While Kim was bathing the kids Adam was working on a surprise for Kim. They had enjoy a night under the stars the week before so he wanted to create something special under the stars. His heart ached for young Kim and the life she lived. His life growing up was no picnic either but at least he never had health issues that were ignored. He had always assumed her childhood was less than wonderful but hearing the detail broke his heart. When Kim finished getting the kids dressed in jammies it was Adams time to read them their bed time stories and tuck them in. He didn't mind bathing the kids but he loved reading to them more. "Well you told me about a time when you were 5. You said there were times. How about you tell me about them? It seems like it would be good to talk about it." Lily did wake a couple hours later and Kim breast fed her so Adam could sleep more. When she finished she checked in on both kids making sure they were good before headed back to bed. As she settled back in she couldn't believe this was her life. The life she dreamed of so long ago. It was pure bliss no matter the bumps in the roads.
