Slipping through the window of Jake's room Jon fell to his knees as soon as he came through. He didn't think he was that badly beaten until he saw himself in the mirror of Jake's bathroom. His hair ruffled with the added cuts and bruises and bleeding all over

Right then the door to Jake's room opened and Jon's heart dropped thinking it was Aunt Lois or Uncle Jimmy but thankfully It was just Jake who came in with some bandages and a towel and water

Wincing a little Jon grabbed at his side and Jake just made a I told you so look making Jon roll his eyes
As Jake started to dab at the blood the two started to talk over what the actually hell happened

Ringing the bloody towel out Jake sighed

Staring at the view of Earth from the moon Clark and Diana smiled as he had his fingers laced with hers
"I never get tired of this view"

Diana began to rub her fingers over his as she smiled

"I'm sure she's fine. Your Mother seemed very keen on taking care of her this week"
Clark could feel her emotions drop sd he turned to look at her

Diana just nodded her head making Clark smirk
"Well don't worry" he began as he kissed her neck
"All your Sister's love Lara, especially your Mother. Plus it's just a week until we see her again"
Continuing his kisses more Kal started to get more passionate as his fingers trailed under her shirt making her chuckle
"Kal" she moaned
"And if you miss her so Bad we could always make another"
The two stopped for a second completely caught off guard by what Clark said as he immediately scooted back
"Heh, sorry caught up in the moment" he apologized as he scratched the back of his neck
"We should probably head back"
"Do you want another one ?" Diana blurted out

Clark was cut off when Diana immediately kissed him in a deep passionate sense
Pushing him down to the rock's of the moon below Diana chuckled as she straddled his hips
"I've been wanting to tell you I wanted another one too" she said making Clark smile
"Well then, let's not waste anymore time"
Connecting their lips once more Clark's hands began to travel all around her body as soon enough he pulled off her shirt letting it flow into the deep vacuum of space

Immediately everyone began to soon the newborn as Kalex handed the baby to Diana's hands and she couldn't help but smile as she looked at her baby boy
"Aww he's so adorable ! he looks so much like you Clark" Ma and Pa said as they took pictures
Taking the little child in his hands Clark smiled
Hippolyta was holding Lara in her arms and a Idea sparked in his mind as he showed the baby to Lara
"Would you like to meet your Brother Jon Lara" Clark said as he showed the 1 year old the newborn
All Lara did was bring out her arm as she continued to suck on her pacifier but everyone grew a bright smile as Lara took his little finger in her hand
"Your children will make a great team one day. Just like their Mother and Father"
With a smile plastered on their face Clark and Diana shared a kiss as Clark brought himself to her
"I love you"

"Wow, weird, Jon was actually cute as a baby ?"
All this reminiscing of the past started to make Lara smile as she never knew searching through her Parent's mind would be a blast from the past.

Sitting on Victoria's bed Kara applied the last bandaged on her forehead
"So you wanna tell us how you got this or are you just gonna lie your way through the truth ?" Jason asked as he stood up with his arms crossed
Victoria just sighed
"It wasn't supposed to go down like that. We were so dead set about Luthor being the one who hurt the League that…I guess I just let my emotions cloud my judgment…..I got angry…like really angry"
Kara gave Jason a telepathic look to come and talk to his daughter because if anyone knows anger best it's Jason
And all though Jason didn't want to do it and ended up having a telepathic debate with his wife he caved when she flashed him with red eyes making him sigh as he sat down next to Victoria
"Hey look….trust me when I say no one understands giving into Rage more than me. I mean for most of my life anger and rage and hate was what helped me survive…"
"But" Victoria said
"But….rage and anger is also the reason I got this" he mentioned as he lifted his shirt to show his autopsy scar
Victoria frowned as she knew her Father's past wasn't a kind one
Bring his shirt down Jason took Victoria's hand
"I just don't want you to swing first and ask questions never. Like how I was. It took me a long time to realize anger isn't everything. Sure it can be a good tool and motivator. But it can also swallow you whole and once you sink down so far trust me when I say it's extremely hard to swim your way back up. Ok"
Nodding her head Victoria agreed

"Great, now get some rest. Your wounds should heal in the morning"

Both Jason and Kara kissed her forehead in a goodnight manner as she soon laid down on her bed

In the halls slowly the team tiptoed through the dark corridors of the tower as everyone at the academy was supposed to be asleep.
Truth was no one told their parents about what happened at the LexCrop and no one was planning on it either as once they made their way to the sleeping quarters they would be home free

That was until when Terrance took a step the ground suddenly swallowed them whole as they all yelped when they were sucked into the ground

A voice emerged from the shadows. A voice Terrance knew to well as his heart dropped when he saw Terra his mother clutching her hand tightly as a yellow aura surrounded her hand making him gulp
"Hey Mom….heh…how you doing" Terrence nervously chuckled but Terra wasn't amused
She wasn't the only parent with a stern look on her face as Lian rolled her eyes when she saw Roy and Rylron'r just gave a sudden pout when he saw his Mother's disappointed face

They were standing a few clicks out from the Fortress of Solitude in the arctic
Diana held the 5 year old Jonathan as unlike the rest of them he had a heavy snow jacket on as strangely his powers didn't seem to kick in yet so the cold weather affected him noticed by the sneeze he blew as Diana whipped his nose
"Sorry Mommy"
Diana just chuckled
"It's ok my love"
Clark and Lara stood above an edge of the arctic where there was nothing but a far far drop into the icy waters below
"You want me to jump ?"
Laughing Clark took Lara's hand
"No sweetheart, I want you to be fearless. The first step in flying is having a clear mind. If your mind's too crowded by your judgment you're gonna be off balance but…."
Lifting Lara into the air immediately she began to laugh as Clark started to levitate off the ground
"When you have a clear mind, flying is just as simple as walking"
Lara continued to laugh as she bounced in the air
"HIGHER DADDY ! HIGHER !"
"You can go as high as you want honey" Clark said as he put her back down on the ground
"You can even fly faster than me or Mommy"
Immediately Lara's face lit up as she smiled
"Really"
Clark nodded his head only adding on to Lara's excitement
"I'M GONNA FLY ! I'M GONNA FLY !" she chanted over and over again making Clark and Diana laugh
"Mommy" Jon said making the amazon turn to him
"Yes sweetheart"
"Will I fly ?"
Taking his little hand Diana kissed him on the cheek
"Soon enough"
Jon replied back by hugging her tightly making Diana softly laugh as her grip on the young boy continued to stay strong
"Alright sweetheart you ready to fly ?"
Nodding with confidence Lara turned to the edge and took a deep breathe
"Now don't worry I'll if it looks like your struggling I'll be there to ca-"
Clark couldn't even finish his sentence as soon immediately Lara jumped off the cliff making the man of steel go wide eyed
"LARA !" he yelled as he was just ready to jump and catch her but Clark stopped himself when he felt the ground shake and the ice rumble beneath them
Soon a boom was heard as Clark and Diana saw Lara shoot up in the air like a firework as they couldn't help but keep proud smiles on their faces
Lara continued to chant and wooo all the way up as she never felt so free and alive
And to this day forward it's been the best day of her life
Tears began to come down Lara's face as she rewatched the memory. Not being able to hold it in any longer she dropped to her knees getting shot out of her Memory plane as she was back in the real world. Crying hard tears

Waving Aunt Lois and Uncle Jimmy goodbye Jon and Jake started their descend to School
It was an average normal walk of course. Nothing too serious.
Jon didn't feel like flying and frankly Jake didn't feel like being terrified of dying by fall so they both agreed ground was the better way.
They spent the majority of the time talking about stuff like Games, Scifi, TV normal teenage stuff like that.
It wasn't until they entered the heart of the city a block from school when they heard a lady scream
"OH MY GOD !"
Turning their heads the two teens and practically everyone else in the city saw as the lady pointed to a teenage girl standing on top of a building
Everyone watched in awe as people started to crowd around the sight Jake and Jon included as Jon just squinted his eyes to confirm his suspicions
And he was right
"Hey Jon I think it's time for-"
Before Jake could even finish his sentence Jon was gone in a gust of wind
Leaving him to only sigh as he looked back up at the city
Not even 10 seconds later everyone went in awe as a flying figure approached the scene. His flowing red Cape and S on his chest reminded everyone of Superman but the suit and color scheme people knew he wasn't Superman
"Who is that ?"
"I've never seen that man before in my life ?"
"Did Superman and Wonder Woman have another kid ?"
"WHERE'S SUPERMAN !"
Immediately Jon put his hands up in reassurance as the teenage girl just continued to shake on the ledge
"Don't worry, I'm not gonna hurt you. I'm here to help"
Jon could hear her blood pressure flowing as her heart was beating fast
"Just give me your hand so I can help you off the ledge" he said as he stuck out his hand a action he soon regretted as the woman just slapped his hand away
"DON'T TOUCH ME ! YOU'RE NOT SUPERMAN ! YOUR JUST SOME COPYCAT ! I WANT THE REAL SUPERMAN TO COME AND SAVE ME !"
Boy did Jon agree with those words
"Im sorry ma'am but Superman isn't coming"
"YES HE IS ! HE ALWAYS COMES TO SAVE THE DAY ! ALWAYS ! HE MAKES EVERYTHING BETTER !" the woman cried
"Please Ma'am if we just got you off the ledge we could-"
"YOU'RE NOT SUPERMAN SO STOP TALKING LIKE HIM ! I'M NOT LEAVING UNTIL I SEE SUPERMAN !"
"WELL HE'S NOT COMING OK ! SO JUST GIVE UP !" Jon screamed making the woman flail back a little
"SUPERMAN ISN'T HERE TO SAVE THE DAY OK ! SO YOU GOT ME ! ME ! AND TRUST ME I KNOW I'M NO SUPERMAN ! TRUST ME WHEN I SAY YOU SHOULD BE TERRIFIED ! WHY BECAUSE I'M TERRIFIED !"
Jon sadly sighed as he clenched his fist and looked down at the ground below. He knew blowing up at a Jumper was the worst thing you could possibly do but he just couldn't help himself
The woman slowly started to hug herself as she chewed on her lip
"Why…..why are you terrified ?"
Why ? hell there's a number of reasons why he's terrified
"Because I'm scared of being alone"
Jon felt the emotion pour from the woman to himself as she continued to hug herself.
"I am alone" the woman sighed
"My parents died when I was a kid, so I was raised on the streets. All I know is being alone. And for as long as I could remember I felt cold"
Jon could hear the screams and videos being taken of him. The news helicopter approaching nearby but he didn't care
"But then when I saw him. Superman and that S on his chest every time he saved the day. I felt warmer. Like I was drinking hot cocoa near a warm cabin fire"
A smile formed on Jon's lips. Without a doubt in his mind he can relate to that. There was nothing better than watching His Dad on tv saving lives as he pretended to dress up like him. Jumping off the couch attempting to fly only to end up with a scraped knee
But even then his Dad was always there to save him one bandage and a warm hug at a time
"Do you know when Superman's coming back ?" the woman asked
"I'm gonna be honest with you…..I don't even know myself" Jon responded
He could tell she didn't like the answer and neither did Jon
"But" he began peaking her attention
"What I do know is. Wherever he is The hope he gives and inspires to people like you and me lives on. Not just between us but among the entire city. From Metropolis to Star City Superman inspires to give people hope to be better and do better. To not be afraid in dark times and to prevail when all seems lost. And even though I'm not Superman I do promise that as long as I wear this symbol on my chest I will try my absolute hardest to keep that same hope and inspiration alive. So that maybe one day. When you see me. I can give you that same warm feeling"
Sticking his hand out once more Jon warmly smiled at the woman
"That is if you give me the chance"
This time was different. This time the woman slowly unravel from herself and hesitantly reached out slowly but carefully
It wasn't until she finally touched his fingerless glove and feeled the soothing fabric that she smiled fully letting Jon accept her in his hands making Jon smile more wide as he grabbed her off the ledge carrying her bridal style all the way down to the ground
Immediately once Jon's foot touched the ground he was bombarded with questions and camera flickers and microphones as everyone tried to get the same answer
"Who are you ?"
Having a microphones pointed to his face a reporter came up with a mic and camera crew as she spoke
"New hero of Metropolis saves sucide jumper ! I Must ask mystery man ! Who are you ? and what's your relationship with the world's Power couple ?"
For the longest time a name was hard to come up with for Jon as he had no clue where to start
Everything sounded dumb and wasn't impactful in any way
But when he had the people surrounding him and the reporters in his face in all came to him easily as Jon spoke
"My Name is Super, and I'm Metropolis's and the world's newest protector"
