Over a month later, Dwayne Senior, Dwayne Junior, Annie, Laurie, and Miles were in the garage are of the Daytona international speedway. Pre race coverage for the Nationwide race was currently airing, and Junior still could not believe his luck. Going into that competition, it was extremely unlikely that he was going to win, with the number of people that had entered the competition. "Wow, this is all just so unbelievable, we're actually inside one of the greatest sports venue's in the world" said Junior. "It looks like it's also one of the biggest, the Olympic stadium has got nothing on this place" said Laurie.
As they were walking around, they stopped to have a talk with Brad Keselowski. "Well, if it isn't the defending Nationwide series champion" said Junior. "You won't be able to call me that next year, no matter how good I do this season" said Brad. "Oh no, did you do something really bad to get yourself disqualified from the championship?" asked Miles. "Nah, it's actually a rule that they put in place this season, NASCAR drivers are only allowed to receive points in one series, and i'm competing for points in the Sprint cup division" said Brad. "They put that rule in place, because Sprint cup drivers were winning too much in the lower series" said Junior. "I get where NASCAR is coming from, it would be like letting MLB players compete in the minor league" said Laurie.
A few minutes later, being the winners of the magic competition, Junior and Miles were being interviewed by Kyle Petty. "I bet nobody would have expected that the winners of that competition, would be former reality show contestants" said Kyle. "How long have you two been watching NASCAR?" "I got into it in 2006" said Junior. "While I don't usually watch racing, multiple times, i've tried to get an animal rights logo to be a sponsor" said Miles. "When it comes to watching NASCAR, I am a total noob."
Several minutes later, after the national anthem ended, they could not believe what they were hearing over the loudspeakers. "Here to give the command to fire the engines, this guy saved twelve people from drowning, but it took him a couple of years for him to get a medal for it." "Please welcome, Harold McGrady." Junior and Miles, did not believe what they were hearing nor seeing. Walking onto the stage wearing a #18 Kyle Busch shirt, was Harold. He then gave the most famous words in motorsports, with his own little twist. "DRIVERS, START THE GOD DAMN RACE ALREADY!"
Once the race was underway, the entire thing consisted of an insane amount of lead changes, and drivers making passes on each other, by using the power of the two car tandem. Once the cars got unhooked from each others bumpers, they would lose all of their speed, and the rest of the field would run them down. Courtesy of a last lap pass, Joey Logano was able to win it over Kyle Buch, as a big wreck happened behind the leaders, as everyone was taking the checkered flag.
As everyone was leaving the track for the day, Junior and Miles approached Harold to talk to him. "Well, looks like you were able to turn your life around" said Miles. "Yeah, and looking back on what happened, there were other ways of getting recognition for my heroic action, that didn't involve trying to kill myself" said Harold. "My God, I still regret my decision." "Well, a friend of mine once told me, that everyone in this world has problems, but at the end of the day, that is only what makes them human" said Junior. "We've all done things that we aren't proud of, and sometimes keeping secrets can fall under that category" said Miles. "Me and Miles should have told people about our relationship, as soon as I got to Prince high" said Junior. "We would have told people a lot sooner, if Junior had gone to a completely different school" said Miles. "But we don't need to dwell on the past, when we have the future to look forward to" said Junior.
The following day, as pre race coverage was on the air, Junior ran up to Denny Hamlin. "Ah Dwayne Junior, congrats on that win in Montreal, seems as though you'll never run out of ideas to make yourself more famous" said Denny. He then signed the piece of paper that Junior handed to him. "I don't know if it's going to help or not, but i'm going to try and make sure that the wrong against you was righted" said Junior. Denny was confused, he didn't know what Junior was talking about.
Later on, all eyes were on Junior and Miles, as they were standing in the garage area with all of the TNT cameras watching them. "Just to be clear, we aren't cutting anybody in half, Larry McReynolds has already done that" said Miles. "We also want to emphasize that we have nothing against Kurt Busch, or his fanbase" said Junior. "The incident was not Kurt's fault, we blame the officials" said Miles. They then shot their arms up into the air, and the loud sound of thunder could be heard, as the sky went dark, and the track lights turned on by themselves. "There is no need to start the thirty minute clock, this lightning is not real" said Junior. Four Lightning strikes then hit the track in turn three. From the strikes were the four exact cars from the Budweiser shootout, in the exact same positions they were in on the final lap. Junior and Miles then made swift movements with their arms, and the cars began moving, the exact same way they were moving during the race. They came to a complete stop in turn four, when the couple snapped their fingers. They then walked over to them. "As you can see here, Denny Hamlin is already the race leader, meaning that passing Ryan Newman below the double yellow line, is physically impossible" said Junior. "I cannot believe the race officials screwed this up, they make Richard Nixon look like Mr. Rogers" said Miles. The two then disappeared in a cloud of smoke, the lights went out, and it was now sunset again. The two of them reappeared, on pit road.
Everyone there, had no idea, how the hell were they were able to do what they just did. The people watching this on television at home, thought that they were hallucinating. Regardless, the show still had to go on, and after the star spangled banner, Junior and Miles gave the command, and the race soon began. By the time the race was over, one of the biggest storylines was how race winner David Ragan was able to redeem himself, after he lost the Daytona 500 due to a restart penalty. But a bigger storyline than that, was how Junior and Miles exposed NASCAR with a magic trick, that was by all accounts not supposed to work. Shortly after the race, NASCAR realized that they had been caught red handed, and they had to make things right. Despite the fact that the race happened months ago, NASCAR overturned Kurt Busch's Budweiser shootout victory, and declared Denny Hamlin the winner. Kurt Busch was stripped of his trophy that he got in that race along with the prize money, and it was given to Denny Hamlin.
After one of the most bizarre moments in the history of sports, Junior and Miles became even more famous than they already were. Now it was incredibly difficult for the two of them to walk anywhere in public, without numerous fans trying to get their autograph.
A month after the the whole thing took place, the two of them were sitting at Junior's dining room table. After taking a sip of her root beer, Miles let out a sigh of relief. "Oh my God, when I signed up for the Ridongculous race, I never anticipated that it would change my life so much" she said. "Same here, I never really had any interest in competing, my dad just really wanted to spend more time with me" said Junior. "I also never thought that i'd fall in love, and then you showed up" said Miles. "Of course, it wasn't love at first sight, we had to go through some disagreements about a fossil" said Junior. "Well, we've won the magic competition, we repaired serious damage that happened during a sporting event, I don't know what the future is going to hold for us" said Miles. "Well, in about a month, you have a little brother to look forward to" said Junior. "Yeah, I guess I do, and you still have your sophomore year to look forward to at Prince high, and now that all the students and staff know about our relationship, we don't have to make up stupid excuses anymore" said Miles. "You wanna make out?" asked Junior. "Is that a trick question?" asked Miles. The two then grabbed hold of each other, and began kissing.

Now, regarding Hamlin getting the proper credit for winning the 2011 Budweiser shootout, I really hope that this happens in real life. If we're lucky enough, maybe they'll finally give Zane Smith his championship trophy. Yeah, i'm still pissed at Sheldon Creed.
This story may be over, but at some point in the future, I do plan on writing a sequel. Part of the plot is going to be about Miles becoming an older sister.
