Affiliation: The Covenant (Formerly), Clan 'Berkham, Banished

COMMS OFFICER [REDACTED]: Evdo 'Berkham. An interesting Elite that ONI had kept an eye on. Born on an unidentified Sangheili Colony World, he eventually joined the Covenant at the right age. During his service, he proved to be a tactical strategist and a fighter while being very brutal and savagery but being effective at the same time. This has earned him of being shunned by his own society. This conernned him a little as we believe that he enjoys besieging many settlements as he possibly can.

Screen then shows three planets being besieged at the same time by 'Berhkam's fleet.

COMMS OFFICER [REDACTED]: It was during the war the ONI identified him as the 'Siegemaster' who is known to besieged three planets at the same time, cumulating at around ten million civilian deaths and at around a million UNSC Personal as well. After the war, he was approached by Atriox and he offered that Elite a place within the Banished. He, of course, joined the Banished hoping to do what he had liked doing. Besieging and fighting for his own pleasure. Which, irnically, earnt the nickname of 'Siegemaster'.

The screen then switches to Evdo 'Berhkam, A customized Sangheili Ultra Armour coloured in silver and red with a touch of gold. What was eye-catching was that he dual wields two energy swords as well as two energy daggers.

COMMS OFFICER [REDACTED]: He is very proficient in close quarters combat and any Spartans or any UNSC Personnel should take very high precautions if he is ever encountered. His sheer efficiency and ruthlessness are something not to be messed with. We'd already had three Spartan IVs teams dead because of him. Wearning both GEN 1 and GEN2 of Mjolnir Amour.
