They had fallen into a comfortable routine as everyone had told her they would. And now, a month later, after meeting her new nephew, Alex's new son Max, Olivia was on her way back to the house. It was the first time she'd left both girls alone with Elliot. Bernie had left two weeks ago but still came to help as often as she could. It wasn't that she didn't trust her husband with them, there was no one she trusted more, but she also knew wrangling a one-month-old and an almost two-year-old was gonna be a whole new animal, even for him.

As she pulled up to the house, she took a few moments to breathe and remind herself that if she walked in and the house was a mess, it would be okay. He had urged her to go out to meet Max, run some errands, grab a coffee and spend some time alone since she was usually cooped up in the house with the kids. Not that she didn't love every second, but it was nice to have a few moments to herself. Noah was still at school and since they'd made the move, he was thriving in this new environment.

All things considered, life was pretty damn good.

With a heavy but happy sigh, she climbed out of the car and walked up the path to the front door. Pushing it open, she stepped into the foyer and immediately was greeted by Ember. "Hey girlie. Where's your Dad?"

And then she noticed the music, the wheels on the bus coming from the speakers in the living room. That was Brooklyn's new favorite song and often insisted on it more often than not. Tiptoeing down the hall, she wanted to be a fly on the wall for a few moments to see what this afternoon had looked like without her. Peering around the corner, she saw her husband, all six feet of him, broad muscles and all, with Charlie strapped to the front of him while he danced and entertained Brooklyn now sitting on the couch.

"The wipers on the bus, go swish, swish, swish. Swish, swish, swish. Swish, swish, swish. The Wipers on the bus go swish, swish, swish, all through the town."

Olivia pressed two fingers to her lips, trying to keep the laugh in as she held out her phone, recording the scene in front of her. This was something she wanted to remember forever. When she'd met him, he'd been a bachelor. He had no responsibilities other than work. He was rugged, tough, strong, and manly. And he was still all those things.

But now, he was also a husband, a Father of three, and the best damn Dad she'd ever seen. She had no role model of her own to match him up to, but she didn't need one. This damn man was constantly reminding her how lucky she was.

As he continued to sing, Brooklyn squealed with delight, clapping her hands, and trying to mimic his movements. And as he went to turn around mid-singing, he caught his wife's eye and she bit her lip, "How long have you been standing there?"

She laughed and stopped recording on her phone, "Long enough."

He grimaced slightly and looked down at Charlie whose eyes had lit up at the sight of her Mother, "Well there goes my sex appeal."

"Oh now…" Olivia laughed and walked all the way up to him, leaning down to kiss Charlie's nose, "That's not true."

He stared at her and sighed, "I've got spit up and some unidentifiable substance all over me. And you just caught me singing a kid's song. That's not sexy."

She smirked and leaned up so she could whisper in her ear, "Newsflash, seeing you be the best damn Dad to our kids, is probably the sexiest thing you could do in front of me."

He leaned back, eyebrow raised, "Seriously?"

She gave him a wink and whispered, "Wait till the girls go down later, you'll see how serious I am."

He smiled, "Damn…"

Olivia laughed and leaned down to scoop up Brooklyn, "Hi baby. Did you have fun with Daddy?"

Brooklyn giggled, "Dadda silly."

Olivia smiled and kissed her cheek, "The silliest."

Charlie started to fuss and Olivia knew she probably needed to be fed, "I'm gonna bring this one up and change her, and then we can swap and I'll feed Charlie."

"Okay. Sounds like a plan."

He followed her up the stairs, Charlie still strapped to his front, "How are Alex and Max doing?"

"They're good. Max is adorable and Abby seems smitten, at least so far. Alex is a bit worried about when they get home...but I told her it will get easier."

Elliot smiled and bounced Charlie up and down a bit, "Her Mom is staying with her for a few weeks, right?"

"Yes. Matt has that training he's starting so he'll be super busy. She'll need the help."

Elliot leaned against the wall and looked over at her, "Well, they're a good team. They'll figure it out, just like we did."

Olivia smiled and picked up Brooklyn again, kissing her, "They will." Placing Brooklyn down she smiled, "Let me wash up then I'll take Charlie."

Elliot made funny faces at both girls making Brooklyn squeal with delight. Then he handed Charlie off to his wife and sat down on the floor with their oldest daughter. Ember wandered into the room and settled at his feet as he played with Brooklyn. Olivia settled into the rocking chair, now with Charlotte carved in next to Brooklyn's name, and began to feed her daughter. She sighed and adjusted her in her arms, "So things went well while I was gone then?"

Elliot was playing peek-a-boo with Brooklyn and smiled, "They ganged up on me with their cuteness. But yes, it went fine."

She laughed, "Well, that is probably going to happen forever, hon. Hate to break it to you."

Elliot chuckled and leaned forever to tickle Brooklyn, "Oh, trust me, I know. I'm in for it."

Olivia looked down at Charlie who looked so much like Brooklyn, except for one difference. Her striking blue eyes matched her Fathers. They were now peering up at her Mother curiously, her little hand pressing into Olivia's arms, "You are. But I'd say…we're pretty lucky."

Elliot watched her feeding their daughter, smiling down at her with pride and love. Brooklyn cuddled close and he sighed, feeling an immense amount of love coursing through him. "I'd say we're the luckiest."

Looking back up at him he winked and she smiled, "No regrets?"

He pressed a kiss to the top of Brooklyn's head and shook his head, "Not one. You?"

She shook her head and smiled, "Nope."

"Good." He lifted Brooklyn, tossing her slightly making her giggle, "Actually, maybe one."

Olivia looked back at him and frowned, "What?"

He smirked and put Brooklyn back down before standing up, "My regret is not finding a way to keep them little. And…not being around when Noah was this age. It's fun to watch them go through all the milestones."

Olivia smiled, "El…"

He shrugged and looked over at her, "Silly, I know."

"Not silly. I love that you love the kids so much. It would have been nice to have you there with Noah too…at least in the early years. But you came right when we needed you most I think."

He smiled softly and walked over to kiss her lips, "Speaking of Noah…I promised I'd pick him up today since I didn't have work."

She nodded and lifted Charlie who had finished feeding, draping her over her shoulder so she could burp her, "Okay."

"We still have plenty of leftovers from last night, that okay? Or do you want me to grab something else on the way?"

"No. That's fine with me. Easy. Did you get to throw that laundry in, or do you need me to do it?"

He checked his watch as he pet Ember, "I threw it in. Should be done soon to be switched over. I'm gonna take Ember for a walk quick, she didn't get her normal one this morning."

She stood up and smiled, "Okay, sounds good. I'll probably put them down soon."

He kissed her once more, than Charlie and bent down to tickle Brooklyn before walking out, "Love you!"

"Love too." She looked down at Charlie in her arms and then Brooklyn who waddled towards her, "We got ourselves a good one girls."

Brooklyn smiled and hugged her Mother's legs tightly and Olivia knew she agreed.

Thirty-minutes later, Elliot walked back into the house with Ember after they walked around the neighborhood. He was so happy with the move they'd made back to Brooklyn and he could tell that Ember loved it too. He walked up the front steps, hung up her leash, and checked around for his wife. Assuming she was either doing laundry or with the girls, he made sure Ember had enough water and then tossed her a treat before walking upstairs. He checked in on the girls and saw them both sleeping soundly and he smiled, before walking toward their bedroom. He found Olivia sitting on the bed folding laundry, "Hey."

She looked up and smiled, "Hey. Ember like the walk?"

He nodded, "She did. Especially the new German Shepards at the end of the block."

Olivia laughed, "Sounds about right." She tossed the socks in her hand onto the pile to her left.

"I'm gonna hop in the shower real quick." He said pulling his shirt over his head, "it was warmer than I thought it was out there."

Olivia peered over at him, his muscles rippling and she smiled, "Okay."

He looked over at her over his shoulder and smiled, "You checking me out Benson?"

She laughed and shrugged, "It's my right as your wife I think."

He walked over to her and bent down, "You can look all you want babe, for your eyes only."

She pulled him closer, "Glad to hear it. Now…once I lose the-"

"Don't even finish that sentence." He said with an eye-roll, "You're gorgeous Liv. Always. You don't need to lose anything other than those crazy thoughts of yours."

She smiled and pushed him back, "Go take your shower Mr…."

He gave her a wink and stepped back, shimmying out of his pants and walking towards the bedroom. She laughed and watched him go, finishing up the last few items of clothing in the basket. And then, she remembered how damn good he'd looked when she got home and the promise she had made. Placing the piles carefully in the basket, she tiptoed to the bathroom, quietly pushing open the door. The room was already filling with steam and she could just make out his silhouette through the curtain.

Even though she was self-conscious still, she stripped out of her clothes and climbed into the shower behind him. He was facing the shower head, head bent but she knew he sensed her. His body tensed slightly and he looked over his shoulder, "Can I help you?"

His voice had an edge of teasing in and she laughed, leaning forward she pressed a kiss between his shoulder blades, "No. But I can help you."

He groaned loudly when he felt her fingers drag down his back, clawing at his ass, "Olivia…that's not necessary."

"Hmm…" She sighed against his neck and moved up to bite down on his ear lobe, "Maybe not. But…what if I want to do it?"

Her hands slid around the front of him and he hissed when her left hand wrapped around the base of his cock, "Fuck…"

"I wasn't kidding. You thought it wasn't attractive seeing you with the girls today. But it makes you more attractive. Knowing how good you are a Father…it was one of the things that made me fall so damn hard for you. Seeing you with Noah. Makes me love you even more now. Want you even more."

He leaned back against her, not able to resist her touch, "Liv…"

"If you're looking for a specific term here…I think you are the definition of a DILF, babe."

He laughed and turned to look at her, cupping her face in his hands, "A DILF?"

She smirked, pressing up on her toes to kiss him, "A Dad I'd like to F-"

"I know what it means." He said with a laugh as he cut her off with another kiss, "You've been a MILF for years so…I know."

She laughed and nuzzled closer, wrapping her hand around him again, "You thought I was a MILF?"

"Obviously." He said with a laugh, "Although, one of the guys at work called you that once before we started dating and I didn't take it quite well."

She smirked, still working him up and down, feeling him grow harder by the second, "You, not taking that well? I can't imagine. You're not the jealous type."

"Definitely not." He said with a smirk, "Not me."

She leaned forward, sucking gently on his neck as she pushed him back against the wall, "But just so we're clear…I for one get very jealous. Very-" She bit down on his neck and he gasped, "Very jealous."

He sighed and let his head fall back against the wall, his eyes closing tight, "You, have absolutely nothing to worry about, Liv. The only woman I want is you."

She moved back up to his lips, pulling him in for a searing kiss as she quickened her movements with her hands. He groaned into her mouth, his hands wrapping in her now wet hair but she started to pull away, "Wait-"

She shook her head and smiled, tugging on his lower lip before kissing her way down his chest until she was kneeling on the tub floor. He stared down at her, as always in awe of how beautiful she was, and how she could possibly be his. He knew she felt self-conscious after giving birth this last time, but he meant what he had said. She was as gorgeous as ever, the only woman who could turn his head, the only woman he dreamed about and fantasized about.

As soon as her lips wrapped around the tip of him, he knew he wouldn't last long. Sex was obviously off the table, at least for a couple more weeks or until Olivia felt comfortable. And they'd been so busy that he hadn't had any release of his own since before Charlie was born. He'd never complain, but God it felt good to have her touch him this way, in any way. He held his breath for a moment, as she moved her mouth up and down over him, slowly at first. Then, she lifted her eyes to his, and he got lost in those brown eyes of hers. He knew she knew that when she looked at him while she was on her knees, pleasing him with only her mouth, it was his weakness.

She moaned around him, feeling his cock swell in her mouth. Her hand cupped his balls, squeezing gently and his hands tensed at his sides. He was holding back and she knew it, he didn't want to overstep. And even if she couldn't have him the way she wanted him, wanted him to enjoy himself. She reached up with one of her hands and placed it on her head, giving him a challenging look, smiling around the tip of him, "El…"

Her words were muffled and he beamed down at her proudly. "You're trying to kill me…"

She laughed, pulling back and blinking up as the water cascaded down on her, "No. I'm not."

He grunted his approval as she took him back in her mouth, his hips snapping forward just so, "Olivia…"

She laughed, and the vibrations made him shiver, his grip on her hair tightening and she pulled him farther in until he hit the back of her throat. Her cheeks hollowed slightly, increasing the pressure, his mouth hung open, his chin hitting his chest, feeling the pleasure building by the second. His back arched slightly, his muscles clenching and unclenching as he tried to breathe in and out. His head fell back with a thud again, "Liv…fuck…"

She didn't respond, only humming around him again, pulling him still deeper, gagging slightly as she moved. Wrapping one arm around his thigh, she locked him in place, knowing that with just a bit more pressure, he'd unravel and that was exactly what she wanted. "Baby…"

And once again, she looked up knowing that was what he needed. The final piece. It made her feel powerful and sexy, loved to know that what got him off the most was looking at her, her, and only her. She smiled around him, her eyes glowing up at him and he finally let go, his body leaning all the way into her touch, his release ripping through him, filling her mouth. But she didn't miss a beat, swallowing every last drop of him without flinching or batting an eyelash.

He growled, fell back slightly, slipping down the tile wall, "Jesus Christ…"

She laughed, pulling back, kissing her way up the length of him again, "Not good?"

He grunted, leaned down, and gripped her biceps, pulling her up and pressing her into the far wall, "You make me crazy Olivia, you know that?"

She smiled and leaned into his touch, aching for his touch but knowing it wasn't time yet. "I love you too Elliot."

He smiled and kissed her lips, her nose, and then her temple, "God I love you."

She smiled and pushed him back, "Now get out, I need a minute."

He sighed and looked down at her body, the water rolling over her curves, "Liv-"

"I'm fine." She smiled, "I'm good, I promise."

He frowned and kissed her again, "When you're cleared…"

She smirked and pushed him back even farther, "I know."

He heard one of the girls crying and he sighed, "I should…"

She kissed the corner of his mouth and smiled, "Go on…your other girls need you more."

He sighed and stepped out of the shower, reaching for a towel, "Just remember, you're always my number one girl. Always."

Walking under the heavy spray of the water, she sighed happily. He loved his daughters, which she would never doubt. But she knew, his love for her was different, stronger, and a bond that could never be broken. And God she loved him for it.

Later that night, Olivia walked into Noah's room after he finished getting ready for bed. He was working on some homework and she smiled, sitting down at the edge of his bed, "Hey babe."

Looking up, Noah smiled at her, "Did the girls finally go to sleep?"

She nodded and adjusted the blanket around him, "Charlie's still fighting it a bit, but Brooklyn's down. You need anything?"

Noah shook his head, "No, I'm good."

She smiled and settled in beside him, "What are you working on?"

He handed over his Math homework and sighed, "Fractions."

She made a sound in her throat and he laughed, "Gross."

"Yeah. Not my favorite either." He sighed and took the paper back before finishing the last problem, "All done for tonight though."

She smiled as she watched him close the book, and place it down on the bedside table. Then he lay down beside his Mother, face to face just like they'd done when he was a young boy when it was just the two of them. She smiled, leaned in, and took his hands, "How are you doing kiddo?"

He smiled at her, "I"m good Mom." She just stared at him and he laughed, "I swear, I'm good."

"You're still liking school? Your new friends?" Noah nodded, "And…things are okay with your sisters?"

Noah smiled, "They're a bit loud at times…" Olivia laughed, "But, they're pretty cute. So I think I'll keep them."

She laughed and brushed back his curls, "You're a hell of a kid, you know that?"

"Yeah well, I had a hell of a Mom." She gave him a look and he smirked, "You said it first, can't be mad at me."

She sighed and put her arm out for him to curl up against her, "Fine. You're right. Though…that's hard for me to admit."

He laughed and looked up at the ceiling of his room, "Mom…can I ask you something?"

"Course you can. You know you can ask me anything, Noah." She ran her fingers through his curls, "What's on your mind?" He was quiet for a moment, and she let him take the time to process what he was thinking, "Noah…"

Noah sighed and slowly sat up, before looking over at her, "Your…Dad." Olivia tensed slightly, "He…wasn't a good man."

Lifting herself up on her arm, she rested her elbow on the mattress and stared up at him. "Noah…"

"I just…I mean I don't need to know everything. I know what he did. But…you-you don't know anything else about him? Nothing at all?"

Olivia sighed and sat all the way up, "No. They…never caught him. And my Mom didn't know his name. So…I don't know anything about him. I'm sorry."

Noah shook his head, "Nothing to be sorry about…it's not your fault."

Olivia frowned and reached for his hand, "Why are you bringing it up?"

Noah sighed and pulled his legs up to his chest, "I just…I guess I've been thinking about it lately. About family? In my health class, they talked about like…DNA and similarities between family members? And it got me thinking…"

She frowned softly, looking down at her lap, "Ah…yes. I've…been there before."

"And I guess technically it's not just your Dad's DNA I was worrying about. It…was my…I mean it was Dean's too." He sighed, "I mean Dad is my Dad but…but…"

"I know." She smiled and sat up, pulling him closer, "Honey, I know. And it's okay to have all these questions. And you can tell me…whatever you're feeling. Or ask me any of your questions."

Noah chewed on his lip gently, "I guess…I just want to know if there is any part of me…that's like them. That's…" He sighed and shook his head, "I just…want to be a good person. I want…I'm afraid-"

"Noah…" Holding his face in her hands, she leaned in, "Honey, you are a good person. You have such a good heart. I've always known that. I have never worried about you…"

He sighed a few tears rolling down his cheeks, "Mom…"

She wiped at his tears and smiled, "Your Dad, and I mean your real and only Dad, once told me it's not all about DNA. And I always worried about it…with myself. But seeing you…watching you grow into the young man that you are becoming. And I know…that he was right. You, are not Dean. And you are not my Father. You are Noah Benson Stabler, my son. And one of the three greatest gifts this Universe has given me. The first in fact and I am so proud of you. And I will always be proud of you. Okay?"

Noah sighed and leaned into her, "I'm sorry…I just…I was worried."

"I know." She held him tight, "I know. And anytime you need or want to talk about this stuff…you come to me. And…Dad too." He nodded, "Think you'll be able to sleep now?"

Noah smiled and nodded slowly, "I think so. Thanks, Mom."

She gave him a wink, kissed his forehead, and climbed off the bed, "Love you, kid."

"Love you too, Mom."

As she opened the door again, Ember ran past her, launching herself on Noah's bed. She smiled, knowing that tonight he needed her more than the girls. She checked on Brooklyn in her nursery and then walked down to her room where Charlie still slept at night in her bassinet by their bed. Elliot was lying on the bed, watching the TV on mute, one hand gently rocking the bassinet beside him. She smiled, walked into the bathroom, and finished getting ready for bed. When she came out, she crawled up onto the bed, adjusted the monitor on the bedside table, and then lay down beside her husband.

Turning towards her, he smiled, "Noah, good?" She lay there, just staring at him, and he tilted his head to the side, "Liv?"

She smiled and reached for his hand, giving it a gentle squeeze, "You know when you're a kid…and you imagine your life when you're older? All the things you want…all the things you hope will happen?"

He frowned, dropping his hand from Charlie's side, "Sure…"

She adjusted her position on the bed, "What did you dream about? I mean what did you want in your life?"

Elliot smiled and shrugged, "Well…from about 9-14 I wanted to be Superman and marry Lois Lane. But the tights bunched in weird places and so I gave up on that."

She laughed, "You in tights…would be interesting." She smirked, "But I'd never allow you around other women. They'd see all the goods. My goods."

He smirked and scooted down on the bed to lay beside her, face to face, "Well, I didn't end up being Superman but I found my Lois Lane."

She smiled and bit down hard on her lip, "El…"

He smiled and curled her hair behind her ear, "Why are you asking?" She just stared at him and he frowned, "What'd you dream about Liv? What'd you imagine for your life?

She swallowed hard and scooted closer, slipping her leg between his, "I never imagined much. I'd lie there at night after my Mom finally passed out…and I wondered if I'd ever be happy. If I'd find a place…that felt like home. That felt safe."

He slid his arm under her, pulling her closer, "Liv…"

"But when I got older…I saw my friends falling in love and finding happiness with someone else. And I told myself I'd never have that. That I couldn't have that. So when you came into my life…I didn't know what the hell to do with you." She laughed softly, "So I pushed you away…or at least I tried. And you just kept holding on tighter. Even when I was a jerk and didn't deserve it."

"Hey…" He wiped at the tears in the corner of her eyes, "Liv…what's-"

She shook her head, snuggling in further to him, "And then I imagined…a life. A real life with you. And I wanted it. God, I wanted it…" Her voice cracked slightly, "And it scared the hell out of me. You scared the hell out of me. Sometimes you still do…because I'm afraid if I blink or someone pinches me I'll wake up and none of this will be real."

Reaching behind her, he gently pinched her ass making her laugh, "It's real Liv…"

She let out a shaky breath and leaned into him, "I know…it is. I know…and I'm rambling now. I know I am. So you can tell me to shut up at any point-"

"I would never tell you to shut up."

She smiled and rested her forehead against his, "I know. Which is another reason I'm so grateful I just…I think what I'm trying to say is that…when I let myself dream back then. Which wasn't often…I never could have dreamed of this. I didn't think it could be this…good." She closed her eyes and leaned into him, "And I'm exhausted, and burnt out and sometimes I wish I could sleep for days…" He laughed but she smiled and held on tighter, "But…there is nowhere I would rather be than right here with you. And I want you to know…that I could never in a million years have dreamed of a better life for me. A better man…and I'm so fucking thankful that you are the Father of my children. And I hope…that you never ever feel that I'm not grateful. Because I am, I'm so grateful for you. For this life. And I never, want to lose you."

He wrapped her in his arms and held tight, "This life, is the best life that I could ask for or dream of. I'm here. Beside you. And I will never, ever leave your side. I've always known you are grateful. I've never questioned that and I never will. And I want you…to have the life you want and dream of. So if there is anything you ever need or-"

"There is nothing more that I need than you, and our kids." She whispered, "So as long as you're here…I'm here."

He rolled her onto her back, touched the gold band on her finger, and smiled, "So you'd still say I do?"

"I'll always say I do."

He leaned down and kissed her hard, "I love you."

Rolling her onto her side, she squeezed him tight, "I love you too. Thanks for never giving up on me."

He kissed her neck and spooned in behind her, "You were worth the wait. Just like I always knew you would be."

She sighed and held his arm tight around her waist, knowing she was exactly where she was meant to be. And it was a pretty damn good place.

As it always did, time seemed to speed up and Olivia was on the verge of going back to work. She'd taken a bit more time off than the first time around, feeling both girls could benefit from it. But now, it was time to once again hand them off at daycare. She loved her job and she was excited to go back to it, but she loved spending time with her girls. On the morning of Mother's Day, Olivia woke up to the sound of little feet pitter-pattering in her room. She smiled, eyes still closed, and heard a little giggle from her almost 2-year-old daughter.

She waited until she heard the door creak open again and heard the whispered voices of her husband and son. Brooklyn was jumping up and down at this point but still, she lay there playing the game. A moment later, Noah lifted his sister up and Brooklyn crawled up towards her Mother, "Happy Momma!"

Olivia smiled and rolled to the side to see her daughter dressed in her favorite pink dress, two lopsided pigtails on her head, and that big old smile that made her heart ache. "Morning baby."

Noah laughed and said, "I think she means 'Happy Mother's Day'." He said as he handed her a vase of her favorite flowers.

"These are beautiful." Noah leaned forward to kiss her cheek, "Thank you, sweetie."

Elliot had Charlotte in his arms, bouncing her slightly before he leaned down, "Happy Mother's day, babe."

Olivia winked at him and touched Charlotte's cheek, "Thank you."

Brooklyn crawled further into her Mother's lap, "Momma! Momma!"

Olivia looked down at her and smiled, "Yes, Miss B?"

Her eyes sparkled and she pointed to her head, "Piggies!"

Olivia laughed and kissed her still chubby little cheek, "I see! Did Daddy do those?"

Elliot huffed, "Not well but she insisted so I did my best."

She sighed and adjusted the elastic in her hair, "I think you did great, hon. She looks adorable."

"Momma pretty." Brooklyn said, Olivia was about to respond and then realized her daughter was talking about the item in her hand her Father had slipped her, "Pretty."

Olivia gasped and held out her hand, taking the gold ring from her daughter's little fingers, "What in the world…"

Noah smiled and sat down beside her, "It has all three of our birthstones in it. Dad and I picked it out. Do you like it?"

"It's beautiful." She whispered, pulling him up against her side, "I absolutely love it."

Brooklyn reached for it again, wanting it on her own finger though it slipped right off and she pouted making her Father laugh, "Oh, she's gonna steal all your jewelry as she gets older I think."

Olivia laughed and picked Brooklyn up and held her over her head, blowing a raspberry on her belly, "Oh no she won't! Her Dad will just have to buy her her own."

Elliot snorted, "Ah, so you want to bankrupt me then?"

Olivia smirked and placed her down on her lap again, "Either that or her boyfriends can buy it all for her." He shot her a look and she smirked, "That's what I thought."

Noah laughed, "Dad will never let either of them date."

"He won't be able to stop them." Olivia said with a smile, "But, I'll run full background checks, and then he'll have to agree or he'll sleep on the couch for the rest of his life."

Elliot scoffed, "You wouldn't!"

"I would." She chuckled as she moved out of the bed, "And I know you well enough to know you won't try and see if I'm bluffing."

Elliot frowned as Noah laughed and ran out of the room after Ember, "All I'm trying to do is make sure my girls are safe."

"I know." She said with a smirk as she leaned up to kiss him, "And I'll keep them safe too but it's part of my job to make sure you don't go down the Crazy Dad path. You'll thank me one day."

He laughed and followed her with Charlotte, "Hm…okay. Fine. If you say so."

She walked down into the kitchen following her son and the dog, gasping at the full table spread, "Elliot…"

He leaned in and kissed her cheek, "Remember I'm a good husband."

She turned back to him, pressing her new ring to her heart and beaming at him, "You're the best husband."

"That's what I thought." He placed Charlotte down in her swing and led his wife towards the table, a stack of her favorite, french toast piled high just for her, "We got that bread you like from the bakery down the street too. Fresh this morning."

Olivia sighed and lifted the coffee cup to her lips, inhaling gently, "What did I do to deserve this?"

Bending down, he kissed the top of her head, squeezing her shoulders tight, "You exist. That's what you did."

She laughed and looked back at him over her shoulder, settling in at the table, thankful for these moments.

Later that night, Elliot had taken the whole family and Bernie out to dinner. And now they were back at the house, the kids were all asleep and Bernie, Olivia, and Elliot sat outside in their small backyard relaxing. Elliot had his arm around his wife, running his fingers up and down the length of her arm as his Mother told Olivia embarrassing stories about him as a kid.

Olivia was laughing, her head bent into the crook of his neck as she peered up at him, "You were a menace!"

He sighed and peered down at her, "I know. Our neighbor called me Dennis as in Dennis the Menace for years."

"Oh yes, Mr. Parker hated you! Must have been all those baseballs through his window." Bernie teased.

Elliot smirked, "A couple of those may have been on purpose."

"As I suspected." Bernie said with a laugh as she stood up, "And on that note…I think I'm going to head out. Let you two lovebirds spend some time together before Olivia goes back to work tomorrow."

Olivia smiled and stood up, hugging her Mother-In-Law, "Happy Mother's Day Bernie. Thanks for raising Elliot, even if he was a little hellion."

Bernie laughed and hugged her back, "He was worth it. Happy Mother's Day Olivia." She kissed her cheek, "Thanks for being such an amazing Mother to my three grandbabies."

Elliot stood up and pointed towards the door, "I'll walk you out, Mama." He turned back to his wife, "I'll be right back. Wine?"

She smiled and sat back down, pulling the little blanket up onto her lap, "Please."

He gave her a wink and then wrapped his arm around his Mother, escorting her back through the house. They gathered her things and then walked out to the street where she was parked. Elliot opened the door for her and leaned against the hood, "Let me know when you're home please."

Bernie chuckled and gave him a look, "Sure thing, Dad."

He laughed and leaned against the side of the car, "You're funny. Really funny."

Bernie took a deep breath and reached out to touch his arm, "Speaking of Dads…" He gave her a strange look and she sighed, "I…found somethings of your Father's and I wanted to know if you wanted them."

Elliot stood up a little straighter, "I guess it depends on what it is…"

Turning, she reached for a box in the passenger seat of the car and handed it to him, "Little odds and ends. Nothing I have use for." She paused and frowned, "I know…your relationship with your Father was never a great one. And if you want to toss it all, I won't be upset. I just thought I should ask you first…"

Elliot sighed and took the box, squeezing the sides, "I'll…go through it. Thanks, Mama."

Bernie looked up at him and smiled sadly, pressing her hand into his cheek, "Your Father, had his faults. Many of them in fact. But deep down…I know he did love you. He just didn't know how to show you."

Elliot leaned into her hand and smiled, "I know…"

She fidgeted nervously, "And Lord knows I made a million of my own mistakes. I mean it's a wonder you turned out as well as you did!"

"Mama." She froze and he smiled, "We all make mistakes. But you've been a hell of a Mother. And I'm proud to be your son." He leaned in, noticing the tears in her eyes, "I love you. Happy Mother's Day."

She pulled back and gave him a wink, "I love you too. Now, go back in there with your wife."

He laughed and stepped onto the sidewalk, waiting for her to drive off. He gave her a wave when she honked the horn, turned on his heel, and was about to walk up the front steps when he noticed a truck. The exact truck he'd been eying for a few months since Charlotte's birth. And on top of it, sat a big red bow. "Like it?"

Elliot turned to look at his wife, sitting on the top step, "Liv…what did you do?"

She laughed and walked down to meet him, "I couldn't wait until Father's Day…I'm not good at keeping secrets. And Noah would have spoiled it before then anyway."

He walked over to the big black truck and touched the hood, "How-what-"

She walked up behind him and rested her chin on his shoulder, "Fin's cousin owns a dealership. It's not…brand new. But new enough. Made sure it had all the bells and whistles you wanted and deserved. And…I hope you like it."

He turned to look at her, "Are you kidding? Liv…this is amazing. But it's Mother's Day! I shouldn't be getting presents."

"Well…" She smiled sheepishly, wrapping her arms around his waist, "I figured given what happened in the old one…you deserved a little recognition today too."

He laughed and wrapped his arms around her, kissing the top of her head, "You are unbelievable."

She beamed up at him, "In a good way?"

"Hmmm…" He bent and kissed her lips with his eyes wide open, "In the best way."

She looked at the truck and then at the house, "You can go for a ride if you want. I-"

"Nah." He shook his head, "It can wait. I want to spoil my wife a little more like she deserves. And given this surprise…she's really gonna get it tonight."

Olivia's eyes went wide and she laughed, stepping back, "Oh no."

He looked at the truck once more and cocked his head towards the stairs, "Go back out in the backyard."

She gasped, her eyes wide, "Elliot Stabler…"

He gave her a wink, "Go on…"

She bit her lip, wrinkled her nose, and turned to quickly run up the stairs and do as she was told. He turned, stared at the truck, and shook his head, once again in shock at how wonderful his wife was. Walking back up the steps, he locked the front door, went to the kitchen, and poured them both some wine before walking back outside. He checked the monitor to make sure the kids were okay, placed the wine down, and put his hand out, "C'mere."

Olivia smiled and stepped towards him again, settling into his embrace as soft music played from the speaker behind them. She rested her chin on his shoulder as he slow danced with her in his arms under the low-hanging full moon. His large hand pressed against her lower back, humming into the music in her ear. She smiled softly, leaning into him remembering how much he hated dancing and yet had taken lessons just for their wedding.

And now look at them, she sighed happily and he peered down at her, "What are you thinking about?"

"About how you took dancing lessons with Noah before the wedding."

He laughed and pressed his lips against her temple, "Ah the lengths I've gone to just to impress you."

She smirked and stared up at him, "Lord knows I didn't make it easy…"

He laughed and shook his head, "Maybe not in the beginning. But…it's all been worth it. We're here now aren't we?"

As she went to respond, he spun her carefully and dipped her low. She gasped and stared up at him, love radiating through her mind and body for him and only him, "We're here now…"

Gently, he lifted her back up and began to walk her back towards the outdoor seating. She gave him a curious look and he smirked, shaking his head letting her know he'd take it from here. She settled in against the cushions as he handed her her wine, kneeling before her. Swirling the wine around in her glass, she took a sip and then placed it on the arm of the chair, "Am I gonna get it now?"

He laughed and began to massage her calves gently, "Something like that…yes."

Resting her head back against the seat she sighed as his hands traveled up and under her sundress, "Hm…whatever does it entail?"

Leaning forward, he nipped at the inside of her knee and shrugged, "Really whatever you want it to mean. But…I have a few ideas." Lifting her left leg, he took her sandals off and placed her foot on the cushion, "You trust me?"

She moaned softly and nodded, "With my life."

The corners of his lips turned up in a mischievous little smile and reached for the hem of her panties, beginning to tug it down over her hips. After Charlotte, she'd felt even more self-conscious than after Brooklyn. But as far as he was concerned, he wanted her just as much as he had before, maybe even more. His hands moved back up along her smooth legs, but he kept his eyes trained on her face. He smiled when she bit her lip, her cheeks began to flush and her chest rose and fell, her eyes growing darker by the second as he slowly began to drive her over the edge.

Pushing himself up on his knees, he wrapped one hand around the back of her neck and kissed her, hard. She whimpered into his mouth, her body relaxing at his touch. And when he pulled back, he left his right hand, tracing her lower lip with his thumb, "Lick."

She shivered slightly and her lips parted, letting his fingers sink into her warm mouth. Her tongue swirled around them before he pulled back, kissed her again, and lowered his hand down between her legs and below her dress, caressing her slowly, gently with just the tip of his fingers. Her mouth fell open and slightly and her eyes began to flutter closed but he shook his head, "Nuh-uh. Keep your eyes open baby. Wanna watch you…"

She sighed pressing her neck into his hand, "Mmm…Elliot…"

He smiled, that smile he saved for her when it was just the two of them, wrapped up together in this intimate way, "Eyes. Open."

She was breathing heavily now, her eyes a deep chocolate brown, glossed over with arousal and pleasure. She knew better than to fight it, but it also turned her on like crazy when he insisted on watching her, wanting to see every emotion played out on her face. She felt herself getting wetter by the second as he teased her. He leaned forward again, tugging her on her lower lip with his teeth, "Good?" She nodded slowly and pushed her hips forward and he groaned, "Someone's eager…"

Her head fell back slightly and she sighed, leaning into him, "You could say that…"

He rolled the tip of his finger around her clit and she shivered, "What do you want Olivia?"

With a little glint in her eye, she started to push him back with her foot and he laughed, leaning back. Settling back on his heels, he bent forward and kissed her knee again before rolling her dress up her thighs. Still, he kept his eyes on her and she didn't shy away like she might have at one time. Hell, in the beginning, she hadn't even let him get this far, afraid of something so intimate. But as he kissed his way across her thighs, inching closer and closer to where she wanted him most.

His tongue slid between his lips, teasing her gently making her grip the edge of the bench. He moaned against her, sucking her clit in between his lips. "Elliot…"

Spreading her thighs wider, his fingers pressed into her thighs, opening her up to him. He moaned against her, sliding his tongue up and down the length of her, the tip of his nose pressing into her clit and she tensed slightly, "Want me to stop?"

She laughed and shook her head, "You're joking right?"

He chuckled, the low vibrations sending pleasure through every nerve ending in her body. She whimpered, placing her hand on top of his head, scratching at his short black hair. Her nails scratched at his scalp as he lifted his hand, adding his fingers back into the mix. His middle finger pressed up inside of her, his index finger soon following, curling up, making her hips lift up. She cried out into the night and he smiled against her, moving his lips and tongue faster to keep up with his fingers.

Pulling back, he took a breath, "You know there was a time when you didn't want me to do this…"

She laughed softly, "I was stupid. Really stupid."

"Not stupid." He kissed her clit again and she jumped making him smile, "Just poor taste in men. Before me of course…"

She moaned, smiling down at him, "Of course. But…I know you like knowing you're the only one that-" Her lips fell open in a round O and he began to work her over gain, "Shit…"

He smiled and went back to work, determined to get her off as always. His fingers pumped faster, deeper, making sure to watch her carefully. He knew the look in her eyes when she was close. He loved the way she let go, gave in, allowing herself to be free of all her inhibitions, giving in to her needs and desires. Her eyes glossed over, her skin turning that perfect shade of pink, the pleasure mounting, and then she called out to him, her pussy clenching down on his fingers.

He smiled and kept his mouth latched onto her, devouring all she had to offer. Her body went limp and he slowly began to kiss his way across her thighs, up her torso, chest, neck, cheeks, and then lips, "Elliot…"

Massaging the back of her neck he smiled and stood up before sitting down beside her, "Yes?"

She sighed and gripped his shirt, pulling him closer, "You're a hell of a man."

"And you're a hell of a woman." He smirked and kissed her again, "My woman."

She laughed as he pulled her against his side, wrapping his arm around her, both of them laying back, staring up at the city sky. Looking at her hand on his chest, the three birthstones of their children reflected in the moonlight and she smiled, "Thanks for a great day."

"Says the woman who surprised me with a truck." He tilted her head back and frowned, "Don't you dare get me anything for Father's Day or you're in trouble."

She laughed as he pulled her up and over his body, his hands resting on her lower back, "Tell your son that. He's already picked out three things he wants to get you."

He groaned and threaded his fingers in her hair, "Liv…"

She sighed and rested her hands on his cheek, "I go back to work tomorrow…"

He smiled sadly and tucked her hair behind her ear, "I know. You okay?"

She shrugged, pulling at a thread on his shirt, "I'm excited to go back to work. But…I hate having to hand over the girls. It was hard enough with just Brooklyn…now it's both of them."

"But they'll be together, and I'm right across the street. It will be okay."

"I know." She leaned down to kiss him, "Cap says the first week…he won't let me work all weekend. Which means I should have Friday night off and so do you."

He nodded slowly, "I do…"

"And your Mom agreed to watch the kids when I asked. So…wanna take me on a date?"

He laughed and kissed her again, "Hell yeah I do. Where do you want to go?"

"Heard there is a makeshift drive-in movie happening. Thought we could break in the new truck." She teased, swirling her fingers along his chest.

Elliot smiled and felt her beginning to pull away, "I love being married to you."

"I know. I'm a lot of fun." She said as she pulled her bra from under her dress and tossed it at him.

He growled, grabbing the garment and running off after her realizing he should be less surprised than he was. It should have been a day all about her, but once again she made it about them. He was one lucky man and he'd do everything to keep reminding her of that.
