Inside the Oni Temple, Lloyd is still hanging from the Vengestone chains, and Harumi is holding Eleanor by her hair, with the Crystal Gun's barrel pressed up against Eleanor's throat.

"This isn't happening." Lloyd gasped. "I don't believe it!"

The Overlord laughs. "I have returned. Your grandfather fought me and failed. Your father fought me and also failed. You tried twice, and failed just like your forbearers." He said as he walked around Lloyd.

"You know what they say. Third time's a charm." The Green Ninja said.

"You still hope. Admirable, but foolish. Watch as I crush that hope." Overlord turns and powers up the council. With Harumi no longer restraining her, Eleanor hurries over to Lloyd grabbing the Vengestone chain and trying to break it.

"I feel power, surging into me!" Vangelis said as he felt the pulsing power.

"Yes!" Aspheera gasps. "Me too!"

The villains are then lowered back down, and one of Zane's shuriken's shoots out and Mr. F catches it, enrages the Mechanic.

"What? Those were mine!" The other shuriken shoots over and he catches it. The other weapons shoot out towards the other villains.

"Finally." Pythor said as he waved Jay's nunchucks. "These work!" He bows to the Overlord. "Thank you, my Lord."

The other villains also bow. "Thank you."

Lloyd smiles. "You gave them some cute purple outfits. Is that suppose to impress me?"

"Perhaps this will." Overlord turns and manipulates the crystals, levitating the Oni Temple high into the sky. But that only impressed the villains.

"Now that's impressive." Pythor said.

"Very impressive." Vangelis agreed.

Aspheera turns to him. "Praise from the fallen king. Worthless! But the admiration of Aspheera, Empress of the Serpentine. That is a prize."

Vangelis turns to point his new weapon at her. "You dare!"

Mechanic turns to them. "Listen to the two of you. King of this, Empress of that. Where I come from, we call people like you 'kiss ups'."

A blast from the Overlord shut them all up. "Witness my power, son of Garmadon, and see that resistance is useless. Join me. I offer you a chance." He moves and gestures to Harumi, who took a step forward. Stand by Harumi's side and do my bidding as she does. Refuse, and be destroyed." He turns back to Lloyd. "The choice is yours." He moves to grab Eleanor roughly and yanks her away from Lloyd. "Your crystal powers are strong. You too will have the same rank." Overlord turns back to Lloyd. "The choice is yours."

"I already have a wife. And she means everything to me! No amount of power or anyone will ever change that." Lloyd hissed. "Harumi will never take Chantal's place! Ever! And sometimes I like to order off the menu. So I'm going with choice number three."

Overlord walked up to him. "Choice number 3?" He asked, confused.

"Escape and live to fight another day!" Lloyd announced, Eleanor pushed him hard, where he kicked the Overlord and Vangelis, and Cole's Scythe Of Quakes flies towards the large crystal, getting stuck.

"No!" Vangelis yelled as Lloyd's chains break and he drops to the floor. He stands up and hurries up to Eleanor, grabbing her hand just as the Temple tips to the side making everyone fall to the floor and slide.

"Thanks for hosting the party, guys." Lloyd said as he held onto a cluster of crystal with one hand, the other holding Eleanor's hand.

"As bad as the party was." She added. "We'll be going now.

Mr. F throws the Shrunken at them, Lloyd lets go and the two start to escape.

"Fools!" Overlord turns to the council. "Stop them!" Vangelis takes off flying, he grabs Cole's crystalized weapon and chases the two Ninja.

Vangelis pursues Lloyd and Eleanor as they run down the halls, jumping and dodging the shots fired from Vangelis. As he flies after them, he suddenly gets hit by a cluster of Vengestone and is knocked down.

Overlord jumps onto the large crystal, and rights the Oni Temple. "After them, you fools! Destroy them!"

"Yes, Lord!" The Council hurry out of the room, incept for Harumi. Overlord walks up to her.

"What is it, Quiet One?"

"Lloyd doesn't have to be destroyed." She said. "Let me try to convince him, to - to reason with him."

"Time has passed. He made his choice. Do as I command. Destroy him!" Overlord turns to her. "Do I make myself clear!?"

She nods. "It will be done." She runs out of the room.

In the halls of the Temple, Lloyd and Eleanor continue to run. "Lloyd, where are we?!"

"I don't know! Why do mysterious temples have to be so mysterious?"

"Where exactly do you think you're going?" Aspheera's voice rang out from behind them, they turned but turned back around and slide to a stop to find Aspheera in front of them. "And last I checked, Ninja can't fly!" She tries to slam down Kai's Sword Of Fire.

Eleanor does Airjitzu, shocking Aspheera long enough for Lloyd to leap over her as he also does Airjitzu, and the two land behind her, Lloyd then does Spinjitzu sending the female snake flying.

"Yes, we can!" Eleanor said cheerfully, before one of Zane's Shrunken's comes flying at the two, making them quickly side step as normally a long row of ice would shoot out, but this time with the tampered Weapons, it shot out crystal.

Mr. F charges forward, Lloyd fights him with his powers. Mr. F then turns to fight Eleanor, who also uses her own power. It was an even fight too, until both Ninja are knocked down. Lloyd turns to see Mr F coming at them with a flying kick, Eleanor shoots her powers at Mr. F - knocking him down.

"Nice one Ellie!" Lloyd praised with a smile, grabbing her hand and the two continue to run down the hallway.

Mr. F recovers and continues use to give chase, shooting at them with his Crystal Gun.

The Overlord arrives at the hall where all the Vengestone army is located. "Harumi has served me well. I asked for an army, and an army I have." He powers them all up. 'Yes. My legion."

Lloyd and Eleanor continue to run down the halls, getting attacked by the villains. The two evade them until they come up to Pythor, who swung Jay's crystalized weapon at Lloyd, who fell backward and a mount of crystal hit the wall.

"Somehow, it's fitting that this would come down to you and me."

"What am I?" Eleanor asked. "My husband's socks?"

"I'm here!" Vangelis said as he flew up to them, followed by the Mechanic.

"And me!" He said as Aspheera and Mr. F soon arrived.

"No!" Pythor whined, lowering the nunchucks. "You chaps just ruined a dramatic one-on-one moment! Phooey."

Lloyd and Eleanor once again pressed their backs together as the villains circled them. "Ok, look. We know you all have new weapons and powers and everything seem great." Lloyd started. "But trust me, the Overlord is bad news! Pythor you fought with him at one point, you know what he's like! The Overlord will destroy everything!"

"Ha, except us!" Mechanic laughed it off. "That's why we joined him, genius!"

"And you're sticking to that?" Eleanor questioned.

Aspheera laughs. "But you don't have to worry. He won't destroy you."

"We'll do that!" Pythor said.

The council throw the Weapons Of Spinjitzu at the two Ninja. Knowing the danger, Lloyd quickly grabs Eleanor and flings her up into the air where she quickly does Airjitzu, Lloyd quickly does the same, below him an explosion hits when the weapons collide, knocking the villains on their backs from the shockwave.

Lloyd comes down from his Airjitzu, and looks up when Eleanor yelped and fell out of hers, he quickly caught her then took her hand again before the two race off.

Harumi comes running towards them. "You fools! Never let the weapons come in contact with each other. They're too powerful!" She chases after Lloyd and Eleanor. The villains quickly grab the weapons and give chase, where they come up to two hallways.

"Which way?" Pythor asks.

Harumi hesitates, then points in a direction. "That way. After them!" The villains run down that hall, while she takes the other hall.

In a hallway, Lloyd and Eleanor come up to a flight of stairs and a Vengestone Guard. "Lloyd, can we please stop for a breather?" She asked, leaning on her back on the Vengestone Guard who she thought was just a statue. "I'm pooped out, and we need to properly grieve."

Lloyd turns to her. "I know, but we have to keep moving. Once we're far away from this place, then we can grieve for everyone we lost."

Suddenly, the Vengestone Guard moves, scaring the daylights out of Eleanor as she jumps to Lloyd's side, the two fight off the Vengestone Guard, who chases them up the flight of stairs and down a hallway, where the wall in front of them opens, revealing the mouth of the temple. Eleanor screams as she and Lloyd fall and slid down the tongue.

"No!" Lloyd cried, he barely manages to twist himself onto his stomach and grab a hold of the edge, the Vengestone Guard continued to fall towards the ground, Eleanor had grabbed a hold of his waist as they dangle. "That was close! Ellie, are you ok?"

"So far, yes. But I'm too tired." She looks up at him. Her long hair is no longer in a high ponytail as it now just hung down her back and her Ninja Gi is ripped up.

"Don't worry." Lloyd said, then grunted as he pulled them both up, with them now leaning on the rock that why knew where the teeth. Both breathing heavily from running and trying to evade the Council. Lloyd's Ninja Gi is also ripped up.

"There's no escape!"

The two turn to see Harumi.

"Stay back!" Lloyd yelled as he and Eleanor braced themselves for another fight.

"The Crystal King wants me to destroy you, but I'm giving you another chance. Join us. Join me!"

"Never!" Lloyd yelled. "My heart is where it belongs. With Chantal! If you think I'd ever join you, you don't know me at all!"

The rest of the villains arrive, Harumi turns to them. "Stay back! All of you!" She orders.

Lloyd turns to Eleanor. "We have no choice but to jump. Are you ok with that?"

"Can you pull out your Power Dragon?" She asks, he shakes his head.

"No, I'm just as exhausted as you are." The blonde points down to the river. "Try to fall into the river."

Eleanor swallows hard as she looks down. "I'm getting dizzy this far up and looking down. But I'll try."

The two Ninja turn to ready themselves, Lloyd takes Eleanor's hand. "Count of three." He told her.

"Lloyd, don't!" Harumi yells. "From this height, neither of you would survive!"

"Well then." Eleanor lets go of Lloyd's hand before grabbing Harumi and kicks her hard off the Oni Temple. "Wow." She turns to a shocked Lloyd. "Half of me feels a whole lot better." She grabs Lloyd's hand again and together the two jump.

The Council look at each other. "Jump after them, you fools!" Aspheera demands.

"I ain't jumping. You jump!" Mechanic told her.

Down below, the calming river is interrupted when the two Ninja land in it with a big loud splash. Lloyd is the first to surface, gasping for air. "Eleanor?" He calls, looking around. "Eleanor!" Farther up the river he sees the back of a yellow Gi. "Eleanor!" He quickly swims towards her, wrapping his arm around her waist and lifts her face out of the water, she's knocked out cold.

Lloyd looked around for something to grab to pull them out, then he sees a long hanging branch, the Green Ninja swims over to it and gently props Eleanor up, then props himself up, his green eyes scan the area and find Harumi knocked on the river bank, he guessed she hit the water and swam for shore. He swam towards her and took her sword, then swam back to Eleanor.

Inside the Samurai X Cave, the Ninja are working on the Combo Mech. "That oughta do it." Kai said, lowering the blow torch. "Give it a try." He told Cole.

"Here goes." Cole presses a few buttons, the drill turning on before catching fire, the smoke going right in Kai's face.

"Aah! Turn it off, turn it off!" The fire Ninja cried out, just as the computer starts to beep as Kai waved the smoke and fire out of his face. Wu comes over and extinguishes the fire. "Thanks, Master Wu."

"Turn off the smoke alarm, Zane." Master Wu said, lowering the fire extinguisher.

Zane, who was kneeling in front of the computer, stood up and typed. "It is off."

That gained everyone's attention. "What's that beeping then?" Wu asked.

Nya runs up to Zane's side, while looking up at the large computer.

"That's not the smoke alarm." She types on the keyboard, pulling up an image of Lloyd, the computer shows he's in the large red area of the map they have on screen. "It's Lloyd's tracker! It's back online!"

"What?"

"Where?"

"Lloyd's alive?"

Cole frowns. "What about Eleanor?"

Nya turns back around and types on the computer, bringing up a more clearer location. "She has to be with him, it's the only logical explanation I have right now." She turns to look at Cole. "I'm sorry, I don't have more."

"Look!" Zane points up towards the computer. "That's in the middle of Primeeval's Eye!" The Ninja look at each other with worry. "Getting there will not be easy." He said.

"No." Wu agreed. "We need the Bounty."

"It's under lock and key, remember?" Cole reminded. "It's been impounded."

Wu sighs. "I know. The only way to steal back the Destiny's Bounty and the rest of our vehicles. But, it will mean breaking the law again. There will be no going back after this. So each of us must decide."

"Master Wu, with all due respect, we've already made our choice." Kai said.

"Yeah! We're already fugitives!" Jay responded.

"Jump in!" Cole grins. "Water's warm!"

Wu looks around at his Ninja. "Are all of you sure?"

"We are." Cole confirms.

"What's the plan, Master?" Nya asks.
