I know it has been a while… I have not given up on this story! I just have a lot of changes going on in my life. 2 weeks after my last chapter was posted, my grandad passed away. It was sudden and it really threw me off. Since then, I've been focusing on grieving him and trying to move on with my life and it has been a long, stressful and emotional challenge for me. I have had a few personal medical issues going on as well, along with a change of jobs. I was in a minor car accident outside my house and, guys honestly, this has not been my year so far… 2022 is not it for me, there just isn't a lot that has gone right for me. It just makes me feel even better when I get an email saying another random human has decided to like and want updates on my story. Genuinely brightens my day and I cannot thank you enough. You all make this year just that extra bit special for me through your ongoing support and I want you to know that I truly appreciate you all for it.
Anywho, let's get back to the story.
Disclaimer: I do not own any of the original Harry Potter characters presented in this story, or any of the original Twilight characters presented in this story, however the plot is my own.
Onward!
At 7:30am, Harry woke up from his much deserved rest. He was excited for the day because today was when the construction side of the operation was taking place. With any luck, we can start re-building the structure either today or tomorrow, he thought with a smile as he met Teddy on the stairs.
"Morning Teddy-bear," Harry mumbled as he ruffled his godson's hair. Teddy sleepily smiled up at Harry.
"Mornin' uncle Harry," Teddy resplied with a huge yawn. "Uncle Harry, can I come to work with you today?" Teddy asked, his big puppy eyes staring up at Harry.
"Don't see why not pup. We are going to be knocking down some walls so you'll have to be extra careful," Harry warned.
"Don't worry, I'll keep Mummy's clumsiness away today!" Teddy giggled.
"I heard that Theodore Remus Lupin!" They both heard Tonks cry from the main portrait in the living room. Harry chuckled and Teddy giggled out an apology to his mother.
"You are quite clumsy dear," Remus defended his cub.
"See!" Teddy squealed. Tonks huffed before grinning along with her boys. "Ohh Mummy! Daddy! I forgot to tell you! I met a pretty girl yesterday!" Teddy cried in excitement. Remus raised an eyebrow.
"Do tell, son," Remus said, loving how excitable his pup was.
"Her name is Leah! She has really pretty hair and a super pretty smile," Teddy grinned, his cheeks blushing a little.
"Harry, why are you letting my son meet other women? He is 5 years old!" Tonks mock raged about it. Harry chuckled.
"Hey, he can't help it! Our son is a lady killer! First this Miss Rose and now the pretty Leah, my cub got skills," Remus said cockily, smirking at his wife. Harry grinned at the painting.
"Right, Teddy, breakfast time. I'm sure you can chat with them later. Sorry guys, got to get to the store soon and Teddy wants to come with," Harry winced apologetically. He hated taking Teddy away from the portrait of his parents. But, the child needed to eat.
"It's okay Harry," Tonks smiled.
"Yeah, not a problem cub, we will see him later," Remus smiled down at his son and nephew. Harry and Teddy smiled and left the living room.
They both had a quick bowl of cereal before they headed out. As they got to the front door, Luna appeared on the stairs.
"I've got Teddy today, he wants to come to work," Harry said with a grin. Luna smiled and nodded, still half asleep.
"Have fun huni-bun," She yawned as she headed towards the kitchen for much needed coffee.
"Aunty Loony is so funny in a morning," Teddy giggled.
"I heard that!" She called from the kitchen.
"What is it with the women in my life hearing everything I say?" Teddy mumbled under his breath and shaking his head. Harry chuckled and took Teddy's hand before leading them both to the big pick-up truck.
"Now Teddy, today there will be some loud noises, walls falling down, and all the guys will be there. You need to be safe and try not to get under foot, so where possible I want you by my side. Got it?" Harry spoke firmly so that his godson understood the importance of staying close. Teddy nodded with just as serious of a look on his face.
"Good! Now, let's go have some fun!" Harry grinned as he pulled out of the driveway after securing Teddy in his car seat. Teddy whooped and cheered.
Driving through the town, Harry and Teddy were singing along to the radio. However, neither of them truly knew the words to the songs so it was just noise. Parking up in the loading dock of the soon-to-be bakery, Harry and Teddy jumped out of the truck and went inside. Harry was happy to see that the skip he had ordered yesterday had been delivered already and was waiting to be filled.
They entered through the back door and hung their jackets on the back of Harry's desk chair in his makeshift office. They then went into the front of the store and saw the shadows of the pack standing out the front, waiting to be let inside. Harry unlocked the front door and opened it wide.
"Hey guys, sorry for running a little late, hoping for it not to be a trend," Harry said nervously, rubbing the back of his neck.
"No worries, Boss man!" Quill grinned while the others just rolled their eyes. Paul slapped him upside the head as they entered the store. Harry's brows furrowed when he spotted Seth.
"Seth, aren't you supposed to be in school?" Harry asked.
"Well, the fire that happened yesterday apparently damaged more of the kitchen than they originally thought. They can't have the school open without a working kitchen so they closed the school for a week to get a new kitchen installed. Is it okay if I come to work instead? Mom's cool with it?" Seth asked, hoping for a yes.
"Sure Seth, just don't overwork yourself." He mentioned as Seth walked through the door.
"Hey guys!" Yelled a small voice in the form of Teddy. If the guys were confused as to why Teddy was at the store, they didn't show it.
"Hey little man!" Jacob said giving Teddy a high-5 as they entered the store, the others following his lead.
"Hey there Teddy," Leah smiled at her imprint causing Harry to tense for half a second. He chuckled however, when Teddy got shy and blushed.
"Hi Miss Leah," He mumbled looking down. The guys in the store chuckled at his nerves. "You look lovely today," He said with a sweet smile. Leah blushed a little as Quill and Embry started trying to hold their laughter back. It wasn't working very well. They quickly stopped at Leah's glare and at Paul's shoulder nudge.
"Why thank you! You look quite handsome yourself," Leah responded with a grin. Her protectiveness kicked in however, and she turned to look at Harry who was now at ease with the situation for now. "Is it a good idea that he is here today? Could be dangerous," She questioned.
"I know, but he is a smart one, my godson. And we have already discussed that unless he is with me specifically, he isn't to go near the dangerous things like broken walls etc." Harry explained which pacified her. "Right, before anyone starts anything, I want to have a quick briefing about what is to happen today." Harry said, asking for everyone to take a seat.
"Right, so. Today is going to be busy, loud and messy hard work. We are going to be knocking down the wall between the two stores. It is not a load bearing wall so we don't need to worry about that. This is going to be happening both upstairs and downstairs, after the cleanup we will look to restructure the back of the store into different areas and the same with upstairs. We will also be knocking down the front walls of the store to turn it into a single store front. This will need to be done first because the bricks, window frames and doors that are going to be placed in the front are being delivered this afternoon. We have support beams to keep the structure safe. Jared knows what I want the front of the store to look like so his team will be taking care of this. That way, the team can only demolish specific areas of the wall rather than the whole thing." Harry paused, looking at Jared who nodded his understanding.
"Okay so, after the front is done, that is when the middle wall will begin, though Paul, your team can start on the middle wall upstairs straight away. They don't feel to be anything more than 1 layer of breeze blocks and plasterboard on either side so it should be easy to tear them down with the equipment we bought yesterday." Paul nodded. He understood that something as technical as the front needed to be done by a professional, and though he had the experience, Paul knew that he was still in his probationary period and that Jared had the training to do what Harry needed.
"Great. It's 9am now, I want my two managers to choose their own teams. Make sure you don't choose those who you get along with best. We need two decent teams who will be good at the tasks given." Harry said firmly. Teddy was just stood there, trying to look as serious as Harry. "We will break for lunch at 1:30pm, so that should give us enough time to get a good start. The additional supplies arriving this afternoon are scheduled to be here for about 2pm so we should be able to get started straight after lunch as long as the demolition goes to plan. Questions?" Harry asked, clapping his hands together. Seth raised his hand. "Seth?"
"Umm, can I please be on Paul's team? I don't think I'm cut out for demolishing specific parts of a wall," Seth chuckled nervously, his hand rubbing the back of his neck. Harry looked over to Paul who nodded in acceptance.
"Sure. That's a good idea actually. Who wants to volunteer for Jared's team?" Harry asked. Slowly, Leah and Jacob volunteered for Jared's team.
"Three is a good amount actually. Because we will be mostly focusing on the front wall today, less people will probably work in our favour." Jared mentioned at Harry's raised eyebrow.
"Okay then. Me and Teddy will be floating around and getting some orders done, but I - we - can help if needed," Harry grinned, hissing a little when Teddy nudged him. "Tools are in the back room, let's go!" Harry smiled as the teams split up. Harry looked down at Teddy. "Right pup, what I want you to do, is when they come out of the back with their tools, I want you to get Jared, Leah and Jacob's banking information so that we can set up their payments. I'll get those from the guys upstairs okay?" Harry asked.
"Okie dokie Uncle Harry!" Teddy grinned, happy to be given something that he deemed was a huge responsibility. Teddy was super smart and was already reading and writing well enough for a 10 year old. Teddy bounced off towards the group of guys and Leah with his notepad and pen.
*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*
Harry and Teddy had sorted out the payment systems in Harry's makeshift office. Harry decided on using a spell to work everything out and calculate the guys gross, net and tax rates. It was a very handy spell that was on a timer and knew instantly when to start adding overtime. It had a bit of the Homun Revelio charm weaved into it so that it knows who is still working and what time they leave the store and enter it again. That part of the spell is only activated after 5pm and turns off at 9am the following day. Very handy indeed. They then spent the rest of the day helping out where they could. Teddy helped to remove the little areas of wall with his small hammer, the little nooks and crannies that the men couldn't get to.
It was about 4:45pm when anyone thought to even check the time. They had stopped for lunch and were right on schedule. They had the foundations of the store front wall in place, they would just need to place the windows and doors when the concrete had dried. The interior walls were also successfully taken down, the crew just started to plaster off the edges on the ceiling. Looking at his watch, Harry didn't think they would be finished by 5pm.
"Hey Jared, Paul, how long do you reckon it will take to finish the plastering?" Harry asked.
"Well if you want as much done as possible, we can stay and finish plastering and cleanup ready for tomorrow?" Paul suggested.
"Yeah, shouldn't take more than an hour or 2," Jared agreed.
"And is everyone okay with staying that long?" Harry asked.
"Mom said that I shouldn't stay longer than 5pm because she doesn't want me to exhaust myself. Is it okay if I leave at 5pm still?" Seth asked.
"Of course Seth, overtime is purely voluntary," Harry reminded him. "Anyone else?" He asked. Nobody said anything. "Cool, right Seth, you might as well head off now then as it is 5pm and we will see you tomorrow." Harry said with a smile. The others got back to work.
The rest of the week passed by in similar fashion. By the end of Friday, the store looked completely different. The store front was now one entrance with huge windows on either side, and a pair of doors to allow the future customers in. They had restructured the whole of the back of the stores and the upstairs too. They now had 2 kitchens at the back of the store, one large one and one of a similar size to a kitchen you might see in an average home, just more cooking space than cupboards. The smaller kitchen would be used for the cooking aspect of the cafe whereas the large kitchen would be used for baking. There were no appliances installed yet, but they would come with time.
Throughout the week, Seth had continued to show up for work and leave at 5pm. The rest of the group had been staying on an extra hour or two to finish the little nitpicky jobs that they didn't want to leave for the next day. That was probably what had helped get the building to where it stood now. The upstairs of the building was ready to have everything fitted than was needed like the shower rooms, bathroom, staffroom kitchen and hang out area, napping quarters and the offices. Harry and Luna would have an office to share because Luna would mostly be at her own herbal remedy store.
During the week, Luna had been busy finding her own store. Turns out, it was just a few doors down from the bakery cafe. It also didn't need as much work doing to it as the bakery cafe. She has enlisted the help of Alice Cullen and Rosalie Hale to get the store decorated and set up just how she wanted it. It helped that Alice had seen what the store would look like in the end. Teddy had been flitting between both of his godparents throughout the week, helping out whenever he could and always getting flustered when faced with Rosalie or Leah. It was very cute and brightened everyone's day.
Friday was mostly spent painting the walls of the bakery cafe. Harry wanted the main walls of the seating area of the cafe to have a mural of the forbidden forest and the Marauders minus the rat. Because of this, Luna had spent the majority of the day at the bakery painting the outline she had marked the previous night after everyone had gone home. As she was using magical paints, the leaves of the trees would blow in the wind, the flowers on the floor of the forest would sway in the breeze, and towards the evening, the fireflies she painted would twinkle. Of course, that would only be seen by people who knew about the magical world. The runes painting into the blue of the sky would make it so.
As this was only on the feature wall of the seating area, the other walls of the bakery cafe that the customers would see, were painted a pale sky blue, with each corner of the wall having a small Hogwarts house crest painted. They were subtle and you wouldn't notice them unless you were truly looking for them. It looked stunning, and Harry was so proud of how it turned out.
Luna's store looked… well… very Luna. There were paintings of all sorts of weird and wonderful creatures that nobody was sure were actually real. But, you learned to not question Luna, you wouldn't understand the answers she gave anyways. Luna had arranged her store to have a nice long counter display case, with a cash register and card machine and a wall of shelves behind her. In the back of her shop she had a storeroom that she used to keep all of her products in. She sold multiple things that she had created to work for both magicals and muggles such as soothing candles, incense, face masks and protective jewellery. She also had a book selection which she ordered from both Flourish and Blotts and Waterstones - books that were in the same genre as self-help books. Of course, she didn't just have this section that was suitable for muggles also, nay nay.
Towards the back of the store, there was an archway with no door that was hidden by a combination of runes and a modified version of the notice-me-not charm. It would only reveal itself to a person or creature with magic who came within three feet of the arch. It was the secret entrance to the magical side of the store. This side is where customers could find books on magic, potions to help with almost anything as well as healing potions. It was an area of the store that was not likely to get much use due to the lack of wizarding population in this tiny town, however, the US had a large magical community covering the entire breadth of the country, never mind the fact that Canada was a few hours up the road. The closest large magical community in the States, was in Southern California and the closest in Canada was based in Winnipeg. Unfortunately, that was a rather large distance to floo to and much too magically draining to apparate to and from. It wouldn't be too much of an issue to get a portkey to, but most people would prefer to just go to the one closest to them. For most people in Washington, that would be Seattle, however Luna wanted to also set up an owl-post option. She had a leaflet with the address and name of her store ready to go out in the evening post whenever the store was up and running properly. She had been brewing non-stop.
As the evening was coming to a close at the bakery, Jacob approached Harry and Luna with Leah.
"Hey Guys. We are having a big bonfire tomorrow night down the res. Would you like to come?" Jacob asked, looking more towards Luna than Harry who pretended not to notice. Harry looked to Luna who grinned and nodded her head slightly.
"We would love to! I would love to hear more about the history of your tribe, we will bring the desserts!" Luna grinned, ecstatic that she could spend more time with her intended.
"Can we bring Teddy or should we look to get a sitter?" Harry asked.
"Please bring him." Leah replied quickly. Harry raised an eyebrow. "We have all loved getting to know him properly this week, and there'll be some kids there his age too. It'll be good for him," Leah finished, hoping they would bring her imprint. Harry nodded.
"Cool. One of you text me the address and time and we will be there. All of us," Harry added with a grin.
"Sweet, I'll let the elders know!" Jacob grinned, chancing a glance at Luna before walking back to the front of the store with Leah. Both looked over their shoulders as they walked, catching the last glimpses of their imprints before leaving the building.
"Well that sounds like fun, doesn't it Teddy Bear?" Luna asked.
"Yeah! Maybe we could toast marshmallows!" He said in childish excitement. Harry chuckled.
"Oh that's definitely a possibility." He said ruffling Teddy's hair.
"-doing here Cullen?" Harry and Luna heard as the door opened to let Leah and Jacob out. They both looked at each other, worry reflected in their eyes. The family of three headed out of the store quicker than they originally intended to, if only to avoid bloodshed.
"None of your business, mutt." Rosalie sneered at the guys, doing a very close imitation of Draco, Harry thought.
"Now Rose, calm down. We just wanted to speak with Harry," came the soothing southern drawl that Harry was coming to really enjoy the sound of. Harry had to catch himself from swooning at Jasper when they exited the building. Luna was locking up.
"Jasper, Rosalie, Alice, what's going on?" Harry asked.
"Nothing, they were just leaving," Paul almost growled out.
"Hey! What did I say about your issues with the Cullens?" Harry demanded, turning his focus onto Paul. Paul didn't turn to look at his boss.
"We are outside the shop," Paul bit.
"I don't give a shit. Keep whatever this is, the hell away from me and my family," Harry commanded, making Paul look at him. Paul, realising that his boss was genuinely getting pissed about this, he nodded and walked away from the store, the rest of the group following. Leah stayed behind a little, as if to check everything was alright, before following the group. "Sorry about that guys, what's up?"
"It's not your fault the dogs can't control themselves," Rosalie sneered.
"Rose, please, whatever issues you have with them and they have with you, I don't care, just keep it away from me and my family please?" Harry begged. Rose nodded stiffly.
"Anywho. Esme asked us to invite you over again! Isn't that exciting?" Alice squealed.
Harry grinned at her exuberance. "When were you thinking? Unfortunately we have plans for tomorrow night."
"Well, we were thinking for tonight? Esme and Edward are cooking," Jasper drawled, looking directly at Harry. Harry looked towards Luna who nodded with a grin.
"Great, let's go," Harry smiled as they all walked towards their cars.
"Jazzy can ride with you Harry so that you don't need to use the satnav," Alice grinned, as Luna, Rose and Teddy made their way towards Alice's car. Harry heard jasper sigh as Harry chuckled in amusement.
"You okay with that?" Harry asked, peeking towards Jasper.
"Why not? We could take the scenic route," Jasper grinned, making Harry's heart rate increase. "Also, Esme asked if you could bring more of that potion you guys used the other night," he asked, running his hand through his hair.
"We will need to stop by my house then," Harry confirmed, putting his seat belt on. During the drive, the two got to know each other pretty well. They made each other laugh and genuinely enjoyed their time together. All too soon, they were pulling into the driveway of Harry's house. "Here we are, you wanna come in?" Harry asked. Jasper was already out of the car and at Harry's car door, opening it for him. Harry tried his best not to blush, didn't go very well did it?
"Right. The potion is going to be in the kitchen so come on." Harry led Jasper through the house and as they entered the kitchen, they suddenly found that they couldn't go any further. Jasper was very confused, but Harry groaned, knowing instinctively what this was. You see, during the previous week when Harry has been working at the bakery, Luna has had almost free reign over the house. She decided to put up some charmed mistletoe - IN JUNE - because she said it would cleanse the house of the juju that is keeping her parents from wanting to explore the house through their painting. She stated that the mistletoe would only work if they kept it up for a FULL 6 months! As a result, they had been stopped on numerous occasions when either of them had brought a still tired Teddy down for dinner. Usually it let them go with just a kiss on the cheek. Harry hoped that was the case today.
"Umm, Harry, what's going on darlin'? Jasper asked, very confused. Harry sighed.
"Luna, in all of her batty wisdom, has decided to hang enchanted mistletoe around the house to help rid us of some juju. Don't ask, I have no clue and just go along with whatever she says because, rule number 1, always trust Luna. Unfortunately, it makes it so that the two stuck beneath it cannot be released until a kiss occurs." Harry stated very matter-of-factly. Jasper looked shocked.
"Mistletoe?" He asked.
"Yup." Harry responded.
"It's June," Jasper stated in a confused tone.
"Yup." Harry repeated.
"Well, guess I just gotta kiss you before I originally planned to," Jasper commented with a smirk, looking down for Harry's reaction.
"Yup - wait what?" Harry's head whipped to look at his companion. "I mean, usually a kiss on the cheek works fine, no need to get hasty," Harry chuckled nervously. Jasper smiled, and brought his ips to Harry's cheek, pressing a soft kiss to his slightly stubbly cheek. Harry froze. Jasper tried to move once he pulled away, only to find that they were still stuck.
"Well, that didn't work," he drawled.
"Let me try," Harry muttered, leaning to press a soft kiss on Jasper's cool cheek. Pulling back, Harry and Jasper locked eyes as Harry attempted to take a step back. "Huh, that didn't work either." He muttered, still looking into Jasper's hypnotising topaz eyes.
"Maybe, we should try something else," Jasper asked, his lips quirking into a small smile. Harry nodded, not truly wanting to step away anymore. Jasper placed his hand behind Harry's neck and leaned in slowly, their eyes still locked on each others. As their lips touch, their eyes fluttered closed, relishing in the feelings flowing through them. Harry had not been kissed like this in a long time if ever. He had expected Jasper's lips to be hard, but they were soft against his own, sliding across his own as the kiss deepened a little. Harry grasped Jasper's shirt in his fist as the kiss continued, before the need to breathe became apparent.
Pulling away, their eyes locked once more as they both realised how right the kiss had felt. They had been subtly flirting with each other since they met, and though others had teased them about it, neither of them thought they would've kissed each other by now. They both had ghosts of smiles floating on their lips when a shrill ringtone forced them back to reality. It was Jasper's phone.
"Alice, impeccable time as always… Yeah we are ust at Harry's getting the potion… Luna said two? Okay, I'll tell him, see you soon." Jasper spoke through the phone. During the phone conversation, Harry had left the ring of the enchanted mistletoe and grabbed the potion. "Alice asked to bring two lots of the potions, she said Esme made dessert too." Jasper explained. Harry nodded, a faint blush covering his cheeks as he grabbed a second batch of the potion. Feeling Harry's slight embarrassment mixing in with his arousal from the kiss, Jasper thought he should say something. "Harry, about the kiss-" He started as Harry walked towards the door of the kitchen where Jasper still stood. He was cut off by Harry kissing him soundly. Jasper melted into the kiss as much as a vampire could, their lips moulding together perfectly.
After a few seconds of the kiss, Harry pulled away and Jasper was stunned into silence causing Harry to smirk. "There, now I've kissed you speechless too," he grinned as he walked around Jasper. Jasper started to smile as he turned to follow. "Let's get going, or they'll think we are up to no good."
"Good idea," Jasper grinned, walking behind his mate. As it happens, by the time they got back to the car, Harry had gone back to being a little shy.
"So, about the kiss. I don't want you to think that I want to rush into anything," Harry started causing Jasper to chuckle.
"Oh don't worry darlin', we won't be rushin' into anything. I plan to court you properly, if you'll let me?" Jasper asked, smirking across to Harry from the passenger side. Harry smiled, his eyes soft.
"I'd like that," he responded. They both grinned at each other before Harry started the car and the drive to the Cullen's house.
Arriving at the Cullen's house, Alice met them outside with Edward.
"Well you two took your time," she smirked, knowing exactly what had happened. Harry blushed while Jasper smirked.
"Come on, Luna is bouncing with excitement." Edward chuckled, leading them all inside.
"Hey Esme, here are the potions, you just pour it over the main body of each meal. One phial per course should be plenty, and thank you for having us over at such short notice," Harry said, handing the phials of potion to Esme with a kiss on the cheek.
"Thank you dear, and you are always welcome here," she smiled and winked when she saw Jasper hovering behind him. Harry tried his hardest not to blush, but again, didn't do very well.
"Luna!" Harry called, figuring that she had planned this all along.
"Yes?" She asked, looking the epitome of innocent. "Oh Harry, you must remind me to take down those enchanted mistletoe when we get home. I found something much more useful in the latest edition on The Quibbler," She continued, a knowing smirk tugging at the corner of her mouth. Harry scowled at her as Emmett piped up.
"Enchanted mistletoe? First question, It's June?" Emmett asked confused.
"That was a statement, but continue," Lune giggled.
"Second question, what is it and how does it work and can I have some?" He finished.
"That was three questions. Enchanted mistletoe creates a forcefield around the two individuals until they kiss each other. If one or both people are under the age of 17, a kiss on the cheek should release you just fine. It's also quite good at cleansing the house of bad juju," Luna explained, a light airiness entering her voice and she spoke.
"Does anybody actually get trapped?" Emmett asked.
"Yes." This came from Luna, Harry and Jasper. Two of them had grins and the other looked like he wanted the world to swallow him up.
"Luna and Harry, I understand knowing the answer, Jazzy, not so much," Emmett stated, quite confused. Alice and Edward were sat at the table smirking in their knowledge. "Unless…" Emmett continued. Then his jaw dropped as the penny dropped. "So that's why you took longer than you should've, huh?" He questioned with a smirk and raised eyebrow.
"Esme, is dinner ready?" Harry groaned, hoping to get out of this line of questioning.
"Yes actually," she said as she brought out the food to the whole table laughing. They all sat down and ate dinner, making polite conversation as they went.
*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*
"Thank you for that Esme, it was delicious!" Teddy grinned as he polished off his dessert.
"You are quite welcome young man," Esme giggled as she took his plate from his setting. "Maybe later, if it's okay with Harry and Lune, you could have some of the flapjack I made?" Esme smiled as the child's eyes grew wide. "Come on, let's go sit down," she said as the rest of the family walked into the living area of the Cullen home.
Jasper and Harry sat opposite each other, with Luna next to Harry and the others spread around the room.
"Right, so we assume you guys have some questions about us. Firstly, thank you for giving us some time before wanting answers. Secondly, if there is a topic that we don't want to go deeper into, I ask that you please don't push us on it. Seem fair?" Harry asked. The Cullens nodded. "Alright then, who wants to go first?" Harry asked, letting the floor open for questions.
A/N: Thank you for your patience with this update! Means so so much! I know it wasn't very long but there are long chapters coming! If any of you have any ideas for questions from the Cullens, please don't hesitate to let me know by leaving a review! Hopefully it won't be as long between now and my next update! :)
