In Tower Records, Takumi and Ami were browsing the store's CDs. They did enjoy listening to music during their spare time, or while studying.

"Oh, hey! Takumi! Ami!" A girl with black hair walked over to them. She worked at the store.

"Oh, hi Reiko!" Ami smiled. "Still working hard, I see."

"You got it! I do my best for the world of music! Anyway, I wanted to talk to you about something."

"What's up?" Takumi asked.

"Remember that music you gave me after you two got out of the hospital?"

"Do you like it?" Ami asked.

"I love it! The music's great, the lyrics are amazing, and it's such a unique art! You said one of the song's writers gave it to you?"

"Yeah, that's right."

"You also said all the musicians and singers live very far away. What are they like?"

Takumi and Ami looked at each other as they recalled the events leading to that song…

Aqua Resort was looking better after Parasimon's attack. There was still damage, but Booker, Nick, Kenkimon and Digmon were working hard. Though there were some…complications and disagreements.

"No, Digmon, absolutely not." Booker scowled.

"Why not? Resorts are supposed to be relaxing, right?" Digmon asked. "What could be more relaxing than a local swimming pool?"

"First off, that requires fundin' we don't have! Second, where are we gonna find room for somthin' like that here?!"

"Yeah, plus most people here are kinda old you know." Nick said. "They might not be in the best shape for swimming in deep water, what if someone drowns?"

"Ah, good point." Digmon said. He then turned to Kenkimon. "Change of plans! Look up schematics for a hot tub!"

"You got it!" The other Digimon nodded. Nick and Booker slapped their foreheads.

Takumi, Ami and Keisuke chuckled as they passed by with Ben and Summer who shook their heads. "Those guys sure have their hands full." Palmon laughed.

"Well, they can handle it." Ami said. "We need to find our client. Said he'd be around here wearing shades and a suit."

"Still, it's weird that he couldn't even give us a clue about the case." Terriermon said. "Ah well. We'll find out soon enough."

"Look! Over there!" Summer pointed at a man sighing to himself. He had a business suit, blond hair and sunglasses. "That must be him."

They hurried over. "Excuse us sir." Takumi said. "Are you looking for someone?"

The man looked up and gasped lightly. "Oh, those outfits…You must be Pokemon Rangers and the Cyber Sleuths!"

"Plus a handyman from Hudie here." Ami added, pointing her thumb at Keisuke. "I take it you're the one who sent us a request for help?"

The man nodded. "I'm really in trouble now! You have to help me!"

"Okay, slow down." Ben said. "First tell us what the big emergency is."

"I'm the manager of this big music group, the Go-Rock Quads…"

Summer's eyes widened. "The Go Rock Quads?! Are they here in Oblivia?!"

"Not so loud! But yeah, you know the Go-Rock Quads, the key-shaker-and-taker celebrities, don't you?"

"Of course!" Ben replied.

"You're losing me, I'm new here, remember?" Keisuke asked.

Takumi put a hand on his chin. "Go-Rock…Could it be…?"

"They're a famous traveling music band in this world." Summer replied.

The manager nodded. "Anyway, we are going to have a live concert here in Oblivia…The problem is…Three of the four members are missing!"

"Uh, oh." Ben muttered. "When's the concert going to start?"

"Soon! We can't call them the Go-Rock Quads if there's just one of them! Please bring back all the members of the Go-Rock Quads!"

"Leave everything to us." Takumi replied. Keisuke and Ami nodded.

Ben and Summer posed. "Quest On!"

"Ah, thank you!" the manager smiled. "I knew I could count on Rangers in any region!"

"You said only three members are missing." Ami said. "May we speak to the one who's still around?"

"One of the members' Tiffany, is shopping right now. She said something about rugs…"

"Webber's place." Takumi said. "Let's go talk to her. She might have a lead for us to follow."

Inside Webber's shop a girl with silver long hair dressed in purple and pink was eying the many different carpet designs Webber had in his workshop when the Manager lead Ben's group inside. "Tiffany! I've brought two Rangers, two detectives and their handyman friend!"

The girl turned around. "Rangers? Detectives? And a handyman? I didn't ask for any of that."

"Argh! I know that! Please explain to them how Billy and the others went missing!"

"Oh, okay." she replied as Takumi took out a notepad. "So, you're the ones who are going to look for my brothers?"

"That's right." Ami nodded. "Please explain what happened."

"We came to this region for a special concert…" as she spoke Takumi started writing. "Then Clyde said, "Let's choose the best parts of this region to write songs about." That's what everybody's after now."

"So, they all split up to look for inspiration?" Keisuke asked.

Tiffany nodded. "The time has come to get back and…I'm the only one here. That's what happened."

"Your brothers like to keep you waiting huh?" Ami asked before turning to Takumi. "I can relate."

Takumi squinted at his sister and spoke out loud as he continued writing. "The time has come to get back and…I'm the only one here. That's what happened." Tiffanly replied. Ami makes a smart aleck remark because Arceus forbid she keeps her snarky big mouth shut for more than ten seconds." Go on Tiffany."

Ami stuck her tongue at him. "Is this what they call sibling love, or should we be concerned?" Keisuke asked.

"Well, where did you go when you split up Tiffany?" Palmon asked.

The woman gasped before she looked at her. "Oh! You must be one of those creatures that mysteriously appeared in Oblivia? Digital…monsters or something?"

"That's right!" Tentomon nodded. "But you can call us Digimon for short."

"So anyway, where did you go for your musical inspiration?" Terriermon asked.

"Me? I decided this city has the best view." Tofanny explained. "Even if it is undergoing repairs, it's still a beautiful sight. That's why I'm here. The graceful and romantic city for grown-ups…"

"You should see it once it's fixed." Ben smiled. "Knowing Booker and the others, they'll have this place good as new in no time."

Tiffany nodded. "I like this place. Besides, I wanted a rug."

"You came to the right place then!" Terriemron replied. "Webber's rugs do something cool if you give them a jolt, right Pichu?"

"Puchi!" Ukulele Pichu nodded.

Tiffany kneeled down. "Oh, that's a cute ukulele, you adorable little thing."

"Pichu!" Pichu took it out and gave it a twang.

Tifanny stood up and looked at the Rangers/Cyber Sleuths/Hudie member. "Thank you for helping us find them."

"We'll do our best." Takumi replied. "Did any of them give you an idea where they were going?"

"This is all I know about Garret's whereabouts. Garret went north. He told me he'd head for a snowy mountain."

"Mt. Sorbet." Takumi replied.

Tiffany blinked. "That was fast. You really are a detective."

"Heh, heh. Well, it helps that we've been going all around Oblivia for quite a while. Still, I hope your brother bundled up. While it's gotten better since Articuno woke up, it's a rather cold and potentially dangerous place."

"I'll go." Keisuke said. "I have this coat on. It's not that heavy, but it should help. And it'll take a while for you guys to get yours from Rand's house, wouldn't it?"

"Summer and I will go with you." Ben replied. "Our special uniforms will keep us warm."

"I'll be waiting for my brothers here. Please find them." Tiffany said.

"I'll wait here with Tiffany." Ami said, "Takumi, you go ask around. Maybe somebody in Aqua Resort saw where the other two went."

"I'm on it." Takumi replied as he and Terriermon set off.

"I'll be looking for them in the port, too." the manager said before he left as well.

Ben turned to Summer and Keisuke. "Well then, shall we get going?" They nodded.

Keisuke grunted as he used one arm to shield himself from the harsh winds as he moved one foot after the other. "Alright, this is tougher than I thought it'd be…"

"Just say the word if you want to turn back!" Ben hollered.

"I can keep going…"

"Waaaah, help!"

Everyone stopped. "Did someone say something?" Ben asked.

"Don't look at me." Summer replied.

"I don't want to become a snowman!"

"I heard it again!" Keisuke said. "Is somebody around?"

"Pichu!" Pichu pointed up ahead near the top of the slope they were on. A man with silver hair, wearing a white and red coat was hiding behind a pillar.

"Anybody! Help me!"

"Is that Garret?" Keisuke asked.

"Hey, you!" Summer hollered. "Are you okay?!"

The man turned around and saw the in the distance. He stepped out of his hiding place to get a closer look. "Is someone there? I'm saved!" He waved his arms "Hey! Over here!" Suddenly a rumbling made him fall over in the snow. "Whooooa!"

Summer gasped as an avalanche of snow started coming down the mountain. "Oh, no!"

Keisuke put on his visor. "Tentomon, help him!"

"Right!" Keisuke's partner flew ahead.

DIGIVOLUTION

"Tentomon Double Warp Digivolve to…HerculesKabuterimon!" In Mega form, the Digimon flew as fast as he could and landed in front of Garret.

The musician looked up and screamed. "Agh! What the heck is that?!"

"Stay behind me! Giga Blaster!" HerculesKabuterimon fired a golden blast from his horn that pierced the snowfall, making it go to the sides of him and Garret. He kept going until it subsided. He then turned around. "You okay?"

"I-it talks? No, never mind that! Take me to a safe place, please!"

HerculesKabuterimon picked him up. "Hold on tight." He flew over back to Keisuke, Summer, and Ben who were cheering and applauding.

"Amazing job partner!" Keisuke grinned.

"Come on, let's get to the foot of the mountain, it'll be safer there." Ben said.

Once they were out of snowslide range, Garret sighed in relief. "It was close. You really saved me. You must be one of those Digimon I've heard about since coming here, right? I guess that makes you guys the Cyber Rangers."

"That's right." Tentomon replied. "But if you want to thank anyone, thank Pichu, he spotted you."

"Pichu!"

Garrent grinned. "Ha! You have a ukulele? How rare! Can you play it?" Pichu took it out and gave it a twang. "Aha! You must be one of a kind. I'm sure you can make it big if you go to other regions! You'll make lots of money…Oh, sorry, I'm drooling…So, what are you guys going to do now?"

"Actually, we were here looking for you sir." Summer replied. "You're Garret, right?"

"What? You've been looking for me?"

"Your sister said you might be here." Keisuke said.

"I see. So, it was Tiffany…I guess I forgot about the time it takes to go back."

"She also told us you guys were looking for places to write songs about." Ben added. "I gotta say, you chose a pretty dangerous spot for that."

Garret shrugged. "I thought the snowy view from Mt. Sorbet was the most beautiful thing here."

"Anyway, she's waiting at a weaver's workshop in Aqua Resort." Summer said.

"Well, we better go back."

Ben, Summer and Keisuke returned to Webber's house. Garret was with them. "Surprise!" Summer smiled.

Tiffany glared at her brother. "Garret! You had me worried!"

"Sorry I'm late."

Ben chuckled. "I guess this answers your question Keisuke. Keisuke?"

Everyone turned to the teen who was shivering with his teeth chattering. "S-so c-c-c-c-cold…"

"Prooooobobly should have waited for us to get the heavy jackets, huh?" Ami asked.

Takumi returned. "I'm back. Oh! You found Garret?"

Garret looked around. "Where are the other two?"

"Billy and Clyde are still missing." Tiffany replied.

"Actually, I just heard that one of your brothers was asking around the pier for a ride to Tilt Village." Takumi said.

"Was it Billy, or Clyde?"

"I don't know."

Garret raised a finger. "I don't know about Billy, but I think that might have been Clyde. He must have gone to another island. He said something about a big bridge…"

"I've been looking around here, but I didn't see anything like that." Tiffany replied. "Rangers, can you think of anything? A big bridge…?"

"The Booker Bridge." Ami said. "That's right next to Tilt Village."

"Alright, Ben, Ami and I will head over there." Takumi replied. "You two try asking around and see if you can find a lead on Billy."

"Okay." After Takumi, Ben and Ami left, Summer turned to Keisuke. "You stay here and try to warm up. I'll look around."

"S-s-s-sure…"

A man with silver hair in a black coat stood in the middle of Big Booker Bridge looking at the vast horizon ahead of him. "An obviously handmade bridge…And blue water stretching in all directions…This is undoubtably the place with the best view in Oblivia, for sure."

"Snea!" A wild Sneasel dashed past him.

The man turned in his direction. "What in the world…? How rude are you!?" He then looked at his hands. "Noooo!"

Ben, Takumi and Ami walked over to him. "Is that him?" Ben asked.

"I mean, he kinda looks like Garret and Tiffany." Terriermon replied.

"He looks upset about something." Ami added as they approached. "Excuse me sir, is something wrong?"

"That Pokemon! It just took my precious memo pad!" He then ran after it. "Give it back!"

"Did he just say Pokemon?" Palmon asked.

"Come on, let's follow him." Takumi replied. They crossed over to Renbow Island where Hinder Cape was.

Past the shed, they saw the man panting. "Wheeze wheeze…Pant pant…Can I help you with something? Or will you help me?"

"Sure." Ami replied. "What's the problem?"

"All right. Follow me and help me out." The man led them to Latolato Trail. "The Sneasel over there took this memo full of my nice ideas."

Terriermon glanced ahead. "I see it!"

Clyde did a take. "Did he just…? Never mind, that can wait. Okay, you guys and I can catch that Sneasel together."

"Right." Takumi nodded. "How about this. You, Ami and I will cover all exits so it doesn't get away. Ben, you catch it."

"Okay." Ben nodded. "You two head for the exits. I'll wait a bit so you can get there before I go after it." Takumi and Ami nodded before they ran off with their Digimon. After a few seconds Ben turned to Clyde. "I think that's enough. Wait here."

"You go it. Catch it, please."

Ben ran off with Pichu. When the Sneasel spotted them, it ran. It headed for Mt. Latolato, but when it saw Terriermon and Takumi in the way it turned. It ran across Nick's bridge, and took the path towards Rand's house, but it then saw Ami and Palmon in the way. It turned left and kept running. Ben was still right behind it. It was going to go around a tree and run back the other way, but Pichu came around and tackled it head on. "Nice job Pichu!" Ben said as he captured the Sneasel while they rolled on the ground. "Okay, let's bring it to Clyde."

Ben, Takumi, and Ami brought the Sneasel, to Clyde. "Sneasel, give it up!" Clyde snarled.

"Easy there." Ben said.

"Snea! Sel!"

"Wea!" Suddenly a Weavile jumped over.

"Vile!" Another appeared.

Clyde backed up. "Whoa, reinforcements?"

"Clyde, get back!" Ben yelled.

The two Weavile jumped at Ben. "Ben, watch out!" Ami yelled as she and Takumi put on their googles.

DIGIVOLUTION

"Terriermon Double Warp Digivolve to…MegaGargomon!"

"Palmon Double Warp Digivolve to…Rosemon!"

MegaGargomon caught one of them with his giant hand. Rosmeon tied up the other with her whip. They both flung both Pokemon away. The Sneasel gapped as he saw that. Both Digimon leered over it. It put the notepad on the ground slowly and then ran away. Clyde picked it up. "Phew, we did it finally. All those precious gem of my ideas would have been forever lost had we not succeeded…Thank you so much." he looked at the Digimon. "Still…that evolution was crazy! So, these are Oblivia's Digimon, huh?" He then looked at Ben's partner who caught the thief. "Let me thank you, too. Gusty Pichu!"

"Pichu!" Pichu played his ukulele.

"You play pretty well, Pokemon. I'd better go."

"Hold on a second." Ben said.

"What? You're not done yet? You want my autograph?"

"Uh, maybe later. Right now, we need to get you back to Aqua Resort. Tiffany and Garret are waiting for you there."

"What? Tiffany and Garret? Oh, I guess it's about time…I'd better go back."

"Come on." Takumi said as he and Ben climbed onto MegaGargomon. Ami held onto Ami. "We'll give you a lift."

"Much appreciated."

Back in Webber's house, Garret scowled at his brother. "Clyde! How dare you leave us here and go off like that!"

"Be quiet, will you? I've found something big!"

Ben sighed. "Yup. That's sibling love for you."

Tiffany shrugged and shook her head. "This is when Billy would normally stop them…Billy's the last one."

"Clyde, don't you know where he was headed?" Garret asked.

"How would I know?"

"I haven't found anything either." Summer replied. "So, what now?"

"Waaaaah!" A little boy came running inside.

Tiffany crouched down to him. "What's wrong?"

"People in strange armor took away my Riolu…" the boy cried. Takumi, Ami, Keisuke, Ben, and Summer gasped.

"Strange armor?" Clyde asked.

Takumi glared. "It can't be! Steelheads?! There are still some around?!"

"Where did you see this strange armor?" Tiffany asked.

"Towards Silver Falls…" the boy sobbed. "This guy with white hair and two Rangers are now after them…"

"White hair…? Like ours?" Clyde asked.

"Yes, he looked just like you."

Tiffany gasped. "That's Billy!"

"Those people in armor went towards the Oblivia Ruins. I tried to follow them, but they went across the river…"

"What? How?" Ami asked.

"They went across the river…?" Garret asked. "I wanted to go there as well, actually. But I decided not to, 'cause the road looked rather rough."

Keisuke squinted at him. "So instead, you went to a freezing mountain infamous for snowfalls?"

"You also said two Rangers were with them?" Ami asked. "Who-

Summer's Styler started beeping. "This is Rythmi, Summer are you there?"

Summer spoke to her Styler. "Right here. Go ahead, Rythmi."

"Solana and Lunick just reporting a Pokemon being taken from a boy in Aqua Resort!"

Garret, Clyde, and Tiffany looked at each other. "Did she just say…?"

"The abductors were two Steelhead! They went towards Silver Falls! You and Ben hurry over there and assist!"

"We're on our way! Summer out!"

Tiffany stood up. "Rangers, I think you're the perfect ones for this job. Bring back Riolu and Billy, please."

"We're on it." Ben replied.

"Pichu!" Pichu nodded.

Summer looked at Takumi, Ami and Keisuke. "You guys stay here. We'll handle this."

Ami nodded. "Okay. Good luck."

Deep in Oblivia Ruins where the Leanne, Kyoko and their assistants found the passage to the Griseous Orb, two Steelhead stood with a controlled Riolu. "I heard a hard-to-find Pokemon called Lucario is here somewhere." One of them said.

"Hmm."

"Our bosses went after some big catches, and that's how they failed. Since we are not as great as them, we should go after something not as big. That's the way."

"I totally agree."

"This catch may not be as big, but we won't stand a chance if we face it without a plan."

"Then comes Riolu, right?"

"We'll use Riolu as a decoy, and we'll disguise ourselves as Steelhead Icons. Lucario won't notice us, and when it approaches the Riolu…"

"Then what?"

"We'll catch it together…By sneaking up from behind." The Steelhead put his hands close together.

"I see. We'll do this together." His partner did the same.

The Steelhead gasped as he heard approaching footsteps. "Shh, somebody's coming!" he pressed himself against a wall. "Hide…And be a Steelhead Icon!"

The other hid on the other side of the statue. "I am…an icon now!"

A Plusle and a Minun ran over to the Riolu. They smiled and turned around. "Pla!"

"Min!"

"Plusle? Minun? Did you find them?" Solana asked as she and Lunick caught up, accompanied by a man with silver hair and a black coat with a fur collar.

The two Pokemon jumped up and down. "Minun! Minun!"

"Plusle!"

"There's the Riolu!" Lunick said.

"Looks like it's unharmed. That's good." The man with them added. "But where are those weird guys that took it?"

"What should we do?" one of the Steelhead whispered.

"They may spoil our plan…We may have to sneak up on them from behind…"

"Pichuchu!"

The Rangers and the man accompanying them turned around as Ukulele Pichu ran up to them. "Hmm? Another Pokemon?" the silver-haired man asked.

"That's Ukulele Pichu." Solana crouched in front of him. "What'cha doing out here little guy?"

"Pichu! Pichu!" It took out it's ukulele and twanged it. The music echoed through the hall.

"Pichu, did you find something?" Ben hurried over with Summer and Staraptor. "Oh, hey! It's Lunick and Solana!"

"Ben! Summer!" Lunick smiled.

Summer looked at the man with them. "Oh, you must be Billy, right?"

"That's me." The man replied. He looked at Pichu. "This Pokemon has an instrument huh? That's unique. Oblivia has such strange Pokemon!"

"We ran into Billy here while he was walking around." Lunick replied. "We have…a bit of history with him and his family, so we kinda got caught up in talking a lot. Then we heard a scream and saw two Steelhead taking a Riolu away."

"Pokemon Rangers, I think this Riolu was taken here." Billy said.

"Where are the Steelhead?" Summer asked.

"Beats me." Solana replied. "When we got here, the Riolu was alone."

"Huh…"

"What should we do?" the Steelhead whispered. "Now we have more obstacles."

"…Hmm. I see." Ben replied. "We'll the important thing is we found Riolu safe and sound. Let's bring it back to Aqua Resort."

"Nooo! I'll have to make Riolu resist them…" The Steelhead quietly chanted.

Riolu gasped as it felt a sharp pain in it's head. "Rioooo…!"

"Pichu?" Ben's Pokemon eyed it worryingly.

"What's happening?" Solana asked.

Lunick froze. "Wait, do you hear that?"

"Lucaaaa…" Another Pokemon leapt in front of Riolu and glared at the Rangers.

Billy gasped. "Lucario…! It must think we harming this Riolu. It's a tough Pokemon. How can we make it understand…?"

"Lucaaaa!" Lucario glowed blue as he approached.

Ben and Summer stepped forward. "Get back Billy!" Ben said.

"Ranger?! Are you sure?"

Lunick put a hand on Billy's shoulder. "Come on, man, you've seen what we Rangers can do. You know the answer already."

"You might want to step back though." Solana added. "This could get ugly."

Billy smiled. "Some things never change." He took a few steps backward.

The four Rangers fired their Stylers. "Capture On!"

Lucario dodged the firing discs. As one tried to loop around it, it jumped over the Capture Line. "It's fast." Summer said.

"Not the first Lucario I Captured." Ben said. "Just watch out for its attacks."

The Pokemon punched Lunick's Styler with a fiery punch. Then it backflipped over Summer and Ben's before shooting a bombardment of Aura Spheres at them.

"This is going great." One of the Steelhead whispered. "Lucario can take out the Rangers for us."

"Yeah, and if we're lucky maybe they'll wear it down a bit and make it easy for us to ambush it."

"Guys, we could use a bit of help here!" Ben said.

Pichu, Plusle and Minun shot bolts of lightning at Lucario. It tilted it's head to the left, evading the first one. It jumped over another, sidestepped another and batted a few aside with its bare hands. "What agility…" Billy muttered. "It's almost as if it's body is automatically dodging all attacks…"

"Staraptor, Brave Bird!" Lucario disappeared right before Summer's Staraptor could hit it and it dashed through the Partner Pokemon, kicking them all so hard they bounced off the ceiling. "Close Combat!" Summer's Staraptor soared towards it again, throwing punches with his wings. Lucario turned around and replied with Close Combat itself. They traded blows, fists colliding for a few seconds and then Lucario punched him in the face and proceeded to pumble it. Staraptor went crashing into a wall. "Staraptor! This isn't good…" Solana murmured.

Done with the Pokemon, Lucario turned it's head around to leer at the Rangers. It charged right towards them. Billy reached his hand out. "No! Watch out!"

Ben, Solana, Lunick and Summer braced themselves as it got close. But at the last moment it, someone rushed in and blocked the punch. "Ugh! This fella packs a mean punch!"

Ben gasped as he looked up. "Etemon?!"

"I heard a ruckus so I came running, but who'd ever guess it was you guuuuuuys!" Lucario threw him into a wall. "Ow! What's this things problem?!"

"It's complicated." Lunick sighed.

"It-It talks?!" Billy gapped. "Wait...is that one of those Digimon you two have been telling me about?"

"Yeah, that's right." Solana replied. "Anyway, Etemon, you better get back, this could get rough!"

"It already IS rough!" Summer replied.

Etemon got up and dusted himself off. "Nope! Not happening! I can't just leave my fans in a jam like that! Gosh, if I did something like that, my songs will forever be filled with emo lyrics and somber tunes!"

"This guy's a musician?" Billy asked.

Lunick nodded. "Yeah, you should hear his songs sometime. We did a Ranger contest recently and he gave all his instructions trough singing. Kinda on the fly."

"On the fly?! I put a lot of thought into those!"

Billy grinned. "I appreciate your dedication to music. But you got something wrong."

"Huh. What's that?"

Billy took out a guitar. "Songs and music aren't just things you make from pure thought. And you don't just sing or play music you feel like when you feel like." He jammed on the instrument, ringing it's music through the ruins. "It comes from your very soul!"

Etemon gasped. "That music…!"

"We rock artists have the sacred mission of shaking the hearts of our audience. We serve the people not just with what we want, but what we know they'll love! And what the people want…is a spicey hot beat that comes from a rockstars soul!"

Etemon stood still for a moment. "We serve the people…That's right! All this time I've been playing music and singing lyrics based on what I want! But that's not how you win over and audience! That's why my old band split up! If I really want to be a superstar…I got to get with the times! Adapt to the taste in others! If I don't respect their opinions, my music will fall on deaf ears!"

Billy grinned. "Now you're talking! Back when my family worked with the wrong crowd, we just did whatever we wanted. That's how these two were always able to beat us." He said gesturing to Solana and Lunick. "So, we reinvented ourselves. And that's how we became the phenomenal success we are today. The Go Rock Quads!" He strummed the guitar again.

Etemon clenched his fists. "I must become something more, I must awaken the metal that slumbers inside! Soaring Guitars! Thundering drums! The purest form of rock! Heavy Metal… Heavy Metal…! AWAKEEEEN~!" His body started to glow.

"Guys, what's happening?!" Lunick asked.

Lucario turned to MetelEtemon and shuddered and stepped back as it felt a powerful aura erupt. "Lucario's…afraid?" Ben asked.

"HYAAAAAAAAAAAGH! Etemon Digivolve to…" A white lite engulfed Etemon. When it died down his body was clad in sliver steel and he flexed. "MetalEtemon!"

"Etemon Digivolved!" Ben gasped. "Did his and Billy's shared appreciation for music do that?! Man, wait until Tak and the others hear this one."

Solana scanned him. "MetalEtemon, Mega Level Virus Digimon. It's body's surface is coated with Chrome Digizoid and it's combat abilities have been raised to the maximum."

MetalEtemon looked at his hand. At that moment when he Digivolved something happened. And now all sorts of thoughts were running though his mind. He smiled to himself. "It's good to be back."

Lucario growled and got back into a fighting stance. Summer eyed it worryingly. "Uh, congratulations Etemon-

"MetalEtemon!"

"Okay, whatever! But that Lucario's still itching for a fight!"

"Not a problem." The Digimon strut past them. "I'll take the stage from here."

"Huh? Hey wait!" Lunick stepped forward when he felt someone grab his shoulder.

He glanced behind him to see Billy grinning. "Hey now, don't interfere with the guy's debut."

"Now then…let me show you the power of the heaviest of metal! The sickest of beats! The pure essence of rock and roll!" Lucario growled and started moving. It bounced around all over the walls and ceiling moving around MetalEtemon at an extreme rate. MetalEtemon grinned as his shades shinned. "Ha! That trick won't work!" He took out a banana peel and swung it around. "Banana Slip!" He threw it onto the ground and Lucario slipped on it falling over.

The Rangers awkwardly stared at it. "A banana? What the heck kind of Mega Level attack is that?!" Ben asked.

"Well, whatever works I guess." Solana sighed.

Lucario sprung to its feet and shot Aura Spheres at MetalEtemon who bashed them away with his hands. Lucario roared and a blue aura glowed around it. "Big sucker coming." MetalEtemon got in position as Lucario held its hands up, generating a blue light. It roared as it shot a giant blue beam at MetalEtemon who caught the attack with his bare hands. He grunted as he slid back on his feet. "Rrrrgh!"

Billy ran up behind him and took out his guitar. "Come on, man don't give up! Reach into your soul's fire!" He started jamming on his guitar again.

"Pichu!" Pichu took out his ukulele an started playing as well. Oddly it wasn't playing it's usual music. It was blasting heavy metal.

"Since when could the ukulele do that?!" Summer asked.

"The ukulele itself doesn't make music." Ben explained. "It happens when Pichu runs electricity into it. Does this mean Pichu learned how to do that?"

MetalEtemon grinned. "Ah! Heavy Metal! That's the stuff baby! RRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAAH!" He threw the storm of aura upward, blasting it through the ceiling. Lucario stood there and gapped as its ultimate attack was just pushed aside. "Here's the big one!" He rushed up to Lucario. "Awesome Quake!" With one punch, and then another he sent the Pokemon flying to the other side of the hall and it bounced off it before dropping to the ground.

"It's weakened, now's our chance!" Ben said. The Rangers aimed their Stylers and fired. As Lucario struggled to get up, they looped around it repeatedly. The capture was successful. "Capture Complete!"

Lucario slowly got up. "Lucaaaa…"

Billy whipped his forehead and put his guitar away. "I guess it's claim now."

"That was amazing!" Solana said. "Good job!"

"Well, that takes care of everything then." Summer said.

Ben held up a finger. "Not quite. According to the boy, Riolu was taken away by people in armor…" He glanced at a nearby wall.

Billy smirked. "Hmm. I see."

Lunick grinned. "You fellas want to do the honors?"

Pichu, Plusle and Minun summoned a bolt of lightning that zapped the two Steelhead. They screamed as electricity buzzed around them before being flung in two different directions. "Waaa!"

MetalEtemon glared at them. "Well, that ain't rock at all! Kidnapping a little boy's friend and dragging him to a please as dangerous as this?! No shame, I tell ya!"

"I'm so sorrrrry!" the other whimpered.

"Yeah, you better be!" Ben glared. "I better not catch you nitwits trying anything like this again!"

"Riooo!" Riolu came to its senses.

Lucario looked at it. "Lucaaaa…"

"Don't worry Lucario." Lunick said. "We'll make sure Riolu here gets home safely." Lucario nodded. It then left quietly.

"Now that they are finished saying good-bye, we should take the Riolu back to Aqua Resort." Billy said. He looked at Ben and Summer. "By the way, what brought you here?"

"Well, two reasons." Ben said. "One was we heard from the boy that his Riolu was taken here and were asked to get it back. The other is to find you, Billy. Your brothers and sister were worried about you."

"I see. You came here looking for me…Sorry to have troubled you, Pokemon Rangers. I thought these mysterious Oblivia Ruins would best fit the theme for a new song for this special live concert."

MetalEtemon laughed. "Great minds think alike! I also came here to look for new ideas! This ruins are filled with Oblivia's lost history! Not to mention they were the site of many battles for the Cyber Rangers! Lookie!"

MetalEtemon handed Billy a notepad. The man looked at them curiously. "Oh? Hmm. I see. Oh, that's a good one! Ha, ha, ha! Wow, you put a lot of work into these! Clyde would be jealous!"

"Speaking of Clyde, the others are waiting at Webber's rug shop." Ben replied. "The concert is soon."

Billy returned MetalEtemon's notepad and nodded. "Well, should we head back?" He turned to MetalEtemon. "Would you mind coming with us? I have a favor to ask."

"For a fellow music lover, it would be an honor!"

Riolu came into the shop and ran to the little boy. He gasped as he hugged it. Ben and the others followed inside. After giving his thanks the boy and his Riolu left happily.

Clyde faintly chuckled. "Well, I'll be darned. Never thought we'd run into you two in a place like this."

Lunick waved. "It's been a while, hasn't it?"

Solana smiled. "You three look like you've been doing well."

Tiffany winked. "Same to you."

"I knew it." Takumi said. "Team Go-Rock Squad. The team Lunick and Solana faced. You four were part of it, weren't you?"

The four siblings looked away awkwardly. "Huh. Did your homework, huh kid?" Garret asked.

"That was a long time ago." Billy said. "We've all changed."

"Don't worry, I believe you." Takumi replied. He then looked at the Digimon. "Etemon, is that you?!"

MetalEtemon laughed. "Not anymore! Thanks to Billy here, I turned into something bigger! MetalEtemon!"

Tiffany fumed. "Billy! We were so worried about you!" She turned to Ben and Summer. Wow, you really did find all my brothers…thank you, Rangers."

"You haven't forgotten what we were doing, have you?" Garret asked. "The contest to find the best of Oblivia!"

Billy nodded. "It took me a while, but I found it." He turned to Pichu.

"Pi… Pichu?" Pichu muttered.

"Beautiful views are something you can find in any region…" Tiffany smiled.

Clyde nodded. "But this Pichu from Oblivia has a ukulele. It's the one and only!"

"It's full of energy and so cheerful, too." Garret said. "Just what we were looking for."

"It's also bonded with the Ranger very strongly." Billy added. "To be honest, we'd like to be the ones who discovered and showcased its talent, but…Anyway, I also found someone else too. MetalEtemon, can you cone here a second?"

"Uh, sure." MetalEtemon walked over to the Go-Rock Quads and they huddled up. There was whispering and muttering. At one point MetalEtemon took out his notepad. "What? Really?!"

Billy grinned. "For a fellow music lover, it would be an honor. You in?"

"You bet I am! Okay! Let's do it!"

Billy looked at his family. "Oh, by the way guys, when I was chatting with Lunick and Solana here, they told me the craziest thing."

"What's that?" Tiffany asked.

"Apparently during their mission to stop Team One World, they ran into our fa-

Just then Murph entered. "You're here!"

Everyone turned around. "Murph?" Ben asked.

"I've been wondering where you were. I finally found you! Prof. Hastings was a little worried. He thought something might have happened to you!"

Clyde sighed. "Could he be any noisier?"

"Prof. Hastings?" Ben asked.

"Ha, I guess you aren't following." Billy smiled. "It was Prof. Hastings who invited us Go-Rock Quads."

"Wait, it was actually my idea!" Murph said. "But enough of that. Come to Mt. Latolato right away! As we go live in Oblivia, we are taking over the entire frequency band!"

Clyde groaned. "The four of us will be there right away, so be quiet already!"

Tiffany smiled. "Four and a couple of friends, that is."

Murph raised an eyebrow. "A couple of friends?"

A few hours later, on top of the Wireless Tower, the Go-Rock Quads were standing in front of a large crowd. Among them were not just all of the Cyber Rangers of Oblivia, including the members that showed up to fight Team One World, but many people and Digimon. But what really made this stand out was that the Go-Rock Quads had two special guests this time. MetalEtemon and Ukulele Pichu.

"Yay! We have two very special guests! One from Oblivia, one from the Digital World! That cute little thing with round cheeks! Who doesn't know the Tiny Mouse Pokemon Pichu! Pichu will play…it's ukulele!"

"Picchu!" Pichu took out it's instrument and started playing.

"And the other, the solid metal musical artist and new rising star! Let's give it up for the Digital World's master of rock! MetalEtemon!"

The Digimon waved to the cheering crowd. "Thank you! Thank you!"

"I'm glad they all made it before the concert." Murph smiled.

Professor Hastings smiled. "Indeed. It's all thanks to Ben, Summer, Keisuke, Takumi, Ami, and Pichu. Come to think of it, this Pichu may be the first Pokemon in the world to play an instrument in concert."

"I bet you're right." Nema giggled.

Rand gave them a thumbs up. "Good job, all of you!"

"Let's get on with it!" Billy said.

"Okay!" Garret nodded.

Professor Hastings smiled and looked at all the heroes gathered. "I've felt this way ever since Team One World was defeated. You've all helped people around here with their worries and troubles…That's making them so full of joy."

Booker nodded. "I dare say that there are no more people in trouble in Oblivia."

The professor laughed. "You always jump to conclusions, brother. But I admit, I have to agree with you this time."

"I was thinking the same thing." Matayoshi smiled.

Kyoko nodded. "All of you have come a long way during your time in Oblivia. You should all be proud of the things you accomplished since coming here."

"Ha, ha. We sure have done a lot, haven't we?" Arata asked.

"There sure were a lot of quests going around." Kellyn added.

"But it was worth all the smiles we saw on everyone's faces." Keisuke replied. Yu nodded.

"We got to help so many people and Digimon!" Nokia laughed. "I feel so accomplished!"

Murph turned to Hastings. "Professor, does that mean…?!"

The professor smiled. "That's right. My friends! You have cleared all the Quests on Oblivia! For that… I'll certify the Quests Complete!"

"Congratulations!" Murph cheered.

"Way to go Ben!" Ralph cheered.

Everyone looked at each other and nodded. "All together now." Ben grinned. The Rangers and Murph posed. "QUEST CLEAR!"

The concert carried out until nightfall. The final song was one made by the Go-Rock Quads as well as MetalEtemon. When they finished the crowd went wild with applause.

"Thank you, people, Pokemon, and Digimon of Oblivia!" Billy smiled.

As they continued to applaud, Tiffany saw someone in the corner of her eyes and gasped. "Hmm, what's up?" Clyde asked. Tiffany pointed to a man behind the crowd. He was flying on a Charizard near the tower, smiling and applauding. Billy, Garret and Clyde froze when they saw him.

Billy slowly smiled. "Father…"

Gordor smiled proudly at the four. "Take care of each other. My family. My pride and joy. I'll see you again someday." He quietly flew off.

MetelEtemon latter approached the Cyber Sleuths. "Hey, Takumi? Ami? Can I ask you two something?"

"Sure." Takumi replied. "What's up?"

"How's Reiko doing now and days?"

"Oh Reiko?" Ami smiled. "She's doing well, working at the CD store and- Ami and her brother froze. "Wait, you remember her?! How?!"

"I don't fully understand it myself. That moment when I Digivolved I suddenly regained all my old memories."

"That's amazing…"

"So…is it the same on your side? Everyone forgetting Digimon interacting with humans I mean?"

"I'm afraid so." Takumi replied. "The only ones who have all their original memories intact are the two of us, Kyoko, Arata, Nokia, Yuuko, Yuugo, Keisuke, Ryuji, Chitose, Yu, and Erika."

MetalEtemon sighed. "That means she forgot all about me…"

"MetalEtemon…" Ami smiled. "Don't worry. One day we're going to bring Digimon to EDEN. When we do, Takumi and I will introduce you to Reiko again!"

"Really!? You'll do that?!"

"Of course!"

MetalEtemon smiled. "Alright! In that case, can you do me a little favor when you get home?"

"Sure." Takumi nodded. "What is it?"

As Takumi and Ami finished their flashback, they brought their attention back to Reiko. "Well, four of them are siblings." Takumi replied. "The other two, one of them being the guy who gave the recording to us, were guests."

Reiko sighed. "I wish I could meet this guy, so I could ask if the store could sell his music, but you said he lives very far away…"

Ami smiled. "Actually…He did say he wanted to visit EDEN someday. I even heard he got back together with his original band back home and is practicing for a concert in EDEN."

"Really?"

Takumi nodded. "Yup. We're still working out some things first, but when we're ready we'll introduce you to him. He may seem strange to you at first, but don't worry. He's a good guy."

"Woohoo! Thanks guys, you're the best!"

Takumi and Ami laughed. One thing for sure, no matter what world they were in, there would always be those who appreciate music.

And that's the final Quest. But there's just one more thing to take care of before we can end this arc, and it will probably be a two prater. Look forward to next week for the final Mission in Oblivia!
