Hello dear readers!
It has been a very long time since I last updated, and I do apologize. The past few years have been a lot for me with some good things and bad things happening. I won't bore you with the details. I want to let everyone know that I am still working on this story, though very slowly. Between work and studying, I haven't had much time to focus on writing as much as I would like.
Despite the time that has gone by, I still very much want to continue writing A Lily in the Snow. The story and pairing still hold a special place in my heart. However, the process has been very difficult. After coming back to my original outline, I decided to scrap much of the things I had planned. I had a vague plot of loosely connected ideas that no longer feel like a good story. So, I am attempting to rewrite the chapters I have currently in my drafts, which will take longer for me to complete.
Posting new chapters will not be consistent. I currently have three chapters written as of now, which isn't much. I will post them when I feel they are done. The writing quality may have changed as I haven't written much besides a quick prompts for tumblr. Hopefully the writing is still up to your expectations.
Also, I plan to post this story on my ao3 account as I am trying to use that more with varying success. So if you happen to see it floating around that site, it was me and not someone copying my work.
I want to thank everyone for the comments and messages received through the years! I appreciate your enthusiasm for the story and staying with me despite the long hiatus. I'm excited to continue this journey together. Thank you!
