Tobias and Erica were in a lab working on a device. Erica had her hands hovered over as pink energy was being poured into it and was coming directly from her. She was struggling at maintaining her posture and then finally stopped as she was breathing heavily.

"You still need to give more of your power into this device." Tobias commanded.

"It's not really that easy. This piece of crap won't accept my power and keeps sending it back to me. I thought you said this device would help boost my powers but how can it work if it rejects me?!" She said as she grabbed a metal table bolted into the floor, and with great ease, ripped it out and chucked it across the room and into a wall.

"Your power is that of Decade. It should give you access to the power it contains." Tobias said as he put his hand on her shoulders.

"My power may be of that of Decade, but you gotta understand that my power is a tainted and corrupt source. This piece of crap knows that. The only way I can absorb all its power is once its unlocked. Which means we need to give this device to Bella first, not me." Erica scowled as she looked at what looked like a very weird smartphone with pink lines on the table.

"Bella needs the power of the 9 Riders before she can use this. Until then, you're the only one who has the power to open it. Go rest, we'll work something out later." Tobias walked over and picked up the device as he placed his hand on a certain spot of the wall. The space next to his hand began to unravel and show a glass case that he opened and put the device inside. He placed his hand on the wall again and watched as it returned back to normal.

"I don't even know why I need that power. I'm stronger than Bella, and I can fight on equal terms of all the Riders Travis and Bella have, just like you. So, I don't know why I need that." Erica was mad as she clenched her fist and banged it on the table.

"For the Glory of Shocker. We are going to be reviving Shocker's First Great Leader and to do so we need to amass a great amount of power. Once Travis and Bella have obtained all the power they can with their Drivers, we will kill them and take their powers to resurrect our Leader. We may be powerful Erica, but we aren't omnipotent…Not yet anyway." Tobias said as he placed his hands around her waist. Erica forcefully removed his hands.

"I'm going for a swim. I need to cool down. Oh, and Faiz is dead. Which means her next Rider is Blade. She's halfway through her journey of killing the Riders and obtaining their powers. How's your other guinea pig coming along?" Erica asked.

"Travis is coming through very well with his powers of Neo DiEnd. He's gotten stronger and getting more powerful with every world he's jumping through. My fight with him is going to be very climactic and I'm looking forward to tearing him apart just like he did to my father." Tobias snickered as Erica summoned out a black portal.

"Well, I guess I'll go to Blade's world and get things started, after I go swimming in the Caribbean of course. Let me know if anything comes up." She said as she walked through and vanished.

Tobias looked at the hidden wall lost in thought, "Bella is progressing very well but thanks to that bastard Faiz, she's starting to realize that she's being manipulated by me. Soon, she'll no longer be under my control and I may have to dispose of her and give the NeoDecadriver to Erica in order to continue our plans…Or I can do something even worse to her that'll be for some good entertainment. Something I think will be very entertaining for me and Erica to experience." Tobias said as he walked out the room laughing. He then came to a halt as he turned and looked at the wall with the device inside, "If this device won't react to Erica's powers…Would the Neodecadriver not work on Erica? I don't believe that the driver is a DNA bonded one." Tobias pondered the possibility as he walked out of the room.

Bella appeared in the next world to get started on continuing her journey. She was on her bike as she entered this world and began driving around to get an idea of the new scenery. "Kamen Rider Blade's world? Looks just as normal as all the other worlds. Blade should be another easy matter if I can stop him before he goes into his ultimate form. I have doubts about what's going on my path, but before I confront Travis about it, I'm going to gather more power of the Riders because what Faiz has said just won't leave my head and I'm starting to distrust everything Travis has said to me." She thought as she drove into a city.

She pulled up to a convenience mart to see a man with short brown hair, white skin, wearing a button-down shirt that was blue with yellow lines and on the back of it was a gold spade on it. He wore a pair of black khakis and blue tennis shoes with white laces. He had a mole on his cheek and when he faced Bella he reached in his pocket and pulled out a deck of red playing cards.

"You look like you could use a break from traveling. Fancy a game?" The guy said with a cheer on his face.

"It's not really my style to play card games with strangers." Bella respectfully declined and as she turned around, the man reached out and grabbed her wrist. Bella quickly faced him but he let go and stepped back.

"Don't be frightened. If you beat me, I can give you anything you want." The man said.

"I highly doubt you have anything I want. Grab my wrist again, and you might end up losing yours." Bella threatened. As she grabbed the handle bars of her bike the man struck her with an interesting idea.

"What about finding Kamen Rider Blade?"

Bella stopped as she slowly looked at him.

"You know where I can find Blade?" She asked.

The man smiled on his face that seemed so innocent and heartwarming.

"I live with Blade. But you need to beat me in a game of 21. If you can beat me in one round, I'll take you to Blade." The man offered.

He then turned around and grabbed a foldable table and opened it up. The plastic table was standing up to their waists and the man began shuffling the cards.

"The rules for 21 are simple. We play with a whole deck of cards. Every card has a numerical value. The numbered cards are self-explanatory. Aces are worth 1 point, and the Royal Cards are worth 10. We each start with 1 card face up and that's our total value collected. The goal is to get to 21. If you go over 21 you lose. If you can't get to 21 and decide to not continue and I decide to not continue, whoever is closer to 21 wins. Here want to cut?" He offered as he was done shuffling the cards.

"No I'm good."

He set the deck down and put one card face down on both sides of the table. Bella grabbed hers and flipped it over. It was an Ace of Hearts. The man flipped his over and it was the King of Spades.

"Since you are my guest, how about you go first." He smiled.

Bella reached out and grabbed the top card and held it up.

"2 of Diamonds. That puts me at 3."

The man reached out and grabbed a card. It was the Ace of Diamonds, "Ace of Diamonds. That puts me at 13."

He set his card down as he stared at Bella with such a calm expression.

"I can't help but feel like you're onto something, Mister." Bella asked.

"Hahaha. Yeah, to win this game. But to get to know you more. You just seem really interesting is all. Like your out of this world." He chuckled.

"I have a boyfriend." Bella said defensively.

"Oh, don't worry about that I'm not interested in you like that."

Bella grabbed a card, "Ten of Hearts. That puts me at 13."

The man then reached out and grabbed a card. "Ace of Clubs. That puts me at 14."

Bella reached out and grabbed another card, "3 of Hearts. That puts me at 17."

The man then reached out and grabbed another card but left his hand on top of the deck.

"As you're trying to find someone, so am I. I've lost my friends who were also Kamen Riders. My mentor Garren, and this little boy who got wrapped up in all this that struggles to control his powers, Leangle. Someone from another world came and fought them. I watched them get sealed into cards. It's so funny, isn't it? The Riders spend their entire lives trying to seal monsters back into cards, and during the middle of this war we find ourselves in…We are getting carded. The ones trying to save the world and people are the ones being hunted down as if we are the monsters." The man said with a depressed tone.

He then lifted the card to show its face to Bella and her expression dropped as the card had writing on it. It was the Seven of Spades but the words written on it said, "I am Blade."

"I win." He said as he flicked the card at Bella and then kicked the table underneath as it came flying at her. Bella put up one arm and used that to knock the table and the cards flying around her to the side. She looked up to see the man pulling out a belt buckle. It was a silver belt buckle with a handle on the right side. There was a clear case in the middle of it as the man pulled out a card with a picture of a beetle on it and the word CHANGE on the side of it. He flipped the card over and slid it into the belt buckle as he placed it on his waist. A bunch of red cards shot out from one side of the buckle and formed a belt around his waist and a standby noise was being made. The man brought his right hand out in front of him parallel to his left shoulder.

"Henshin"

He then brought the hand back as he pulled on the lever as the middle of the buckle flipped over and showed a red back ground with a gold spade covering the whole middle. A blue wall appeared in front of him with the picture of a beetle as he ran through revealing his Rider Form.

Blade had a navy blue under suit and silver chest, shoulder, and knee armor bits. He had bug red eyes with a silver helmet in the shape of a stag beetle's face. There was a silver spade design on his chest armor with a red outline around it. He had gold wrist braces and gold armor bits around the under part of his shoulder armor. On his left hip was sword with a unique sword handle that had what looked like a silver arrow head and a blue handle with gold outlines. The blade had gold on the bottom and silver on the back. The handle had something that looked like a stack of card holders.

He came striking at Bella who ducked under his punch as she grabbed the leg of the table and swung it around slamming it into Blade's face. The table broke into pieces upon impact and as Blade tried to regain his sight on the battle. Bella took that second of confusion as she pulled out her belt and slapped it onto her waist. She then raised her foot high enough to kick Blade into his chest to get him to back off and had her hand in the Ridebooker as she pulled out her card.

"You're pretty cunning, aren't you? Let's see how long that lasts. Henshin."

Bella slid the card into the belt and closed it up. Blade unsheathed his sword and came and swung it at Bella before she had to chance to transform. Bella raised her right wrist and blocked the attack. But once the attack hit, it wasn't her human wrist that took the attack, but her transformed hand.

"Kamen Ride: D-D-Decade"

Her entire body changed as she used her other hand and pulled out her gun and fired multiple blasts into Blade's chest as she gave a chuckle.

"You lost Riders, I on the other hand…Lost my entire world. So, don't give me your whiny sob story. I DON'T WANT TO HEAR IT!" Bella roared as she fired blasts at Blade's leg causing him to kneel to the ground.

Bella took this opportunity to run towards him as she put the gun in sword mode and slid a new card into the belt.

"Attack Ride: Slash"

Vivid after images formed around Bella's blade as she went to slash at Blade's throat. Blade raised his sword and blocked the attack as a gust of wind zipped past Blade and cracks in the ground formed. Blade stood his ground until he could fight back the pain to stand back up.

"You will tell me what I want to hear! Tell me where my friends are!" Blade gave a battle cry as he fought through the pain and knocked Bella's sword to the side of her, leaving her body crossed and open to a strike. Blade stood up off the ground with a rising slash as his weapon began glowing with each and every strike. Bella was caught in a slashing combo as she tried to muscle through the attacks in hopes to counter. Blade had Bella right where he wanted her as he kept forcing on the attack. He opened up the card holders on his hilt as it formed around the hilt creating a circular guard. In some of the holders was a giant red card. He pulled out one and slid it across a card reader on the hilt. Numbers formed in the reader and dropped down to a lower set of numbers.

"Thunder"

Lightning wrapped around the blade as Blade raised his weapon overhead.

"This fight is over!" He slashed down the sword that was going to be a fatal blow to Bella. Bella's belt buckle was in the open position and a new card was already inserted. Blade didn't notice this until Bella gave a chuckle. He was already in mid swing and couldn't back out of his attack.

"Looks like I'm more cunning than you." She said as she closed her belt.

"Kamen Ride: G-G-GAIM"

A red laser shout out the words of the card along with a fruit and a samurai blade on it.

"Soiya! Orange Arms! Hanamichi on Stage!"

A zipper was made above Bella as a giant orange fell through it and slammed down on her just in time for the sword to hit it instead of her. Upon impact, the orange exploded with juices splashing all over the battlefield pushing Blade back. The orange began peeling and wrapping itself around Bella dawning her an orange samurai armor followed up with a juice splash from the fruit.

She had a blue under suit spandex with orange samurai armor wrapped around her upper chest and dangled off her shoulders. She had yellow ankle and wrist braces and yellow side bars on her helmet. The face mask had an orange wedge for her eyes and a silver bug mouth piece. There was a gold curved katana on her forehead and yellow lines that went up from her ankle to her knee guards. On her right hip was an orange saber with a blue handle and a mini barrel. The handle had a guard on it with a trigger.

Bella then reached for both her Ridebooker and the Orange Saber as she did a cross slash into a guard stopping the attack in midair.

"You planned this? But how?!" Blade asked as he kept putting force behind his sword.

"While you were busy slashing at me, you didn't notice that I was opening my belt and reaching into my Ridebooker to grab my Rider Cards. I knew a variety of slashes would wear down an opponent from the pain and give you time to do a finisher. All that needed to be done was to keep you fixated on me getting my ass beat so you didn't see what I was planning. You're so fixated on beating me you're not paying full attention to what your opponent is doing directly in front of you!"

"So, I'm going to have to take this fight to the next level huh?" Blade said with a chuckle.

"Oh, I highly doubt that right now. You had your fun carving me up, but now its my turn." She said as she turned the Orange Saber sideways and pulled the trigger firing blasts into Blade's chest. This caused him to stumble backwards and Bella took the Orange Saber and slashed at his wrist holding his weapon as he dropped it onto the ground. Blade tried to go grab his sword, but Bella fired multiple shots at Blade to keep him from advancing. "Uh uh. No touchy." She said as she slashed her personal weapon across his chest and then the fruit weapon in the opposite direction. She crossed the blades to her sides and did a rising X shaped slash and spun around in a circle as she did another rising slash with both weapons. She then opened a portal and vanished behind it as she began appearing in random areas and slashed at Blade from multiple directions until she got every area where she could slash at him.

"I need to use Mach and get around her. I can't be wasting all my points like this! I'm gonna have to go into my final form to stop her because I'm getting pushed to my limit."

Bella then stopped her relentless attack as she blood shook the Orange Saber and Blade took that opportunity to suck through the pain as he rushed to grab his sword. He grabbed the Mach card and slid it on his handle.

"Mach"

The numbers on his counter dropped again as he made a painful cry and his body moved at least three times his normal speed. Bella tried to make her way towards him but he vanished quickly and he was spinning around her in a circle. Bella was trying to figure out where he would strike her, "I know this maneuver. If I'm correct he'll strike where I'm not paying attention." She then stopped circling around trying to find him and began focusing what was in front of her. She then started noticing he was slowing down for a split second. In that second, Blade came to lunge her in the back but Bella summoned a portal beneath her feet as she fell through just in the nick of time as the sword missed her. The portal closed up and reopened about twelve feet above Blade's head. Bella threw her Ridebooker sword down as it missed his face by a hair's inch. Blade quickly looked up as Bella brought the Orange Saber down and flung it as it began spinning down. Blade knocked the weapon clear across the battlefield and then he noticed his mistake.

"Both weapons were a feint!" He was annoyed at falling for that as Bella cocked her right hand back and slammed it into the middle of his face as she was falling through the air. She cracked his mask as a hole was made over his right eye. Once Bella hit the ground she spun around and stood up as a magenta-colored energy wrapped around her right fist as she planted it right into his chest as a gust of wind and explosions sent Blade flying backwards. Sparks wrapping around his entire suit as he rolled onto the ground. Bella shook her right hand.

"Boy that hurt a lot more than I thought." Bella chuckled as she reached and grabbed her Ride Booker. Blade rolled over in his damaged Rider Form as sparks were shooting off his Rider Form. His arms shaking, legs barely keeping him standing, but in his exposed eye piece a fire was lit as he pulled out a black bracelet that he placed on his wrist. There was a window the size of the cards Blade uses and underneath the window was a gold line. He grabbed the side of it as he extended out card holders and pulled out two cards.

"Going into King Form? Heh so you still have fight in you."

"I have questions, and you have answers. I want my friends back and you're going to tell me everything I need to know! So, I'm not falling here! I will beat you!" Blade inserted one card into the case and swiped the other.

"Absorb Queen! Evolution King!"

The device's window changed to show a navy-blue background card with a gold spade and a beetle in the suit with a red gem on its back. A bright gold light and 13 cards in the same light formed around him as he gave out a battle cry.

The light faded as Blade revealed his new form. He had a black under suit and was dawned with gold armor all over his chest, shoulders, arms, and legs. His shoulder armor end bits pointed up and had navy blue lines extending from one end to the other. His chest armor had the same look as what was on his bracelet of the giant beetle and navy-blue background but no red gem in this one. He had a gauntlet on his right arm and his legs had 3 different creature plates on each body part starting from his kneecaps down to his ankles. On his other gold armor around his body were the same imprints of other cards each with a different creature. His helmet was gold with three pointed horns and red eyes with a golden insect mouthpiece. His Driver stayed the same on his waist with no changes whatsoever. In each hand he had a sword, his normal one and a golden blade. The blade had a blue handle with gold carvings on it. A golden spade hilt followed up by a deep blue colored sword base that extended into the giant gold blade with carvings down the middle of it. In between the gold carvings was bits of crimson red.

"Let's just see how much of the King of the Undead can handle the power of a god." Bella said as she pulled out Gaim's Final Form with the face of a silver samurai and pulled open her driver.

Blade quickly threw his normal blade at her in hopes to stop her attack, but Bella stepped to the side as the sword flew past her.

"Nice try buddy." She said as she flipped the card around and inserted into the driver. Blade ran towards Bella with his golden blade to try and stop her transformation.

"Final Form Ride: G-G-Gaim! Kiwami Arms! Fruits Basket! Lock Open! Dai-Dai-Dai Shogun!"

Multiple zippers appeared above Bella as different types of fruits appeared and began bashing themselves into Blade knocking him further and further away from her. Once there was a safe distance from Blade and Bella, the fruits spun around in a circle around her before smashing into her and a splash of juice erupted around her revealing her new form.

Bella had a silver samurai armor with black bits and lines all around it from the collarbone to the feet. She had a silver cape with the inside a bright red. She had a watermelon armor plate on the top part of her shoulder followed by silver and black shoulder guards. Her mask had a silver pointed hat and a silver side piece on each side with a fruit wedge eye shield that was red in the middle and as it went up a sliver of yellow then green. She had an insect like silver mouthpiece and the gold katana symbol on her forehead. On her chest plate was a colorful fruit of orange, banana, melon, grape and strawberry images with a gold intricate carving design around the sides of the plate.

Bella slowly began walking towards Blade who was hesitant to want to fight as he became aware of how powerful his opponent has become.

"It's like this form of hers gives her unshakable power. This type of power is more fearsome than Joker or the Trial Undeads…" Blade was trying to figure out a way to beat Bella but was coming up with nothing. "Get that negativity out of your head. I need to find out what happened to my friends."

Blade materialized a set of cards and put them into a card holder on his hip.

"Wanting to end this in one go? How sad I really wanted to see how well King Form stands up to the power of a god."

Bella said as she pulled out the gold attack ride card with Gaim's katana symbol on it.

"Spade 10. Spade Jack. Spade Queen. Spade King. Spade Ace. Royal Straight Flush."

"Final Attack Ride: G-G-Gaim"

Five golden cards appeared in front of Blade each with a unique creature on them and in the corners showing the Spade suit. His golden sword lit up as he ran threw the first card and then like Bella's Decade Rider Kick, vanished quickly as he moved through them at enhanced speed. He finally appeared in front of Bella who just stood there and right when Blade's sword would cleave through her a series of vines erupted all around the battlefield as they grabbed Blade's arms, legs, waist, throat, wrist, and his sword. Blade was completely immobile as Bella jumped backwards into the air and an orange aura formed around her foot.

"MOOOOOVVVVEEEEE!"

Bella struck through Blade's side and the plants that kept him bound, but his sword was able to break through the vines as it lodged into her side and as she landed onto the ground, both her and Blade fell to their knees as the explosion with a variety of juice splashes formed around Blade.

A set of cards shot out of Bella's Ridebooker as they were Blade's negative cards revealing their true selves. Bella clutched her left side as she looked to see a tear in her clothes and blood slowly pouring down. "That was a close one. I guess Blade has a very strong will than the other Riders." Bella thought as she stumbled towards him revealing his base form Rider Card.

Blade was clutching his chest and unable to get up off his feet.

"I can't give up yet. I need to know where Garren, Leangle, and Chalice are! Where are my comrades!? WHERE?!" He said as tears were running down his face.

"I have no recollection of your friends. I'm on a mission to get justice for the destruction of my world. The world that you Riders took from me." Bella then pulled out the other 4 Rider Cards of the ones she defeated. "Their worlds are gone just like yours will be. No one in this world will ever know you exist. Wherever your friends are, you're more likely to meet them soon." Bella said as she slid the Blade Card into her belt and closed it.

Everything around her began to fade away as Blade had a look of despair on his face.

"I had no part in any world destruction, I don't destroy people I save them." Blade said to her as his face became calm.

"I saw the footage of my world being torn apart. You weren't saving anyone." Bella said to him.

"I think you're being played. I think in the end…So was I. I just hope for you, that you realize this sooner rather than later. You are driven by the pain and suffering that resides in your heart. But you have no idea just how much us humans can be so easily twisted and manipulated when our emotions get the better of us." Blade said as he gave her a little smile before completely vanishing.

Bella then began remembering Faiz's words before he went crazy and more things were starting to click in her head. She opened a portal and walked through it as she appeared in what looked like a cave in a forest and standing on the other side was Erica with a big smirk on her face.

"This isn't the World of Hot Springs…Why did I come here?" Bella thought as she looked around trying to understand the world she was in. Erica was chuckling at her.

"Welcome Bella. We have so much to talk about." Erica said as she vanished in a black fog and then reappeared behind Bella with her hands around her waist in a form of embrace. She placed her mouth against Bella's ear, "I think it's time we let the guinea pig have a snack for being such a good subject." She spoke.

Bella quickly elbowed her in the gut and spun around to shove her away from her, but Erica reversed her left hand with all fingers pointing down to the ground and her right hand in the opposite direction as she shoved Bella in her chest with so much force pushing her back. She kept her hands up like that in a guarding position.

"I would advise you not to touch me like that again. There's only one person who can touch me like that!" Bella had an angry look on her face.

"Don't get on my bad side Bella. Otherwise, Travis might die by your hands, or should I say mine mostly. Oh, and don't think about world hopping, I'm the one who brought you here. As long as we are in this world, you can only hop here, no where else."

"That's ridiculous! I don't have time for this shit!" Bella said as she opened a portal and ran through it but only appeared in a random spot in front of Erica in the cave who was running her hands through her hair while looking at a little mirror.

"Back so soon? Or did you want to try that again?" Erica asked.

"You can't keep me here forever!" Bella said getting pissed.

"Hahaha! Don't worry I just want to talk and then you can be on your merry little way killing all the other Riders for your "Righteous Justice" or whatever the hell makes you sleep well at night." Erica chuckled before throwing the mirror at the wall to the left of her.

"What is that you want?" Bella asked.

"What I want is to tell you everything that you've been lied too about. I'm kind of sick and tired of playing behind the scenes and watching you take this boring route to obtaining the power of the Riders. It's just rinse, wash, and repeat. So, lets add some fun to this mixture. First off, how much do you know about the "Travis" that you've been all lovey dovey with back at Shocker HQ? Do you really think that's the man you fell in love with? The one who saved you, the sole survivor of the destruction of your world?"

Somewhere in Bella's mind and heart, she was becoming overwhelmed with a negative emotion and a sudden realization as Erica could see the look on her face and began laughing like a maniac to her expression.
