Takes place within Season 6. The Sheffield family has gone out of town for Christmas leaving Niles home alone. The house catches on fire leaving him trapped inside. C.C. comes to his rescue and vows to stick with him during his recovery process.

When Fran & C.C get in trouble with Maxwell for fighting, they end up being forced to be together in the mansion, while everyone else goes on vacation. Though when the two become closer, they wake up to a surprise, that will bring the four Fran, C.C, Niles, Max together.

Poor Maxwell...It's all I can say. Don't sue me.
