6 months have passed since the chaos control incident and everyone resumed their normal lives. Bloom herself was in the mystic ruins looking at the chao again. The chao were as cute as always and she always likes to study them.
Meanwhile up in a space there was a space station that also got affected by chaos control and now the sudden chaos energy made it shake a bit and this caused a space pod in there to fall down to earth.
Bloom decided to try and sense if there was anymore chaos emeralds but she couldn't sense any right now. She had stayed there till after dark and looked up at the night sky and saw a shooting star. She decided to make a wish. She wished to help Sonic and his friends get back home.
After she reopened her eyes she looked up and saw that the shooting star seemed to coming towards her and at first she thought she was imagining things but the more she looked at it the closer it got and the redhead soon realized that it was actually coming towards her. She screamed and jumped away quickly in time because the star had crash landed to where was standing a moment ago.
The young rich girl went over towards the crater to see the star only to be shocked to see that it wasn't a star at all but a space pod. Curious, she slid down the crater to get a closer look. She looked at the pod and noticed that there was something inside it. She brushed the glass pod and saw that there was a young girl with blond hair inside the pod and she noticed that there was some frost inside the pod and realized what it was.
"An isolation pod, she's been cryogenically frozen" Bloom said to herself
She then noticed that the frozen girl had a blood stain on her long blue sleeved shirt and it was located near the abdomen.
"She's hurt. I can't ignore this" Bloom said
With her strength she managed to break open the pod and lifted up the unconscious girl.
Bloom has a cabana in these ruins and decided to go there. She entered her cabin and set the girl on the bed and noticed that the girl's health seems to be weakening. With her senses she examined her and noticed that her immune system was extremely weak.
"She'll die at this rate. I have no choice but to inject her with chaos energy" Bloom said
It was a procedure that took longer than Helen's and it was more difficult but after at least 3 hours she was finished and noticed improvement immediately. It would take a while for her to recover but she would probably wake up soon. Bloom then saw the young girl had now gotten a green diamond on her body and it was located on her upper back.
The young blonde girl groaned and opened her blue eyes. She noticed that she was lying down on a bed. She felt weak and very sore.
She groaned because there was some light shining in on her face. She looked over to see that it was a window. She sat up and looked around to see that she was in some type of room and it didn't look like anything with devices like in the station that she was in. She then heard a voice and looked over to see that there was a girl there. The girl was around her age. She had long red-orangish hair and she blue eyes like her. She was wearing a white shoulderless top and a light blue skirt with white frills on the edge. She was wearing high knee white socks and black boots with red shoelaces. The girl's long hair was in two low pigtails with two blue thin ribbons wrapped around them.
"Ah good you're awake" The girl said
The blond girl tried to remember what she was doing last time but her memories were hazy at the moment.
"Who…are…you?" The blond girl asked
"Ah right sorry, my name is Bloom Domino" Bloom said
The blond girl managed to find her voice and proceeded to ask more questions.
"Where am I?" The girl asked
"You're in the mystic ruins" Bloom said
The blond girl was surprised to hear this because she had heard of the place before but couldn't remember where she had heard of it before.
"What happened to the ARK?" The girl asked
Bloom gave her a look of confusion.
"ARK? What are you talking about?" Bloom asked
The girl was shocked because everyone used to know about the ARK. Her head started to hurt and grabbed it in pain.
"My head hurts" The girl said
Bloom approached her and told her to take it easy.
"Relax you're still recovering" Bloom said
The blonde girl looked at her savior. Bloom decided to ask her what her name was.
"Let's start off with something easy. What is your name?" Bloom asked
"My name?" the girl asked
Bloom nodded and waited patiently for her to answer.
"Maria. I'm sorry but I can't seem to remember my last name right now" Maria said
Bloom smiled gently.
"It is a pleasure to meet you, Maria and don't worry about it" Bloom said
Bloom then told her to rest for a bit. After a while Bloom helped get to the restroom and she could clean herself up a bit. After she took a shower, she dried herself off and wrapped the towel around herself and saw that there was something printed on her upper back. She saw that it was a green diamond and remembered that it wasn't there before.
"Bloom" Maria called out to her.
The redhead came in and saw that the blonde was in her towel and asked her if something was wrong.
"What's wrong Maria?" Bloom asked
"There's a green diamond on my back and I know that it wasn't there before" Maria said
To prove it she showed the redhead her back and Bloom saw the green diamond, but Bloom was completely aware of it being there because she had seen it appear.
"That's nothing you need to worry about" Bloom said
"But why is it there? I know it wasn't there before" Maria said
"Let's get you into some fresh clothes first and then I'll tell you" Bloom said
Bloom got Maria a blue dress with a red heart on the right side of the chest area. She also had blue boot with giant white stripes in the middle.
Maria was now sitting on the couch and Bloom now revealed the information she wanted to hear.
"Well to start off I was hanging around here and saw a shooting star but it was headed towards me but I managed to avoid getting hit and noticed that what I thought was a star was actually an cryogenic isolation pod and when I looked inside I saw you in there" Bloom said
Maria was shocked to hear this because she wasn't expecting to hear that she had fallen out of the sky.
"I don't where you came from but I do know that you had a wound and that I needed to help you, so I broke the pod and brought you here. I then noticed that your immune system was very weak and was getting weaker. That put your life at risk, and I had no choice but to inject you with chaos energy. If I hadn't done that then you would've died. After I finished the procedure of injecting you with chaos energy that green diamond appeared on you. That green diamond is a symbol of chaos and it appears on humans that have chaos energy" Bloom said
Maria processed the information that was given to her and was shocked by this.
"Hold on, but how did you inject me with chaos energy? Did you use a machine?" Maria asked
Bloom giggled and moved her bangs out of her way and Maria was shocked to see that the redhead had the same green diamond, but it was located on her forehead.
"You have the same symbol. Wait so that means that you have chaos energy too?" Maria asked
"Yes, I was actually the first human here to receive it. Although I didn't intend for it to happen but I'm glad it did because I was able to help out my friends with my new abilities" Bloom said
"So you have the ability to inject others with chaos energy?" Maria asked
"Well yes but honestly I'm not sure if its only me that can do it. There might be other people that can do it too" Bloom said
"So you didn't know if it would work or not" Maria guessed
"Actually I believed it would work. You're the second person that I have injected chaos energy into" Bloom said
"Second? Who was the first?" Maria asked
"The first person I injected chaos energy into was my best friend named Helen and the reason I did that because she was bound to a wheelchair and she had helped me out with so many things and I wanted to pay her back by giving her the ability to walk. I was nervous because there were risks involved" Bloom said
"And you did that to me too?" Maria asked
Maria couldn't help but feel a little angry because Bloom decided to not wait until she woke up to tell her.
"Well Maria, you were a different case. I couldn't wait for you to wake up because if I had waited any longer then you probably wouldn't have made it" Bloom said
Maria remained silent and processed this information. She was injected with chaos energy and her memories were hazy and couldn't remember much about her past.
"I can't remember anything except something about the ARK" Maria said
Bloom knew what it was that the young blond had.
"Well Maria, you may have partial amnesia. You were injured and cryogenically frozen for who knows how long. So it's not a surprise that you would have hazy memories" Bloom said
What Bloom said made sense to her. Maria then felt a sudden pounding in her head and grabbed it.
Bloom was next to her instantly.
"Maria, what's wrong? Are you remembering something or does something hurt?" Bloom asked
Maria was remembering an old man with mustache and then remembered being in a medical room. She managed to remember something about her past.
"I remember something. I had a disease that was deemed incurable" Maria said
"A disease?" Bloom asked
"I think it was called N.I.D.S" Maria said
"N.I.D.S?" Bloom asked
"I think it stood for Neuro Immune Deficiency Syndrome" Maria said
"Well I from what I've seen it seems to weaken the immune system and it was a good thing that I managed to cure you" Bloom said
Maria smiled and hugged her new friend.
"Thank you so much for helping me" Maria said
Bloom just smiled and told her that she was simply doing her duty as a citizen.
Maria then felt strange and was glowing blue.
"What's going on?" Maria asked
Bloom didn't know and could only watch as Maria glowed and closed her eyes because of the brightness.
Bloom opened her eyes again and saw that Maria took on a different shape. The human girl that had been in front of her was now shorter and her entire body was golden. She was still wearing the same clothes. Bloom saw that the girl now had hair or quills. She now knew that her new friend had turned into a hedgehog.
"That was weird" Maria said
Maria looked up to see that her friend was giving a look of surprise and wondered what had happened.
"Is something wrong?" Maria asked
"Well I don't know what to say but maybe you should go look in a mirror" Bloom said
Maria was confused but went to the bathroom to look in the mirror and saw her appearance and screamed.
"WHAT HAPPENED TO ME?!" Maria asked in a loud voice
"Maria, calm down" Bloom said
"How am I supposed to calm down when I transformed into some type of hedgehog?!" Maria asked in a panicky voice
"Just calm down and take a deep breath" Bloom said
Maria did what she was instructed and managed to calm down.
"Feel better?" Bloom asked
"Yes thank you but I'm still confused on how this happened" Maria said
"I think I know what happened" Bloom said
Maria was curious on Bloom's hypothesis.
"Chaos energy can affect different people. For example, someone can have superior strength to another or superior speed to another. Over six months ago I discovered that a person can have different abilities other then strength and speed. They can have their own unique abilities" Bloom said
"Really then is this my unique ability?" Maria asked
"Yeah concentrate and think about what you used to look like" Bloom said
Maria did just that and glowed blue and Maria was now in her human form.
"I'm back to normal" Maria said
"It seems you have a shape shifting ability" Bloom said
Maria tried to change into something else but she simply reverted back into a hedgehog. She had tried several times but she could only change into a hedgehog. After changing back into her human form again the blond showed her frustration that she couldn't change into anything else.
"Why can't I change into anything else?" Maria asked
"It seems that you can change into a hedgehog and that's the only form you take. However this might give you some extra abilities. I'm not sure what those abilities are or if you gain any but there must be an advantage you have by becoming a hedgehog" Bloom said
Bloom then heard a knock on her door and was confused because she wasn't expecting any visitors. She went over to see who it was and saw that it was her school friends.
"Ah hello everyone" Bloom said
"We need your help" Danny said
Bloom was confused. She was always happy to help but she wondered what they needed help with.
"Help with what?" Bloom asked
Francis, Chris and Danny showed her what they had and Bloom was shocked to see that they had green diamonds on them.
"Green diamonds? But how?" Bloom asked
"We don't know, they just suddenly appeared on us yesterday" Chris said
Chris had a green diamond located on the back of his right hand, Danny had one located on the back of his left hand and Francis had one located on her left cheek.
"We probably got hit by chaos control and got fused with chaos energy" Chris guessed
"You probably absorbed is and it took long time for them to develop. Have you discovered anything?" Bloom asked
Helen was about to tell her but she saw that there was another blond girl in Bloom's cabin and waved hello to her.
"Oh hello there" Helen said
Maria waved back at them with a friendly gesture.
"Who's this?" Francis asked
"Everyone this is my new friend, Maria" Bloom said
Bloom then explained Maria's situation to them, and they felt bad for her, but they welcomed her with open arms.
"Anyway, you need to help us. We need to learn how to control our new powers" Francis said
Bloom smiled and agreed to help them.
"Maria, you should join too" Bloom said
"Huh? Me too?" Maria asked
"Well, I did have to inject you with chaos energy, and you need to learn how to control that energy" Bloom said
"Ah you're right" Maria said
Helen helped out too since she had received that training from Bloom and knew what to do and how to teach people how to use chaos energy.
They were tested on their speed first and Maria proved herself to be the fastest one among them, but Danny was very close and proved to be the second fastest.
The next test was strength and Chris proved to be the strongest one physically and Francis proved to be the second strongest one.
Bloom of course was the strongest and fastest, but she was counting her friends' recently earned skills.
Later Bloom was showing Maria Station Square and was introduced to Cream and Cheese. The young blonde was looking around Station Square in amazement.
"You seemed to be amazed about the city Ms. Maria" Cream said
"It always been my dream to come to earth" Maria said
"You act like you haven't been here before" Cream said
"I haven't but I don't really want to talk about it right now" Maria said
Everyone stopped when they heard a voice in the distance.
"FROGGY! THERE YOU ARE!" The voice called out
Everyone looked forward to see a big, fat purple cat with stripes coming their way but the cat tripped and landed in front of the group. It looked to see Cheese and a sad noise.
"Aww you're not froggy" The cat said
The group tried to ask him what was wrong but it took a while to get information and they actually managed to get the info they needed. Everyone sighed after they got the answers.
"So let's start from the beginning. You're name is Big and you came to this city looking for you friend Froggy" Bloom said
Big nodded and they all sighed after they got the information they needed.
"But there's just one problem. That isn't Froggy" Big said when he pointed at Cheese
Everyone else just groaned. Bloom was wondering how anyone could mistake a Chao for a frog.
Maria saw that Big was about to cry and tried to reassure him that they would help him look for his friend.
"Don't cry Big, We'll help you look for Froggy" Maria said
"Yeah, if you're friend is missing then we can help you find him" Cream said
"I suppose we can help but this city is so big so it won't be easy to search for a frog in this city" Bloom said
"But we have to find him" Cream said
The group looked all over for Froggy but they couldn't find him anywhere.
"Where could he be?" Maria asked
The three of them then came across a puddle of water and it seemed to be moving on its own.
"Be careful everyone" Bloom said
The puddle then formed into humanoid shape with green eyes and its brain was visible.
Cheese seemed to be excited to see this creature but Cream held him back so he wouldn't get near the creature.
Maria looked at the creature and started to shake in fear.
"No not again! I don't want to see those things again!" Maria said
"Again? What are you talking about?" Bloom asked
Bloom looked back and saw that water creature lift its right hand and proceeded to bring it down but the redhead managed to catch it in time. She then spun around several times and threw the creature back. It turned into a puddle when it hit the concrete but it reformed itself several seconds later.
Bloom looked at the creature and sensed something from this monster and saw images of fire and shrine. She could sense that this thing was feeling some type of anger.
Sonic soon arrived, standing a lamppost and had his usual smirk on his face.
"Come on now, that's not how a tourist should act. Asks for directions like a normal person" Sonic said
"Sonic!" Bloom and Cream said at once
Maria looked at the hedgehog and she soon had an image of another hedgehog in her head.
"Shadow?" Maria whispered
"What'd you say?" Big asked
Maria realized that she had said that out loud and blushed.
"Oh its nothing" Maria said
Sonic jumped down onto the street and faced the creature in front of him.
"Leave this thing to me" Sonic said
Sonic performed his spin dash and went right through the creature. Sonic's attacked didn't do anything to it at all.
"It didn't do anything?" Maria asked
"But how that was direct hit" Cream said
"It went right through him" Big said
Bloom examined the creature and watched as Sonic attacked the creature several times but none of his attacks seemed to be working.
"Normal attacks won't work on this thing" Sonic said
Bloom noticed that Sonic tried other attacks but she noticed that whenever Sonic attacked from the air it would dodge his attack or would try to shield its head. The redhead thought for a moment about this strange pattern and knew how Sonic could defeat it.
"Sonic! I figured out how you can defeat it!" Bloom said
This caught the hedgehog's attention.
"Aim for its brain on its head! That's its weak spot" Bloom said
Sonic looked back at the water creature and saw the brain and smirked.
"Alright let's give this a try" Sonic said
The blue hedgehog then used a homing attack on its head after dodging another blow and this seemed to have worked because the creature staggered backwards.
The creature took several more attacks and it was back to being a puddle.
"Nice going Sonic" Cream said
The creature then went into sewer to hide.
"What was that thing?" Cream asked
They then heard laughter and looked up to see Eggman.
"Eggman?! What are you doing here?" Crema asked
"I'm here for this" Eggman said
Eggman made his egg mobile produce a robotic arm and snatched the chaos emerald that Cream was holding.
"Oh no!" Cream said
"Here Chaos have a little snack" Eggman said as he threw the emerald towards the sewer and the creature came up and snatched it. The creature's size got bigger.
"It changed shape?" Big asked
"What happened? Why did it change shape when it swallowed the chaos emerald?" Crema asked
"My guess is that this thing can absorb chaos emeralds and it appearance changes after each emerald it swallows. I assume that it can also get stronger too" Bloom said
Eggman laughed after Bloom said that.
"You're hypothesis is correct. Each Emerald Chaos swallows will make him stronger" Eggman said
"Chaos?" Sonic asked
"That's right this thing is made of pure chaos and once I feed him all seven emeralds he will be invincible and work for me. After that I can finally build my Eggman empire" Eggman said
"Grandfather?" Maria asked
Eggman frowned when he heard the blonde girl call him that.
"Hey! I'm not a grandpa! I'm not even that old to begin with!" Eggman said
Chaos approached them and Maria stepped back in fear.
"Back off creep!" Sonic said
"Sorry Sonic, but he only takes orders from me, now get them" Eggman said
Before Chaos could attack, Knuckles made an appearance.
"Alright Eggman, what did you do to the Master Emerald?!" Knuckles asked in anger
"Did something happen to the master emerald, Mr. Knuckles?" Cream asked
"Yeah you could say that" Knuckles said
The red echidna looked and saw Sonic was also there.
"Sonic? What are you doing here?" Knuckles asked
"I could ask you the same thing" Sonic replied
"I'm here to talk to Eggman, you see I have a couple of pressing questions that only he can answer" Knuckles said
Eggman chose this time to reply.
"I would love to help you Knuckles but right now its feeding time" Eggman said as he brought another emerald.
"A Chaos emerald" Knuckles said
"He has such a healthy appetite" Eggman said when he tossed the emerald to Chaos, who caught it with his hand.
"It just keeps getting bigger" Sonic said
Chaos was now bigger than before. It then tried to attack them with its fist but Knuckles and Sonic dodged its attack.
Sonic performed a homing attack and aimed for its brain but Chaos surrounded itself with an electric forcefield that blew Sonic back. Knuckles came in with a punch but Chaos' barrier remained and slapped Knuckles aside.
Chaos then unleashed a water attack on them but they managed to dodge his attack.
"Stay back everyone. I'm going in to help them" Bloom said
"But that's dangerous" Maria said
"I know but I want to help them out" Bloom said
Sonic tried another Spin dash but Chaos blocked it again and even the combined attacks of both Knuckles and Sonic wasn't enough to get through its shield.
"Shocking isn't it? And that's only Chaos when he has two chaos emeralds" Eggman said
Chaos then produced a giant ball of water.
"Say bye bye runts" Eggman said
Chaos threw it at them but Bloom came in and punched the water orb apart. Sonic performed a spin attack and Knuckles charged in with more punches but Chaos' shield was too strong for them to get through. Bloom punched the ground, making an earthquake. This sudden earthquake made Chaos stagger because it needed to regain its balance.
Bloom and Knuckles came at the creature and punched at him together but the forcefield was keeping him safe but with the combined strength of both Knuckles and Bloom, it seemed to be enough to make it stagger and that was the moment that Sonic needed and performed his quickest spin dashed right into Chaos and this was enough to defeat Chaos. Eggman screamed in surprise because he didn't think that Chaos could actually lose.
"Too bad for you Eggman" Sonic said
"Too get too confident yet. I will have all seven emeralds" Eggman said as he grabbed Chaos with his machine and left.
Sonic decided to go get Tails and get into the X-Tornado to chase after Eggman.
Bloom was left with the rest of the group.
"Ms. Bloom what do we do now?" Cream asked
"Its simple Cream, we need to find the other chaos emeralds before Eggman does. We can't let him give Chaos any more emeralds" Bloom said
"But where can we go?" Maria asked
"Let's go back to my place" Bloom said
Maria knew it was going to be a long journey back to cabin but she didn't know that the cabin was just a second home.
The blonde was shocked to see the mansion they were at. She had never seen a house this big before.
"What a big house. I wonder who lives here" Maria said
Cream let out a giggle, causing Maria to look at her rabbit friend.
"What's so funny?" Maria asked
"Well this is Bloom's house" Cream said
Maria was shocked to hear this and looked back at her new friend and saw the redhead give her a nod to confirm that it was true.
They entered the mansion and settled down for a bit.
"What do we do to track down the emeralds?" Maria asked
"Well Tails is usually the one that helps us with that" Cream said
"Well the emeralds could be anywhere but it'll be impossible with so few of us" Bloom said
"Are you suggesting that we gat help from others?" Cream asked
"Yes, and I have the perfect friends to ask" Bloom said
"But what about Froggy?" Big asked
"Don't worry, Big, we'll search for Froggy too but we need to rest for now" Bloom said
The next day, Bloom decided to search at the school first and saw that the building was under attack. She gasped and went inside to see who was causing this and saw that it was a girl with long blond hair, her hair was longer than Maria's and Helen's. She was wearing a frilly orange shirt and white shorts and some black sandals.
"MOM! DAD! COME HERE!" The girl shouted
The girl was holding a staff. She was swinging it around, causing destruction everywhere. There were teachers there but they were powerless to stop this young girl from destroying everything in her path. Bloom decided to stop her by unleashing a powerful wind pressured beam from her palm. The attack hit the blonde's back and that sent her flying out a window. The teachers looked over to see that it was Bloom. The redhead then went after the blond girl.
The blonde girl recovered quickly and saw that she was outside and saw that she was being confronted by a redheaded girl.
"Where did you come from?" The girl asked
"It doesn't matter where I came from. You need to cease this destruction at once" Bloom said
"Don't get in my way!" The girl said
"There's no need to cause such pointless destruction" Bloom said
"Do you know who you are talking to?" The girl asked
"No, should I?" Bloom asked
"Stella Solaria, daughter of the fashion designer Luna" Stella said
Bloom looked at her with more confusion.
"I never heard of her before" Bloom said
Stella just scoffed.
"Whatever, I'll educate you later, right now I need to get back to the school" Stella said
The blond tried to go back but Bloom blocked her path.
"Get out of my way!" Stella said
"Why are you doing this?" Bloom asked
"I don't need to explain that to you" Stella said
"I won't let you go back there" Bloom said
"Don't blame you if you get hurt" Stella said
Stella produced yellow orbs in her hands and threw them at Bloom but the redhead dodged them. The redhead sensed that this girl could use chaos energy.
"She must've been affected by the chaos control too" Bloom muttered
Bloom then dodged several light beam attacks in time. She bent backwards to avoid getting hit by a staff. She jumped backwards. She sped forward with a sudden burst of speed and kicked Stella in the gut, sending the blond flying several feet in the air. Bloom then jumped up and got in above Stella. She did a 360 degree and stuck her leg out, kicking Stella back down towards the earth.
Stella groaned and struggled to get up. She got up on her feet and had her staff ready and produced a light beam and managed to hit Bloom, sending the redhead back but she recovered in time and landed on her feet.
Stella prepared another beam attack but Bloom got in front of her before she could and punched the blond several times with some fiery fists. This was enough to defeat her.
Stella had some wounds on her but Bloom used her healing powers to heal her opponent.
The blonde groaned and got up to see that her opponent was there looking down at her and she was about to attack but Bloom stopped her.
"That's enough Stella. This battle is over" Bloom said
Stella looked down, remembering that she actually lost to this new arrival.
"Now explain your reasoning for attacking the school" Bloom said
Stella just looed down.
"My parents got divorced a couple of years ago and I tried everything to get them back together but nothing worked. I suddenly got these powers and a diamond appeared on my right shoulder. I figured that I could grab their attention by causing some mischief" Stella said
Bloom was shocked to hear that this girl was causing this much destruction just to get some attention from her parents.
"So you're causing all this destruction because you wanted attention" Bloom guessed
Stella looked at her like she was offended by what she had just said.
"You make it sound like that I was doing something bad" Stella said
"Because it is a bad thing. Destruction isn't what you should be doing with these new powers you have obtained. You should be using them to help people" Bloom said
"It's not like you have powers" Stella said
"I managed to defeat you" Bloom said
"You were lucky" Stella said
Bloom moved her bangs from her forehead and Stella saw that the redhead had a diamond om her forehead too.
"You have powers too? No way!" Stella said
"There are far more people with powers than just you. There might be more people out there that have chaos powers and I think I want to find them all" Bloom said
"Why is that?" Stella asked
"Because I want to teach them how to use their powers correctly" Bloom said
"But I know how to use mine" Stella said
"Clearly you don't since you used it to throw a tantrum" Bloom said
"How rude!" Stella said
Bloom gasped.
"I'm sorry I should have worded that better" Bloom said
"Whatever" Stella said
"Listen, if you go on a rampage like that again then someone could get hurt. An innocent person could get hurt because of your actions. You must think before you do something like that" Bloom said
Stella thought and realized that Bloom was right. Rampaging wasn't the right thing to do.
"I'm sorry" Stella said
"I'll pay to have the repairs made" Bloom said
"Huh? But you aren't rich" Stella said
"I am actually quite wealthy I just don't like to brag about it" Bloom said
"Who are you?" Stella asked
"Bloom Domino" Bloom said before running off
Bloom moved to another section of the city to look for another chaos emerald. She then saw that a section of the city was covered in trees, making it look like a jungle.
"I-I'm sorry. I don't know why this is happening" A voice said
"Please help us" Another voice said
Bloom followed the voices and saw that it was Flora and her sister Miele. They were being confronted by some police but they were being entangled in vines when the sisters held their hands out to them. Bloom saw that Flora had a diamond on her the palm of her left hand while Miele had a diamond on the back of her left hand.
Bloom wasn't those two to have chaos powers. Unlike Stella, they seem to completely lack control of their powers. She surrounded her hands in chaos energy and charged in.
Flora and Miele couldn't figure out how to let the police down.
"Sister, what do we do?" Miele asked
"I don't know" Flora said
The sisters heard a wind rushing noising. They looked over and saw that the vines had been cut and then police officers were let down.
"What just happened?" Miele asked
"You lack control of your powers" Bloom said
The sisters looked over to see that it was the redhead they met with several months ago.
"You're Bloom right?" Flora asked
The girl nodded in response.
"What do you mean we lack control?" Miele asked
"Concentrate and don't panic. Feel that power in you and cancel it" Bloom said
"But how?" Flora asked
"Just try" Bloom said
The sisters did what they were told and the jungle vines disappeared.
"The vines are gone" Flora said
"Thank goodness" Miele said
"Remember to not panic and stay focused. Don't lose control" Bloom said
"But how do you know what to do?" Flora asked
"I'll explain later. For now remember those words" Bloom said
They just nodded and the redhead soon left and went back to her mansion. Maria explained about what they discussed and the inclusion they came to was that Froggy swallowed a chaos emerald and knowing that they needed to chase it down. Sonic had already gone to Tails to explain the situation to Tails.
Bloom knew that she needed more help. She told Cream that she would go with Big to search for Froggy. Maria was with Bloom and they would go find Helen and search for more chaos emeralds in the city. They soon met up with Helen and she agreed to help.
They searched the city and noticed there were several missing posters and they were all children.
"What's with all these posters?" Helen asked
"I don't know but this makes me nervous because they're around our age" Maria said
"Stay focused and worry about them for later since there's not much we can do to help the search for them right now" Bloom said
They nodded but the way Bloom said it was kind of harsh but then again, she was raised by a corrupt uncle.
The three of them saw a pink orb hovering above them and got close to them.
"What is that?" Maria asked
"I don't know but lets be careful" Helen said
The orb shined brightly and the three of them closed their eyes because of the brightness. After the light died down they looked around and saw that they were in a different place.
"What just happened?" Maria asked
"And where are we?" Helen asked
"Let's look around" Bloom said
They looked around and saw a pyramid like palace.
"Is that a palace?" Helen asked
"I feel like I've seen this place before" Bloom said
"Where?" Maria asked
"I don't know, I can't remember right now" Bloom said
The three of them then saw that there were a group of Echidnas around.
"Echidnas? Here?" Helen asked
"This might be an ancient civilization or in other words an ancient culture" Bloom said
Maria knew she had heard of this before but she can't remember anything about it right now. They looked around and then they found themselves at a shrine. Bloom gasped when she saw the chaos emeralds on pillars and saw the master emerald on the giant alter.
They then saw a female echidna there.
"I'm Tikal and I am not your enemy" Tikal said
The echidna was talking to something but they couldn't see who she was talking to.
"I fear that my father will soon discover this place. You must flee" Tikal said
There were some water like responses.
"You can't flee? I understand I will try to talk to my father once more" Tikal said
A bright light developed the area again and the three of them were now back to where they were before the orb appeared.
"Look, we're back" Maria said
"What was that?" Helen asked
Bloom seemed to be sensing something from that orb of light.
"Now I remember. That place reminded me of the mystic ruins" Bloom said
"The mystic ruins? How?" Helen asked
"That's what I want to find out" Bloom said
The three girls hopped on the train and went to the mystic ruins. They went into the jungle and found the same pyramid like structure.
"Now I know for sure what that was" Bloom said
"Please tell us" Maria said
"What we just witnessed was the past" Bloom said
"The past? What do you mean?" Helen asked
"That orb showed us the past. The mystic ruins used to be the civilization of those echidnas. That pyramid was the palace" Bloom said
"But what about the master emerald shrine?" Helen asked
"I suspect that the shrine is angel island. I don't know how it became a floating island but that's not important right now" Bloom said
"But we're supposed to be looking for the chaos emeralds right now. We don't have time for this right now" Helen said
"The chaos emeralds can wait. There might be something here that will explain what's going on with that Chaos creature" Bloom said
"But Bloom" Helen said
"Don't worry Helen, I'm sure everything will be fine. If we can find out what we just saw then maybe we can discover how to stop these events" Bloom said
The three of them then entered the palace and came across a room with a picture of a sea monster on a mural.
"What's this?" Helen asked
"It's a mural" Maria said
There was ancient writing on the wall.
"What is language is this?" Maria asked
"I can't read this at all" Helen said
Bloom looked over at the writing and realized that she was able to read it perfectly.
"I can read it" Bloom said
"How can you understand what this language is?" Maria asked
"I studied a large majority of ancient languages and I can read this just fine" Bloom said
"Well what does it say?" Maria asked
Bloom began to translate it the message on the wall.
"When seven is united into one being then the world will erupt into Chaos and meets its end" Bloom said
"When seven is united into one being" Helen started
"Then the world will erupt into chaos and meet its end" Maria said
Maria and Helen tried to think about the message and got even more confused.
"What does that mean?" Maria asked
Luckily Bloom already figured it out.
"When Seven unites into one being. The seven might be the chaos emeralds" Bloom said
The two blondes realized that what their friend said made sense.
"Of course! There are seven chaos emeralds" Helen said
"That one being I believe is Chaos" Bloom said
"Of course. Chaos' strength increases every time it takes an emerald. Eggman did say that Chaos would be invincible if he got all seven" Maria said
"But that confirms what we already know" Helen said
Bloom looked over more texts and saw that there was more.
"The destroyer was sealed inside the controller of chaos. If the beast unleashed, then the world will drown" Blooms said
"The controller of chaos?" Helen asked
"I believe it's the master emerald that its talking about" Bloom said
"The master emerald? Does that mean that something happened to Chaos and the master emerald?" Helen asked
"I think so" Bloom said
There was a sudden earthquake and the three of them got escaped the temple and looked out to see a giant ship about to take off.
"A ship?" Maria asked
Bloom knew who was responsible for making that thing.
"This has Eggman written all over it" Bloom said
"What do we do?" Helen asked
Bloom sensed some chaos energy on the ship and made the decision to go towards the ship.
"Wait Bloom come back" Helen said
The three of them then boarded the ship unannounced. The ship then took off. More mysteries were about to unfold.
