"It's a piñata!" the little girl was saying. "It's shaped like a volcano."
When her husband turned to her Beckett smiled and said, "You would have done the same."
"I would have," Castle said after having pretended to think about it.
Beckett laughed and shook her head before she said, "But before that we have one game for you two."
"What?" Eliza asked eagerly.
"I think it's this," Louis said, going to the side of the lanai. He picked up two discs and said, "Looks a bit familiar."
"Hopefully you don't mind playing it again," Beckett said with a smile.
"Nope," Julia said, taking one from her brother-in-law before getting the tennis ball. She went with Eliza down to the sand and they looked back once they were on the beach to find their grandparents were sitting on the two lounge chairs while their parents, sisters and brother-in-law were heading up to them. "We're taking turns?" she asked with a smile.
"Yeah," Castle said.
"And Josa?" Eliza asked before she threw the tennis ball back to her sister.
"We'll play with her," Beckett answered, smiling as Julia was watching the tennis ball on the disc with Velcro on it. While they were taking turns to play, her father being coaxed by the girls, she was soon with Castle, and they were simply tossing back and forth standing close to each other before her husband was taking his disc off his hand and he explained why after she looked at him questioningly.
"Looks like dinner's ready," Castle said.
Turning, Beckett saw the employees coming down the path and she said with a smile, "I asked them to come this way."
"It makes sense," Castle commented as they were moving back up to the villa. "Since we're coming this way anyway."
"Our leis!" Julia suddenly cried out. "We-" she started to say before her grandmother was holding one up. She looked at her parents, but they were continuing to the lanai and she hurried to let her grandmother put on her plumeria one. "Thanks, I forgot about these," she told her.
"So did I kiddo," Martha said, wearing hers that was plumeria also but differently colored.
"Which is Mommy's?" Eliza asked her once she had her lei on, plumerias in an orange color.
"This," Jim said, motioning to the two leis on the other lounge chair before the little girl was rushing to them as she spoke eagerly.
"I'll take them," Eliza said before sniffing the plumerias that were part of her mother's lei.
"Come on guys," Castle said, standing at the railing. "Dinner's ready."
Eliza went to the steps and said to her father, "You forgot your lei Daddy, and Mommy's."
"You're letting me give it to her?" Castle asked in amusement. When the little girl nodded rapidly he then said, "Okay, go find your seat so we can get those cloches off." He watched her go to the table where the others were already starting to sit at their places before he turned to Beckett as she stepped up to him. "For you," he said.
"Thank you," she replied as he draped the plumerias and white orchids over her head. Taking his lei, of kukui nuts, she put it around his neck and told him, "And that's all you did?"
"It is," Castle said, nodding his head once. He took her hand then and kissed the back of it before he told her, "We're sitting next to each other."
Laughing softly, Beckett said, "Yes, did you want me to move Josie around?"
"That's okay, just checking to make sure you noticed," Castle said rapidly. When his wife squeezed his hand they moved to sit down before he told the others, "Okay, get your cloches and we can eat."
"No toast?" Beckett asked him. When he shook his head before she said, "Then I'm supposed to," not surprised when he responded slowly.
"If you want to," Castle replied.
Rolling her eyes, smiling at the same time, Beckett then said, "Count us singing Happy Birthday to you later as a toast."
"That's fine," Castle said swiftly before glancing at Eliza. "And I think we need to start, Eliza's a little hungry."
"Go ahead," Beckett said slightly laughingly. "I am too." She started to eat before she listened to the girls asking their big sister and Louis what they would do the next day for sure.
"We haven't decided yet," Alexis answered before she glanced at her husband.
"I talked to Lex about driving a bit down the coast," Louis said with a smile since his wife was looking at him pointedly.
"He means to the east," Alexis corrected. "Though I might suggest we stay here."
"Why not?" Julia asked.
"You guys don't mind?" Alexis said in response, looking at her sisters as she spoke.
"Why would we?" Eliza said in confusion.
"Just making sure, though I was going to say the adults only pool," Alexis said. "We'll do that," she told her husband before he was nodding in agreement. "Are we having dinner together?"
"You can if you want," Castle told them. He then said, "Make sure the next day you stick with us."
"I remember Dad, we're going to the spa and you and Grandpapa are taking Louis to the course," Alexis said. "And please promise me you won't sabotage him."
"With the idea of what you'd do to me if I did?" Castle shot back.
Louis glanced at his wife when she laughed and then told everyone at the table, "Luckily I can play well, thanks to Da."
Eliza looked at Julia, not surprised when her sister shrugged and she turned back to her food, soon finishing before she was about to ask if she could get up from the table. Before she had the chance her father was calling her over and she rushed around the table to him. "Am I in trouble?" she asked, smiling when her father laughed before he answered her.
"No, I just wanted to tell you that since I didn't know we were going to have a piñata," Castle began. "We have to decide what we're going to do next. Cake, piñata, presents?"
"What do you want to do?" Eliza asked quickly.
"You say first," Castle told her.
"The piñata," Eliza said firmly.
"That's fine," Beckett said in amusement when her husband and their second youngest turned to her. "I'm guessing you don't mind either?" she asked him.
"No," Castle replied quickly. "But we have to clean up you know."
"I know," Eliza said. "Can I go down to the beach?"
"We're not going to be that long," Beckett said. "So just wait here okay?"
"Sure," Julia said, looking at her sister pointedly.
Though she didn't want to, Eliza nodded and watched the rest of their family clear the table while she and her sisters were waiting. "You didn't want to go to the beach?" she asked her.
"Not really," Eliza replied. "Look, they're coming back anyway," she added before the others were stepping outside. "What order are we going in?" she asked while her father was getting the piñata down.
"Youngest to oldest," Beckett said. "And only one hit."
"We're not blindfolding you," Castle said quickly, not surprised when Eliza was frowning. "Or moving the piñata."
"So you'll break it Dad?" Julia asked.
"He will," Alexis said before their father could respond to that. When he was looking at her she smiled and said, "It should be the three of you first."
Castle frowned himself then before he turned to his wife who was nodding in obvious agreement to what their daughter had said. "I feel bad you don't get a chance at least," he told his son in law.
"Don't worry," Louis said swiftly. "I've had piñatas as a kid, just let me have some of that candy."
"Then at the very least let Josie try," Castle said.
"I was going to suggest it," Beckett told him. "First."
"That's fine," Eliza said rapidly when everyone was looking at her. "I don't care if you do that, and she gets some candy too right?"
"A little," Beckett said. She motioned to her husband and said, "Go ahead."
"You don't want to?" Castle said, trying to hand her the bat they'd been given.
"No, she's fine with you," Beckett replied easily before she was smiling. "Wait," she then said as her husband was taking Josie's hand. "When the piñata's opened don't race to the candy," she explained.
"I won't," Eliza said.
"I won't either," Julia said swiftly when her mother turned to her. She was surprised when her father cleared his throat before Alexis was talking in mock annoyance.
"None of us will Dad, let's start before it's too dark to see," the young woman said.
"Okay, here we go Josie," Castle said. He helped her holding the bat while his father-in-law got the rope to lower the piñata for the baby. He had her tap it once before Josie was laughing and calling to him.
"Dada stop," the baby said. "Want dandy."
"Candy," Julia and Eliza said at the same time.
Laughing, Josie then squealed when her father kissed the side of her head, and she was soon hitting the piñata. "Mama! Mama I hit!" she cried.
"You did," Beckett said, taking the baby as she'd run to her. She picked her up and kissed her cheek saying, "You did a great job," though she was looking at her husband.
"Thank you Mama," Josie said before she reached out to her father.
Taking her hand, Castle kissed the back of it before he said, "She's right, you did a great job." He then turned to look at Eliza while she was studying the piñata, touching it with the bat.
"Are you going to hit that?" Julia asked.
"Yes," Eliza said, trying to become annoyed as she glanced at her big sister. She turned back to the piñata and was grabbing the bat with her other hand before she swung it at the volcano. Crying out when she saw she'd cracked it a little, she jumped up and down before she said, "I opened it! I mean I started it."
"Are you going to be able to have a turn?" Julia asked her father when Eliza was handing her the bat.
"I already did with Josie," Castle said, shrugging. "Go."
Nodding, Julia turned her attention back to the piñata and hit it without hesitating since she was wondering what was inside. She smiled when her little sister was crying out eagerly as she'd made the crack bigger. "Looks like you have a chance," she told her father, handing the bat to him.
"I know, thanks," Castle said, smiling at her laugh. He turned to his wife and asked, "Want a turn?"
"Pass," Beckett said simply.
"Okay, get ready," Castle said, taking off his blazer and setting it aside. "Not to run," he then told the girls, smiling at them when they laughed. When they nodded to him he turned his attention back to the pinata and swung, cracking it open and the candies falling to the ground.
"Mama!" Josie said, trying to get down.
"Hold on," Beckett said firmly as Alexis and Louis were helping the girls pick up the candy to set it on the table. "We'll split it up as soon as we're done." She kissed the side of the baby's head and asked, "Want to help me?"
"Eh," Josie said. She turned back towards the lanai while her mother walked inside but soon looked ahead of them and saw she was in her parents' room. "Sleep?" she asked.
"No, bags," Beckett said, smiling at the baby's guess. She set Josie down after pressing a kiss to her temple and went to the closet, getting the party bags she'd bought for the trip. "Take those?" she asked.
"Hey," Castle said, smiling at the baby when she nearly walked into him. "What did you get?"
"Bags," Josie said. "For candy. I take Dada."
"Oh of course," Castle said with a smile. "Take it to the table sweetheart," he then instructed her, cupping the back of her head momentarily. While he stood between the lanai and the room watching her go, he sensed his wife next to him and then turned to her, taking a step inside before she was speaking wryly to him.
"The party isn't over Rick," Beckett said in amusement.
"No, I just wanted to escort you to the candy," Castle said. When his wife rolled her eyes, still smiling, he took her hand and kissed her cheek before they were walking together to the lanai and the table. "Wow, you guys are fast," he said as he noticed they were nearly finished splitting the types of candies. "By the way-" he said, turning to his wife.
"They're all from here," Beckett said with a smile, interrupting him when she held up one of the ginger chews.
"Great, is there enough for us all," Castle said.
"I made sure," Beckett said with a smile. After the girls had finished she watched Julia, Alexis and Louis split up each kind of candy and they put them away into bags before they were finished. "Okay," she said. "You're going to need to wait to try those, but I don't think you'll mind."
"Cake?" Eliza asked hopefully.
"Go with your dad," Beckett said.
"So we are getting cake Dad," Julia told him.
"I knew," Castle replied. "But what kind it is and decoration…" He shrugged before he said, "That I don't know."
"You will now," Beckett said, walking out to the lanai. She set the cake on the table in front of her husband and lit the candles on it telling them, "Hurry because the wind is going to go around the cardboard," a sheet of it blocking the cake. As soon as she finished she then began singing Happy Birthday with the others joining her. She sat down, watching her husband and their three youngest since he'd gotten Josie while she was gone. When they'd finished she clapped with the others while Castle and their middle girls blew out the candles, Josie watching them with a smile before Julia was laughing and speaking to her baby sister.
"Hopefully next month you'll learn how to blow out the candles," the teen was saying. Julia looked at her mother as she was getting the candles while Castle grabbed the cardboard before she said, "It's a beautiful cake."
"I'm glad, I had to order it a while ago," Beckett said with a smile.
"I think it's pretty," Eliza said, watching her mother take a second picture of the cake before she got the cutter. She studied the cake, a single tier covered in sky blue fondant with hibiscus in white frosting on the sides, the top had what she thought was graham crackers and chocolate seashells on it. "And perfect for here."
"I thought you wouldn't mind," Beckett said, starting to cut the first piece of the cake. "Or this," she added, setting the slice on the plate.
"Is it cookies and cream?" Eliza asked. When her mother nodded she squealed and then took the plate before getting her first bite. After she had swallowed it, she turned to Julia who had touched her shoulder before she was asking about the cake.
"How is it?" the teen said with a smile.
"Really good," Eliza said. "Can I have another slice?"
"No," Castle said. "Your mom cut you a good-sized slice, so I think you're fine with that."
"We'll have enough for tomorrow," Martha said.
"We will," Beckett said, unable to help speaking in amusement when Eliza looked at her eagerly.
"Good," the little girl said firmly. Though she was enjoying her cake, Eliza watched the others eating their slices and was relieved when they were finishing. She tried not to ask about presents when the table was being cleared, but shortly after her mother, big sister and grandfather were coming out with them in their arms. "Who's first?" she asked eagerly.
"Your sister," Castle said. "Since I can tell she's not that happy with the gift."
"Because it isn't my birthday," Julia replied, playfully sticking her tongue out at her father. She couldn't help laughing when he responded similarly to her and then picked up the small box. After she had opened it she took off the lid and smiled saying, "I'm surprised."
"Well, it's one of the best fountain pens there are," Castle said. "And there's enough ink in that little pot for the rest of this trip."
"We'll be able to get you another bottle while we're in Santa Monica if you want," Beckett said. "But a small one."
"Sure," Julia said. "Thanks," she added quickly looking at her parents who the gift was from. While her parents were getting Eliza's first gift, she looked at her fountain pen, admiring the solid blue as her original one was more marble. She then turned to her little sister, trying not to think of her entry that night when her sister was crying out in joy at the gift she'd pulled out of the box.
"Can I wear this tomorrow?" Eliza asked eagerly as it was a sundress.
"Sure," Castle said. "But you need to try it on before you go to bed tonight."
"Okay," Eliza said simply, turning to her father and thinking he was going to open his first gift. "Me?" she asked in surprise when her mother handed her another gift.
"Yeah, I'll go after you," Castle said.
Eliza hesitated for a moment before she then began ripping the paper off and eagerly revealing her next present. Though she received pictures of a few gifts, like a new tablet and camera from her grandmother and grandfather respectively, she had new books and a few items of clothing as well since their NYC and Hamptons families had sent gifts for her. "Those were the best presents," she said with a smile. "Now your turn Daddy!"
"Hold on," Castle told her, stopping her. "Your last gift."
"Last?" Eliza asked in surprise.
"Well if you don't want it…" Castle replied, pretending to take it away.
"He's kidding," Beckett said as she slid the flat present over to their second youngest.
Eliza made a face at her father before he was hugging her, and she giggled before she started to tear off the paper after seeing on the tag it was from her entire family. She wasn't surprised to find it was an envelope and opened that before pulling out a picture. She gave a short cry at what was in it and said, "This is for me?"
"I think so," Castle said with a smile.
Beckett couldn't help laughing when Eliza launched herself at her and she hugged her in return saying, "We were hoping you'd like it."
"What is it?" Alexis asked.
"A saddle," Louis said. He smiled when his wife looked at him first and said, "They asked my advice though I didn't have my first saddle until I was twelve. But hopefully you'll like that one."
"I do," Eliza said eagerly. "When can I use it?"
Chuckling at that, Castle told her, "Once we go home and the weather is good."
"Now your gifts Dad," Julia said, handing him a present.
"And who said you can tell me what to open?" Castle asked in mock annoyance.
"I did," Beckett replied easily. "Open it love."
"Okay," Castle said, tearing off the paper from a box and he paused when he saw the cuff links inside. "You four are too much." He took one of them out and said, "For some reason I have swirly links."
"Dad." "Daddy," Julia and Eliza then said.
"I have to agree Richard," Martha said. "Your swirls are infinity symbols."
"Celtic ones," Alexis said.
"Say it," Eliza whispered into Josie's ear.
"For Mama," the baby said immediately.
Laughing Jim said, "That makes sense then." He turned to his son in law and asked, "You don't like them?"
"Don't worry," Castle said, looking up from Beckett helping him try one of them on. "I love them."
"Now you know why we got them," Alexis stated instead of asking. She laughed when her father made a face at her before she said, "Good, Jules and Lizzy kept asking if you'd like them."
"I do so much I'll wear them the rest of the night," Castle said since he'd had Beckett help him with the other link. He was about to brush his lips to her cheek in thanks when their second youngest was calling to him.
"Open your presents Daddy!" Eliza said. "I want to see what you got."
Castle was going to tease her that she already knew but decided not to and got the next gift Beckett handed to him. He had photos mostly because he had largely clothes though his mother had given him a new cologne and Alexis and Louis had gotten him a pair of shoes from one of his favorite companies. He was touched by his father in law's gift, a framed picture of them with the girls they'd taken at Christmas in Mill Valley, wearing their outfits for the holiday dinner. When he had only one present left he saw it was from his wife and said, "You gave me a lot this year."
"The girls insisted I join them," Beckett replied.
"That's just from Mommy," Eliza commented.
"I see that," Castle said before he started to rip the paper off. He was surprised to know before he revealed it that it was a book since he'd expected his wife to save that at home. But when he opened it he smiled and said, "The concert?"
"Keep looking," Beckett told him.
Turning the page, with a picture of him and Beckett at the tribute concert rehearsal Julia had taken for them, Castle saw the second one was of them alone together in Mill Valley in the backyard. He glanced at his wife before he was hurriedly flipping through the book and saw they were all of the two of them alone. "Kate-" he started to say.
"Mommy told us, and we said it was okay because you have a lot of books with all of us already," Eliza interrupted, saying that so fast her words nearly running together.
"I was going to say it's an amazing book," Castle said, looking at his wife before she was responding with a slight smile on her face.
"I'm glad you do," Beckett said, seeing him glancing at the end of the book before he closed it quickly.
"Can we see it?" Eliza asked.
"I think I'm going to look through it first," Castle said. "And then you guys can do the same."
"Okay," Julia said, lightly nudging her little sister before Eliza was nodding.
"Is that it for presents?" the little girl asked.
"It is," Beckett said while she smiled. "And now why don't we play some badminton."
"We still have time?" Eliza asked eagerly.
"We do," Castle said while they were standing up. "As soon as we can we'll get everything inside."
"I wish they didn't have to keep cleaning up," Eliza murmured to her sister.
"Oh well," Julia said with a shrug. "At least we'll get to play."
"Yeah," Eliza said, watching in the villa and waiting eagerly for their family to join them so they could play again.
March 31st, 2022
Aloha Evangeline!
I really don't have that much time and I need to hurry so I'll do that now.
First today was the big day going to the Volcanoes and we did as soon as we finished breakfast. And Dad and Lizzy's birthdays. Lizzy's really happy being seven now though she doesn't feel different. The first thing we did was go on a hike around caldera (I don't have the map Dad got so I can't remember the spelling of the name) and that was so cool. Now, it's super barren there (that means no vegetation) but there's a little bit around it. We stopped first to take pictures of the caldera and it's huge from so many lava flows Dad and Louis said. I didn't know Louis knows a little about the volcanoes but 'lexis said he was almost going to be a scientist for volcanoes. He didn't know until he was older he wanted to work with horses.
"Julia," Beckett said, smiling when her daughter looked at her and Castle.
"I don't have to go to bed do I?" Julia asked in slight fear.
"No but I hope you don't have too much left," Castle told her.
"I'll go faster," Julia said, turning back to the table where she was sitting at. She started writing again, trying to go as quickly as she could to join her parents out on the beach before it was her bedtime.
I need to go fast now Evangeline; I'm running out of time. So next were Sulphur Banks and whew, what a smell! But the soil was a neat color. Last thing we saw there was the lava tube and that was the coolest thing. No lava of course, but you could see a mark where it had flowed, and it was scary but cool like I said. After that we left the park and I thought we were just going to grab lunch and then come back here to the villa. But instead we went to a town called Captain Cook where Dad said we were going to go on a helicopter flight! Me, Lizzy, Mom and Dad all went together (the others didn't want to go and Josa's way too small still for that). We flew over the caldera, including the lake of lava and could see a little of it before flying where there's some flowing in the ocean. Last was going by Mauna Kea and there was snow! That was the best part of everything and I'm so glad Dad got it for us!
When we came back to the resort we ate lunch on the lanai (Mexican food that was delicious) and then we went to the King's Pond and swam and snorkeled. After we got ready for dinner, dressed up a little since it was going to be a nice dinner. It was really good food because the restaurant is a popular one. Then we got to hit a piñata that Mom ordered, shaped like a volcano. Josa, Lizzy, me and then Dad took turns and he opened it and got the candy Mom had gotten from here in Hawaii, I can't wait to eat it! After that was the cake and it was so pretty, sky blue fondant and then some hibiscus on the sides brushed on I think is how they do that. Then on top there were crushed graham crackers with seashells in chocolate and white chocolate with disco dust they call it. It was pretty and I was worried it might be too girly for Dad, but some of the shells weren't dusted so he said those were his. And the cake was tasty- cookies and cream- and that's one of his favorite flavors so he was happy!
Next was presents and though I tell Mom and Dad they don't have to, getting to blow out the candles is enough, they got me one present. I opened mine first and it's a new fountain pen! A really beautiful blue one without the marbling my first one has. So I have two pens now, but I might use this one more often, and there was a tiny bottle of ink with it so it's why this is in ink. Anyways, after me was Lizzy's turn and her gifts were the usual books, clothes, a new set of Play-Doh but that's back at home. Her last gift was really nice, a new saddle which she was super excited about of course! That's definitely back at home and I know as soon as possible we'll go riding again, which is nice because I miss Queenie like crazy!
Dad's gifts were last, and he loved the cuff links we gave him, especially after we told him it was supposed to be symbolizing (is that the right word?) his and Mom's love though Josa just said 'for Mama' and that was enough. He got the usual stuff too, clothes and cologne, he got one tie from Mom that he seemed to really like. Luckily she had it here since he can use it in LA just in case! Grandpapa's gift for him was a nice one, a framed picture we took in Mill Valley during Christmas before dinner in our fancy clothes on the couch. It turned out really nice (of course since Mom's the one who took it!) and he said he'll hang it up in his and Mom's study. Mom's gift was last, well, a gift from her, and it was a photo book of just the two of them. They have one already but that was from years ago so this one's an update Dad called it. I have to assume it's newer pictures since he wouldn't let us look at it. It's fishy, but I bet Mom had a secret note to Dad in it or something.
After that, and cleaning up, it was time for badminton and Josa got to play before it was time for her to go to bed! She loved it, especially since the birdie was lit up, and I bet we'll do it tomorrow night again. After Lizzy got to stay up to eight-thirty for the first time and she was super excited to play badminton again.
That brings me to right now and since I'm definitely going out with Mom and Dad on the beach again I'll just say I'm excited for tomorrow- we're going to all the pools we can with Gram and Grandpapa- and I'll write when I can tomorrow. Night Evangeline!
"Where are you going?" Castle said as he watched Beckett walking to the doorway.
"Just to change," she replied with a smile. "I'll be back," Beckett promised him before going across to the bathroom.
Breathing out a little hard, Castle glanced around as he heard the door close before he went to his nightstand. Picking up the book his wife had given him he went to the back and took the folded-up paper that was there. Opening it he saw it was a letter as he'd thought it was, and he sat on his side of the bed to begin to read.
Rick,
Happy Birthday and if you're reading this then hopefully I'm in our bathroom with you thinking I'm changing for tonight.
I hadn't planned on adding this but after watching you today I decided I wanted to mimic what I did in our past lives. I say it constantly, but I want you to know how much I love you and how much I still want you. I'm very aware that though you say you're fine, you worry I won't every time we get close to your birthday. But even though right now we're hours away from being alone in our room I want to make love with you, into tomorrow since we'll have that chance. But you are a wonderful man and you've satisfied me and loved me like no other man could. I love you and I want to feel that love desperately.
And I think here I'll go to tonight. If I've told you before you read this that I'm changing then in a way I lied. I've only made sure I'm ready for you under my dress and I want you already. Close this letter and get me love, whatever you want tonight so do I.
Brushing his fingers over his wife's name she'd signed at the bottom; Castle folded the letter in a rush before tossing it aside and hurrying across to the doorway of the bedroom. He was relieved she was there to meet him, and he had her shortly after in his arms before he was kissing her deeply. Feeling her responding he clutched her tightly before their tongues were tangling around each other in abandon before they both needed to breathe. "Love," he said as he pressed his forehead to hers.
"That note was all over the place," Beckett said with a smile. "And I didn't have the time to put in more." She gasped when he picked her up and wrapped her arms around his neck saying, "And the last thing I was serious about."
"I was hoping you were," Castle said, going to the bed. He set his wife down next to it before he closed the door and hurried back to her for another kiss. Once they'd parted he had her turn around before he paused and said, "Not like that," making her turn though she was moving as soon as he'd touched her.
"I was hoping you'd do that," Beckett said. When he looked at her questioningly while they were unbuttoning his shirt he'd pulled out of his trousers she told him, "I said I wanted you, I couldn't add I wanted your cock in my pussy for hours tonight."
Cursing under his breath in Irish, Castle hurried them both before he was down to his boxers. Seeing she was about to get on the bed, he grabbed his wife's hand and stopped her before he leaned over and kissed her roughly on the lips. He didn't linger, pulling away to murmur against her lips, "Take down your hair."
Biting her lower lip for a moment, Beckett reached up and began removing the ponytail holder her hair was in. Quickly running her fingers through her locks once she was finished she wasn't surprised when her husband grabbed her before pulling her tightly to his chest. She groaned into his mouth while his lips were literally crushing hers and she wrapped her arms around his neck tightly before wrapping her right leg around him until he moved away and she murmured, "Are we staying like this?"
"No," Castle said firmly before he let her go. He had been intending to remove his boxers himself, but she beat him to it, pulling them down firmly and making him groan. "I'm fine," he told her quickly when she paused. He pushed her hands away gently before he finished and reached for her as she turned around.
"I feel overdressed," Beckett said with a smile when he was unzipping her. She then sighed while her husband was reaching under the fabric, gently pulling it off her shoulders before they were working together to get the dress off her and she glanced over her shoulder as he tossed it to the couch. She would have smiled at the way he watched it land but she tugged on his hand and they rushed to the bed together.
Making sure his wife was comfortable on the pillows he'd made a hasty pile of at the top of the bed, Castle kissed her lovingly before he grunted and jerked against her when she grasped his ass tightly with both hands. "You-" he began before he swore when she squeezed. "Fuck love," he told her before brushing his lips to hers. "What do you want?" he asked, not surprised when she told him while she was parting her legs for him.
"For you to decide," Beckett replied. "And start."
Studying her, Castle nodded and said, "I have," before he was taking her left leg, placing it up so her ankle was on his shoulder. After she'd wrapped her right one around his waist he was hissing a little when she gently grasped his erection. "Kate," he tried to say warningly while she proceeded to gently stroke him. He thought he was going to need to warn her when she drew him down to her entrance and he couldn't help slipping his first two fingers within her as she cried out in joy.
"I'm… I said I wanted you!" Beckett was able to say. She couldn't help moving in time with him while he was sliding his fingers back and forth within her and she was reaching for his right arm to hold onto it. When he abruptly stopped doing that after a little longer she wasn't sure if she wanted to moan or tell him in annoyance to hurry. But he seemed to hear her thoughts and he was gently pulling her wrist before she took the suggestion until she felt the tip of his length against her folds. As he took over and pushed in she reached for his other arm with her free hand, squeezing it tightly and moaning his name.
Sinking in his wife slowly, Castle felt a rush of joy shoot through his body until their hips were pressed together. He wanted to comment on how it'd been too long but decided not to waste time with that. "You feel amazing goddess," he breathed to her.
"So do you…" Beckett began to say before she trailed off. She'd been about to ask what he was planning on doing before he began to thrust, and she was startled when he was going slowly. But that reaction didn't last for long since she was gasping in pleasure and beginning to move with him the best she could. It wasn't easy but she didn't care since it allowed her to feel her husband's length sliding back and forth clearly. She was holding on tightly to his arms and was trying to use that for leverage when he was suddenly speeding up, slamming into her twice. "What-" she managed to say.
"Like this," Castle managed to say before he focused back on his pace. He alternated between several slower, deliberate moves so they could feel one another, before ramming in her a few times. They were moving after he'd gone back and forth between that a few times, him getting her ankle off his shoulder before she wrapped it around his waist. Holding himself up so he could look down at her he began to move again, starting out hard to watch the way her body moved. "Goddess," he breathed to her.
"Oh just…" Beckett began. She'd been about to tell him to fuck her, but he was slowing down, and she moaned deeply in pleasure when he was angling his hips down to strike her clit every time he was sliding back inside her. "Rick…" she began. "You're… please don't stop tonight," she gasped before he was kissing her. She was a little startled, forgetting he could get to her, but she was letting go of the pillow she'd been holding onto by then and reached up to him. Hugging him to her she was responding to his kiss eagerly, his pace still varying and making her body throb harder in her desire. When he ended the kiss she immediately tilted her head back when he proceeded to kiss at her neck, making her eyes roll in the back of her head before he stopped completely. She didn't say anything, thinking he was going to change their position slightly again, when he was nuzzling at her ear through her hair. Shivering in pleasure at his touch she reached up to cup the back of his head before he murmured to her, nearly making her tremble with his husky tone of voice.
"When I make love to you," Castle began. He paused for a moment to lightly nibble at her lobe and then told her, "Tell me how to move." He heard her intake of breath before he said, "It's what… want," before he took her lips. He kissed her sensuously, thrusting a little though he'd told her to speak and then slowed down before he pulled away. "Tell me," he said firmly.
Beckett hesitated for a moment, trying to think of how to word what she wanted, and told him, "Fuck me a few times. Wait." She stopped him before he could begin thrusting and pulled him to her for a kiss, slipping her tongue into his mouth. When they stopped she said, "Just a few. Then make love to me."
"How long?" Castle asked, hearing his voice shake while he reacting to her nails lightly scraping along his scalp.
"However long you want," Beckett said. She wasn't surprised when her husband kissed her and was thrusting at the same time and rough as she had instructed. She ended the kiss when the feel of him moving so hard in her was too much and she pushed her left hand on the bed, trying to move. Frustration raced through her body at her inability to do that still and she was hurrying to place her feet on the bed. "Don't make me put them back," she told her husband when she noticed he was watching her, having raised himself above her again.
"Believe… me… I won't," Castle said a little hoarsely. "You'll have to… move with… with me." When she nodded he continued a little longer with her slower, deliberate strokes and told her, "You're so fucking gorgeous Kate."
"I'm… Rick I'm going to come," Beckett moaned in response. "I… you have to come in me…" She tried to say more but her husband was thrusting harder at that point and she nearly thought he was going to continue that before he slowed. She was squeezing at him tightly when he lowered himself back to her and she was jerking against him while he proceeded to brush his lips over her breasts a few times. When he shortly after suckled at her right nipple, she was closing her eyes and tried to speak again but he was moving from her other mound to her lips. She slid her arms under his to grip him tighter and with her feet still on the bed they were moving together in a solid motion before he moved from her lips to her ear, speaking in it roughly again.
"I know you're going to come," Castle said, having to pause after managing to say that all at once. "And I'm going to as soon as you do… Come for me Kate and I promise I'll fill you… I'll fuck you after this, I just want us to come." He was pleased feeling her body begin to writhe and he was thrusting slightly harder to make the friction rougher between them. He brushed his lips to her jaw before he felt her arching her back hard a second before she proceeded to call to him.
"Oh! Rick… Rick I'm coming! Please… harder… fill me with your come… love…" Beckett moaned in her ecstasy until she felt him joining her. His release made her cling to him, the sensations so intense she was almost reaching a second orgasm. She tried to will that to happen but couldn't manage it, laying limp under her husband but heavily sated as he was still thrusting slowly before he was groaning and nearly laying on top of her. Smiling to herself, she turned her head and pressed a kiss to the side of it before she told him, "Good gift."
Grunting, Castle tried not to react too greatly when she laughed softly before he raised his head so he could look down at her saying, "It was, luckily for both of us."
"It was," Beckett said with a smile. She sighed when he carefully withdrew from her but was hurrying to lay next to him while he wrapped his arm around her. "What do you want to do next?" she asked him.
"Can I ask you about tomorrow love?" Castle said, rubbing her upper arm.
"Sure," Beckett said, wondering what he was thinking about the next day.
"We decided on…" Castle said.
Laughing, Beckett pressed a kiss to his shoulder before she turned around to lay on her stomach and told him, "We'll spend the morning doing whatever, have lunch here or somewhere and then what were you thinking?"
"To be honest the driving range," Castle said. He was startled when she leaned over and kissed him before he held her in place so he could kiss her sensuously for a little longer. Pulling back he said, "Though we might not be able to get to it."
Smirking slightly at him Beckett said, "You're that sure of yourself," watching him shift her body a little before he spoke firmly.
"Very, but you need to tell me something first," Castle began. "What you wanted to do."
"Take a kayak out together," Beckett said shortly.
"We can do both," Castle said. He was cupping his hand over her ass again and said, "And more."
"Pervert," Beckett said before she brushed her lips to his. After pulling away she murmured, "Show me how much you are." She was smiling when her husband was flipping her onto her back and pulled him to her for a kiss before he was moving down to her neck. Running her hands over his back, she felt his shudder before he raised his head to kiss her fervently again. Responding, she felt him moving to slide inside of her and she helped him the best she could before he was sinking in her smoothly, making her moan his name before he proceeded to make love to her roughly. As he continuously sped up she was trying her best to move with him while keeping her legs wrapped tightly around him. She wasn't that successful but didn't move so she could put her feet down again. It didn't take very long before she was breaking first, Castle following her and both calling each other's names until they had stopped and were breathing heavily while they recovered.
"Did I thank you for that letter?" Castle asked eventually when he could speak.
Smiling Beckett said, "This is your thanks."
"I'm glad you're so easy to please," Castle commented. He wasn't surprised when Beckett made him raise his head before they kissed. It was a little gentler than they'd exchanged so far that night and he started to pull away from her before she closed her legs around him.
"What're you going to do?" Beckett asked.
"I wasn't going to stop," Castle explained. "But I did have something in mind."
"Oh?" Beckett asked before she had to let him go. Watching him getting off the bed, she was startled when he was getting her dress she asked, "With that on?"
"Not all the way," Castle said. "I'd like to see your breasts," he told her as he cupped her left mound gently. He expected her to take the dress when she bit her lower lip and moved to stand. While she took the dress out of his hands he said, "No?" relieved she was responding to him shortly after.
"No," Beckett replied. "Wait on the bed."
"Sure," Castle said, wondering what she had. He sat up on the bed, leaning back on his hands while she was setting her dress on the couch and watched her walk around to him. "You… don't have anything," he said.
"No, I realize I said you were deciding tonight but I have to put my foot down about this," Beckett said, climbing on the mattress and immediately straddling his lap. "Hopefully you don't mind."
"I don't," Castle responded immediately. He wrapped his arms around her and pulled her to him before they were kissing tenderly. Pulling away a short time later he told her, "But this is still my decision."
"Yes," Beckett said, trying not to laugh at his slight hesitation. She brushed her lips against his and then said, "Where am I going?"
Castle didn't respond verbally, instead he had her get off him before he had her on her hands and knees. She was moving immediately after she had done that, and he looked on while she slid onto her arms.
Beckett gasped in joy when her husband proceeded to kiss at her ass before he cupped it firmly and she asked, "This was what you wanted?"
"No," Castle said, his voice husky yet again. "But I can't help myself." Before she could respond to that, he was kissing over her back and then draping himself over her, kissing around her shoulders and back. He was about to enter her, to ask her if she wanted him to make her faint when she was turning her head back to him and murmuring a request.
"After I come," Beckett was saying. "Promise you'll come on me."
"While you're passed out?" Castle said, startled. At her nod he squeezed her ass firmly to her gasp and told her, "I'm not doing that, I'll wait for you Kate."
Beckett was about to try and argue before she was crying out her husband's name when he rammed inside of her. She was relieved she hadn't been watching him, loving the thrill of the surprise at his thrust. Breathing out hard she said, "You're going to make me come fast love."
Castle moved to kiss at his wife's back, not responding to that verbally before he was moving, thrusting a little slowly at first to hear her reaction. Beckett's moans made his groin clench in response at the stimulation, and he proceeded to go faster when she was begging him to do so.
"Oh… yes Rick you're… love…" Beckett was gasping, trying to tell him how amazing he was making her feel. But the pleasure was building too quickly, and she could only express that with her moans. She wasn't sure how long he was thrusting furiously against her g-spot, but suddenly her body seemed to instantly stiffen before she was crying, "I'm coming… Rick!" before she was overwhelmed by what felt like pure pleasure and she was passing out.
Watching her, Castle saw her body stilling and he was almost throwing himself back from her and breathing hard. Scrambling to move towards her, he carefully laid her on her back and lay next to her on his side before he gently cupped her sex. He pressed his face to her shoulder, feeling her still flexing and her moisture covering the palm of his hand. He felt as if he was there for some time, but she soon shifted below him and he moved his hand before she was moaning softly and speaking to him.
"Why did you move your hand?" Beckett sighed.
"I didn't have to?" Castle asked, watching her reaching up to brush her hair off her cheek. He reached out to her himself and cupped her cheek, leaning over and kissing her firmly before he pulled away and said, "Can I move."
"You need to," Beckett said sternly, pulling her husband on top of her as he moved at the same time. Once they were coupled again she put her legs over his arms while he held them out and he was moving as fast as he could inside of her. She had already been aroused before he started, and it took little for her to be pushed over the edge again and she was writhing back and forth before Castle was joining her. Her mind was in a daze at the ecstasy reverberating through her body until she was still, and her husband was letting go of her arms. Feeling his release deep inside her sex she couldn't help moaning and arching her back. "Don't leave Rick," she told him.
"I wasn't planning on it," Castle said, laying on top of her slightly. He kissed her deeply and their tongues were rolling around each other before rubbing as hard as they could until they were parting to breathe. "Are you tired at all love?" he asked after he'd nuzzled her neck gently.
"No," Beckett said. "I hope you aren't."
"Never," Castle said firmly before they kissed again.
When they parted shortly after Beckett nuzzled her lips to her husband's and told him, "I love you Rick."
"Love you Kate," Castle said before he captured her lips with his again. He kept that brief as they were moving to their position, her arms and legs wrapped around him, and he added, their lips brushing together, "I gcónaí."
"I gcónaí," Beckett whispered before he kissed her. She felt a thrill race through her while she and her husband were doing their best to satisfy each other, aware he too was thinking of the next day and the time they had to continue their intimacy all over again in the morning.
