Shenyanigans

Hawks got caught up in cat shenanigans.
Pro Hero Hawks (Keigo Takami) wondered how this even happened to him.
No one would blame him for this happening. He is basically a big bird.
And Izuku and Ochako, two Hero Students from UA, were big cats.
Pro Hero Miruko (Rumi Usagiyama), nearby, was cackling loudly.
"Oh stop it! They're just kids," she teased the red bird. "Just fly away, birdie."
"Would you get them away, please?" Keigo whined, clinging to the tallest sturdy branch on the tree.
One would ask: How did this happen?
Answer: Catnip.
Izuku and Ochako got caught in a prank bomb by Class 2-B which was scented heavily in catnip and laced marijuana. And now Izuku and Ochako, very high on the nip, fled UA Campus and wandered the city causing all untold accounts of chaos while they were high on cat drugs. Aside the usual causes of catnip on felines (in which they were very frisky and grabby with their hands, pouncing on many things, rolling and purring like crazy), some of their shenanigans involved terrorizing a pet store and causing other cats, dogs, and other adoptable critters to escaping into the streets, streaking across Takoba Municipal Beach Park (where they lost their clothes), taking a dump on the front door step of the Todoroki Household (which Endeavor had stepped on when leaving the house for his agency), scaring a dog-Quirked high school student (from a different high school) up a tree, and nomming on stolen Endeavor squeaker toys until the squeakers ruptured from the chewing abuse. And this is how it led to now; two cat teens yowling at Hawks after they scared him right up a tree.
"I found them!"
Several of Izuku and Ochako's classmates showed up. The two cats were lassoed, which got them freaking out but they were safely detained inside cat carriers fit for them, which Momo created using her Quirk. The carriers jostled and rattled, their hissing and yowling giving way to how they felt being locked like this, but since the carriers were made by Momo it would easily withhold them.
"They secure?" asked Kyoka.
"Yes," Momo answers.
Izuku's was strong to withstand his Quirk strength while Ochako's had some weights set on the carrier so it wouldn't float off into the air.
"Those dumb asses! I oughta blow them up for doping Izuku and Ochako," Katsuki growls, sitting on Izuku's carrier and not minding the hisses he's getting from the distraught and catnip-doped teen. But a few seconds later, the two teens went totally quiet. Peeks inside the carriers revealed they had finally conked out.
"Hawks, do you need help?" asked Fumikage, looking up.
"No. I can get down in a bit," he answers.
It took awhile for the effects of the catnip to wear off and they were given a clean bill of health later when they finally woke up in a daze. Those in Class 2-B responsible for the prank bomb got house arrest for a week while the one student who had possession of the marijuana was suspended for two weeks. And they were made to publicly apologize to Izuku and Ochako with a sincerely handwritten letter. And if Neito Monoma got cat scratches all over his face a week later during lunch, it was well-deserved. It took awhile for the candid videos of them on their catnip trip to get fully deleted off the internet, but Nezu managed to rid of all that to keep his two students safe from any form of backlash.
