as they sport HUGE LUMPS on their heads as Elena rubbed her knuckles, swollen a bit after smacking them on their heads, and there she approached Alto and gently asked him if he would like attend her family gathering while acting as her date, and said that she will not force him to agree, saying that he has the final say on this.
Alto was unsure, but for some reason her face had a smile and angelic look, and he felt like being drawn to her but he shook his head to clear his thoughts and think carefully whether to accept or not, but then hilarity ensued as Chris, Alan and Vermeil are whispering to Alto to accept Elena's request.
"Accept it…"
"Accept it…"
"Accept it…"
"Be her date…"
"Be her date…"
"Be her date…"
"Say yes…"
"Say yes…"
"Say yes…"
Elena saw this, and while her face showed her calm and collected appearance, her actions were a stark contrast, and took action to put the trio in their places as their antics finally earned her ire.

WHA-KA-PLAG!
"WILL YOU LOT SHUT UP ALREADY?!"
"OW!"
"OW!"
"OW!"
"UTTER ANOTHER WORD AND I'LL SLICE YOUR HEADS OFF!"

Jessica, Shinouji and Alto stared in surprise seeing the terrifying look of Elena, who FINALLY got pissed off at the trio's antics, but then she resumed her ANGELIC AURA and demeanor and asked Alto once more if he would like to be her date this coming weekend, which he was unsure at first, but seeing that all he had to do is act as an escort and nothing more, he reluctantly nodded in agreement.
As Elena smiled, Chris and Alan exchange HIGH-FIVES, and Vermeil rubbed her hands in excitement as she is looking forward to the buffet that the upcoming family ball is making, while Jessica and Shinouji glanced at each other, wondering if this is a good idea or not, wondering what would happen if the Kimberlight family were to meet Alto, slightly worried that they might mistook him for Elena's suitor.
"So he decided to accept…"
"Is this okay?"
"Let us have faith in the president, Jessica."
"Are you sure, Shinouji?"
"For now."
"…"
"I am sure that the president can handle this…"
"Fine..."

Hope you liked this chapter, as Alto was being PRESSURED to accept the request, and though Elena briefly loses her composure, she managed to ask if he would like to be her date, which he eventually accepted…
