Hey everyone! I completely failed on the two-week update. Late by a few days. Sorry everyone. Also for all the questions in the reviews. I do read them all and just realised that there is a reply button. Did not know that! I'm sorry if I appeared to be ignoring you all. I just did not see that there. I love reading all the reviews so please don't stop!
Yet I did go down a bit of a rabbit hole with one person PMing me non-stop so I'm going to answer the majority of reviews in the next few sentences. Almost everything asked has been planned out already or is an idea. Most of you are pretty spot on and are on the same wavelength as me. Having said that there are things going on in the background of the story that will not be revealed until later. I just don't want to spoil it yet. They are coming in the future chapters. Also for the animagus and familiar suggestions. I have thought about those. Harry will not be having an animagus form which will be explained why not, later on. As for the familiar. I am on the fence about a snake as with his parselmouth abilities I am going to have him have an affinity with Ophis later on when she is introduced so I hesitate on the snake familiar. If people have other suggestions, I am open to the idea. Also the show that Koneko and Harry are doing is not based on one single anime but more a nod to all the anime out there that gets one season and then nothing ever again. Even though we as fans want a second season but never get it.
This is obviously a Harry Potter and Highschool DxD Crossover story. I do not own the rights to Harry Potter nor Highschool DxD. I'm just having some fun playing in the Wizarding World and the DxD World. Please support creators by purchasing their work. Also, everyone depicted is of age. Cheers.

Chapter VII: Issei's New Life
Harry was annoyed. Rias had told him that Koneko was still doing a task for her and that she would be unable to assist him in their film contract. Harry could understand that Rias needed her for something, and he understood that there were other things that Rias had to do for her position as Heiress, but she would not tell him what it was about. He was worried about Koneko.
Harry had always been protective of his friends yet Koneko and him were more than that. At least to him they had passed the point of friends and while they weren't officially dating, they were experimenting and fooling around with one another. Harry would also be lying to himself if he said he wasn't attracted to her. He had always thought that Koneko was hot and as he spent more time with her, he liked her more and more.
Harry could also say that about both of his peerages. He had known them for about a year yet now they had a bond and were part of a family as both Rias and Sona said. The short time since he had become a devil, he had spent almost all his free time with them all. He had felt that his new friendship was just as strong as the ones he had with Ron and Hermione. He felt that they had all been friends for years. He shook his head and laughed to himself. Sirius had always told him he was quick to trust and would be quick to love too. Sirius had said his father was like that. Yet when the trust was broken, he was like Lily. Wrath and judgement would rain.
Harry again shook himself as he entered the club room. So far Sona had not sent him out on contracts as the planning of the festival was more important to her. He had set up the basics already. He thanked Sirius everyday for forcing him to learn occlumency, otherwise he would never be able to keep up with the workload. He had left his outline and first draft with Sona for approval.
He opened the club room door and was greeted with just Rias in the room. He was getting itchy. A feeling he was used to. Also a feeling he always dreaded. Whenever he had the feeling something bad was on the horizon.
"Hello Harry." Rias greeted with a smile.
"Hey, Rias." He greeted.
"Something the matter?"
"Just worried about Koneko." He said as he collapsed onto the sofa.
"I told you earlier not to worry." Rias said. "Koneko can look after herself."
"I know she can. I've seen how strong she is, and she's been a devil a lot longer than I have but… well I can't help but worry." He admitted.
"Oh? Why is that?" Rias asked.
"I have a bad feeling." Harry told her honestly. He turned to look at her and had a serious look on his face. "When I get this feeling I'm usually right."
Rias regarded him for a moment. She then snapped her fingers and a small bat appeared out of nowhere. "Watch over Koneko and report to me if anything, even small, happens."
The bat nodded them flew off out the window.
"Umm what the hell was that?" Harry asked.
"Oh that. She is my familiar. I haven't introduced you two yet." Rias said.
"You have a familiar?"
"Oh yes." Rias smiled at him. "All devils get a familiar. It's a right of passage for new devils. Don't worry you'll get one soon."
Harry smiled at her reassurance yet didn't want to burst her bubble that he already had one. He frowned internally. Sirius and Ddraig had told him to hide his identity as a wizard for the time being. Rias and Sona were honest with him, and he felt like he was betraying them while he withheld the information. Soon. He thought. Soon I'll tell them everything.
"Does that make you feel better?"
"Sorry?"
"Sending my familiar to watch over Koneko. Does that make you feel better?" Rias asked him.
"I guess."
"Harry." He turned to make eye contact.
"I take my role as king very seriously. You may all be members of my peerage, but you are my family also. I will do everything in my power to make sure my family is safe and looked after. I will also support them with my all."
Harry could see the honesty in her eyes. He nodded.
"Thank you for taking me seriously." He said. "I've had too many people dismiss my concerns in the past."
"Like I said family. And family trusts one another." She said.
Harry felt a knife twist in his gut. Very soon.
"I do have a question for you though." Rias said as she rested her elbows on her desk and laced her fingers together before placing her chin on top of them.
Crap! Does she know? He thought in a panic.
"What is your opinion of Issei Hyoudou?" Rias asked him.
"Huh?" That came out of the blue. Harry thought. "Is this because of the other day?"
"Oh I heard all about it. The girls of this school view you as a hero for allowing them to beat the snot out of the perverted trio. Sona was not happy though."
"I know but I like I told her I did not witness the beating after the initial incident." Harry said with a smirk.
Rias smirked back at him. "You definitely were meant to be a devil, Harry."
"I'll take that as a compliment."
"Oh it was meant as one. After all I was born a devil."
"True. I forget that sometimes."
"Your secret will be safe with me. I won't tell Sona." Rias said.
"I implied to the club to give them some punishment as well as maybe threaten to expel them if they did it again." Harry told her.
"Expel?" Rias seemed surprised.
"Yeah?" It was Harry's turn to be confused.
"To violate a person's privacy like that. Then to get away with a slap on the wrist. No." Harry said. "The whole time I have been here those three have been getting away with murder. Time to stop them permanently."
"So harsh?"
"This may not be an issue to you but to other girls that go to school here and are objectified and disrespected like that. It can leave a scar. A scar that can affect them later in life. Mental health is a very real issue." Harry explained.
Rias looked thoughtful. Harry allowed her to think about it before she nodded.
"I had not thought of it that way before." Rias said. "As a born devil my opinions are slightly… different. I'm proud of my looks. And I was raised to not be ashamed of it nor was I to be embarrassed with my appearance." Rias then added as an after thought. "I also can erase a human's memories if I really don't want to be exposed like that. I guess that has always been in the back of my mind as a safety net."
"If all girls could do that then maybe they wouldn't be too bad. Yet I think the school needs to act strictly with those three."
"I will speak to Sona about that as well as the dean." Rias said as she looked more thoughtful of the topic.
"You have been raised very well, Harry."
"Not really." Harry admitted. "I was forced to grow up around some of the most disgusting examples of humanity. It puts the world into perspective."
"Hmm." Rias rubbed her chin. "With your unique view do you believe in second chances or redemption?"
"Depends on the individual and what they had done." Harry answered.
"A mass murderer? Nope!" Harry said. "A pickpocket? Probably."
"How about the trio?" Rias asked.
"Individually?" Harry asked.
"Yes, Motohama, Matsuda and Hyoudou. Which one of ones deserve redemption? Or not?"
It was Harry's turn to think, and he took a moment. He wanted to say none, but he thought back on the incidents that he had witnessed and heard about.
"Matsuda I would say no. He was the one to start escalating by taking pictures instead of just peeping." Harry said. "That makes me worried that he could escalate more. The next could be touching or assault."
Rias nodded at him to continue.
"Motohama I'm on the fence about. He never took pictures, but he was fine with accepting them from Matsuda. He seems easily swayed with peer pressure. He clams up round girls which I think is why he is a pervert. He is too shy and nervous to do anything around girls in general so if he worked at it, he might be redeemable."
"Hyoudou at least seems the most respectful if you can call a pervert respectful." Harry said. "He knows the line and usually sticks with content that is already available. Like the internet or porn mags. He seems to get more roped in with the others then he actually peeps. Like the other day he didn't actually sneak a peek. He was there but never saw anything. In my opinion he can be redeemed if he chooses to be."
Rias nodded her head. "All sound reasoning. I have come to the same conclusions. I don't have a strong opinion on their perverted antics, yet I do care about responsibility as well as appearances."
Harry raised an eyebrow at the last part.
Rias shrugged. "I was raised with the politics of the devil houses after all."
"Unfortunately I know what that is like." Harry reluctantly agreed.
-Line Break-
Harry got an emergency summon to the club while he slept. The demonic magic was enough to wake him up and had a short message from Rias enter his mind. He swore and teleported to the old school building. He hated that his gut had told him something bad was coming.
He arrived in the red light of the Gremory family circle. He stood ready and ridged. His body was wound tight and ready for action. He found Koneko, Rias, Akeno and Kiba already there and standing in a half circle around the couches. They turned to see him appear.
"What's wrong?" He asked.
"Relax." Rias said as she noticed his tense state. "Everything is ok. The danger has somewhat passed."
"Somewhat?" Harry then joined the group and looked down to see a body on laying on the couch. His eyes found the face.
"Issei Hyoudou?" Harry said in surprise. Not just that but his senses focused on the boy, and he could tell that he was now a devil. Before anyone could say anything, he whirled on Rias. "Is this why you asked me about him?"
Rias sensed that lying to Harry at that moment would not go over well.
"Yes."
Harry just sighed and ran a hand down his face. "Why him?"
"I have been able to get a small read of his potential." Rias told him.
"What potential?" Harry asked her flatly.
"He took my last four pawns, Harry." Rias said. "That means there is power within him."
"So you choose him for his power?" Harry held back his anger. It was the main reason he had refused her offer before. He did not want to be a weapon, nor did he want anyone else to be one.
"I had planned to approach him like I did you. He was free to decline as you had done." Rias defended herself. "Yet I wasn't the only one to sense his power."
"What are you talking about?"
"Fallen ones." Koneko said from beside him.
"Yes." Rias said. "I suspect the same group that attacked you had discovered Issei-san and were targeting him."
It clicked in Harry's mind. "Koneko."
The girl turned to him, but Rias nodded.
"Yes, I had her keep an eye on the boy when we found out about the Fallen near him." Rias explained.
"So what happened?" Harry asked.
"You're hunch was correct, unfortunately." Rias said. She sighed and then side hugged Koneko with one arm. "The Fallen found out that Koneko was there. My familiar immediately contacted me. Akeno and I arrived right away to insure Koneko was safe, yet she handled herself fine. It was Issei that wasn't."
"They killed him?"
"He was on the verge of death. Not unlike you." Rias said. "But unlike you he couldn't defend himself."
Rias then pointed to the hole in the boy's shirt and the still wet blood soaked into his shirt.
"Also unlike you he didn't handle his death well." Akeno said.
"Yeah, he went a little off the deep end." Kiba said and rubbed his cheek that had a slight bruise.
"You where there too?" Harry asked him.
"Nah. I just woke up and arrived a minute or two ahead of you." Kiba explained. "Issei here was rampaging, and I may have used some force to stop him."
Harry nodded.
"It sometimes happens with new devils." Akeno explained. "The trauma puts their flight and fight instincts to maximum."
"So when he woke up, he lost it. I understand. Hence the emergency call?"
"Exactly." Rias said. "Though Kiba was able to act quicker and safer than us to subdue him."
"In the future I also have a way to do that if needed." Harry told them.
"Noted."
"So what happens now?" Harry asked. "I assume he'll freak out again if we just wake him up."
"Yes." Rias said. "I do have a plan though. It is a bit risky though but probably the safest at the moment."
"And that would be?" Harry asked.
"You're not going to like it." Said Kiba. Harry turned to him curiously. "I don't like it and judging from what I know of you. Neither will you."
"That's… a fair assessment." Harry said. He turned to Rias.
"I did consult with my father on this as well." She defended. "This was partly his suggestion."
After her explanation Harry just stared at her like she was insane. "Are you insane?"
"Told you." Kiba said.
"You're going to let him think it was a dream to get his mind to calm down? I'm no psychologist but that could have major PTSD outcomes."
"We will tell him it was real but it's just so his brain can process it without him trying to kill us." Rias explained.
"There is also another issue too." Akeno said.
"It gets worse?"
"The fallen took him on a date." She said.
"Wh-what!?"
"It's true." Koneko said and she explained. The fallen angel, who called herself Yuma, approached Issei a few days ago and pretended to be a high school student from another school. She then asked him out and they went on the date. Rias interjected that it was probably done so the fallen could assess if he did have any power and what it could be. Koneko explained that she had been watching him for a few days and she watched the date till they got to the fountain in the park. That was when the fallen revealed herself and then some exorcists had attacked Koneko. Rias and Akeno arrived to help clean up the bad guys but by then they had already attacked Issei and left him for dead. Rias used her pawns to reincarnate him, and they moved him here after cleaning up the scene. When he was fully healed, they tried to wake him up and he knows how well that went.
"You do know that if Issei is seen by them, they are just going to attack him again, right?" Harry said. "He also won't know how to defend himself."
"This is the other part you won't like." Kiba said.
Harry groaned.
"Sona and I have agreed to this plan with consent form her sister, Lady Leviathan." Rias told them. "We know that the fallen will attack him again."
"Bait." Harry said before Rias could explain.
"Yes."
"This is a bad idea."
"It's risky." Rias said. "I know but it's riskier for us to allow Fallen Angels and stray exorcists from roaming the town and attacking any of us when our guard is down."
"That's not even taking into account that no fallen should be in mine and Sona's territory." Rias growled out.
Harry was surprised by the venom in her words.
"Lady Leviathan reached an accord with the leaders of the fallen angels and the Vatican to leave Kuoh Town alone. It was agreed that the town was under control by devils, and it would be safe guarded from interference from the church and the fallen." Akeno explained to Harry.
"So they broke the agreement?" He asked.
"Or they are rogue agents." Akeno said.
"Which are worse." Koneko added.
"That is what everyone suspects right?" Harry asked.
"Yes." Rias answered. "Even Lady Leviathan who is in charge of diplomatic affairs. She has given Sona and I permission to annihilate them if we feel threatened."
"So Issei is the bait for us to, a) justify protecting ourselves, and b) securing your hold on the territory." Harry summed up.
"More or less." Rias agreed.
"So are we going to be watching Issei closely then?"
"Yes. At least two of us now. As well as all of us being on alert." Rias said. "Sona has also informed her peerage on what is going on. Yet she will let us take point on the matter."
"Sounds good." Harry said. "Needless to say I'll be hanging with you guys until this is over. I can't stand sitting still."
Kiba laughed. "You and me both."
-Line Break-
Harry stood on the top floor of the main school building overlooking the lobby. He leaned on the railing with his forearms. Beside him stood Sona and Tsubaki. The three was lightly discussing the details of his festival proposal.
"I'm pleasantly surprised by your initial planning of the festival, Harry." Sona told him. "And getting it done so quickly too."
"I'm full of surprises." Harry chuckled nervously, as he had made use of his occlumency and magic to complete the assignment in record time.
"It is well thought out to allow everyone a fair shot at winning. I greatly liked the fact you included chess as a sporting competition and that you would pit the jock like clubs to compete in that first. While the less physically inclined clubs like the art and chess clubs to play baseball." Sona said with a pleased smirk. "The fact that you force them out of their element right at the start is a great way to kick things off. It will make the outcome fairer."
"That was my intention." Harry admitted. "I also want to add a prize incentive to the top three teams as well to deter cheating."
"Oh? You didn't have that on the proposal." Sona said.
"Yeah, I thought of it this morning." Harry said. "I wanted to run it by you first before putting it in the record in case rumours spread."
"Now you have peaked my interest."
"Its nothing major." Harry warned her.
"Well go on. Tsubaki, could you take down a note for this, please?" Sona asked.
"Of course." Tsubaki said as she pulled out a note pad and pen.
"I overheard a couple of students complaining about the deep clean of the club before the summer break." Harry explained. "I thought that the top three teams would be excluded from having to clean and if any team was caught cheating, then they would be forced to clean the winning teams club room as well as their own."
"Interesting." Sona said. The bespectacled girl raised her hand to her chin in thought. "It would motivate them and also discourage cheating if not stop it. I like it."
"I thought you might. If there are no cheating, then I will take responsibility in getting the winners' cleaning taken care of." Harry said.
"The start of the festival would be round robin play and then the best scoring would move onto the next round?" Sona asked for clarification.
"Yes, I think it is the easiest way to do it." Harry said. "The next round would be random draw from the winners. Then they would eliminate each other as they compete. To make that fair then everyone would need to play the same sport each of the remaining rounds."
"I saw that part as well." Sona said. "You are very keen to keep everything fair."
"Obviously," Harry said, "otherwise the festival would not go over well."
As Harry finished, he spotted the person he wanted to see the most. Issei was leaving. Making his way through the lobby and Harry followed him.
"I take it Rias has explained the full plan to you?" Sona asked.
"More or less." Harry muttered. "I still don't like leaving him in the dark nor using him like this."
"Yet you understand why?"
Harry let out a long sigh. "I do though I had hoped to never have to use people like this. I've been the bait before and learned about it afterwards. Its not fun."
Sona looked at him curiously and waited for Harry to elaborate yet he remained silent she let it go for the moment.
Issei left through the main entrance and Harry felt Koneko and Kiba moving to follow him at a distance.
-Line Break-
Harry got swapped out with Koneko as she went to get something to eat, and it was Kiba and him for the time being. Issei was in Matsuda's house with Motohama as well. Kiba and him could hear the squealing of the boys inside.
Harry shuttered at the sound. "Only five-year-old girls should sound like that."
Kiba chuckled. "Look on the positive."
"What positive?" Harry asked.
"At least we can't see what's happening inside." Kiba said.
Green tinted Harry's face at the horrifying thought.
"Urgh!" Harry gagged.
"You, ok?" Kiba asked in concern.
"Yeah, just… eww."
Kiba just laughed. Then he stopped and tapped Harry's shoulder. The other boy looked up to see that Issei had exited the house and did not look good. The other two were still in there and from the noises they sounded like they were enjoying themselves. Harry shuddered again.
Issei on the other hand looked lost in thought. He had a nervous and worried look on his face. He kept looking around and then jumped when a mom and her son exited the corner store three blocks away. Then he took off in a sprint.
"Did he spot us?" Kiba asked.
"I don't think so." Harry said as they both took off after him.
They were confused as they followed Issei. He was running in the opposite direction of his home. He was running in random directions and finally he stopped to catch his breath.
"He's here?" Kiba asked in surprise.
"Maybe a subconscious choice?" Harry suggested.
"Whatever it is I'm contacting, Rias." Kiba said.
"Good idea because we are about to have company." Harry said as he looked to the sky and black feathers were falling.
"Great." Kiba said.
-Line Break-
"Hello, little boy."
Issei whirled around to see a woman in a purple business suit.
Whoa she looks hot. Issei thought right away.
"Who do you belong to?" She asked as her heels clacked against the concert path.
"Uuuuh…"
"No answer and no summoning circle?" She stopped about ten yards away from him. "You must be a stray."
"Stray?" Issei muttered.
"Well if that's the case then no one will complain if I destroy you." The woman spoke more to herself them anyone else.
Destroy me! Issei thought and went to back up as a chill ran down his spin. As he stepped back, he found himself on the other side of the fountain. The same fountain where Yuma had killed him in his dream. Whoa! I only meant to step back. Not jump!
"Don't bother running scum!" The woman yelled and summoned a spear of light with a purple tint.
"Oh shit!" Issei yelled and turned to run.
-Line Break-
"Fuck! The bitch put up a barrier." Kiba said.
"Stand back." Harry said as he pressed his hand against the magical ward. Harry concentrated for a moment to find the ward's anchor before flooding it with his magic and shattering it. The barrier burst apart like a mirror shattering yet the shards disappeared before hitting the ground.
"Let's go!" Harry yelled.
-Line Break-
Fuck! Issei screamed in his head as his stomach was pierced by the spear. He would have screamed out loud is he hadn't coughed up blood. Damnit!
"Pathetic." The woman said. "Lower beings are just as disgusting as a bug. Still I will acknowledge that you are more powerful than the others of your kind. Usually only one of my spears of light would have killed you immediately."
Issei collapsed and coughed up more blood. The Fallen Angel summoned another light spear.
"Don't worry this one will put you out of your misery."
"Don't count on it, Bitch!"
A fist slammed into the Fallen's face. Harry had on his Boosted Gear Gauntlet and connected his left hook with her jaw. She was sent flying into a nearby tree with a dust cloud being kicked up on impact and blocking her from view. Harry stood in between the fallen and Issei.
"He, ok?" Harry asked.
"He won't die." Kiba said as he knelt examining the boy.
"Good."
"Har-ry… Ki-ba…" Issei wheezed.
"Its ok, Issei." Kiba said. "You'll be ok."
A spear of light was hurled at them from the dust cloud. Harry dodged and Kiba deflected it.
"HOW DARE YOU!" The fallen screamed. Her black wings were out, and she lunged at Harry and Kiba. Another light spear in her hands. Harry deflected this time and Kiba slashed at her. She tried to dodge yet Kiba had clipped her on the shoulder. She howled and took to the air.
"You'll all turn to ASH!" She screamed and summoned a spear of light bigger than her body and threw it down at them. Harry readied himself only for a monstrous shriek that roared behind them and a black and red spell slammed into the spear, destroying it on contact.
"That's enough I think." Rias spoke.
"Who the hell are you?" The fallen said.
"I am Rias Gremory, of the House of Gremory and you miss fallen angel are attacking my servants." She said.
"Gremory? THE House of Gremory?" The fallen asked.
"The one and the same."
"Huh. I apologise for creating a scene. Though you really should look after your servants better." The fallen said with arrogance.
"And you should pay attention to whose territory you are in." Rias said with a glare.
"My name is Kalawarna and you should pray that we never meet again." She then took off in a burst of feathers.
"You're letting her go?" Harry asked.
"For now." Rias said. "Sona is tracking her."
"Ah!"
"Anyways we need to help Issei." Rias said as she used magic to lift him off the ground. "I'll look after him. You two go and get some rest."
"I'll see you tomorrow then." Kiba said as he took off.
"You sure you're, ok?" Harry asked Rias.
"Don't you worry sweetie." Akeno said as she walked over to them with Koneko. "I'll help Rias."
As she said that she summoned a magic circle around them and disappeared leaving Harry and Koneko.
"So I guess that is that?" Harry asked.
"For now." Koneko said and then her stomach growled.
"I thought you went to get food?"
"I did but Rias called on me when I was in the middle of ordering." Koneko pouted.
"Do you want to come over and I'll make you something?" Harry offered.
"You cook?" Koneko looked surprise.
"Yeah? I live by myself. Of course I can cook"
"Ok." Koneko smiled then grabbed his hand and they headed to his place.
-Line Break-
Harry moaned as his hands roamed further south and squeezed at its target that he desired. A slight and arousing squeak answered him against his neck. Then he got a nip for his adventurousness.
"Play nice." Koneko told him as she resumed trying to give him a hickey. Harry smirked and then moaned again as Koneko licked his neck. His hands squeezed her delicious tush again and she moaned. She then ground her hips against him again and there was no mistaking what the hardness that she felt flexing under her.
They both groaned at her actions. Koneko arched her back as she lost herself in the sensations. Harry ceased the chance to lower his head and capture her lips in a heated kiss. They both moaned into each others mouth as Koneko pushed down harder and sped up her grinding. Harry broke the kiss to gasp air and Koneko wrapped her fingers through his hair and pulled him back down. Koneko then slid her tongue against his lips and Harry was surprised to find her taking the initiative. Harry opened his mouth and allowed her access. Her tongue darted in and latched onto his own tongue. Harry wasn't going to let her have all the fun and used his tongue to push back against hers. As their tongues continued to duel Koneko had not let up on her grinding. Harry grabbed her hips and started to thrust up against her. Koneko gasped and Harry slipped his tongue further into her mouth.
They broke apart as air became an issue. As they broke apart saliva connected them for a second before breaking. Koneko then pushed off Harry creating space between them.
"Was that too much?" Harry asked her worriedly.
She shook her head. "No."
"What's wrong then?" Harry asked.
"Have you read ahead in the script?" she asked.
"To the part I'm assuming you're implying?" he asked with a blush.
"Yes." Koneko said slightly timidly.
"I have."
"You know that we will need to be comfortable with each other to do that scene." Koneko told him.
"Yeah, that's why I thought we did some of this." Harry pointed to him and her then gave her a quick kiss. Koneko smiled at him afterwards.
"Somewhat." She said. "And the shooting is getting closer to that part."
"It is."
"I think that we should start to move beyond just kissing." Koneko said with a heavy blush.
Harry's face burned brightly, and he fidgeted. "A-are you sure?"
Koneko stood up and then reached down to his belt.

Harry yawned at school the next morning. After Koneko had teleport away, he had gone straight to bed. He had been bagged. As he walked in, he was surprised to hear all the students freaking out. He looked around to see Rias walking through the main gate with Issei on her left and slightly behind her. He blinked and then remembered that Rias had told him that she would look after him.
Issei looked completely fine. With the exception of his face. His expression seemed torn between perverted glee to be so close to Rias, his eyes kept darting to her chest, and annoyance at all the negative comments flung his way from the gathered students.
Harry himself was surprised that Rias had chosen to enter school with Issei in tow. Yet Harry thought it was better to get it out of the way quickly like a band aid. He was now a member of her peerage and would be an official member of the Occult Research Club to help hide the fact he was a devil.
Harry watched as Rias dumped him in the lobby and his friends had punched him and started their interrogation.
Harry chose this moment to catch up to Rias.
"Morning, Rias." Harry greeted her as he walked on her right side.
"Good morning, Harry." She replied with a smile.
"Quite the entrance." He stated.
"Only because of the other students."
She had him there. If this was a normal high school, then no one would have paid them any attention, yet this was Kuoh Academy. The place was unique.
"Does he know?" Harry asked.
"Only about me." Rias said quietly. "And only a little about what happened."
Harry nodded.
"He will meet us in the club room after school." She said. "We will explain everything to him there."
"Good. I'll have to let Sona know and then I'll be there." Harry said just before the first bell rang and he waved goodbye and headed to his first class of the day.
-Line Break-
Harry entered the club room immediately after class. He found Koneko the only other person in the room. She was seated on the left couch and snacking on some chocolate. Harry knew how much the girl loved her sweets.
"Hey, Koneko." He greeted and sat down beside her.
She seemed slightly surprised that he sat next to her. Usually he sat on the other couch and across from her.
"Hey."
"You sleep well?" He asked with a slightly teasing smile.
She blushed and smacked his arm. "Not enough sleep." She admitted.
"It was worth the missing hours, right?" He teased.
She blushed but got a goofy grin. "Definitely."
Harry grabbed her hand that was resting on the couch. Again she was surprised at his actions. Harry just did what he felt was right. Ever since he became a devil, he felt more confident and more inclined to do what he wanted. He felt like he was reborn, and in a way he literally was. Yet the feeling was more about living his life to the fullest. He had experienced a bit of this freedom when he had left Britain with Sirius but now it was ten times stronger, and he didn't feel guilty in living the life he wanted. So he had seen Koneko's hand and had wanted to hold it. To feel close to her. So he grabbed her hand.
"The others could walk in at any moment." She warned.
"I know." Harry said.
Koneko studied him for a moment. They had crossed a line. A line in a new direction for both of them as well as a change in their relationship. They were peerage members, then they had become friends, yet they were not boyfriend and girlfriend. They were somewhere in between. Yet as they floated in this unknown position, they both felt comfortable in it. At least for the time being.
Koneko glanced at the doors. She then glanced back at Harry before leaning in and kissing him. They shared a gentle kiss. Both felt that their lips were slightly tender and sore from the night before. Still they both enjoyed the light kissing they did as they shared a quiet moment alone. They broke away as the door opened and Rias entered with Akeno.
"You're both already here?" Rias said.
Koneko nodded and went back to eating her chocolate with a slight blush on her face. Rias and Akeno both noticed that Harry was beside her and made a mental note to bug the younger girl about her crush on their classmate.
Koneko was only one grade below them. She was in the same grade as Issei and Kiba where as Rias, Akeno and Harry were a year ahead of them. Rias, Akeno, and Harry also had another year of school on top of the current year. So their group would be together at the high school for a while longer. Rias also faced pressure to form a complete peerage. Sona had a lead on her with this. Harry also felt weird that he was a member of both peerages. He was spending so much time lately with just the Gremory one that he felt more like an outsider with the Sitri group.
He knew that Sona had told him to help Rias out with the current situation as Rias had only four members at the moment. Now with Issei joining maybe that would change.
Harry was lost in his thoughts until he sensed more than heard Koneko pout. He looked at her and then across the room. Rias stood behind other couch and was in the process of stripping.
"What the hell?" Harry said in utter confusion. He turned to Koneko. "Did I zone out and miss something?"
"No nothing important, Harry." Rias said. She was just in her underwear and Harry had a hard time looking away. "I just need a shower after spending the night with Issei."
"What!?" Harry choked out.
"Ufufufu." Akeno giggled. "Looks like someone is jealous that it wasn't him."
"I-I-I- What?" Harry was so confused as to what was happening. He turned to Koneko. The girl was glaring at him and pinched his arm.
"Don't tease him like that Akeno." Rias said as she unclasped her bra. Harry's eyes widened and he quickly looked at the floor. He sensed Koneko lessening her glare as he looked away from the almost naked red head. The glare then returned to full force, but Harry sensed it wasn't directed at him this time.
"Don't worry, Harry." Rias said. Her voice was very close. "You can look."
Harry felt a delicate hand lift his chin and he was staring into Rias's blue-green eyes. "You can look all you want."
Harry immediately snapped his eyes closed before they betrayed him and looked down at her body. He heard a slight growl from Koneko yet again it seemed to be directed away from him. He then felt Rias's hair tickle his face. "Such a gentleman. You deserve a reward."
Harry felt her move closer to him and felt her skin press into his arm. He felt her breath on his ear. "Don't worry. I'm still a virgin." She whispered into his ear. Harry shivered involuntarily.
She then moved away yet Harry dare not open his eyes.
"Relax, Koneko." Rias said. "I'm only teasing your crush!"
Harry heard Koneko sputtering beside him as Akeno giggled away. A few moments later he heard the shower running.
"Is it safe to open my eyes again, Koneko?" Harry asked.
"…yes."
Harry slowly opened his eyes to see Akeno preparing tea but still giggling to herself. He turned to see Koneko's whole body redder than he had ever seen her.
"You, ok?" he asked.
"Fine!" She then turned away from him.
"Ufufufu." Came from Akeno as she served them tea.
"Meanies." Koneko said.
"We're just having some fun, Kitten." Akeno said. "We'd never hurt you; you know that."
Koneko nodded once. Akeno sighed them placed a large amount of chocolate in front of her. "Peace offering?"
Koneko looked at her.
"I'm sorry, Kitten." Akeno said.
"Fine." Koneko said as she took the chocolate and started eating it. Akeno smiled and then disappeared into the side room. She returned with fresh clothes for Rias.
Just then the door opened for Kiba to enter with a timid Issei behind him.
"This is the main club room." Kiba told Issei.
"Potter-sempai is here!" Issei panicked for a moment.
"Hello, Hyoudou." Harry said neutrally.
"What's up?" Issei greeted back with sweat dripping down his face. Then the pervert looked passed him and his eyes widened at seeing Koneko. Harry felt a bit possessive after seeing the look.
"You clearly already know, Harry." Kiba said. "The girl next to him is Koneko Tojo, she's in your year."
"Oh I know her." Issei said as he got a bit of a goofy grin.
"Hear that, Koneko?" Kiba said. "Issei here thinks that he knows you."
Koneko looked over at them and only nodded. Issei on the other hand was panicking. "I only know of her from other classmates! I don't know, know her!"
Harry did hear the silent part of that statement that Issei didn't vocalize. Though I'd like to get to know, know her, if you know what I mean.
Harry frowned. This is not going well.
Akeno then introduced herself and Issei zeroed in on her tits and had that goofy grin on his face again. His attention then turned to the shower in the corner of the room. He looked confused until Akeno told Rias her clothes were ready.
"Dude!" Issei had a bloody nose as he stared at the shower.
"It's not polite to spy." Koneko said flatly to Issei.
The boy seemed thrown with the statement, yet he did back off. Akeno served him and Kiba tea and got them seated on the vacant couch.
Rias dressed and joined them.
"Welcome Issei to the Occult Research Club." Rias said. "Though the club is just a front for what we actually do. Remember this morning when I told you, I am a devil, and you are one too. Well I'm not the only devil here."
"Wait." Issei then looked around the room at them.
"That's right Issei." Rias said. "We are all devils."
