Chapter 1: "The Wall"
The Rat-Bear-Dog mutant known as principle Nezu works diligently on his computer in his office, early in the morning. With students returning from their internships, bringing new knowledge and experience with them, he was getting ready to receive progress reports from their teachers. As he types, he gets a ping from his emails, labeled "IMPORTANT". Opening it, he finds an email from a more… controversial ally from across the seas. Specifically, Washington, D.C.
"Nezu,
Under orders of the hero commissions of both Japan and America, I've been tasked with bringing one of my classes to Japan as a learning experience both for them and for your students. The teaching opportunity for both groups is based on any overseas work and cooperation that may occur in the future. We'll need dorms ready, and I ask for a dossier on the students they will be in contact with, particularly of those in the class designated "1A".
See you soon,
A. W, Director of LEAGUE high."
Nezu frowns as he blows at his coffee to cool it. LEAGUE, or the "Legion Educating Apprehender's and Great Unifying Enforcers" High was well known for making the future heroes of America while enforcing strict, almost militaristic codes for the students to follow. They would be compared to UA, save for the fact that it was also a military led organization. It was a subsidiary of the organization known as ARGUS, or "Advanced Research Group Uniting Super Humans". That particular group has been in the shadows of superhuman society and have a hand in various military projects, some of which are said to be ethically questionable. The dean of the school and director of the project is a particularly cold and iron-willed woman.
Nezu: Hm… Why come to Japan?
Later in the day, as the infamous class 1A prepares to leave, they are stopped by their ever-tired home room teacher, Shota Aizawa, aka Erasure Head.
Shota: Before you all leave, I have an announcement to make… the Hero Commission has gotten in touch with their America branch and have decided to have a class from one of their schools come to UA for an unspecified amount of time. During this time, you will treat them as fellow classmates as they have class with you and train alongside you in All Might's class.
Several hands raise, and with a tired sigh, he calls out the one which raises first, Izuku Midoriya, Aka Deku.
Shota: Problem Child?
Izuku: Which school was selected for coming?
Shota: LEAGUE High.
This made many hands falter and lower. Some of them who knew of the school, quivered at its name.
Denki: Never heard of it.
Shota: You're lucky… sighs No matter what I say in this room today, do NOT treat the visiting students differently.
He glares at the students.
Shota: For those of you who are unaware, LEAGUE is in some ways, America's UA… but with a caveat. They're a school with strict guidelines and acceptances, military funded and ran, and are known for their heroes coming out with precise, fine-tuned skill. Many of their heroes enlist into their government and those that don't are known for taking their jobs seriously… they are NOT the type of heroes you want to screw with, especially since their own principle is coming with them.
Tenya: We will do our best to welcome them, Mr. Aizawa! As long as they are on the path of Justice, I see no reason to ostracize them from our ranks!
Shota: Thank you, Iida, but that's not what I'm worried about… This school's secrets have secrets… and their dean is described as some sort of monster…
Shota: Just watch your backs… and watch out for each other…
His students are released and returned to their home away from home, Heights Alliance. Once they were all inside, Ejiro Kirishima, AKA Red Riot, decided to adress what had just been announced.
Ejiro: So... did anyone else feel like Mr. Aizawa was acting sorta...
Denki: Weird?
Mezo: Cryptic?
Ejiro: I was gonna say mysterious, but those work.
Kyoka: Just what kind of school is this "JUSTICE High" anyway?
It was at this point where the class' representative deputy, Momo Yaoyorozu AKA Creati, decided to step in.
Momo: I've heard some information reguarding them through my parents. It acts more like a military school than a hero school. Despite the flashiness of the heroes they produce, they are strict with their rules and regulations and the teachers are expected to follow them the same as the students. The admission process is limited as well. If rumors are to be believed, a single class only has at least 10 students.
Ochako: 10 Students!? Why!?
Momo: It could have something to do with their government led selection process.
Tenya: I've heard reports from my brother that the school is completely backed by the US Government and that their principal was even a general before she took the position as the school's headmistress.
Denki: Sounds intense.
Katsuki: Who cares? It doesn't matter who the hell is teaching them. They can't be that great if no one's even heard of the damn place!
Tenya: Bakugo, may I remind you that Mr. Aizawa-
Katsuki: Yeah yeah! I'll play nice with the foreign bastards until they piss me off!
Hanta: Should't take too long...
Katsuki: What'd you say Tape Arms!?
Hanta: Nothing!
Katsuki: That's what I thought!
Izuku: What do you guys think Mr. Aizawa is really worried about?
Ochako: What do you mean, Deku?
Izuku: He said he wasn't worried about how we'll act to the students... So, what is he really worried about?
Meanwhile, In a black jet flying into Japan's airspace, a bulky figure in the shadows adresses 7 other figures currently sitting opposite to them. The first figure is feminine and had a commanding voice.
A. W: You know the rules. You will go to UA and attend classes as you do back home, but be aware that despite the schools' more "Free Spirited" ways, you are expected to follow the etiquette that is upheld back home. You will show them why our school trains the best of the best and if I hear of any incidents while you are here, I will have you visit the doctor back home for... Treatment... Am I understood?
?x7: Yes, Principal Waller!
The mystery woman, recognized as Amanda Waller, steps into the light of the plane. She is an African American woman who wears a dark blue suit that borders on black on her stocky exterior. Her hair was in a buzz cut and on her suit was a pin with an American Flag, which doubles as a hidden camera, sending a live feed to her security network back in the states. She has a steely gaze as she glares down at her elite students. They were the best of her school by far and it was only their first year. She had forced them to meld and work together harshly and despite their varying spirits, she knew they would eventually fit the mold of being her perfect little soldiers. This trip to Japana and UA was her opportunity to see if she can aquire any new promising candidates for her class of 7, otherwise known as "Task Force J".
