Chapter 7

The strawhats step over the fallen Marines that Luffy had so graciously knocked out. Any Marines they came across who hadn't been close enough to be affected by the raven-hair girl's King's Haki went down like flies when her gaze fell upon them.

"Honestly they should just nickname you Medusa." Nami teases as she is giggling as they watch the final Marina pass out.

Luffy glances over at the ginger. "Why? For Medusa turns people to stone. Where I place them into a Coma." She questions sweetly as she tilts her head to the left as her ponytail flops over like bunny ears.

"Kami Luffy, you're too cute for your own good." Nami whines as they walk up the steps towards Nazum's office.

Luffy giggles at her friend's outburst. "Okay, Nami. Let's find what we have come for and return back to your home island." She tells the girl next to her.

Luffy just giggles as she pushes open Nezumi's office. Her eyes gilded around the office spotting where a safe is slightly hidden behind a photo. "There." She told Nami as they both made their way towards the hidden safe within the Rat's office.

Nami gets to work cracking the safe's code as Luffy looks around the office. Her eyes narrowing upon a file that rests upon the desk in a black file. 'What is he doing with one of these documents?' She questions herself as she moves towards the desk and opens the file. Before her lies a file about her brother Sabo as well as Ace. 'What the fuck is he doing with files with them?' She growls to herself as she files the files to spot a handwritten note from a man calling himself Black Beard.

Nezumi I do hope you will be able to gather information for myself.

The two I would like any information you are about to gather will be ones named Sabo also known as the Blue Gentleman and Fire Fist Ace also known as Portgas D. Ace.

I shall be awaiting your call and I shall pay you handsomely.

Black Beard

A low growl rumbles deep within Luffy's chest, making Nami turn and look at the girl standing behind the Rat bastard's desk.

"Lu…..Luffy what's wrong?" Nami questions with a shaky voice as she trembles with fear of her Captain.

Looking up at Nami, her eyes are glowing a bright crimson color as she tries to calm herself down. "It appears Nezumi has been gathering information on my two brothers. This isn't going to end well now for him. For he will be returning to the Marines dead." She growls out the last part.

Before Nami could speak a black snail appeared within her open palm. Within seconds she is dialing a number into the small black snail.

Moby Dick

Marco arches a brow as the snail upon Papa's armchair begins ringing. "Purpurpur." Standing up Marco jumps up upon the right arm of the chair to answer the snail as his Papa's just watches on.

"Hello, This is Marco. May I know who is calling?" He questions as he watches the snail's face carefully.

"Marco, I need to talk to Ace and your Papa's." The voice of a girl came from the other end of the snail. The snail mirrored her flickering emotions.

"Who may you be?" Marco questions as he hears running coming up behind him. Looking down to see Ace standing before himself and their Papa's. "What are you doing here Ace?" He questions with a wondering expression upon his bored face.

"You're talking to my baby sister." Ace hisses out as he jumps up next to the flaming chicken. "Now hand it over to your flaming chicken." He growls out.

"ACE!" Luffy yells from her end of the snail. "Ace, you're in danger along with Sabo." She cries out as tears roll down the cheeks of the snail upon Marco's hand.

This has the three men looking down at the snail that Marco is still holding. "What do you mean my son's life is endangered?" White Beard questions looking down at the snail now.

I am currently at Marine Base 16 in the East Blue. We are taking what we want as I had just taken down the bastard in charge here as well as the fucker that had been making Nezumi a fat happy rat. So, if anyone is looking for Arlong. HE is dead." She told them as she stressed out He. "But, besides that Nezumi is gathering information about Sabo and yourself. For I found the black file the Marines have on your two. Some bastard calling himself Black Beard wants all the information the Marines have on you two." She told them as her anger began to fade and sniffling began to take its place.

"Oh baby. Calm down. It will be alright. I am sure Papa's will get one of my brother's or sister's on it and find out who Black Beard is." Ace tells her. Doing his best to ensure her he will be fine. Looking up at Papa's he gives him big pleading eyes.

"Do not worry my dear. I shall find out who this Black Beard is." Papa tells her.

"Thank you. Just be careful if I do find this Black Beard before you all. You know my Devil Fruit will pass judgment on him and we all know what will happen Ace." Luffy tells her eldest brother.

Ace swallows a lump that hadn't been there. "Yes, I know." He tells her with slight fear in his voice.

"Good. I love you big brother and I'll see you once I enter the Grand Line." Luffy tells him as the snail mirrors her smile.

"I love you too baby, I will see you soon." Ace tells her as the snail goes to sleep.

"What was that all about?" Marco questions as he had for gone his verbal tic.

Ace looks at Marco. "That was my baby sister with a deadly mythical zoan devil fruit. If she does find that man before us. He will be dead. As judgment will pass judgment upon anyone who has blood on their hands." He told them.

White Beard pales at hearing this. "She had eaten that fruit?" He questions with fear in his own voice.

Ace looks up at him. "So, have you heard about that fruit?" He questions.

"When I was your age, my former Captain had been seeking that fruit but had never found it. Later on I had heard that Roger might have had it. But, no one was able to find out if he had it or not." White Beard tells them.

"Well that is just one of her devil fruits. But, for now it isn't my place to say." Ace said as he jumped down from the arm of the chair as he walked off thinking about who this Black Beard could be.

Baltigo

Wandering around the base heading towards Dragon's office. A ring comes from his jacket's chest pocket. Where he kept only one snail that he had there for his baby sister. Pulling out the snail as he knocks on Dragon's office door.

"Come in." Is heard as Sabo opens the door as he answers the snail. "Hey Lu. What's up?" He questions his baby sister.

"Sabo I need you to be safe out there and have one of dad's people gather information on Black Beard. As he had a Nezumi of Marine Base 16 gathering information on you and Ace. Yes, I have already talked to Ace." Luffy told him in one breath.

"Well damn. Yes, Dragon just heard what you just said." Sabo tells her as he is fighting the enease settling in his stomach.

"Good. As for Nezumi. He will have his judgment passed once I return where I have him set up as a scarecrow." Luffy tells him as she lets out a shaky sigh. "I am just worried. For that bastard has the black files on you two. The files that should never leave Marine Ford." She told her middle brother.

"Luffy don't worry. We will find out who the guy is and take him out. As well, take our files and hide them away." Sabo tells her.

"Okay. I was planning on doing that. I love you and tell dad hi and I'll see you soon." Luffy tells him with a tearful smile on her face.

"I love you too and I will." Sabo tells her as the snail falls asleep.

"Well. We have some work to do." Dragon tells his adopted son.

Back to Luffy

Luffy lets out another sigh as she drops down upon the leather chair she had been standing before.

"Are you okay?" Nami questions as she had cleaned out the safe and placed it all into a bag. As she moves over towards her Captain.

"Yes, I am." Luffy answers her as she turns to her head to look at the ginger. Giving her a weak smile.

"Do you want to talk about it?" Nami questions as she doesn't know if wanted to know or if Luffy wanted to share with her.

Shaking her head Luffy looks away from her. "Don't worry about it. I'll work it out on my own." She tells the ginger.

"Come on. We have to meet up with the others so I'll be able to storeaway all we have found." Luffy tells her as she heads towards the doorway as the small black snail vanishes from once it had come from.

"Alright." Nami spoke up with a slight waver in her voice as she followed behind the raven-hair girl.

Heading down the hallway and down the stairs Luffy spots Zoro with several large bags lying next to him as he is sitting upon one of the bags as his arms are crossed over his broad chest. Letting out a yawn. He opens his left eye. "Are you alright Captain?" His gruff voice questions as he pushes himself to stand.

Luffy smiles at him. "All is alright. Just found some troubling files upon that little bastard's desk." She answers him as she goes to seal the bags away in her shadows.

Zoro grunts as his gaze shifts over towards Nami as he arches a brow at the girl. She mouths to him. 'It has something to do with her brothers.' Just give her a slight nod. Something he will talk to her about while they return to Nami's home island.

"Come on. We need to go. For we do not want to run into any other Marines coming this way. As Gramps is on the war path he might have some come from Logtown to deal with this trash before he arrives here.' Luffy tells her crew.

They nod their heads and head back towards their ship.

Once back on Nami's home island

Mihawk stands on the dock awaiting his love. For he wanted to spend the night with her tonight. Luffy's eyes brighten up when she sees her fiance standing before her ship awaiting her arrival.

"I miss you love." Mihawk told her as he kissed her forehead. But, it hadn't gone unmissed by him that slight worry held in her beautiful eyes. "My dear, what is wrong?" He questions as he pulls her into another tighter hug.

Resting her head on his chest, she lets out a sigh. "I found the black files on Ace and Sabo. On Nezumi's desk." She tells him softly.

His eyes widened as he knews of those types of files. "Shh…love. I will do whatever I am able to do to get those files destroyed." He whispers into her ear.

She softly smiles looking up at him. "I have the files with me." She answers him as he gazes back into her eyes.

"You do?" Mihawk questions trying his best to keep the shock out of his voice from hearing this.

"Yeah, I have them sealed within my shadows. As well, Nezumi was selling their information to someone called Black Beard." Luffy tells him as she frowns at that part.

"I have been hearing rumors in the Pirate underworld. He sells people into slavery or infromation on people. He is a trash Pirate. It will not be long if he tries sniffing around the WarLords to take one of their places." Mihawk tells her. As he frowns even more himself.

Luffy leans up on her tippy toes kissing him on the cheek. "For now let us go and rest. For I don't want to deal with anything right now. Grandpa is making his way to the East Blue to clean up the mess the Marines here have made and I want to be gone when he arrives. I just want to have one night with you." She told him, blushing softly.

He smiles softly as he leans down, capturing her lips with his own. Allowing his passion and love to bleed through into their shared kiss.

Luffy's cheek brightens as she blushes as her fingers cling onto his unbutton white dress shirt. Pulling him closer to herself wanting to be wrapped around his warmth.

Zoro comes walking up to the edge of the ship looking down at the sight his Captain is making with the damn man he wants to fight once he is stronger. He clears his throat as the others come walking up behind him.

Luffy pulls back, breaking the kiss as she leans her head on Mihawk's chest. As Mihawk looks up at Zoro glaring at him.

"Don't glare at me like that. You two are behaving like to horny teenagers." Zoro tells them with a smirk on his face.

Luffy lifts her head up and turns her head to look at her vice. "I am a teenager." She tells him with a huff and grin on her face.

"Well then get a damn room you too." Zoro barks out at them.

"Fine we will." Luffy yells back at him with a smirk on her face.

"That just backfired." Usopp tells Zoro as he jumps away from the swordsman's grasp.

"Shut up." Growls out Zoro as he glares at the long nose coward.

As Luffy took Mihawk's hand and led him away from her ship. With no plans to where to go.

Mihawk chuckles. "You two do fight like you and your brothers." He told her chuckling.

She turns her head looking at him with a huge pout on his face. "No…." She told him as she turned her blushing face away from her future husband.

Stopping Mihawk pulls Luffy into his arms. Holding her back against his chest. "Come my love. Let us go and lay under the tree on that hill over there." He tells her as he scoops her up into his arms kissing her forehead.

I feel like this is a good stopping place.
