Ok now I have returned with knowledge for a workout that is simple and for those who don't really know where to start.

I picked this workout to show THAT NOT EVEN THE WEAKEST MEN WILL GIVE UP AT A MOUNTAIN WE WILL MAKE IT THROUGH LIFE AND BE HAPPY AND PROUD OF HOW FAR WE HAVE COME!
SECOND! IF your arms and legs are not tired then move on to squats to be specific 16 then AND ONLY THEN WILL YOU REALIZE HOW OUR GREAT GRANDFATHERS FELT DURING THERE P.E. CLASSES!...WHAT! DON'T BELIEVE ME GOOGLE IT! IN MY DAY P.E. WAS HARD AND TEDIOUS NOT AS HARD AS BEFORE BUT IT WAS A LESSON TO SHOW THAT WE ARE ABLE TO PUSH THROUGH AND PROVE THAT WE HAVE WHAT IT TAKES AND WE MEN CAN AND WILL LEAD A PROSPEROUS LIFE. (btw im not that old)

PUNCHING/WEAPON TRAINING
(THIS ONE IS OPTIONAL BECAUSE PEOPLE CAN BE DUMBASS AND HURT THEMSELVES)
WE START WITH A SHORT WEAPON FOR SAFETY WE WILL USE A SHORT BLUNT WEAPON OF YOUR CHOICE. THEN FIND SOMEPLACE WHERE YOU CAN GO WILD! AND AFTER YOU LET OUT YOUR ANGER/INSANITY STOP AND FOCUS ON HOW YOU CAN INCOMASIPATE SOMEONE AND THINK ON HOW YOU CAN DO IT FASTER AND MORE EFFICIENTLY. THIS WILL SHOW THAT WE, AS THE PHYSICALLY STRONGER SEX, CAN DEFEND OURSELVES AND THOSE WE HOLD DEAR!
