Previously
Last time, Ben was able to make some money selling crystals from his Petrosapien form, Diamondhead. Later Ben experienced more of the horror this world had, seeing a group of people crucified. After saving one of the crucified people, Ben had an encounter with two Night Raid assassins, using his Crystalsapien form, Chromastone to defeat them. Later at an inn, Ben would receive a letter from the time walker, Professor Paradox stating that Paradox was busy and wouldn't be able to help Ben right away. Seeing no other option to escape this world, Ben decided that it would be best to use his Celestialsapien transformation, Alien X.
Meeting Room: Night Raid Hideout
"So, you say he has a transformation that can withstand blasts from Pumpkin?" Najenda asks Mine
"It can withstand them as well as absorb them" Mine answered
"Interesting, you also said it had an indestructible body?" Najenda asks Mine
"That idiot's sword shattered against his back and he didn't even feel it" Mine answered, recalling what happened to Tatsumi's sword
"Looks like we can add it to the list of transformations that this Imperial Arms user has" Najenda says as she writes down notes
"I don't know if Akame told you this already but I actually saw the Imperial Arms the guy uses" Mine tells Najenda
"Really now? Can you describe what the Imperial Arms looks like?" Najenda asks Mine
"I can describe it, the Imperial Arms looked like a strange watch-like device he wore on his left wrist, it also had a strange hourglass symbol on the face of it" Mine answered, describing what the Imperial Arms looked like
"Interesting, Akame noted to me that each of the transformations had a badge on their bodies that had an hourglass symbol on them" Najenda says as she writes down more notes
"They are clearly connected" Mine says with a huff
"I know you are mad Mine, just don't do anything stupid and dangerous" Najenda tells Mine
"I won't do anything stupid, just that next time I see that jerk, I'm going to blow his stupid head off before he can transform" Mine says in an irritated tone
"From what Tatsumi told me, this Imperial Arms user didn't want to fight you but you persisted and caused him to fight back" Najenda tells Mine
"WHAT!?! Don't listen to that newbie, he has no idea what he is talking about" Mine said as he pigtails stood up
"Mine, we need you here, you are our genius sniper and I would hate to see you killed for some not needed arrogance" Najenda tells Mine
Seeing the look on Najenda's face and hearing the seriousness in her voice, Mine let's out a sigh and gives in
"Okay boss, I won't do anything foolish next time, I also won't attack or provoke that guy again" Mine tells Najenda, making her a promise
"Don't worry Mine, if this Imperial Arms user interferes with another mission then you can kill him" Najenda tells Mine
"Really? Okay boss" Mine says with a grin
With that, Mine left the meeting room, leaving Najenda by herself
"What am I going to do with this?" Najenda asks herself as she pulls out a letter from her pocket
Najenda opens the letter revealing what was written on it
"We've received news that commander Ramsey and his troops have been driven out of Ryōshi Village by an unknown Imperial Arms user who has the power to transform into different danger beast-like forms. This same Imperial Arms user has also fixed all of the problems and reversed all of the damage done by Ramsey and his men"
"What am I going to do with you?" Najenda asks as she lights a cigarette
Time Skip
Capitol: Empire
It was early in the morning and the streets of the Capitol were full of people out and about doing their business, shopping and running errands. Ben had woken up early and decided to find a place where he could get something to eat. He had a long night of failing to get back to his own universe. Ben tried to use Alien X after Paradox said he couldn't help Ben. He dialed in Alien X but for whatever reason, the omnitrix just wouldn't let Ben transform into Alien X. He kept trying after each time but nothing happened and after so many failures, Ben realized that it was almost morning.
So today, Ben was going to explore a bit more of the Capitol, getting a better lay of the land. He'd also look for a place that sold something similar to smoothies since he hadn't had one since ending up in thud universe. Ben was also going to keep his guard up for more Night Raid assassins. He hoped after last night they'd leave him alone but Ben had a feeling they wouldn't give up so easily. Then there was the Military Police, they were looking for the ones responsible for freeing a prisoner from an execution. That person being Ben who saved the woman from her crucifixion death.
"Luckily no one saw me" Ben said to himself as he walked through the streets
Ben continued to walk down the busy street, as he turned a corner, he saw what looked like a crime scene ahead of him. The area was closed off it looked like there was two white clothes covering what looked like bodies. Military Police were everywhere and were blocking the scene off from civilians. Ben being Ben wanted to know what had happened so he walked over to the crime scene.
"Hey what happened here?" Ben asked one of the officers
"You need to clear the area now" the officer told Ben
"But I want to know what happened over there" Ben said, pointing towards the crime scene
"Look kid, if I were you, I'd get out of the Capitol while I still can" the officer told Ben
"What? Why?" Ben asked
"We've got a psychopath running around the city at night, chopping people's heads off" the officer answered, telling Ben what was going on
"Is it a member of Night Raid?" Ben asked the officer
"I wish it was them but no, this is someone far more crazy and far more dangerous" the officer answered
"Who is it?" Ben asked the officer
Before the officer answered, he looked around for a quick second before leaning in close and telling Ben quietly
"Zank the Beheader" the officer tells Ben quietly
Time Skip
Café: Capitol
After learning about a murdered that beheads people, Ben found a café where he could sit down and eat, as well as figure out what he was going to do next. For food, Ben ordered what looked like potatoes covered in meat and gravy as well as a chilled fruit juice mixture with fruit pieces in it.
"Its not chili fries and a smoothie but it'll have to do" Ben said to himself as he ate and drank his food
While he ate, Ben overheard a group of people sitting at the table next to him talking about the murder last night. When the people brought up the name Zank, Ben decided to see what they knew.
"You guys talking about the murder?" Ben asked the people, getting their attention
"Yeah, what about it?" One of the people asked
"Well, I saw the crime scene and one of the officers told me it was Zank the Beheader, not Night Raid" Ben answers
"Of course it wasn't Night Raid, they kill rich assholes, politicians and people in power who deserve it" one of the people said
"Okay, so what do you know about this Zank guy?" Ben asked the group of people
"Well, Zank use to be the executioner for the Empire's largest prison" one of the people began
"With the Prime Minister throwing anyone and everyone into prison, sentencing them to death, Zank cut the heads off of begging people every day for years and years" another person continued
"The man cut the heads off of millions of people till it drove him crazy" a third person continued
"I'm guessing there's more then that?" Ben asked
"You'd be right kid, Zank had a psychotic episode and took the heads off of multiple guards and stole the warden's Imperial Arms" one of the people answered
"Has anyone scene this Imperial Arms or what it can do?" Ben asked
"Anyone who's seen it always ends up dead" one of the people answered
"If I were you kid, I'd either leave the Capitol or never leave your home at night until the Military Police capture or kill this guy" one of the people told Ben
After learning more about Zank and what he was capable of, Ben decided that it would be best if were to stop Zank. Ben being a hero would stop Zank and end his rein of killing, hopefully he could withstand whatever Zank's Imperial Arms could do.
Time Skip
Rooftops: Capitol
It was late at night and the streets of the Capitol were empty, no one was out walking around, all the stores and bars were closed, nothing was open. With a serial killer like Zank the Beheader running around, people weren't going to risk their lives. Ben on the other hand had decided to stop Zank and put an end to his killing spree. Since Ben didn't know where Zank was or where he would strike next, Ben stuck to the rooftops and moved around, looking for Zank.
Ben had been running along the rooftops for over an hour now and so far hadn't heard or seen anything. Ben guessed that since everybody was inside and wasn't out and about, Zank didn't have any victims. That meant that Ben didn't have to worry all that much about Zank killing someone. However, there was still a chance that he could and would so Ben needed to stay on his guard.
Continuing to move from rooftop to rooftop in search of Zank, Ben began to plan out what aliens he would use to defeat the beheader. Not knowing what his Imperial Arms did also wasn't much help to Ben either.
"If I want to keep my head on or regrow it if I lose it, I should go for Diamondhead, Chromastone or Swampfire, maybe I could go for Goop too" Ben said to himself as he jumped to the next rooftop
As Ben jumped to the next rooftop, he heard the sound of someone talking and decided to check it out. Moving along the rooftops, Ben made his way to where he heard the person talking. When Ben got there, he saw a young guy running over to this tall man and start hugging him. Ben recognized the young guy as the guy who was with the girl with the pink hair that attacked him last night. Clearly the guy thought he was hugging someone else and the person he was hugging matched the description Ben had of Zank. If Ben didn't act fast, Zank was going to kill that guy and take his head like he had done to his other victims.
"HEY!!! Get away from that guy, HE'LL KILL YOU!!!" Ben yelled loudly at the guy as he jumped down from the rooftop
Capitol: Empire
Down on the street, the young guy heard Ben's voice yelling at him, looking back over, the guy saw he was hugging Zank
"What the?" The guy asked confused as he let go of Zank and backed away from him
"Aww, did I show you something nice?" Zank asked the guy with a creepy loon on his face
"You're not Sayo" the guy said stunned
"You good?" Ben asked the guy as he ran up next to him
"Wait, I know you" the guy said pointing at Ben
"It appears as though I am going to be getting two for the price of one" Zank said with a smile on his face
"Sorry Zank but you are done for" Ben tells Zank
"Really now Benjamin? How do you plan on stopping me if you won't kill me?" Zank asks Ben with a grin on his face
"Wait, how do you know my name?" Ben asks confused
"I know a lot about you Benjamin, even the omnitrix you wear, I also know a lot about you as well Tatsumi" Zank answers, revealing the name of the young guy next to Ben
"How do you know who I am?" Tatsumi asks confused
Looking at Zank, Ben saw something that stuck out to him, it looked like Zank had something on his head, a strange looking metal eyeball device
"It's probably that thing on his head" Ben answered, pointing at the device on Zank's head
"You would be correct Benjamin, this is my Imperial Arms, Spectator, it allows me to enter people's minds and make them see illusions of whatever I want" Zank explained to Ben and Tatsumi
"I won't fall for your tricks again" Tatsumi tells Zank, aiming his sword at him
"Don't worry gentlemen, I won't need illusions to kill you" Zank tells Ben and Tatsumi
Seeing no other option when it came to fighting Zank, Ben decided to do something he may end up regretting
"I know we don't get along but I have a feeling we are going to work together to defeat him" Ben tells Tatsumi
"Are you suggesting we work together?" Tatsumi asks Ben
"It goes against what I believe in but I don't think I can take him down by myself" Ben answers
"Same, looks like we can team up but after he's been dealt with, I have some questions for you" Tatsumi tells Ben
"Don't kill him and I'll tell you whatever it is you want to know" Ben responds
"Look at that, the hero and the fletching assassin are teaming up, two heads for the price of none" Zank said with a laugh
Before Zank could do anything, Tatsumi charged forwards and swung his sword at Zank which he easily dodged. Tatsumi tried to hit Zank again, this time from the side but Zank dodged his attack.
"What the?" Tatsumi asked confused as Zank kept dodging all of his attacks
"Those sad attacks aren't going to work on me" Zank tells Tatsumi with a grin on his face
Ben knew what was coming next, he ran over to Tatsumi as fast as he could before it could happen
"WATCH OUT!!!" Ben yelled as he ran towards Tatsumi
Zank grinned as two hidden sword blades shot out of his sleeves and he went to stab Tatsumi. Ben was able to push Tatsumi out of the way but ended up getting kneed in the gut and stabbed by Zank.
"I saw that coming Benjamin, don't try to be a hero, it ruins all of the fun for me" Zank told Ben before he licked Ben's blood off of his sword blade
"You okay?" Tatsumi asks Ben as he helps him up
"He knew I was going to push you out of the way" Ben said as he held onto his side as it bled
"He also knows every attack I'm going to do" Tatsumi says
"I don't think illusions are all that Imperial Arms of his can do" Ben said as he was able to stand up
"Correct again Benjamin, if I were giving out prizes you'd defiantly win one" Zank said with a sarcastic clap
"So what is it then, you have telepathy or something?" Tatsumi asked Zank
"Spectator allows me to read the minds of others, allowing me to see their memories as well as hear all of their thoughts and know what it is they are going to say and do next" Zank answered, explaining what else Spectator could do
"That's not good" Ben said as he continued to hold onto his side
"If he can read our thoughts, how are we supposed to fight him?" Tatsumi asked
"I don't think he's going to let us fight, OUT OF THE WAY!!!" Ben answered before he pushed Tatsumi out of the way of Zank's attack
Ben landed on his side and crawled backwards, avoiding being stabbed by Zank
"I need to transform" Ben said as he tried to activate the omnitrix
"I am afraid I can't let you do that Benjamin, I want your head, not Diamondhead or Swampfire's head" Zank tells Ben as he continues to try and stab him
While Zank was trying to stab Ben, stopping him from transforming, Tatsumi went to attack Zank from behind while he was distracted. Tatsumi went to stab Zank in the back but Zank ended up kicking Tatsumi and grabbing him by the leg.
"Let go of him" Ben said as he went to kick Zank in the knee only for Zank to grab him by the ankle
Zank then lifts both Ben and Tatsumi up off the ground and smiles at them both
"Time for the two of you to die" Zank tells both of them before he throws them into a wall
"How do we beat this guy?" Tatsumi asked as he got up
"I don't know, he's reading our thoughts and seeing what we are going to do next" Ben said as he got up slowly
"If we don't stop him, he's going to kill us both" Tatsumi said
"How do we get past the mind stuff?" Ben asked
"What if we try not thinking while we fight him" Tatsumi suggests
"We can try that but I need to transform first" Ben says
"Okay, I'll hold him off while you try to transform" Tatsumi tells Ben
"Sounds like a plan" Ben said as he activated the omnitrix
With Ben going to select an alien to transform into, it was up to Tatsumi to keep Zank busy. Tatsumi charged forwards, trying to fight Zank without thinking.
"If you believe not thinking is going to save you, then you are wrong, dead wrong" Zank told Tatsumi as he began to dodge all of Tatsumi's attacks
"You better hurry and transform into something" Tatsumi tells Ben as he struggles to try and hit Zank
"Don't worry, I've got something" Ben said as he finally selected an alien
"I won't let you transform" Zank says as he throws Tatsumi out of his way so he can charge at Ben
As Ben went to transform in the alien that he selected, Zank had his blades out and was going to attack Ben. When the faceplate of the omnitrix slid back and the core popped up, Ben slammed it down right as Zank went to stab him. Tatsumi watched as Ben became engulfed by a bright green light. When the green light faded away, it appeared as though Zank had passed right through Ben.
"What the?" Zank asked as he saw no blood on his blades
"Sorry pal but it looks like you are in some real trouble now" a liquidity voice said
Zank turned around and was met with punch to the face that sent him flying back into a lamp post
"What are you?" Tatsumi asked
Standing where Ben was, there was a being who's body was made of green slime that was being held up by a floating saucer-like disk above its head. This slime creature was Ben's own Polymorph transformation that he called Goop.

"You can call me Goop" Ben answered as his arm stretched back to him
"Out of all of your transformations, you had to pick a Polymorph" Zank said with a sigh as he got up
"Sorry Zank, but I would like to keep my head on body" Ben tells Zank
"Regardless, I will still kill you both" Zank tells Ben and Tatsumi
Zank then charges at Tatsumi, Ben moves over there and blocks Zank's attack with his body. Zank's blades go through Ben's slime body, unable to hurt him. Ben then compacts his body and makes it harder for Zank to pull his blades out of Ben's body.
"Hurry up and get him before he breaks free" Ben tells Tatsumi
Tatsumi readies his sword and goes to attack Zank before he can get his blades free from Ben's body
"This won't stop me" Zank said as he kicked Tatsumi in the face and knocked Ben's gravity projector away
Without his gravity projector, Ben's body fell to the ground and became a green slime puddle
"Unamusing" Zank said as he walked over Ben's body to finish off Tatsumi
"Throw me my projector" Ben tells Tatsumi
Tatsumi picks up Ben's gravity projector that was rolling around on the ground next to him
"HERE!!!" Tatsumi yells as he throws Ben his gravity projector towards Ben
"I'll be taking that" Zank says as he grabs Ben's gravity projector and puts it in his pocket
" No/No" both Tatsumi and Ben say at the same time
"Wouldn't want you transforming into Humungousaur or something else" Zank says making the tisk sound
Since Ben wasn't able to do anything, it was up to Tatsumi to fight off Zank until Ben could somehow get his gravity projector back
"Looks like this is it for you Tatsumi dear boy" Zank says as he goes to kill Tatsumi
"I won't die here, I have to live for them, for Sayo and Ieyasu" Tatsumi said as he readied his sword
"Then theirs will be the last face you see" Zank says as he lunges at Tatsumi
Tatsumi goes to block Zank's attack but is knocked down and backwards by the Zank
"It'll be like your best friends are cutting your head off" Zank says as he stands over Tatsumi
As Zank went to finish Tatsumi off, something came out of nowhere and stopped him from delivering the final attack
"I had a feeling you would be around here looking for me as well" Zank said
Tatsumi looked up and saw Akame standing in front of him, holding Zank's attack back by blocking with her sword
"Akame, it's you" Tatsumi said relieved
"She's here?" Ben asked, moving his eyes through his slime puddle body puddle body
"I came as soon as I heard fighting" Akame said to Tatsumi
"You came at just the right moment, we need some help" Tatsumi said
"We?" Akame asked
Akame then looked over and saw Ben who was still laying on the ground in a Goop puddle without his gravity projector
"I see the Imperial Arms user we fought is here" Akame said
"I made a truce with him, he isn't a threat but he needs that thing in Zank's pocket to transform into something else" Tatsumi told Akame
"Kill Zank and recover the item so we can bring in the Imperial Arms user, got it" Akame said as she focused on Zank
Ben and Tatsumi were going to say something but the figured it would just be best if they let Akame deal with Zank right now. Now with a target, Akame charged forwards and went to kill Zank before he could do anything. Zank was caught off guard by Akame's blinding fast speed while Tatsumi was in awe of it.
"Be careful, his Imperial Arms can read your mind" Tatsumi tells Akame, warning her about Zank's Imperial Arms and what it can do
"Good to know" Akame said as she continued to charge forwards at Zank
Since Akame was fighting with a clear mind and wasn't thinking of anything at all not even subconsciously, Zank was unable to read her mind and predict her movements
"Fine then, looks like I am going to have to use Spectator's Future Sight" Zank said as he avoided one of Akame's attack
Using Future Sight allowed Zank to see and read Akame's muscle movements, allowing him to easily predict and dodge and block all of her attacks. While Ben may have not been able to see the fight going on, he could hear the sounds of blades crashing. He really wanted to get back in the fight but could without his gravity projector. However, Ben heard the sound of something rolling over to him, moving his eyes, Ben could see the gravity projector laying next to his puddle body.
"It must have fallen out of Zank's pocket while he's fighting that Akame girl" Ben said to himself
While the fight between Akame and Zank was continuing, Ben used all of the strength he had to move his goo body up so he could hit the top of his gravity projector that had the omnitrix badge on top of it
" Come on" Ben said as he slowly lifted a part of his body up off the ground over the gravity projector
Back with Akame and Zank, Akame was having a hard time tying to hit Zank with him reading all of her movements and seeing how she was going to attack. Akame thought she had gotten Zank but ended up getting cut by one his blades as he dodged her attack.
"It appears we are evenly matched" Akame said as she saw the blood drip from cut on her cheek
"The next one will be your neck" Zank tells Akame
Akame changes her stance and readies herself to attack Zank once more
"I have a question for you Akame, do you hear the voices? Do you hear the voices off all those that you have killed? I kept hearing them all the time, over and over again, the only way to shut them up is to talk" Zank rants to Akame with a crazed look on his face
"I don't hear the voices" Akame responded as she charged forwards at Zank
Seeing that Akame wasn't going to let up, Zank decided to use Spectator's Illusion Mind against her, showing Akame the person she cherishes most
"I see now, this is who you care about the most" Zank said with a grin on his face
Being entrapped by the illusion, Akame stops and hesitates for a moment, she doesn't move and lowers her sword
"And now the great Akame shall die" Zank says as he goes into finish off Akame
Before Zank could finish off Akame and kill her, a white beam comes out of nowhere and almost hits Zank. Everyone looks over and sees a blue and white lizard creature that had spikes on its back standing there with, frost coming out of its mouth.

This creature was actually Ben who had transformed into his Polar Manzardill form that he called Articguana
"You thought I was out of this fight? Big mistake" Ben said
"I would never forget about you Benjamin, you are far more interesting the most people I've had the pleasure of killing" Zank said
"Do not forget about me" a voice said
Zank turned around and was almost cut by Akame's sword as she went to attack him. With his back turned, Ben fired an ice beam at Zank, if Zank hadn't jumped out of the way of the beam he would have been frozen.
"Wouldn't want to end up on ice like Akame did" Zank said with a chuckle
As Zank landed, Akame charged forwards alongside Ben who was about to fire another ice beam. Seeing that he had to fight both of them, Zank decided to use Spectator's Illusion Mind on both Ben and Akame.
"You won't hurt them, you can't hurt them" Zank says as he traps both Ben and Akame in an illusion
Zank had thought he had won by doing that but somehow both Ben and Akame were still charging at him. Ben fired an ice beam at Zank while Akame ran in and tried to stab him with her sword.
"How is this possible? I showed you the ones care most about" Zank said in disbelief as barely avoided the two attacks
"You showed me a person I love deep down but I still want to give them a good butt kicking" Ben said
"You showed me the person I want to kill most in this world" Akame said
Zank couldn't believe it, Spectator's Illusion Mind worked on everyone, so why wasn't it working on these two before?
"This can't be" Zank said in disbelief
"Seeing is believing and you are about to see a world of pain" Ben said as he jumped up into the air
Ben fired an ice beam at Zank, Zank tried to get out of the way of it but it actually ended up hitting his feet, not where he saw Ben want it to go
"You tricked me" Zank said as he broke the ice encasing his feet
"I can do a lot more then that" Ben said as he fired another ice beam at Zank
Zank went to block the beam but it ended up freezing his blades together
"You will die by my Murasame" Akame told Zank
Zank went to block but Akame's sword hit the ice encasing his blades and shattered them to pieces. Akame then pushed Zank back allowing Ben to hit Zank with an ice beam and freeze his legs to the ground.
"This can't be, I don't want to hear the voices" Zank said as he struggled to get free
Ben then fired an ice beam at Zank and froze his arms to his leg so he couldn't try to break free from the ice
"I don't want to hear the voices anymore" Zank said as Ben got closer to him
"Maybe its time you did" Ben said as he hit the omnitrix badge on his shoulder
Ben became engulfed in a bright green light as he switched from being Articguana into another alien. When the light faded away, it was revealed that Ben had transformed into a squid-like alien who's face was a hologram made energy over a large brain. This unknown transformation, Ben called Ventrilosquid was the same species as Synaptik from the Galactic Enforcers back in Ben's own universe.

"Stay away from me" Zank said as Ben stuck out a tentacle towards Zank's head
"Let them in" Ben said as he used his telekinetic powers to enter Zank's mind
Once inside Zank's mind, Ben went through all of his memories and saw all of the executions Zank went through. Each and every person he e ever decapitated, most if not all innocent of any crime. All of them begging for Zank not to kill them, Ben saw it all. He saw Zank forced into doing something he didn't want to do and it causing him to go crazy. Ben heard the voices of all the people, the screams, the crying, the begging, Ben heard each and every voice. Eventually Ben decided that Zank had suffered enough and this needed to end. Using his powers, Ben finally made all of the voices stop and go away.
"That should take care of that" Ben said as he exited Zank's mind
"Their gone, the voices are gone, thank you" Zank said before he passed out, his headphones shattering
"Don't mention it" Ben said before he transformed back into his human form
The fight with Zank was finally over but Ben could see that Akame wasn't finished. Ben could see that she wasn't just going to stop at Zank being knocked out.
"You aren't going to kill him, he's defeated this is over now" Ben told Akame
"No, it won't be over until the target is dead" Akame tells Ben as she readies her sword
"I won't let you kill him" Ben tells Akame as he activates the omnitrix
"If you get in my way you will become a target" Akame tells Ben before she rushes at him
"Guys, DON'T!!!" Tatsumi yells
As Akame went to cut Ben down, Ben became engulfed in a bright green light instantly. As her sword went downwards, Akame felt like something had grabbed the blade of the sword and stopped it from moving. When the green light faded away it was revealed that a giant hand with scales on it had grabbed the blade of Akame's Murasame and stopped it. That hand was connected to the arm of Ben who had transformed into a humanoid alien who had the features of a fish.

"Like I said, I won't let you kill him" Ben told Akame as she tried to get her sword free
"He is a monster who has killed thousands of people" Akame tells Ben
"And what does that make you?" Ben asks Akame causing her to stop
Ben then throws Akame and her sword backwards towards Tatsumi
"What I do is for the good of the Empire, so that it can be free from the evil, evil like him" Akame answers as she stands up and aims her sword at the unconscious Zank
"I saw his memories, the things he's done, the voices that tortured him" Ben said
"Then you know he won't stop until he is dead" Akame tells Ben
"I freed him from the torture and the suffering, he wont kill again" Ben tells Akame
"You truly are foolish" Akame says before she charges at Ben
"Akame, NO!!!" Tatsumi yells
Akame goes to attack Ben but he makes his arm grow and blocks the attack, the blade of Akame's sword bouncing off of his thick scales. With her attack failing, Akame tried to go around Ben so she could kill Zank but Ben ended up grabbing her by the leg and threw her backwards.
"Why won't you let me kill him?" Akame asks Ben
"I won't give you the speech about killers killing killers and things like that but where I am from, people deserve a second chance but they also deserve a chance to pay and atone for their wrongdoings" Ben tells Akame
"Killing innocent people is far more then a wrongdoing" Akame says
"I understand that but Zank was forced to kill people or he himself would be killed and those he cared about would suffer, it drove him mad and I know a lot about good people losing their minds, Zank doesn't deserve to die but he does deserve to pay for the crimes he did commit" Ben replies
"If I don't kill him then the Empire will simply have him executed so all of this is in vain" Akame argues
"I have a feeling they won't kill him but if they do, there's nothing I can do about it, at least Zank will die with a peaceful and sane mind with remorse for his actions" Ben tells Akame
"Enough of this, you and him need to die now" Akame said before she charged at Ben
Ben blocked all of Akame's strikes, not letting the blade of her sword cut him. Ben would then stop Akame from trying to get behind him and kill Zank. Eventually, Ben grabbed Akame and slammed her into the ground before punching her in the gut with his massive fist.
"I will not fail this mission" Akame said as she slowly got up
"Akame, it's over, let's just get out of here" Tatsumi tells Akame, trying to get her to stop and leave with him
"I will not stop until the mission is complete" Akame says as she readies herself
"Look, I am going to only to tell you this once, I don't kill and I won't let you kill, I'm a hero and you are an assassin, what you do doesn't help anyone and it won't save this place, I don't want to be here but if this place needs me, I will stay and protect its people" Ben tells Akame
"You can't save the people if you let the corruption and the evil continue" Akame tells Ben
"Then it looks like I've got my hands full with it, I can do it with or without you Night Raid guys, I don't want you to view me as a threat but I will fight for what I believe in" Ben says
Akame still couldn't believe what she was hearing and she could not understand why Ben was acting that way. Ben was filled with some blind hope that this kill or be killed world could be saved by not killing and giving people second chances. Akame then remembered that she had been given a second chance, Bulat and other members of Night Raid had also been given second chances and look what they were doing now. Maybe there was some truth to what Ben had been saying but she couldn't stay to continue to talk about since Military Police and guards were about to full the area.
"We need to leave Tatsumi" Akame tells Tatsumi
"Yeah, lets get out of here before we get caught" Tatsumi says as he hears the authorities getting closer and closer
"You, we will finish this later, you can consider yourself no longer a target of Night Raid but that doesn't mean you can get in our way" Akame tells Ben, aiming her sword at him
"I don't plan on it" Ben replied
With that, Tatsumi and Akame quickly left the area while Ben took his own way. The Military Police and guards filled the area and were surprised to see an unconscious Zank standing there, frozen to the ground.
"Notify the Young Emperor and the Prime Minster that Zank the Beheader has been captured alive" one of the Military Police officers tells a guard
"Right away sir" the guards says before he runs off
Rooftops: Capitol
Up on the rooftop, Ben was watching everything going
"Hopefully they don't kill you" Ben says before he leaves

Hello there readers, here is the 6th chapter of Corrupt World, I hope you all enjoyed it and are ready for the next chapter. Ben faced down Zank the Beheader and won as well as made Akame stand down and not kill Zank. Ben's made it known to Tatsumi and Akame that he is a hero and he won't kill to save this world and its people like Night Raid. They aren't enemies and they aren't exactly allies, you'll get to see Ben's relationship with Night Raid and its members grow and develop as the story continues.
In this chapter, you got to see Ben use Goop, Articguana, Ventrilosquid, a non-seen transformation as well as Krush, a 5YL transformation. You'll get to see even more transformations used by Ben as the story continues. If there's a specific transformation you'd like to see in the story, feel free to comment and ask me. Someone asked me what I plan on doing with this Ben power wise, like if I planned on giving him ultimate forms or an Anodite form. I'm not doing either of those things, instead I have something else planned but I cannot reveal what it is at this moment, you are just going to have to wait and see what I do. Moving on, I am now going to be responding to all of the comments from the last chapter.
Danilodank100: Thanks, I am glad that you think that, it was my plan to make Ben independent from the beginning and only have him work with Night Raid from time to time
Drcaus: That's going to be a real important part of the story, how Ben deals with the corruption of this world compared to how Night Raid deals with it
The Eschaton: I mean it does kinda of make sense, Ben did show up when they were dealing with intruders and they didn't want to take the chance of him lying to then or informing people of where their hideout was. It does make sense but if I didn't have them go about the way of dealing with Ben like I did, this story could turn out a lot different then what I am going with. You don't have to worry about that, it is my plan to make Ben the hero that this world needs, one that will remember him when everything is said and done.
Booteryyy: I kinda felt that way at first so I'm trying to keep my story down a path that isn't similar to that one. If keeping Ben independent is a way to avoid that from happening then it is something I plan to keep on doing. Yeah, some said don't make Ben ooc because everyone either does that or makes him like UAF Ben. The way I am writing Ben is that you are getting a mixture of Omniverse and UAF Ben. You have the serious strategic leader Ben from UAF but you also have the jokester laid back Omniverse Ben. You get both in this story but during different situations like when Ben is about to have his head cut off by a psychopath who hears the voices of his victims.
