THE CHAOS BEGINS IN KONOHA
(12:30 P.M. Konoha's Council Room)
Sarutobi Heirizen sat in his chair at the center of the council table. With blood shot eyes but had a very determined gleam in his eyes. And had a stack of papers in front of himself. Danzo finally arrived and went to his seat on Heirizen's left with the other two advisor's and the Civilian Council. Once Danzo took his seat one of the Civilian Council member's Tsumo Tatsu stood up and said, "Hokage'sama we need to find the demon and put it down! Didn't you feel that presence early this morning! It has gathered all most enough power to destroy the village! We must put nit down!" Sarutobi released his Killing Intent, and glared at the fat man. Making him fall into his seat while pissing his pants. "You would do well to remember that I am the Hokage and thus I have all the authority here! And that the Civilian Council only advises in regards to civilian matters, and have no say what so ever in Shinobi matters!" Both the civilian and shinobi council's looked at Heirizen like they were seeing a ghost. Danzo stood up and looked at his old rival. Then said, "Heirizen, You should turn the demon vessel over to me. We need to get it under control, and trained as a proper weapon." "Danzo you will sit down, shut up, and not call Naruto 'DEMON ANYTHING' or I will invoke my law in regards in revealing anything to do with the Kiyuubi! All council member's jaws dropped as they looked at Heirizen.
"Now that we are all here. I can start to take out the trash and start repairing the damage done by this council. First of all the Civilian Council will no longer have a say what so ever in shinobi matters. And as of now is dismissed because we are in a time of peace, and the Civilian Council is only to be formed during times of war." The Civilian Council starts an uproar, and tries to argue against Sarutobi's decision. Heirizen releases his Killing Intent at a higher level to shut up the civilian council. Danzo glares at Sarutobi and says, "You can't do this Sarutobi it's against Konoha law." Heirizen laughs at Danzo, "According to the Konoha Charter, and the law signed by the Fire Daimyo and the Third Hokage Tobirama Senju. The Civilian Council is to only be instated during times of war. To help the Hokage stay in touch with the going's on the civilian's side of things in Konoha. The Civilian Council will advise the Hokage so that he does not forsake part of the village. When Konoha is not at war, we have no need for the civilian council. So as of now the civilian council members can leave this chamber, and pay a visit to Hibiki. Danzo paled and the Civilian Council members went whiter than snow. Mebuki Haruno stood and screamed, "Why are we being sent to the T & I Division? Just for being civilian's!" Heirizen looked at her and then said. "Last night, Naruto Uzumaki was attacked by over two hundred people civilian and shinobi alike. We will see if any of you had anything to do with this. And if you did you are to be charged with treason. Because had Naruto died last night the Kiyuubi would have been set free right in the middle of Konoha. Because the seal used by the Yondame takes 13 years to bind their souls. Naruto is four years old, Hashirama Senju formed this village in order to keep children from going through SHIT LIKE THIS! How would any of you feel if it was your children or grandchildren going through all the crap that Naruto goes through on the regular basis! ANBU! TAKE THEM AWAY!" The six civilian council members where surrounded by the Anbu and Shunshined out of the council hall.
The Shinobi Council cheered and shouted, "YES YES YES! NO MORE GETTING JERKED AROUND BY PEOPLE WHO DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT!" Heirizen smirked at Danzo, Homura, and Koharu as they glared at him. "Now Shikaku, we will need you to go over our Protocall's for defending the village and see who were not at their stations last night. Because they left us open to invasion from spies and assassins!" Shikaku Nara nodded and said, "Hai Hokage'Sama!" Heirizen then looked at the rest of the Shinobi Council, "I am ashamed that I have allowed things to get this bad. However, We had quite a lot of shinobi involved in last night's attack. So I am going to ask all of the Clan Heads to question their members and turn over any who were involved in the attack on Naruto last night to Hibiki and the T & I Division. They endangered all of our lives and our village. Had they succeeded in their objective last night, NONE OF US OR OUR VILLAGE WOULD BE HERE ANYMORE!" All of the Shinobi Council looked down at the floor and frowned. Many of them where grounding their teeth at what might have happened if Naruto had not been saved. Tsume looked at the Hokage with a very angry expression. "Now will you let me adopt him Hokage'Sama. Had the Civilian Council not stopped me from adopting him he would not have been through any of this!" Danzo stood up and glared at Tsume, "Why would we send the weapon to your clan. Your teachings will only weaken it, because you all controlled by your emotions. We would do better to put the boy under my command so that he can be trained right." Tsume was about to move and slug Danzo, but they were stopped by Heirizen's laughter. The Shinobi Council looked at Heirizen worriedly, before he coughed, "Sorry it's just that a very powerful ninja from his clan reemerged last night. And has started to train him in the Uzumaki Arts. And let me tell you. If any of us try to hurt the boy again Konoha will burn! You all know the Uzumaki temper. Now imagine a true seal master from history with one of the more powerful bloodlines, enraged because we harmed her grandson. And the only thing keeping her from burning everything, but that which has a connection to their clan."
All of the council goes whiter than fresh snow in Snow Country, and swallow while looking at Heirizen in absolute fear. Fugaku looks at Heirizen and takes a long drink of water and then asks, "Hokage'Sama. Are you being serious? I thought all Uzumaki died with the fall of Uzushiogakure." Heirizen looks around the shinobi council and then sighs. "I was reminded last night of a long-forgotten fact regarding the Uzumaki Bloodline. It is something that I never should have forgotten, but I am getting old and I really need to train my successor and retired. But it will take time and I am sending Jiriya to retrieve them. Now when Naruto has been trained fully in the Uzumaki Arts he will be taking his clan seat. But he will only be part of the "C.R.A" if he so chooses because of his position as heir to the Uzushio Daimiyoship." The shinobi council looked in complete flabbergastness. Tsume smiled and laughed hard. "The Gaki is so unpredictable it's a nice change of pace. We are free from those Civilian pigs, and The Professor is truly back. I can't wait to see what happens next." The rest of the shinobi council laughs and shake their heads.
Heirizen laughs and then says, "All right. this council meeting is over, and I need you clan heads to start sorting through your clans to find our traitors. Once that is done, we can start fixing our academy, because if our security is this bad. What is to prevent traitors from infiltrating our educational faculties." The Clan heads stood and left Danzo, Koharu, and Homura all glared at Heirizen and left the chamber together. Heirizen returned to the Hokage Office, and then sat at his desk. "So, Sensei. Why have you called me back from my Research Trip?" "Jiriya, it took you long enough. I need you to go and retrieve Tsunade and deliver this scroll to her." Heirizen held up the scroll with the Senju Uzumaki seals. Jiriya looked at the scroll wondering where his sensei found it. "Where did you find that scroll the energy coming off it reminds me of Mito' Sama." Heirizen laughs and pulls out a bottle of sake and pours them both a cup. Placing Jiriya's on the edge of the desk while bring his to his mouth and taking a drink. Jiriya takes a drink as Heirizen says. "That's because Mito' Sama wrote it last night and had Tsunade's uncle deliver it to me after Naruto was attack by over two hundred people. Both shinobi and civilian. She is currently training Naruto at his parents' home." Jiriya spit out his sake while looking at Heirizen in total shock. "H. H. H. H. How is this possible? She died when she transferred the Kiyuubi to Kushina." Heirizen smiled at Jiriya and poured them each another glass of sake and said, "It is an Uzumaki Bloodline ability. The Uzumaki Chakra Blood Cores, she created a core and updated it regularly. And it seems both Kushina and Minato also have Blood Cores set up within their compound. So, they may be coming back which may end the village if Tsunade doesn't first." Jiriya Swallowed and chuckled, "If you think this will bring Tsu' Hime back I'll happily try and bring her back even if I have to knock her out to do it!"
"Good Luck Jiriya. And I hope you return soon cause Mito' Sama is quite pissed at both of you for leaving Naruto alone here. And wants to have a talk to both of you." Jiriya goes deathly pale and seals the scroll into one of his scrolls. And looks very scared, "How angry was she?" He asked with a fair amount of fear in his eyes. "She made my whole office go dark, and the window's look like they were made of onyx with crimson flames running through them." Jiriya runs toward the window while yelling, "I'll be back as soon as possible sensei, I really do not want to die at Mito' Sama's hands!" Jiriya jumps out the window while doing hand seals. 'Kutchios no Jutsu' An Orange Toad appears underneath Jiriya, and he looks at the Toad. "Head for Tanzakugai! As fast as you can! WE NEED TO FIND TSUNADE A MONTH AGO!" The Toad looked at Jiriya's face and see's the fear in his eyes. And starts to fly at full speed. 'Whatever has Jiriya scared so bad! I don't want after me!' Thought the Toad as it pushed even more speed out of its flying ability. Heirizen looks after Jiriya, "Good luck Jiriya. But I still say better the two of you then me. Your both younger and can probably get more mercy from her because Tsunade is her Granddaughter." Heirizen finishes off his sake and puts the bottle away. "Now to head to T & I and hear some Hibiki's report and listen to the interrogations." Heirizen shunshin's out of his office with a very serious look on his face.
