「It's Not My Fault」
"The roses art v'ry lovely this season, i thanketh the new Tarnished f'r this reasoneth."
A mysterious masked man in white, known as White Mask Varre, sat besides a bush of freshly bloom red rose, he gently lifts one up to his nose, without taking it off the plant, and gently sniffs it, clearly he enjoys the smell and sight of such a lovely flower, though before he could continue admiring its beauty, he heard something from the distant, he looked away from the bush and up at the sky, to which he was able to see a certain private crashing down and exploding somewhere nearby, much to his slight surprise and interest
"Metal artifact falling from way high, what hast hath arriv'd from the sky?"
Though such questions that Varre asked was quickly answered by a body falling and splatting on the ground in front of him, blood everywhere and the sound of bones shattering
"Oh?..."
Despite Varre literally seeing a person get splattered all over the ground, said person was able to sit up and not only act as if they fallen from somewhere very high, but look completely fine and uninjured, as if nothing has happened at all, much to his surprise, though his white mask didn't really show such emotions
"「That was petty of you Anshin'in-San!~」"
Said person that has just fallen was none other than Kumagawa Misogi, and while just surviving from the drop and being overdramatic, he was not upset in the slightness, treating this ordeal as a harmless joke, if you could call it that
"Oh, so you didn't want me to use my 'Cut Cut Fingering' skill on your parachute, my bad then…"
The 2nd person to fall from the sky was Anshin'in-San, or also known as Ajimu Najimi, who seemed to be free from 'Screws', though instead of just crashing down onto the ground, she used 'Cheer Fighters' skill to control her descent and gently lands on the ground, as if she was just taking another step, Misogi responded to her grumpy pettiness by sticking out his tongue
"Wait! I think I got it now, I'm totally winning this time, how reFRESHing~"
The last person to fall and join the group was none other than Iihiko Shishime, who was the only person to use a parachute when falling, he was still playing a game on the phone, he was on the calculator app, and seemed to think he was winning, the the Non-Equal and Minus didn't correct him and just let him think he was achieving victory
"Some new arrivals hast appeareth, didst the 'Greater Will' sendeth thee h're?"
Varre was now very curious about the arrival of these new set of people, wanting to know who they were and why they are here, which did catch their attention and made them look and acknowledge him
"「Greater Will?... Was I mentioned on the papr, I would like some free stuff」"
A confused Kumagawa was confused on who or what this 'Greater Will' was, and his confusion spread onto the White Mask, who didn't understand on what Misogi said or meant at all
"Verra was talking about one of the Outer Gods of this world, it's not a literal will."
Anshin'in-San explained what the White Mask actually meant, which made the Good Loser pout and puff his cheeks for being denied free stuff from a dead person
"Thee knoweth of mine own nameth, yet mine own mind doest not recall the same. Has't we hath met bef're, i don't rememb'r our l're."
Varre narrows his eyes and get a good look at Ajimu, trying to recall any memories of if they met at all before, who shakes her head no in response
"We haven't, I just used 'Manual Memory' skill to answer the stupid question the Minus asked."
Anshin'in-San huffs, though tensed up when Shishime lets out a sigh
"This is why you're no fun to fight, always looking for the easy way out by using such cheap abilities."
Iihiko puts away the phone, feeling accomplished for beating a 'Game', Najimi wanted to call him a hypocrite, or something else rude, but the fear kept her quiet and just look away with a frown
"If 't be true not hath sent by the palmy Out'r Gods, then how didst thee appeareth h're with such odds."
The interests and curiosity continues to grow more and more, as Varre wanted to know more about the trio, like purpose and goals
"「We're here on a vacation, we were trying to go to the USA, in hope to meet some blondes, eat some burgers, and problem offend someone by saying 'Hello!'~... Though, it seems like for some reason, our pilot forgot to exist and we instead ended up somewhere we're not supposed to be at」"
The Neutral Lady wanted to correct Kumagawa and explained what really happened, but was still near someone that made her want to keep quiet, as for the White Mask, he understood none of that, but could guess on the situation from what he saw and listening carefully to their words
"From what I can processeth, thee appeareth to beest hath lost, aye? while unknow of wh're thy location is, I has't some directions yond i can listeth."
The three were a bit surprised when Varre offered his assistant to them
"Why do you wanna help us?"
Anshin'in-San raised an eyebrow, as she can't imagine the benefits the White Mask will get from this
"Int'rests of thee i might not but admiteth, wanting to seeth which puzzle thee can fiteth."
Varre was honestly excited for the possibility of how these three can change the rules of the games, and what that would bring, the trio looked at one another, even though they questioned his motives, they honestly didn't care enough to press for more answer and just decided on letting him help them, to which he does, pointing a finger at a random direction
"Headeth yond way to searcheth the answ'r thee seeketh, doth not stand ho until thee reacheth the peak. Thy destination and goals shall anon beest hath found, all thee gotta doth is behold 'round. But beware of those yond wisheth thee death, those gents shall maketh sure thou art nothing hath left. Yond is all I can bewray, reassur'd of mine own w'rds I desire thee feeleth."
Once Varre gave them a path to follow, and a goal to achieve, they had no reason to hesitate and just started to go towards the place that they needed to be at
"「Thank you Varry, we'll be sure to send you postcards for your kindness!~」"
"Misogi, show me how to use the camera, I wanna share some photos with the Village while sightseeing."
Though as Kumagawa and Iihiko wasted no time moving on, Ajimu stayed behind a bit and looked at the White Mask, who tilts his head from not seeing her leave with
"Wherefore art thee following their leadeth, is th're something thee needeth?"
When Varre spoke his lack of understanding on why Najimi was still here, she just narrowed her eyes and huff
"If the Author made you say that 'Maidenless' bullcrap to me, I would've erased you from cannon and given the Writer a 'Supernova Wedgie'."
Anshin'in-San gave a final 'Hmph' before leaving the White Mask, who did tensed up from the threat, but then let out a small light laugh, Varre turns his head and looked at the large golden tree with a small thoughtful expression
'The new piece hast been did include, anon alloweth us seeth what shall beest addeth 'r removed…'
It was gonna be about Ben 10, but I had a better idea that I like. Also, I know basic information about the Elden Ring. Any suggestions and advice will be helpful.
(BTW, the Tarnish, the games protagonist, will be an important character, so expect some weird ideas with him in the future, whether good or bad)
