Hello everyone, MoniTennyson here once again with a new oneshot part of the Multiversal Oneshot Theatre! This time this is a SI-OC Spider-Man X Young Justice AU merger taking place on a new universe known as Earth-0106160.

The summary: Tyson Vaughn, a.k.a. The Sinister Spider-Man, is asked to join the teenage superhero covert group known as The Team. But with his temper and emotional issues...will he be able to be of any help to the Team or will he crumble under pressure and kill someone again?

Disclaimer: As per usual, I don't own anything other than the OC Tyson Vaughn. Ben 10 is owned by Cartoon Network and Man of Action while Young Justice is owned by DC Comics, Warner Bros. Animation and Brandon Vietti Greg Weisman respectively. I do not claim ownership or creation of anything other than my own original characters and storylines appearing in this oneshot.

Without further ado...let's get into it!

THE JUSTICE OF A WALLCRAWLER

A YJ X SPIDER-MAN AU MERGER

Gotham City, Manhattan, The Falcone Family Den, February 25th 17:25

"Never forget that: With Great Power Comes Great Responsibility…Those were the words Peter Parker/Spider-Man always used to say…but now he's gone."

The flaming silhouette of a green demonic figure is seen beating up Spider-Man before the scene changes to showing Mary Jane Watson hugging the lifeless body of Peter Parker.

"My thoughts on the death of Spider-Man?! Well, even though I always shame and paint him as a villain…nobody deserves to die that way…"

An experimental spider escaped from Orscorp, biting a random caucasian teen witness to the death of Peter Parker, giving him powers similar to the late superhero.

"Peter Parker, also known as the renewed superhero Spider-Man, was recently killed by the supervillain known as Green Goblin."

The teen that was earlier bitten by the spider is seen wearing a second hand Spider-Man costume as his eyes widened as he looked inside the den of the Falcone Family.

"As of now, no one can find the whereabouts of Norman Osborne/Green Goblin as of now, not even the Justice League was able to find anything leading up to him. It's like Norman vanished off of the face of the Earth."

The wannabe Spider-Man broke into the Falcone done, beating up a lot of thugs before reaching one thug. Pulling the thug's mask off to reveal none other than the teen's father.

"Today is a great loss for the citizens of Gotham. One of the superheroes protecting our city, Spider-Man has recently passed away."

In a fit of rage, Spider-Man jumped to attack the father, who was trying to shoot. The wannabe hero grabbed the hands of his father, trying to take his gun away but…

A gunshot is heard echoing through the den, revealing the teenager with the gun in his hands looking horrified at the lifeless body of his own father.

He…He was a…a KILLER. He was no Spider-Man…he was just like the villains.

As he heard the police sirens approaching, the hero made himself vanish, allowing the dark figure brooding over Gotham, Batman to notice him.

The Watchtower, above Earth's atmosphere, July 1st 12:02

Ever since the original Spiderman, Peter Parker, died last year at the hands of the supervillain known as Green Goblin, many copycat superhero wannabes came in his place, fighting crime and getting hurt.

The Justice League has been trying to contain and stop these powerless wannabe vigilantes before they got hurt but one wannabe vigilante got their attention.

Tyson Vaughn, a.k.a The Sinister Spiderman, a metahuman with abilities more or less identical to those of Peter Parker, but the kid, unlike the other vigilantes recently surface ever since Spiderman died, he was something else, fighting Justice League-level threats, helping the league during the events of last month.

When the League of Doom stole confidential files and fought the Justice League in order to keep the files, this so-called Sinister Spiderman helped out in the battle, helping in the defeat of Cheetah and Mirror Master. He was accompanied by Wonder Woman and The Flash during the battle, yes, but it was impressive nonetheless.

That's why they were all here. That was the reason Batman gathered all of the League members to the watchtower. To decide what to do with the kid.

"What is the meaning of this Batman? What is this all about? Because I don't think you called us here for nothing, " Superman said as he looked towards his comrade.

The Bat looked at his fellow leaguers with his always stern look before looking at the screen behind him and replying:

"I'm pretty sure you all know why we are here, this meeting is because of a certain Tyson Vaughn a.k.a The Sinister Spiderman, " Batman explained as he clicked a button on his remote control, causing the screen behind him to showcase some scenes of the said teenager fighting some villains. "He may be a bit rough around the edges…but I think he is ready to join, "

"Bruce, you're not being serious about having Tyson join the League, are you?!" The superheroine known as Wonder Woman stammered upon hearing that. How could Bruce really ask that?! A kid joining the league?

"No, nothing like that. I was meaning for him to join The Team. We already know what he is capable of and he was able to resist in a fight against villains of the League without getting seriously hurt. And you have to agree that he seems more than capable enough to fit the bill as they say. This way we could also keep a close eye on the kid at all times, " The Bat-themed superhero insisted to his fellow comrades.

"I do not agree with this. Bruce, The Sinister Spiderman is just a kid! You don't really think he would even be fit for this?"

"But you have to say, Wonder Woman; Aqualad, Robin and all of the other members of The Team are children too, I didn't see you had any issues when that issue was talked out in the league. Let the wallcrawler join, it's not like he'll do any harm, " The superhero known as Green Arrow remarked, causing the princess of Amazons to glare daggers at him.

"And you agree with this?! You will vote yes?" Wonder Woman exclaimed in anger as he got up from her chair to glare at the Arrow.

"Guys, wait. I fought alongside the kid and I have to agree with Batman. He is strong, and has potential. I agree with the notion of having him join us, " The Flash added with a smirk as he held his hand up.

"Now that the issue is cleared up…let's carry on with the notion. Who votes for The Sinister Spider-Man to join the team and who is against it?" Batman asks his fellow leaguers as everyone nodded and prepared their own votes.

"I agree with Wonder Woman on this, the kid is too violent. We can't be sure of how good of a hero he could be, " Black Canary stated her opinion.

"As I've said before, I am all for the Sinister Spider-Man joining the Team, " Flash and Green Arrow smirked at the same time before looking weirdly at each other.

"I'm against the notion for the reasons already provided. I don't think that we need someone not being able to keep his emotions and temper in check, " Martian Manhunter replied coldly

This continued on for a while until the voting process ended. The ones who voted for the notion were Green Arrow, Flash, Batman, Superman, Shazam/Captain Marvel, Aquaman, Zatara and Green Lantern. Voting against the notion were Wonder Woman, Hawkman, Hawkwoman, Martian Manshunter, Captain Atom and Red Tornado.

"In the end of the vote, there were 7 votes for Tyson Vaughn to join The Team and 6 against it. The notion will be carried by winning in unanimity by one. This means he will join the team and be notified as soon as possible. I will personally ensure that he will get the message. Everyone is free to go now, " Batman stated as every other leaguer started to make their leaves, the one who voted against The Sinister Spider-Man joining the team fuming.

Gotham City, Manhattan, The Vaughn Residence, July 1st 15:25

It was a cloudy and dark day as usual for the streets of Gotham where the newest superhero, The Sinister Spider-Man, just reached the window of the Vaughn residence shortly after dealing with a supervillain known as The Rhino.

The black and red spandex and hood cladded superhero quickly leaped inside the room before closing the window behind him.

The teen superhero took a deep breath and sighed as he took his mask off, revealing a caucasian teenager of average height with messy black hair, freckles and dark emerald eyes. This was the alter ego of The Sinister Spider-Man, Tyson "Ty" Vaughn.

"Tyson, honey! Are you there? I'm coming up! There's someone waiting for you downstairs, "

Upon hearing his mother calling for him, Tyson panicked, quickly grabbing a hold of his suit, undressing (revealing his quite scrawny build, I'm not scrawny, thank you very much) and quickly using his webs to launch the suit into the wardrobe right as the door opened to reveal a woman in her mid 30s with long black hair and emerald eyes, this was Tara Vaughn, the mother of Tyson.

"Umm…what were you doing?" Ms. Vaughn, the mother of Tyson, asked as she entered the room, her emerald eyes showing slight confusion and worry.

"Umm…I was lazing around?" the scrawny teenager replied, not really doing a good job at lying.

"Shirtless and in underwear?" the mother asked her son, not really buying the whole "lazing around" thing.

"Yes. Anyways, who did you say came to visit again?" Ty asked with a forced smile.

"You'll have to come down to find that out, won't you? But…get dressed first, " Tara stated bluntly, as her son nodded and grabbed some clothes from the ground.

A bit later, Tyson was dressed in a red hoodie jacket and black pants as he walked down the stairs to see who the surprise visitor was.

He went bug-eyed upon seeing who the visitor was…none other than the multi millionaire philanthropist playboy, Bruce Wayne.

"BRUCE WAYNE?! W-w…what are you doing here, sir?" the teenager exclaimed in shock before quickly regaining his composure.

"Isn't it great Ty? Mr. Wayne said that you hit a job at Wayne Industries as part of the IT team, you did it!" his mother exclaimed with a smile as the son made his way downstairs.

"Yes, Tyson, you heard that right. It's time for you to prove your worth as part of The Team," The multi millionaire stated with a slight smirk as he flashed his ring to Tyson.

Said ring had a bat symbol on it, making the teenager gasp upon realising what he meant.

"*Gasp!* He wants me to join the Justice League?! Oh my god!!"

Okay, maybe he didn't understand what Bruce Wayne was trying to convey to him that well.

This was the day when Tyson Vaughn a.k.a The Sinister Spider-Man became part of The Team.

Allright, this was it everyone! I hope you enjoyed it!

I think this one-shot served its purpose pretty well. I vaguely showcased Tyson's origins, the fact that this world's Peter Parker died and how the Justice League decided on letting Ty join the team.

If you couldn't figure it out, this world on the Spider-Man side of things is more or less l based on the Ultimate comics by Brian Michael Bendis, with Peter having died in a battle with the Green Goblin.

This Spider-Man, Tyson Hesse would be voiced in the real world if this was a real thing by either Ben Schwartz or Andrew Garfield, think of one of their voices as Tyson's when reading if you want.

The suit of Tyson is more or less the same as Old Man Spiderman/Earth-4 Spidey(Ezekiel Sims) that appeared in one of the many Spider-Verse comics but with the colors more or less reverted. With black as the leading color instead of red.
