When Saphira awoke, she was hoping to find herself on top of the warm, familiar chassis. However, she felt cold and there was still a dull ache in her head. Saphira slowly opened her eyes, she found herself still on the med berth where she had laid down on earlier. She didn't know how long she had been asleep for. She groaned and stretched slightly before she looked around. She didn't see anyone in the med bay. She moved to sit up, she groaned as felt the slight rush of blood to her head. She grimaced and placed her hand on it, it thankfully didn't hurt as much as it did earlier. She folded her arms and shivered, drawing her legs up a little to try and keep warm.

She thought about calling out, but she didn't know if she should. She moved her hand to touch the wound on her face, only to find a bandage on it. She was surprised, and wondered where the cons found a bandage, unless they did something while she was asleep. She wasn't sure. She felt a little nauseous, but it was not anything that would make her worry terribly.

Saphira did feel very thirsty. That was the one thing she desperately watched…and to use the bathroom. She didn't know if or when the decepticons would come back, but she hoped soon. Even though she knew Megatron's plan for her and Optimus, she could not really ignore nature. She did also hope to maybe get new clothes. She didn't have anything warm on, and the ship did not appear have any warmth within the hull.

She jumped when she heard the door open. She saw Knockout walking him, he seemed upset about something, and that did not change when he saw Saphira was awake. "I see you are finally awake." Saphira said nothing as he walked closer to the med bay before stopping and folding his arms. "Just in case you're interested, you were asleep for two days." She widened her eyes in surprise, she had no idea she was asleep for that long. "Hmmph…anyway…Megatron has forced Breakdown and I to make a living space for you. It took a bit, but it will be where you sleep, eat and use the bathroom…" The con shuddered a little. "Humans are disgusting creatures…"

Saphira was a little amused by Knockout's complaining, he might be a doctor, but he definitely had a certain personality about him. "I…" She coughs a little as her throat was very dry. "I could use the toilet please…and water."

Knockout exhaled slightly before he grabbed Saphira and walked out of the med bay. Saphira was still not used to being grabbed suddenly, she was used to bots holding their hands out to her. She has only been grabbed when in danger. She didn't know where she was being taken to, but it was a room next to the med bay. Knockout walks inside the room and she saw it was mostly empty, except for a berth and on the wall, high off the ground, was what looked like a house.

Knockout placed Saphira at the entrance to this house. "Tell me if it's up to standard. Megatron must know that this was done properly."

Saphira glanced a him for moment. "Sure, after I've used the bathroom."

Knockout growled and tapped his fingers on the side impatiently while Saphira walked into the house. She was surprised to find the house was average sized. It looked like the cons had scan a floor plan and the ship created this house. There was a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. When she found the bathroom, she was quick to use the toilet to relieve herself. She sat on the toilet, wondering what she was even going to do.

She tensed when she heard the door of the room outside open. "Knockout, I see you must have brought Saphira to the little house you designed for our guest. Tell me, is it up to standard?"

"Uhh…she hasn't said yet, Lord Megatron," The medic responded to his master nervously. "She only just woke up and requested to use the bathroom. That is probably where she is now. She said she will let me know when she's finished."

Megatron was silent for a moment, Saphira was not sure why he cared if the standard of living for her was good. He had his reasons, and she knew it. "Very well. Saphira, I trust that you will be as brutally honest as possible. I want Breakdown and Knockout know if they have done a good job or not."

Saphira really wanted to ask why he cared, but she refrained. "I will…just give me a couple minutes." She glanced around and found toilet paper. Though it wasn't great toilet paper, but it would do the job. "At least you have toilet paper in here."

She heard Knockout groaning loudly. "Yeah, well…when I read that's what you needed…I wasn't about to let you walk around dirty."

"Mmhmm…next you will need to think about when I have my period," Saphira said with a slight smirk.

"Uhhh…period? What is that?" Knockout asked curiously. He gasped suddenly. "Megatron, please don't be mad! How could I possibly know what that is?"

"You clearly haven't done enough research," Megatron responded coldly. He hummed softly shortly afterwards. "However…it seems like something important, perhaps Saphira can explain it."

She couldn't help but giggle a little. She knew that Knockout was going to really hate learning about it. "Well…I suppose in the simplest of explanations, I will need to get products to wear during the week of each month that I have it. I can pretty much tell you what they are. And what it is simply is something inside of me discarding a build-up of something, which hurts like hell, and causes bleeding."

Knockout tapped his fingers on something, clearly disturbed by what he just heard. "That…that doesn't sound pleasant."

"Believe me, it isn't. I wish I never had them." Saphira finished using the toilet and cleaning herself and closed the lid to flush it. "But…you can expect to know when it happens when I am not wanting to get out of bed, wanting a hot bottle on my stomach, painkillers and just extra moody."

Megatron chuckled suddenly. "Like Knockout after he and Breakdown interface."

"Pfft! Why would you reveal that information?!" Knockout shrieked in shock. Saphira snorted as she washed her hands and tested the taps to see if the water could change temperature. "That's private!"

"I'm just pre warning her about it, just as she is warning us about this monthly occurrence," The con leader responded in amusement. "And you will retrieve the correct items so she may take care of this each month. Or, you will be cleaning up the mess yourself!"

Saphira grimaced, she didn't particularly want that to happen. And she heard Knockout making disgruntled groans. She felt the temperature change in the water and smiled, it was good. She tested the shower next and watched it until it began to steam. Once that happened she turned it off and checked out the bedroom, surprised to find a king sized bed all made up for her. She's never had a bed that big before.

"Is the house up to standard?" Megatron asked again, making Saphira flinch slightly at the impatience of his voice.

"Uhh, so far, yes," She responded loudly and made her way to the kitchen. "The bedroom and bathroom is good, I'm checking the kitchen next."

She entered the kitchen to find a small dining table, which was fine since it was just her. She than checked the fridge and freezer, finding they both were working. She wondered what exactly Knockout researches to make this house. The equipment wasn't human technology either, it was all Cybertronian. There wasn't any food though. That was fine…though she didn't really know how the cons were going to retrieve food for her. She checked the stove and microwave, they were all good. She had no plates, cutlery or cookware, that was the next thing she needed.

"Well?"

Saphira sighed, walking to the front of the house and looking up at Megatron. She saw the impatience on his face while Knockout was leaning on a wall with his arms folded. "The house is very good." Megatron was satisfied with the answer and the impatience on his face faded. "I still need some things though." She shivered and folded her arms, the con leader quickly picked up that she was cold. "Food, cookware, cups, plates, cutlery, food…and warm clothes if possible. But…I can survive on water for a while."

Megatron listens to Saphira's words and processes them. He lifts his hand to his head to activate his com link. "Breakdown, Soundwave, I have a task for you both. Find out a way retrieve items and food that Saphira needs. I will give both of you the list…"

"Do I get a say of what kind of food they should get?" Saphira asked, interrupting Megatron. He growled at her, making her grimace and take a step backwards. "Never mind…"

Megatron resumes speaking to the decepticons, giving them his orders. "Make sure nothing gets damaged in the process and transportation of the items. We don't need to waste time getting these items."

Saphira was a little worried that she would be punished for interrupting Megatron, but he turned to leave. She glanced at the berth near the house curiously. "Was this room someone's berth room?"

"No this room used to be a storage room, until recently," Knockout responds bluntly with a shrug. "I don't know why, it was Megatron's request." He glanced at the silver mech curiously. "Don't tell me Starscream or Soundwave is moving in here."

Megatron chuckles softly and glances at both Saphira and Knockout. "It is my berth now."

Knockout widen his optics in surprise. "Come again?" Saphira stared in shock as well, the dream she had been having before filling her mind.

Megatron turned his body to face Knockout. "This room is my berth room now. My old quarters will still house things that I may want or need, so no need to move them here. But…" He turned his head to gaze at Saphira. She trembled and turned around, crouching in disbelief as she listened to him. "I have the need to keep an eye on her, even when I recharge."

"Lord Megatron, with all due respect, she's a human…" Knockout began in a matter-of-fact tone.

"A human who outwitted you and nearly had your systems eaten out with a scraplet," Megatron interrupts with a sneering smirk. "If she can do that, what hope do you have in keeping an eye on her, even when in recharge?" Knockout stuttered in response, not knowing what to say. "But you will be keeping watch over her for today. She still needs to be watched for symptoms of her injury. Make sure she rests and has water, and bring her back here whenever she needs to."

Knockout grumbles for a moment before exhaling in defeat. "Your wish is my command, Lord Megatron." He bowed slightly to Megatron to show his politeness towards him.

Megatron turned and walked out of the room, leaving Saphira alone with Knockout. She ran back into the house as she took deep breaths, trying to calm herself. She heard Knockout muttering something to himself, he was irritated that he had to babysit Saphira all day. She ran to the kitchen sink to splash water on her face and gulp what she could down. However, she still felt overwhelmed.

She felt her throat tightening and the sense of her lungs struggling to fill with air. She stumbled out of the house to the door. "You finally emerged! Thank Primus! You were taking…" Knockout stopped when he heard her struggled gasping for air and frowned. "What now?"

"I-I can't breath!" Saphira wheezed, pointing at her throat. "Oxygen mask!"

Knockout frowned slightly and grabbed Saphira, running out of the room back into the med bay. He placed her on the med berth and ran to check the equipment he has. He had done his research and had a lot of what was needed. Saphira worries that he didn't have an oxygen tank, and that made her panic even worse. Knockout smiled when he found the oxygen tank and ran back over to her. He placed the mask over her face, not as gently as Ratchet always was, and turned on the tank.

Saphira gasped as air finally rushed into her lungs and she took deep breaths. She was relieved and gave Knockout a thumbs up. "Thanks…I'll keep this on…while you, uh…do whatever you do."

Knockout huffed and scanned her body to see what exactly happened, and he picked us the stress and anxiety very quickly. He guessed that Megatron letting her know that he would be recharging in the same room her house was sent her into panic mode. He shrugged, knowing that it was under control for now.

"At least it's under control," Knockout said bluntly, stopping the scan and looking at her with a frown. "If I had it my way, I wouldn't have helped you. But Megatron would have my head…no, ruin my finish if I let you suffer." Saphira did not react as she took deep breaths, calming herself as best as she could. He exhaled and grabbed her again, and the tank. "I have work to do. You see, I am not just the medic, I am a scientist. I need to do work. So, try to keep your distractions to a minimum!"

Saphira just nodded, knowing that disturbing Knockout would only bring punishment to her. The con walked out of the med bay so he could head to his lab. Saphira felt much better with the mask on, though she didn't dare take it off just yet. Her body still felt as though it could have another panic attack again, so it kept the mask on to be safe.

Upon arriving in the lab, Saphira widened her eyes. It had several monitors, tables, angled berths and several shelves where items were kept. It wasn't big like Ratchet's lab, but it seemed more sophisticated. The tools she saw seemed to be a little different to what Ratchet has. She didn't know what they did though. She flinched as Knockout sat her on a table and turned to walk away to the monitor, typing and bringing up something on the monitor.

She looked at the monitor, it was a bunch of Cybertronian text that she did not understand, and however there was an image of some kind of weapon planogram. She didn't know what it would be for, other than it would be made to cause damage. She did wonder if there was a power source idea here that Ratchet thought of as well. She knew any kind of nice talk with Knockout could be met with silence, or told to shut up.

Still…Saphira didn't really know how long she would be here. She figured being friendly with the cons would benefit her at the very least. "Hey…uhh…it probably isn't worth much…but…what happened in Greece…um…" Knockout tensed a little turned to glare at her, narrowing his optics. "Aside from the scraplets and rod…I was kind of being genuine about your appearance. I only realized after that it didn't make me feel good doing what I did."

Knockout scoffed a little and turned back to the screen. "Let me guess, the high and mighty Optimus Prime told you so?" He mocked bluntly. "I don't buy your words at all. In fact, getting onto my good side is gone with you. So, don't even bother."

Saphira shrugged and rolled her eyes. "Fine…still, why a Maserati over a muscle car? Do you prefer sleek or bulky?" The con ignored her and he continued typing and she smiled a little. "Or…what about Lamborghinis? They're very streamlined cars, I think you would like them a lot."

The con didn't really understand why this human was talking to him. He already told her not to try get on his good side, and she continued. "I wouldn't want to inform Megatron that you're causing trouble."

"I'm just talking." Saphira shrugged a little, she took a deep breath and moved to lay on the table, staring at the ceiling. "I don't have much else to do. You might as well get used to it, Knockout. You can keep working on whatever it is you're doing and talk at the same time."

Knockout grumbled to himself for a moment before he spoke to her. "And yet, as far as I am concerned, you are causing trouble simply by talking to me! So, shut it! Don't talk to me unless you need something, human! You are not a guest, you're our hostage! You had better learn to recognize the difference!"

Saphira decided maybe it was best to stop talking, Knockout was getting annoyed and she didn't want to anger him any further. Still…despite what Knockout said, Megatron was sort of treating her as a guest. Even if he claimed it was to ensure she was not complaining, it was good he was ensuring she had what she needed. Saphira did wonder a few things before grimacing as she felt a headache again, and it throbbed painfully. She groaned a little and rubbed her forehead.

Her mind than thought about Optimus. She has not been able to focus much on her bond with him at the moment. Now, she had that chance. She took a deep breath and relaxed as best as she could, and she finally felt the bond after a few minutes. She felt his fear, anger and worry almost immediately. She smiled a little as she knew he was likely thinking of how to rescue her. However…she knew she had to let Optimus know that she was safe, and alert him to what Megatron planned for them. But…knowing she is safe would be what he wanted to know the most. Learning of Megatron's plan can come later, so Saphira decided to reach out to Optimus.

She glanced at Knockout, he was still working on something on the monitor and she closed her eyes, focusing very hard and ignoring the pain in her head as much as she could. She focused on the bond, she thought about it and felt the spark matter touching her mind as she focused. It took a little longer for her to connected with Optimus, but she managed to reach deep enough so she could communicate with him.

'Optimus. Optimus, can you hear me? I am not sure how well I can focus right now.'

Saphira waited patiently, hoping Optimus had heard her. It took a couple minutes before she heard his voice in her head. 'Saphira! You have no idea how relieved I am to hear your voice! Are you okay? I sense pain coming from you.' His voice through the bond was full of worry for her, and she sensed the love from him flowing through the bond.

'I am okay, Optimus. The decepticons have not hurt me…Megatron is…keeping me hostage to try and get to you.'

'That does not surprise me…but…Megatron likely would wait to do that. I imagine he is treating you well enough for a decepticon.' Optimus was frustrated and unsurprised at the same time, though there was a sense of relief through his voice as he spoke to her.

'Well enough…he's made it clear to the other decepticons that harming me will result in severe punishments. Still…I wish I wasn't here. I am not well, Optimus.' Saphira immediately sensed the worry again from Optimus as he listened to her. 'When the mine collapsed, something hit my head very hard. I have a concussion. Knockout is ensuring I rest…but…I wish I had Ratchet keeping an eye on me instead…'

'A concussion…I remember Ratchet telling us you might have that yesterday…' Optimus paused for a moment, Saphira guessed he was relaying what she was telling him to the other bots. 'I am sorry I was not there to protect you…seeing Megatron holding you and taking you away…my spark hurts, Saphira. It hurts for you. I miss you…but do not worry. We are making a plan to rescue you. You are on the warship right now, correct?'

Saphira felt warmth as she listened to Optimus speak to her. She knew he was not giving up on her. 'Yes. I am. Um…keep an eye out for decepticon activity. Megatron has both Breakdown and Soundwave getting stuff for me…probably going after trucks that are carrying food, clothes and stuff…'

She sensed surprise for a moment from Optimus before he realized. 'Megatron isn't foolish enough to allow you to starve…I wish alert Agent Fowler about this so we can survey the trucks in the world. Hopefully one will lead us to the decepticons, and they might just lead us to you.'

She felt hopeful about that, she really wanted to go back to the autobots. 'I hope that works. If not, I know you will figure something else out. I love you, Optimus. I wish I was cradled in your arms right now…when you rescue me…you must complete the bond with me, no question.'

'I agree. I no longer wish to wait until your birthday…I have been a fool to wait…I am sorry.'

'Don't be. We didn't know this would happen. I do hope that Miko and Arcee were not given a hard time…' Saphira did think that Miko was given a harsh talking to, especially from Optimus.

'Do not worry about Miko. She has no further need to be spoken to about that matter. She already blames herself, feeling it is her fault you were taken, yet Arcee was also partially responsible for allowing you and Jack to go into the mine, even while aided by her.'

Saphira didn't think anyone was at fault, but she didn't know what happened between the bots and children. She just hoped that Miko wasn't too upset. 'Pass on my message to them both. I am not angry at either one of them. I don't believe they are at fault, Optimus.'

'Still humble even after everything.' Optimus was slightly amused by her words, and yet they still managed to move his spark. 'Little moon, I will pass the message on. I have a message from Ratchet. He said that you must eat, drink and sleep well to recover from the concussion, and if the cons have managed to create painkillers for you, accept them.'

Saphira was unsurprised by the message. She missed Ratchet terribly as well. She could imagine him not recharging over this. 'Thanks, Optimus. I will heed his words. And I hope you both are getting enough recharge. At least…you can now, knowing I am as safe as I can be right now…'

'I will admit, we haven't had any recharge at all. But yes, knowing you are safe…is enough for me to want to recharge. I will do it for you. I do hope that Megatron isn't aware of our partial bond, otherwise I worry about what he would do to you. Soundwave cannot hearing our communication due to it being a bond, thankfully, so we don't need to worry about that.'

'He thinks we're not bonded. He's not wrong, he just doesn't know everything just yet…and it will stay that way…hopefully. Anyway, I'm actually laying on a table in Knockout's lab, he's been put in charge of watching me, so I have to be bored while I sit and be watched over. So I appreciate you helping me pass the time, Optimus.' Saphira sensed Optimus's amusement as he heard her tell him what is happening right now.

'I am pleased to be your time waster, Saphira,' Optimus responded, his voice sounded as though it purred, even through the bond. 'I can stay connected as long…'

'Wait…' Saphira interrupted, frowning as she heard a familiar voice entering the lab. 'Scrap…Starscream's just arrived in the room. I better stop before they get suspicious. I'll try and reach out later, Optimus. I love you.'

Saphira opened her eyes, severing the communication she had with Optimus and blinked as she saw Starscream looking at Knockout curiously. "I didn't cause her to not be able to breath, Starscream. I can assure you she did not do it on purpose." She quickly realized that Starscream had asked Knockout about the oxygen tank and mask. "My scans of her condition would have revealed otherwise."

Starscream looked at Saphira, narrowing his optics when he saw her eyes open. "Hmm…still…what would have triggered her to have this…panic attack. Is that the correct term?"

Knockout nodded. "It was triggered after Megatron told her that he would be sleeping in that room. I would say that is what triggered it."

"Ah…right…" Starscream stared at Saphira, his expression hard in thought while he glared at her. Saphira felt very uncomfortable under his gaze and she wanted to run, and hide away from him. "Why didn't you just allow her to stop breathing?"

"And have Megatron tear me apart worse than what he did to you?" Knockout bit back and huffed, shaking his head. "Absolutely not! I am not taking that chance, Starscream. Plus, Megatron himself wants to dish out the punishments for when she causes trouble."

Starscream rolled his optics. "Yes, our master seems to have said that. But what he doesn't know, won't hurt."

"Have you lost your processor, Starscream?!" Knockout hissed at him, punching his shoulder angrily, making the con back away in surprise. "Humans mark easier than we do. He will know if we touch that girl. I hate not being able to do anything either. But do you really want to be worse off than what he did to you before? I mean, really, he may very well ensure you can never fly again."

Starscream tensed and his optics widen at the very idea of that happening. "Ugh…y-y-you're right, Knockout. Perhaps I was being a little too forward…hmmm…" He glanced at Saphira and smirked at her. "We can think of something else."

Knockout rolled his optics. "You're interrupting my work anyway, Starscream. Do you mind?" He points to the door with his hand on his hip. "At least the girl had the right sense of shutting up and letting me work this whole time!"

Starscream shrugged slightly and turned to walk away. "Whatever. Just don't allow yourself to be swindled by the human's words. They are nothing but vermin, and she is no different."

Knockout glanced at Saphira and looked back at Starscream. "You are right. I wish I wasn't babysitting her. It's just so not fair!"

Starscream nodded in agreement. "I am glad I am not you. Megatron has me doing something…" He shrieked suddenly when the door opened, and he jumped back. "Airachnid! What are you doing here?"

Saphira immediately tensed and sat up when she heard Airachnid's name. She walked with a devious smirk on her face. "I am a scientist too, Starscream. My job is here, in this lab with Knockout. And, I am making sure you boys don't do anything stupid to our guest."

"She isn't our guest!" Knockout snapped with a shudder. "She's vermin!"

The spider-con hissed with a smirk as she approached the table. "You may want to rethink your thoughts. She is indeed our guest, and will remain our guest for a long time."

"What do you mean?!" Starscream stared at Airachnid in disbelief. "Megatron hasn't told us anything!"

"Not yet." Airachnid smirked at Saphira, her dark, purple optics narrow as she stared at her. "If I was still rouge, you would be a very interesting specimen to study, Saphira. I have an extra sense these boys do not have…even Megatron does not have it."

Saphira frowned at her, confused by what she meant. "Um…I have no idea what you're talking about."

"It would seem not." Airachnid turned to face Knockout, placing her hands on her hips. "I actually came here to take our guest to Megatron, as per request. But as she is wearing that oxygen mask, you will need to explain why. He will not be happy to see her wearing it."

Knockout blinked and shook his head, staring at her in disbelief. He grumbled before grabbing Saphira and the oxygen tank in an irritated way. "Fine…though it is not my fault that she needed to wear the mask and need oxygen."

"Tell that to Megatron, not me." Airachnid turned to walk out of the room. "Let's go, our master does not like to wait, and you know it."

Knockout did not say anything as he walked out of the lab. His face said it all. He was unhappy, very unhappy. Saphira was glad she managed to reach out to Optimus when she could. She saw Starscream was also unhappy, but also intrigued by why Megatron had requested Saphira to be brought to him. Yet…Saphira was confused by Airachnid's words. It was almost like she could see something they could not. And that frightened her. Airachnid was a terrifying decepticon, Saphira knew to never, ever try to double cross her. Especially as from what she's heard, she was a queen in giving out torture and death to those she despised.
