IF is looking trough the bars of her cell.
"Thinking about getting us out of there?" RED says
IF is currently sharing a jail cell with RED while Nepgear and Compa are on the other side of the prison, they are wearing a collar that prevent them to use magic
"No, you think?" IF responds
"That's bad because we could have done some fun things ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)"
IF raise an eyebrow "like what?"

IF just death stares RED
"Wait why it got censored? It's an M rated fanfic… Anyway, any plans?" RED asks like nothing happened

"Form what I know form the guild, there is a political chaos here since the end of their war, but well these are old information form 6 month ago, there is an agent gathering Intel on the political situation but we didn't have news of him since a few weeks..."
IF listen to a discussion out of her field of view

A guard is holding a new captive and passes in front of the two girls

[Later. In the middle of the night.]
IF saw the rusty bars, she hears someone coming
A guard comes look trough the cells, she pass IF and RED cells without paying attention since he quickly see the two of them sleeping
Quickly after, IF get out of her bed and sneak to the widows and restart what she was doing
The guard passes and see other guard walking in the opposite direction of her, she quickly salute them

IF continues to saw the bars, she hears the sound of walking again, so she goes quickly to bed and pretend to sleep

The woman open the jail door, two guards enter inside while she stay outside, one of the two guard then lift the red head who is still sleeping, she doesn't even wake up
IF prepare to attack the guards, she hides her knife in her shorts and stop pretending to sleep
"What's going on?" IF asks
"You are being transferred. Get out and follow us." one of the guard says
IF jumps down form her bed, quickly get her knife and stabs the guard in the neck
The guard fall on the ground, inert.
IF rushes to the other one…

IF gets paralyzed by the other guard who got a taser before her knife reached the man, she fall on the ground, she see the knife and attempt to reach it
The guard kick her in the face, and he does it again
"Fucking bitch." he says
He kicks her gain

"…Yes I remember that they want them alive, help carry that red head, I'm taking her. Follow me and don't ask anything."
[Later.]
IF wakes up, she is inside of a truck with Nepgear, Compa and RED, her hands are cuffed, same for the other girls

The girls wake up, confused
"Uh? Were we are iffy?" Compa asks
"In a truck, we are being moved."
"Maybe they are gonna send us back to Planeptune?"

"I think they are affiliated with the ASIC now. Shit I shouldn't have told y'all to surrender."
"So that mean we are screwed?" RED asks

In the night, the armored truck is moving trough the Lowean taiga, its rolling on a small road deep in the forest, there is two people on the front of the truck, one driving it and a "co-pilot" on the passenger seat
The co-pilot looks around and on his right, he see a small abandoned campsite
"Park here, its the meeting point he says
The trucks turns and park on the campsite, the driver turns on the radio
"We have arrived, where are you?"
"We are arriving soon, we are flying over the taiga, don't forget to use a projector to make the light signals so we can spot you."
"Roger that."
The pilot turns off the radio. Silence quickly comes after until…
"So what do we do?"
"Uhm..."the driver look behind him "maybe we can have fun with the girl." he says while having a perverted smile
"...Y-you… I didn't know you where this fucking disgusting."
"Come on! No one will know that!"
"Yeah sure, I'm just a co-pilot my job is not to rape prisoners. And well imagine if the ASIC shows up right at the moment you are fucking them."

A Fafnir bonce on the driver, pinning him down
"OUCH!" those where the last thing that the driver said
The fafnir then bite his neck with his fangs and rip of the flesh out of the driver
AAAAARRRGHHH!" he yells in pain as the monster rip more and more pieces of him
"HOLY SHIT!" The co pilot screams
The co pilot search in the glove compartment and get a handgun, he load it and open the window. The fafnir is violently shaking the driver around, blood of the driver and his muscles fly in every direction

He open fire on the beast
The Beast growl pained and get out
The co-pilot see the driver or at least what remains of him: its a mess, he is a nearly unrecognizable mass of flesh with his blood running out of his body and some of his organs bloody starting to leave his body due to the severity of the assault
"He is still alive?" the co-pilot wonders

"Huh?" he turns his head on the opposite side
A see a green dogoo melting the window of the door

He shot the exposed part of the dogoo, resulting in it dying and exploding
The co-pilot is breathing hevealiy, the window is nearly fully melted by the dogoo
STOMP STOMP STOMP
Something approach the truck, he can't tell where its coming form but its sure getting closer… He is too focused to even notice that something is starting to lift the truck and when he notices it its already too late so he ready is gun and point it on the broken window…
WHOSHHH
The truck get thrown on the ground and the survivor is stunned, his eyes widens when he see a hand reaching for him and getting him out of the vehicle, its an Ancient dragon that got him between his claws, he wants to beg for mercy but is vocal cords are paralyzed by pure fear, and it would work anyway...
The co pilot get crushed by its powerful claws, the man vomits blood and some crushed guts due to the pressure of having his bones and organs, the dragon then lift his corpse above his mouth and eat it.
After that carnage, a young man walk out of the forest
"Good work everyone!" he says, visibly not shocked by the gruesome scene
The man then throw a strange spherical object on the ground. Green dogoo appears magically out of it
"Melt the door." the man says while pointing to the door of the armored truck
The dogoo than jump on it, after a few minute it fully melt
The man then use the same spherical object to recall the dogoo who get miniaturized and get dragged inside of it, the object closes. The young man then get a flash light, turn it on and upon seeing what the truck carried, he gasp and he is confused at the same time…
[Later.]
IF wakes up, she looks around: she was laying on a small bunk in a room that seem built inside of a cavern, on the side of the room, there is her other friends who are still asleep, she get out of the bunk goes to right corner of the room, there is Nepgear sleeping
"Gear, wake up!"
"Uh?" The candidate starts to open her eyes
She then looks around
"Where are we?!"
"Probably in the graveyard now."
"We are gonna get imprisoned again?"
"Of course we did."
"Oh no! No! We are doomed!" Nepgear starts crying "I'm sorry! Its all my fault, I should have transformed when we were getting captured by these changers!"
IF start thinking about something
"Wha-" Red and Compa are waking up
"Whats all about?" Compa asks
"We are domed! The only hope we have is to hope someone will rescue us!" Nepgear cries
"Calm down." IF says
"How you want us to calm down! We are gonna die here!" RED cries as well
"No, look at your hands. We are not longer cuffed."
"Uh, but that would be dumb to uncuff us." Compa says
"That's the point Compa, someone else must have taken us."
"They also removed the collars." States Nepgear
"But who that can be?" Compa wonders
"I remember that we got thrown around by something. And then the truck doors vanished and someone turned on a light before I fainted out." RED states
"Anyway stay in guard. If there is some guards with firearms, don't hesitate to transform Nepgear. Bullet are not very dangerous for you in your CPU form. Knock them out and then we get outta here. Its our only chance out!"
"I'm hearing someone approaching." RED says
Meanwhile a rather short young man with green eyes with one that have a nuclear symbol, wearing a damaged green bandanna, he is also carrying a plate with some coffee cup on it, he opens the door
"Hello girls-" The man enter in
A punch get thrown at him he lean on left to dodge it, he quickly see that one of the girl who were inside truck who was attacking is red headed and is wearing a cheongsam
The Redhead then quickly throw another punch, the man lean on the right this time and dodges again
"Wait up!" the man says
"Yaaa!" The redhead girl yells as she high kick the man on the side
He blocks the kick with one arm, holding the plate with the other without making any of the cups fall, the man then moves the plate and present it to the girl who gets confused
"I'm Uran, want to have Hot chocolate and talk?"
[Later.]
Everyone is gathered on table, its pretty silent
"You girls must be confused to wonder how you finished in our hideout, I bet you got some questions to ask me."
"Of course, but i'm not sure by which one to start with."
"Well we could start by, You was an officer in the ASIC that later joined the MOD, right?"
"Yes"
"Then why you rescued us?"
"Well you want the short version or the long one."

"No. I'm not aware of what happened here at Lowee. Can you please explain the full story?"
"Its a very long story and complicated but to summarize, we are Changers, we are people that are quite everywhere but here at Lowee we are persecuted, we made a revolution and occupied the east of Lowee to get ourselves independent form them and other nations."
"But why you were persecuted?"
"It's about a myth to goes back to very old times, were the nation of Tari that ruled over Gamindustri, it came to an end when the Changers start to become out of control, they provoked the nation to go unstable and force the CPU to take a totalitarian turns which only worsened the problems, her own people turned against her."
"And what it have to do with Lowee?" RED asks
"I'm coming on it. Lowee was at that period just merely more than a city state, due to the crash that happened, to avoid something similar to happen here, Lowee created the "quality" system which forces Changers to be approved by the Basilicom if they want to continues their activities. Most accepted and became the predecessor of the Makers and with this Lowee became the major power that we know but a lot of Changers refused that and attempted to continue what they were doing. So Lowee came with the idea to reduce them to second class citizens, in some era, even less."
"Oh, that's pretty bad." Compa says
"You guys are literally breaking Lowee laws. Of course they have to do something." IF says
"Here we go, it's literally a racial law, don't you get it?"
"Then why not becoming approved by the Basilicom then?"
"If we all did, we would have lost all of our freedom. Lowee would control all of us and force us to do what they want."
"I don't really get it."
"Told you that it was complicated. Anyway, I wanted to ask you all, what you were doing in that truck?" Uran asks
"We were on our way to Lowee to secure the mascot so Ge-Ge could get powered by her and free the CPU for the ASIC."
Uran thinks for a seconds connecting some words "I see. That's why."
"Uh, mind to explain?" Compa asks
"Actually, if you could let us go we would do our job before the ASIC destroy the mascot. It was a good company but we are in a hurry." IF says
"You poor girls wasn't aware that ASIC sympathizers took over the country."
"What!" The girls responds in shock, but not IF...
"That make sense in some way, I know that during the insurrection that the MOD got support form the ASIC." IF says
"Well after our victory in the war, it was a political chaos between, all various political parties who had different views on what doing after. There was a transition government which I was part of until The ASIC sympathizer made a coup, and the Changers that they fought along, got purged for having "too hostiles" idea towards the ASIC they then renamed the country CCS standing for Changer Socialist State. a few others that live in that cavern were the rare people who escaped them..." Uran says
RED lift her cup and Uran fill it with hot chocolate
"...And that's why I turned against the ASIC, I wanted freedom, not revolting against a slaver to go into another one. We then regrouped and made some raids on their convoys, to grab weapons and intel to make a counter-coup, I was surprised to find girls instead of guns." the commander continues
"So that mean the ASIC have total control of this country." Compa says
"Yep and it just a puppet state now."
"That's very bad." Nepgear says
"Even worse since there is a lot of natural gas in that region. I shall escort you all to Lowee but in exchange we want help form Planeptune. I'm gonna to restore the status quo here and will help against the ASIC."
IF speaks up "Not really sure if we ca-"
"SOLD!" The three others girls says at the same time
[Later.]
The group is walking inside of a tunnel, Uran is ahead with a torch
"Since when that tunnel was made?" Compa asks
"Since our war against Lowee."
"And what it was used for?"
"We used them to supply our troops and launch unexpected attacks."
"Supplying troops with tunnels?"
"It's a way easier than doing it on the surface and getting bombed by Lowee harwings."
"Harwings?"
"Lowee multi-roles jets. They ravaged us during the war, that and that Planeptune Vertidragon"
"Oh."
The group continue walking in silence
"Actually something find it quite weird." IF says
"What?"
"That's strange that you were working for the ASIC as commander but after the war started you left them?"
"I asked firstly. And they accepted." Uran says and thinks for a moment "Oh shit."
"So that mean the ASIC clearly knew what they were doing since the start of all of this."
"I actually don't really understand why. There is natural gases sure but they could just have to buy it."
"Actually, the truth about the ASIC is that they try to resurrect a god of destruction that will destroy the world."
"...Wait seriously?"
"Damn Compa, blunt suddenly again?" IF says
"That's fine… but can you explain me more about all of this with the ASIC and how many lies they told me?"
"Well what were your beliefs on them?"
"They were freedom fighters fighting for equality against the corrupts people. By uniting everyone under one goddess"
"Well then its going to be quite long..."
The group exit form the tunnel form a ladder, they are now inside of a house
"We should be close to the border now." Uran says
"Finally! That where hours that we were walking" RED says happily
"There still walk to do. But unfortunately I can't escort you further."
"But you said that you will escort us to the border."
"We are next to it for sure, but if I get either spotted by Lowee or by a patrol of CSS rangers. I'm they both think that I vanished so I prefer hiding in the shadows until the time come. Otherwise if they know that I'm alive, they are both gonna attempt to kill me and then I would have to escape to another country were it would be a way harder to prepare the counter-coup."
"I get it, thanks for your help, I will make sure we can help you back quick as possible." Nepgear says
"Come on. The ASIC might be aware of the location the mascot by now."
The Nepgear, Compa and RED nods, they then exit the house, they look around its an abandoned village, they then head for the west
"The war he talked about, probably ravaged this village." Nepgear says
"I think so." IF sighs "Next time, Compa look if the GPS wasn't modified."
"I will do it!" Compa responds
"RED, when we were with the commander you didn't seem disgusted as you do usual when you see boys."
"I think that boys are gross but I will make an exception with this one, no one offered me a hot chocolate that tasty."
"It sure that it was good." Nepgear says
"Yeah." IF says "It was amazing." Compa says
"I wonder if Bethesda will also be an exception for her." Nepgear thinks
"We should be careful. We can use magic but we still don't have weapons." IF says
[Later at the Lowee-CSS Border]
Two guards are in a customs
"Nothing happening as usual."
"Not sure changers want to join Lowee." Another border guard responds while playing on his phone
"Yeah sure. By the way you are winning?"
"No, I'm getting fucked since the start of the match by a fucking camper. I'm gonna try to flank that bitch… Here."

The trooper enter behind a building, he got upstairs, enter the room where the camper is and…

A mine explodes, killing the trooper

"That's complicated." Nepgear responds
"We are on a diplomatic mission, can you let us pass?"
"Of course."
The barriers opens, and the Nepgear groups passes trough, minutes later one of the guards remarks:
"We should call our superiors about it."
"Yeah."
[Around an hour after.]
The group walks trough the mountains
"Hey, is that the Basilicom?" RED says while looking forward, she point at the tall majestic building standing out form the city on the horizon
"Look like we are finally near."
"HALT!" Someone yells form afar, there is troopers but not usual ones since they wear some fancy red and white clothes
"A shit here we go again." IF says
"Should I transform?" Nepgear whispers
"Not now."
The trooper then spread on the side and a blue haired military officer walks towards them
"Greetings" she says
"Intelligent?" IF recognize the woman
"You know her iffy?" Compa asks
"that woman, she must probably be a high ranking of military."
"Hey you." The Officer says to the Candidate "I guess that you are the Candidate of Planeptune."
"Yes, I am."
"I see, everyone come with me, we got things to talk about..." She then walks towards the city, the group follows her
"But what she want to talk about?" Nepgear minds wonders
Well I didn't respect my own delays to make this chapter, at least not one can say that i rushed this one :troll:
Anyway i hope this one is good as the previous or better and this will be worth the wait for y'all, i will attempt to respect my delays for the next one which will be directly about the end of this chapter
I also hope that you guys are not having a headache due Uran turning against the ASIC
