Anakin found Luke and Mara in the Garden of Muntuur stones playing catch with all 7 of the stones.

Two force ghosts were watching the couple and the male said, "I had to watch my X-wing sink into a swamp on Dagobah as well as struggle to lift it out, and he is tossing those stones around like they are pebbles!"

"Hush Farmboy." The women said, "You do realize they went through the great journey on Tython and survived there for two and a half years right, they had to learn how to survive in a cold weather climate a jungle in the ocean and even a forest, and they didn't have the benefit of a rebel base to fall back on."

30 minutes later

"Having Fun?" The elder Skywalker asks

"Just passing the time." Mara said offhandedly, "Besides this develops sensitivity."

"Just how strong are you two?" Anakin mutters as his brow rose to a high speculative arch.

"You have to understand dad!" Luke said redirecting the largest stone back to Mara, "We don't see the force in terms of black or white, it's the user who is good or bad."

"I stand between the shadow and the light, neither taking nor giving but at one with the force."

"I understand." Anakin said in a voice thick with pride, shaking his head.

Master Cin Drallig walks up and is a soft-spoken tenor that held an undertone of authority says, "You two continue to surprise me, now about that force bond of yours"

"It was always there even as younglings." Mara explained, then Luke came in with, "It really developed on Tython where we had to trust each other with our lives."

"Perhaps we can shed some light on things!" Came a gravely aged voice, as two force ghosts appeared, "Hello Master Drallig."

"You're the two Jedi that appeared out on nowhere 22 years ago." Master Drallig stated, "I never did get a complete explanation about your backgrounds."

"It was decided that no one outside of Jedi High Council no one should know." Anakin said, "They came back through time through the force to save us from ourselves."

"They share a force bond, because we do." The force bond of Mara Jade Skywalker said, "The difference is theirs developed over time, ours sort of happened on its own"

Looking at Master Cin Drallig in perfect unison both Luke and Mara said:

The elder force ghost of Luke Skywalker went wide-eyed looking at them thinking, they died out ages ago.

"No, they didn't." The force ghost of Mara Jade Skywalker told him, "Imagine a planet full of The Je'daii's all focused on one thing Force illusion."

Moments later

"Aunt Asajj." Luke said walking in seeing Asajj Ventress and Quinlan Vos sitting with Padmé.

Swallowing Luke said, "You're a master of dual lightsaber right"

"Yes why." Asajj stated

"My Saber has to configurations"

"NOT IN THE HOUSE!" Asajj Ventress chuckled saying, "He can face a room full of temple guards, but one woman terrifies him"

Shuttering Luke asked, "She doesn't terrify you?"

"Apparently she knows her way around blasters."

"That' she does." Asajj. said remembering Geonosis and the Battle Arena.

A short speeder ride later and they were in the temple practice yards.

"Draw them?" Asajj called, she watched as Luke's sabers flew into his hands.

"This is the secondary configuration." Luke said taking hold of both sabers then Asajj heard it

In an instant Luke was holding his Shadow's Double-Bladed Lightsaber.

Her eyebrow shot up to a high speculative arch, as she said, "No need to explain."

"Had I not seen them float up I would not have known you were carrying it." Asajj stated.

"For now, we will be using these." Asajj said throwing him two wooden practice swords.

"Bruises heal faster than burns." She said getting ready saying, "One will always defend while the other attacks."

Crack…. Crack…. Crack…. Crack…. "Good…Good" Ventress said, "We will continue at this speed for the moment as Asajj Ventress moved Luke became aware of how truly graceful the woman actually was.

"Something wrong?" she asked, eyeing Luke.

"No… no, I just realized how graceful you are" He said quickly.

"Thank you." She said, "Every woman enjoys a compliment."

"We have a training session with the temple guards in the morning if you want to observe."

The next morning Luke, Mara and Asajj arrive at the training area, as Master Cin Drallig gives her a once over, as Asajj says, "He came to me for advice on Jar'Kai, it would be helpful to see how he moves."

Master Drallig replied, "You are a master of the form."

Ladies first this time, Master Drallig said, as Mara Jade took center stage.

Suddenly a second guard tried to sneak up on Mara from behind, reaching to her waist with her off hand Mara took a step and flung a Vibroknife at his chest saying, "That's rather forward, if you want to dance wait your turn."

"And just where did you have that hidden?" Master Drallig asked Mara.

"That is for me to know and no one else!" Mara said, re-engaging in the fight.

"Master Drallig." Mara said, "You won't always be in a place suitable for a lightsabers, Vibroknife are discrete and easily concealable."

After a 30-minutes rest Luke was up calling two ornate Lightsabers to his hands and pressing the but ends together he twisted his hands in opposite directions.

Asajj's brow shot up to a high speculative arch as she thought, that reminds me of my first double set… I adore the double set Quinlan got me as a wedding gift.

I know exactly how to work with him!

Luke blocked the oncoming saber attack spun 180 degrees ducking under the counterstrike and engaged the guard behind the first blocking the strike and completed the spin kicking behind him.

Suddenly 15 guards surrounded Luke.

Ready Mara!... wait for the force blast then jump in….

Luke used force blast to distract the guards, as Mara force jumps flipping into the center, so Luke and Mara are back-to-back.

Master Drallig thought that was unexpected!

He watched as their ballet of movement was taking out the temple guards then he realized.

They coordinate their attacks though the force bond.

Master Cin Drallig called out, "Stop!"

"On your own you both are dangerous, together you are deadly." Master Cin Drallig stated.

Asajj Ventress pushed off the wall saying, "Luke sunrise tomorrow, Mara if you wish to Jar'Kai, you may join us.
