Hermione felt exhausted after telling everyone at least five times about how it felt to finally Ron. So she decided to take a shower. After saying good night to everyone including what she thought was a much loved kiss from Ron, she slowly ascended the stairs, got some Muggle pajamas from her room, and went into the bathroom. At first, she thought being alone would be scary, but then found out it was fine. After taking a shower successfully without falling over once, Hermione started getting dressed. When she tried to put on her t-shirt, a sharp pain came from her leg, and she fell over with a cry of pain. Ron heard the cry from his room and ran down the hallway into the bathroom. He found Hermione lying spread-eagled on the floor with one arm in her shirt sleeve and one arm out. Ron knelt down beside Hermione and helped her to her knees. He puts her arm in her shirt sleeve and lifts her up the rest of the way. Hermione was unstable on her wobbly knees, so she did the only thing she could think of: fall into Ron. He held her tightly to himself and stroked her hair lovingly, trying to calm her. Hermione then felt the same feeling of embarrassment that occurred every time she was in close proximity to Ron. She pushed off of him and tried to steady herself. The result was embarrassing. Not only did Hermione not steady herself, but she completely fell onto the floor. Ron tried to help her up, but she shooed him away. Hermione steadily got to her feet, then limped out of the bathroom into her room. She fell onto her bed and fell asleep immediately.
