"Hi, M'gann" The archer, the magician and Rocket meet her friend at the kitchen of the Cave.

"Hi…" The girls got worried once the notice the sombre mood of the Martian.

"Let's go to my room to talk" They follow her lead and close the door behind them, and the Martian started sobbing.

"Con-con…Conner"

"What happened to him?"

"He broke up with me…" Megan continues with her sobbing.

"Ohh, Megan" The magician was the first one to hug her.

"But what happened?"

"Are you sure that he broke up with you? No offense but we know that Conner still isn't the best while expressing his feelings and stuff…he got better but he can be blunt, and he might've express himself poorly"

"Yeah, what did he say?"

"Megan, we can't be together anymore" The girls looked at each other nervously.

"Shit"

"But why?"

"We have been having problems and stuff and I thought we could fix it but…"

"Why can't of problems?"

"We were having communication problems"

"Like?"

"We were looking for different things in the relationship and couldn't find a common ground"

"Don't worry, girl. I'm sure he'll come around"

"And If he doesn't it's his lose"

"What do you want to do, Megan?"

"We are her for whatever you want to do"

"What if we braid our hair, paint our nails, do some make up and watch some movies"

"That sounds good…I guess. But what about Dick, or Wally, or Amistad?"

"Amistad is with Noble"

"And Dick and Wally are together"

"Dude! What do you mean that you broke up with Megan?!" Dick hit Wally on the ribs.

"Are you alright, Conner?"

"Yeah, I mean…it was hard, but it had to be done"

"We weren't on the same page"

"Did you try to talk to her?"

"Yeah but…look, it's for the best. Now, can we do something else?" Conner stood up from Wally and Artemis' couch. The speedster and the ninja exchanged looks.

"Sure. Anything you want to do?"

"Pizza and video games?"

"Patrolling?"

"Nah. I better go with Kal" He was making his way to the door.

"Wait! Supey. What kind of friends we would be if we left you like this…"

"I got an idea!" Conner and Wally turn to their raven-haired friend.

"Isn't this illegal?"

"It is. That's why we are here"

"I told you not patrolling"

"This is not patrolling. We are here under cover and doing something you like"

"Beating people?"

"Motorcycles. We just have to win the race and catch everyone in here"

"Do we really have to compete?"

"No, but I thought it'd be good for you"

"Hey, Zee. I'm home" It was almost 4 am in the morning but by her text messages he knew that she just arrived ten minutes before him.

"Welcome back" She runs at him and jumps to his arms.

"Woow. Zee, I was gone for a couple hours"

"I miss you" She nuzzles to him.

"I miss you too, gorgeous" They share a quick peck and did realizes that Zatanna had no intentions of getting off him and takes her to the couch.

"Who did this to your hair? Was Artemis, right?" Dick starts undoing Zee's braid.

"Yeah, but she's getting better at it" He starts doing her a better braid.

"How's Megan?"

"Bad. I can't believe that Conner broke up with her…"

"Neither do I"

"Did he tell you why?"

"No, he did not" Dick could sense that Zee was tense.

"What is it?"

"I don't think I have ever seen Megan like that…I truly can't believe that they are no longer a couple"

"Neither do I but I guess they did it for a reason. I mean Conner is not longer the hot-headed guy that he used to be…"

"Do you think they are getting back together?"

"I don't know. It's too soon to tell. We'll have to wait a few days to see how this goes…"

"And the Team?"

"Things are going to get awkward, that's for sure"

"Have you ever thought about ending us?" She refuses to look at him. He was done with her braid and pulls her closer to him.

"Besides those times that I broke with you after…" He takes a deep breath.

"It's not the same…you were hurting like the times I lash at you because I haven't got my dad free. I mean it like in a normal day"

"If I'm being honest?"

"Yeah" Dick feels how her body got ever more tense. And Zatanna feels tears forming in her eyes and her heart shrinking.

"I have thought from time to time that you could do better than me…"

"And that you'd be safer if-"She turns around and squeeze the air out of him.

"I have the same thoughts…that you can do better"

"Same, here birdie. I can't see myself sleeping or living with someone that isn't you"

"But I'm also afraid of what the magic world can do to you"

"You are worth any horde of demons or anything for that matter"

"And you are worth all the craziness or any assassin" She turns herself and push him down onto the couch to fully lie on top of him.

"I want to live the rest of my life with you, my Mistress of Magic" She snuggles more to him.

"I love you more and this beautiful ring on your even more beautiful fingers is prove that my love for you will never die. I promise you that and I have no intentions of breaking that promise" She rest on his chest and feels his heart freaking out.

"What is it, baby? Please tell me…" Since Jason, Dick hasn't been the same and he close his walls even more after Kaldur went undercover.

"I'm just afraid of one day pushing you away and you not sticking by me because you don't deserve th-"

"Dick" She cups his face and wipes his tears with her thumbs.

"Let's promise something…. that no matter how bad the weather is…not matter how many storms we come through, foggy intentions, raining and everything. You are not giving up on me…on us"

"But Zee. I want to hold you for dear life, but I don't want to pull you down"

"That's the thing. You only help me reach the stars; you help to get the courage to do the stuff I do"

"But that's all you. I didn't do anything"

"If you really think that then you are not as smart as I thought you were"

"Zee. I'm so in love with you that I'm starting to suspect that you put a spell on me"

"C'mon. Let's catch some sleep" Dick tries to move her without success.

"Can we sleep here?"

"On the couch? Why? We have a pretty comfortable bed"

"I want us to be as close as possible"

"It's because what happened between SB and Miss M, right?" She nods.

"You don't need a couch to have me glued to you, Zee. We can sleep mashed up together on the bed like always"

"Fine but don't you dare to let me go if I wake up and I'm not in your arms, I'm punishing you"

"And should I pretend that I don't like that?" She smacks him and he just gets up with her in his arms. She yelps at her abrupt change of position but still wraps her legs around his waist.

"Can't you take the day off tomorrow?" He stops.

"Zee, you know that I can't do that with Kaldur being undercover" She hugs him tightly and hides her face in disappointment.

"But I promise that once this is over. I'm taking you in so many dates and we are doing so much more fun stuff together"

"At least can you stay more time in the morning? Have a nice breakfast with me and watch some tv?"

"Of course, Zee" He finally lies down with her still holding onto him like a koala.

"Dick…"

"Yeah?" Zee's gaze change from shy to her more confident self. She remembers that the last time she didn't spoke her mind they hit a rough spot.

"You are taking the day off tomorrow"

"I just t-"

"I know but our relationship is as important as the mission if not more. If we are not on the same page…we can end up like Conner and Megan or the way, we were when I didn't spoke my mind when we first move in together and you were deep neck in work. I promise you to speak my mind and here I am" Dick was speechless.

"Are you going to keep your end of your promise?" He pecks her on the lips.

"How does ice skating sounds?"
