You guys ever like that story thing where another group says that this char won't do this thing because it goes against them entirely, only for the next scene to show said char doing that exact thing. yeah, I did that here. A map was slammed down onto the table as a red circle was drawn right on a building that Ziden's hand was touching. " And here is the building that Taiga and Sakura are stored inside, crawling with CIA and FBI goons. We are gonna do what American anarchists wish they could do, we're gonna go kick the shit out of them and save Shirou's teacher mom and friend!"
Shirou and Rin was absolutely surprised. " Wait, so, we are gonna save them, and not abandon them?"
Ziden raised a brow at this while he was marking on the map. " Of course we are, I'm not leaving innocents who got dragged into this, die over some silly thing like keeping an alliance in check. Sides. Its 2 birds one stone."
Rin blinks for a moment before realizing. " Oh! By doing this, not only can we save those two, we can also deal a massive blow to the Dark Lancer faction!"
" Smart Girl, indeed, though the earlier rules are in effect, you guys directly cannot get involved, after all, don't wanna live through all of this and receive a jail cell as a reward, so let the servants and Ziden get to slicing and dicing without issue." Yukari said while Shirou was curious about that.
" I kinda get why you don't want us Masters to get involved since, they can easily make us terrorists, but how come you're spared from that?" Shirou asked while Ziden finished drawing lines on the map for the plan.
" Simple, The Phoenix Clause." Ziden saw the confused look on his face before he chuckled and answered. " When Sonic and me rebooted this world to erase Bison's reign, I decided to make things a little bit different, and that is the Clause. Anytime I cause or strike back at someone, all blame is solely placed upon me instead of the countries I have citizenship with, which is America and Japan."
" Blame?" Reimu looked confused at this while Ziden continued his marking upon the map.
" Sometimes, well, many times actually, foreign powers, tended to act up and heroes, often have to deal with and skirt around that line to avoid major issues. A foreign prince with conquest in mind, etc. Widespread war can be unleashed, and at worst case, we end up having another world war. Because of this, I especially, had to deal with issues." Ziden said while placing the marker down. "because my enemies are far and wide, I end up pissing off alot of countries, despite how vile some of those people are, they are still beloved for their ideals, so War was tossed around alot and I had to personally bribe the right people to calm it down."
" And I am guessing, that got annoying the more and more foreign incidents kept occurring?" Archer had a feeling about this, having dealt with such things in his own time.
" Yeah, so when Bison wiped the planet clean, I made a change to not only the UN but the Galactic Council, using my divine connections and Yukari's. The Clause makes it so the countries or even planet I belong to, would not be dragged into conflicts I am responsible for, I kill say, a German terrorist and Germany wants me dead for it, they can gear up and wage a war against me and me alone."
" So basically, you strike at someone connected Politically to a country, America nor Japan would be punished? Just you exclusively?" Sanae asked while Ziden nods. "...There's a catch isn't there?"
" Eyup, unless I am directly involved with the incident at hand, I cannot get involved unless the aggressor actively comes after me. Meaning if aliens came with the intent of taking vengeance on say, Stark or Area 51, I cannot do anything about it without facing Divine and cosmic retribution ( Pay Cuts from his bosses). This excludes, stuff like this, which I either planned on doing anyways, or I am hired to do, like the 3 other jobs after this." Ziden stated while Medea raised her brow.
" Well, seems like you haven't changed from being a greedaholic. After those 3 other jobs, you are-"
" Going on a massive vacation, I have not had a single break since I was injured by Omega. I am sure Reimu and the others can handle stuff. But basically, that's why I can do things like kick the shit out of CIA And FBI goons." Now Shirou had a question during question hours.
" I was actually curious about this but why is the CIA and FBI so, antagonistic to us, I thought they were, people who fought for justice in the world." Shirou asked as Rin and Illya looked towards the man.

They were exactly that, but when Y2K hit, an incident occured, the Government of America ended up encountering and allying with the Angels of Heaven in order to usher in a Millennium Kingdom for the Lord. The two factions ended up being essentially human special forces for the angels, to snuff out any filth that exists out in the world. Ones that don't believe in the more...Wrathful and tyrannical form of their God. They hit it off like cake, and because of the sheer power Angels gave the Us Government, they essentially get free reign to be bullies around the world." Ziden said while finishing up on the map.
" Angels have unholy weaponry that not even humans have come close to reaching, if a country rebels against them, expect to see...sudden lost of life events without much explanation if you look at the angle of a normal person looking in." Yukari answered while gently polishing her nails.
" But, that changed when I stopped their nukes and killed one of their generals, Thor. The world saw that the US Government was not as terrifying as it used to be, especially when more and more countries got their own powerhouse heroes and weapons and even divinities. Japan, Russia and the UK are the most outright with dealing with American's shit. But just remember, its just the people in charge that are scum, the working man is very untouched by the angels. Hence why I will be dealing the more, critical damage to them, along with the servants. They leave no trace and well, can't exactly hit someone with crimes if they are already dead so." Ziden nods.
" So, is that why the Masters getting involved in this are staying behind?" Mash asked while gazing over at Ziden while Fou was resting in her lap.
" Indeed, even if the servants are acting on behalf of the masters, they can't exactly prove it, but if the masters are nearby, they can, so we will be using remote communications. Me and Chiyome will be sneaking in to get Taiga and Sakura out. But we will need a nice distraction for this to work." Ziden said while looking at Heracles who had simply been leaning against the wall, staring at the map.
" Huh, you wish to use Heracles? In what way?" Illya asked while ziden nods.
" He's gonna be, our rampaging distraction. We're gonna have him do a bit of acting to catch the guards, off guard and cause as much damage as possible." Illya crossed her arms at this before nodding.
" Oh, if Berserker were to randomly go on a rampage and happen to just be at the CIA and FBI base, then they technically can't strike at us. Which means-"
" We won't have any risk of being labeled criminals while we rescue Shirou's friends, that's an awesome idea but how is Berserker gonna go wild realistically?" Rin asked while Ziden holds up his phone.
" Simple, I'm gonna have Heracles chase Cerberus around in that city block, with Heracles believed to be attacking someone's familiar, but make it so every attack he makes-"
" Miss and destroy stuff at the base on sheer accident?" Mash took an estimated guess and Ziden even pat her on the head.
" Smart kid. And when they catch on, the rest of the servants will come in and knock out and do whatever they want with the guards while me and Chiyome do a jail break. Its gonna be hard, we don't know what kinda stuff these guys have, so a small attack team is what shall be going." Ziden said while looking at Kirby and Meta Knight.
" We shall be staying behind to hold down the fort, we have no idea if the Ashura kai or even the Dreamstalk, may act up while some of you are gone." Meta Knight's eyes focused among the others, before he looked at Dedede, outcold with tubs of ice cream around him.
" And since I can't really afford to get in trouble with foreign governments, even with the Speedwagon Foundation's help. I will have to stay behind, but be careful, I know the Director has a Stand, so that means many others there will as well. Since none of you have stands, it would be best to just aim for the user himself/herself." Jotaro's advice was taken to heart as Ziden looked at Medea and Soichirou.
" Medea shall be joining you as another distraction, my reason for aiding is because she is a coworker of mine, someone who should not have gotten dragged into this, regardless of her own family ties." Medea nodded alongside Soichirou's words while Mash nodded.
" Of course, with the Dragonbone warriors, she could bring an entire army into the base when things get heated." Mash stated while the others nodded.
Ziden wasted no time in explaining the plan to everyone and handing out two way comms to be put in their ears, all the lines that were drawn on the map were attack lines from when and where they could attack from and who would attack when. This plan, was going to be chaotic and that was going to work in their favor
If only they knew how wrong they were because of all the external players that had it out for the US agents...
Inside of the CIA/FBI Joint Base...
Guards had been stationed outside, solely to be on guard from other Masters of Darkness, because as Eric put it ' this side has monsters that will immediately come after us, who represent justice.' So they were all armed with various anti Mystic weapons that could deal some damage to servants, if any of their attacks hit.
" Huh, you know, no idea why the director is so worried. I mean, we are in a base with some of the most trained people of the greatest country in the world! These ramen sippers got nothing on us, even with their servants!" One guard spoke freely while the one next to him shrugged.
" Yeah, well, we said that when we took on the Operator last month and look, only 5 of us survived and we're dealing with beings stronger than a jungle spooky man! So we best be on guard before-"
Well, his words were cut short, quite literally as his comrade saw his body fall apart in two halves from the claws of a pure white demon that crashed through their gate and the other guard was only met with blackness and fog when a giant stone blade cleaved clean through him in an attempt to catch the demon.
" TOO SLOW YOU ARE. HOW WILL YOU HIT ME IF YOU MOVE LIKE SLUG IN SAND!"Cerberus was doing its job and Heracles was as well.
" Pretend to be chasing down Cerberus in the base and destroy as much as you can before they get wise, and when they do, rampage." Even in his madness, an order flowed through him that allowed him to do this. Guards in the base stormed out to see a Servant and Demon chasing each other and devastating the base with each swing that they took
The deafening booms that followed from the explosions of their armaments, shocked many of the grunts that witnessed what was happening, until a Captain Stepped forward. " you damned buffoons! Can't you see we are under attack! Take down both beings now, no mercy! Its only two of them-!"
And his words were caught in his throat when he saw one of his soldiers gurgling for a moment before seeing what it was. An Arrow lodged in his throat and another follow up shot that pierced through his eye, keeping it stuck to the arrow head. and the archer that fired it, was a Skeleton that had appeared on the edge of the upper wall. Along with countless others.
Pitch black skeletons that climbed over the walls and began to storm into the base with the intent to slaughter and kill while Medea watches from the rooftop nearby, but it seemed that they were not the only invaders, considering Meiling had leapt into the base, chi flowing through her arm as she smashed down into the earth, sending countless guards flying into the air from the sheer force of her attack.
" A-attack, we're under attack! Ring the alarms no-!" And his voice was cut off by a chilling cold blasting through his body, icicles forming before his body exploded into chunks of ice and frost, as a familiar ice snowman had appeared in the grounds.
" Hee-ho! Time for a Hee Ho massacre!" The familiar purple lightning pillars of demons being summoned appeared within the base and even in its walls as countless Yakuza members appeared crashing through the front gate with several trucks.
Guns and weapons grabbed as a war was breaking out, but another foe made himself known, after Artoria and Mordred arrived on the scene. " Yo, what the hell is happening here!? Why are there so many other people here!?" Mordred was glaring around while Artoria kept her hand on her blade. Watching Mitsuhide walk past them.
" We are here on the orders of our boss. Well, 2 reasons anyways. 1. We're not letting the punks who tried to nuke us into the ground run free on our soil, even if their actions would have put us on top. And 2. Our boss was saved by one of the woman's grandfather, so he is repaying his debts. So I am here to waste some Gaijin...and some enemy servants too." Mitsuhide looked at them for a moment, his teeth unnaturally sharp and golden before the large man made sure to leap into the frey, using unnatural strength to send troops flying with his fists.
" An entire Battle Royale is happening in there. This is good for us then." Ziden nods at this before hearing a loud crash coming from the yard in the base, from where he and Chiyome were hiding, they could see the golden Armored Rider that appeared here as well.
" Whew, so this is the-"
" Enemy Servant Kirby and the others faced on the bridge, Achilles." Chiyome was gazing at the man who landed there, her feet more focused on leaping up into an air vent, with Ziden flipping behind her.
" Then that means that everyone must want these guys outta here, can't blame em." Ziden said while crawling through the vents with her, the male being at liberty to not look forward due to her being before him, before he heard soft taps of screws hitting the floor and her crawling out of the vent.
" The only enemies in this war with a complete army at their beck and call, so no doubt a silent team up would occur to take them out." Landing in a long hallway of the base, the alarms that came to life let them know that all hell was breaking loose.
" Yo!" And inside of the base, they could hear the voice of Achilles washing over them. " Normally I am not the sort to cause trouble with outsiders in a fight, but my Master here has a message to explain why I am here."
The golden rider was holding up a large orb in his hand, before a green hologram of Doctor Venom appeared in the sky, his voice booming enough that Scath and Eric could hear him inside of the base. " Greetings, warrior lapdogs of the so called 'United' States of America. If you are wondering why my Servant is here, causing trouble in your base, it is for one reason. You have an army of resources for this war, and me being a spirit of, fairness, dislikes such a advantage. So I have decided to have my servant slaughter one of the world's greatest assets before my invasion begins." And his eyes close for a moment in the recording. " So, Rider of Darkness, slaughter all of them, without mercy, leave no survivors and if others are here as well, cut them down without mercy. Along with my own gift." A snap of his fingers and the sky seemed to hum, as a massive Big Core appeared in the sky. " Farewell, Erik Masterson and your servant."
All Ziden could hear, was the deafening boom of lasers tearing through the outside of the base as the base was now on full alert. The male quickly slapping an odd device on the wall. " Tch, looks like its an all out war out there, Chiyome, lets move and get those girls out of here!"
Encounter ( Super Smash Bros Brawl)
Ziden and Chiyome could hear the rumbles of battle coming from outside as they ran through the facility, Ziden placing those odd devices on the wall which had the insignia of a fox head on it, that Goredolf instantly recognized.
" W-wait, those odd boxes have a familiar symbol on it that's causing my blood to get cold!"
Ziden blinks at this before continuing setting the device before vanishing into the shadows of the wall with Chiyome as armed soldiers and mech suits were racing out into the battle of outside.
" Hmm? Yeah, its of a paramilitary group owned by someone who works and sells to my manor alot, so I got no issue with it considering she is using it to fund some Animal Sanctuary she has on Pluto." Ziden answered while Goredolf looked down towards his coffee.
' Animal Sanctuary...could it be?' His thoughts disturbed instantly when he noticed that Ziden was setting up another one in the hallway, one by one until they reached a large door and opened it, revealing the filming room where Erik and the girls were as he was quite annoyed.
" What the hell!? The angels told me that he was a selfish piece of shit, he was supposed to let these girls get executed and tear his team apart, what happened!?" Erik outright smashed a hole in the table while Taiga was staring at him through his gag.
" I question why you would even trust their word in the first place. They said that we would be in charge of the Holy Millennium Kingdom and look at where that went. We're the most hated country in the world with only overwhelming power to our names." A Blonde woman in sunglasses stood next to him while Ziden sized her up from afar.
" That woman...she is like Erik, she has the same vibes Jotaro pours off." Ziden said under his breath while looking to Chiyome who held tiny balls in her hands.
" Master, are you sure you can do this?" Chiyome asked, getting ready to get this plan going.
" Sure can, just toss the smoke bombs and we make our moves out of here and make our escape." Ziden even crotched down at this before softly digging his feet into the floor.
Chiyome instantly tossed the balls along the floor, of which Scathach noticed it and was quickly on alert when they exploded into smoke and flooded the room. " What the hell!? Enemies already got in this deep!?" Erik was quick to summon his stand but time seemed to move right to a crawl, sounds dulling down to a mere crawl as Ziden listened to the world slowing down, before speeding right through the smoke filled room, the world moving slow, while he was a blur moving through the room.
The faster you are as a fighter, the slower the world around you becomes, this was true for even Ziden, a red spear slowly flashed to life with the intent to take his head, only for him to slide under the spear, spin along the floor and cut through the ropes holding Taiga and the unconscious Sakura, and was instantly off. Scath was unable to move at the speeds he was, but her lance tore through the air and aimed for his head, prompting him to tilt his head and skid out into the hall with the world resuming back to normal. With Chiyome right on his heels and Scath quick to reclaim her lance.
" Whew! That was beyond awesome. And different, might need to do that more. Chiyome! More bombs, we are leaving now! Its gonna be a battle field out there so we're gonna cut through the park and use the underground to get back to the house!"
At his word, countless more smoke bombs were dropped into the floor and the hallway became an utter mass of smoke, as the duo continued their race through the complex, with Ziden pulling out that blade and soon cutting down anyone who appeared in his path before landing in a large open room, soon seeing that woman from earlier appearing right before him. " Hmm? That was-"
" Shave? Yes! Did you think we would not learn about the martial arts of our neighbors, do not be silly! Scarlet Apollo!" A flash of light came from her body as her stand came forth and slammed its fist into the ground, prompting Ziden to dodge the odd hill that appeared on the floor and racing to him. A clear dodge, but then he saw it zip to him like lightning, before it tore open and a blast of Sound soon pummeled his body.
" What!?" The powerful blows rocketed along his body, with Chiyome staring in shock from the sudden attack.
" Hahahaha!" The slam of boots to the floor caught his attention when he stared at her, fair skin, with shining green eyes, long straight blonde hair, and a black business suit skirt combo adorned her attire. " So it seems my Stand's Power caught you off guard!" He knew how this goes, he would need to figure out this power to comba- " What you have witnessed is my Stand, Scarlet Apollo's special ability! Because of the air holes along its arms, whenever it strikes an object, it channels musical sound through the object to home in on my target in order unleash a blast of sound that hits my foe akin to 5 brutal strikes to the body with each hit to the ground!"
Ziden, stayed quiet for a moment, staring at the woman who unprompted, just admitted to how her abilities worked. " What the hell? Why the hell did you just tell me how your powers work!?"
" That...is a highly illogical thing to do in a battle... I do not think this woman is that bright." Chiyome said while tightening her grip on the two on her shoulder.
" Hah, typical fools! That is because even if you know how my power works!" Ziden's eyes soon turned a silver sheen to see a shimmering humanoid behind her. Its form becoming more and more visible as Ziden watched, a floating silver being with no legs and a lean body, its body having flame like hair pouring from its head like a wild fire and those lean arms having holes along the arm, akin to a flute.
" So that's a stand huh?" Ziden wondered before vanishing into thin air and soon slamming his leg down into the face of the Stand, watching how the air cracked from the impact, only to see nothing happen upon the strike, flipping back to avoid a swipe from the stand.
" You absolute fool! Only a stand can harm another stand, why would you even bother to-"
And he words were caught in her throat when a searing pain just blasted through her should, along with a spray of blood coming out of her shoulder as ZIden simply smirked.
" Had to be sure that was correct, I can't physically hurt your stand, but magically." And his finger was steaming from a simple, low level Mystic Shot spell that pierced through the shoulder of the stand. " Can hurt you just like a stand user. Your powers are basically materializations of the soul, and magic can harm spirits and the soul. Easy solution to harm you guys, now, lets get this done!"
Outside, Meiling found herself throwing brutal kicks and punched into the chest of Achilles who stood there and took every blow from the woman, smile on his face as the woman's attacks did zero damage to him. " Hah, you certainly have spirit, Miss. But spirit isn't going to get you far in this war!" A solid strike from his hand sends her skidding back, with her gently bouncing on her feet.
" Had a feeling, heard you were invincible and I just had to see how,. We don't exactly have you types in Gensokyo." The name made Achilles' eyebrow raise, akin to a pinging in the back of his head, was the Throne giving warning signals about that name? But he didn't really care, she was just a woman who couldn't harm him, why would he worry.
Reaching under her dress, she ended up pulling out an odd pair of fingerless gloves before slapping them on her hands. " Focus my qi or magic through them..." And a light soon comes through the glove, before an arrowhead appeared over her fists. " Pick the style...and then punish your opponent!" A charge forward and Achilles simply stood there with his arms crossed, she was gonna try and hit him again?
Her fist connected right into his gut, only this time, there was a reaction to the impact, his stomach caved in and his body actually lifted from the ground onto her fist, the ground cracking from the impact as he coughed up spit from the sheer force.
" Luckily! Gensokyo is in a place now that has such neat work around for such things for people like me who prefer close up fighting." The grin on her face was wild, before flipping up and landing a solid kick on his neck, which send him smashing through a stone wall. Smoke rippling from her fist from the impact as she shakes her hand.
And Achilles slowly got up, the sharp pain in his gut a shock to his system, an unfamiliar pain to his body. His eyes focused on his opponent. By putting on those gloves, she was able to harm him and bypass his protection? Seems like he will have to take her seriously, and that he did, considering the sheer speed he launched at her.
She was quick to block one of his punches with her forearm, but using the front of her dress, he stomped his foot down to almost tug her down before slamming a brutal serious of strikes right into her face, a dirty move but in a war, there really was no fair play in battle. Each strike was brutal and rattled her bones with each impact. Unending until she quickly release a burst of ki from her body that sent him sliding back
Her thumb sliding under her bloodied nose to swipe the blood away from her lips. " Been a while since someone did that to me. Not much of an honorable one are you?" Even with her bruised face and broken bones, her teeth still shined through the red as Achilles slowly approached.
" No reason to play nice with an enemy after al-"
And both of them had an odd sense of dread as they noticed Mitsuhide holding his arm through the chest of a guard, a finger on his ear. " That a fact boss? There is no need to hold back anymore? Fine by me." That wide grin that formed on his face, showing his golden teeth slowly morphing and morphing into sharp fangs as everyone watched in shock.
Hair began to explode out of his skin and cover it, his lips soon turned into that of a snout covered in brown hair, hands soon shifting into long, 6 inch claws that could rend stone, and his towering build only got bigger with his ears becoming cute and round. A loud, guttural roar came from his lips.
" It can't be, A Lycan?" Medea was watching from the roof, as Archer landed down next to her.
" No,that body, it is not a wolf's at all, but..."
" A bear?" Artoria's eyes focused on the sight as Meiling got an idea of what she was seeing.
" The way he transformed...its just like Lucci and that nose guy's! He's a Devil Fruit user!" Meiling's voice caught the ears of Mitsuhide, who grinned wildly.
" So you punks know about Devil Fruits then! Ain't that neat! Then that saves the trouble! I wield the power of the Bear Bear Fruit: Model Grizzly! The grand powers of a Bear, enhanced by my magic shall be the end of all of you here!" And like a blur he vanished and reappeared, claws drenched in blood from the neck fluids of five guards he just slashed down.
" And he's goddamn fast while being that big, the hell is a Devil Fruit!" And Mordred wasted no time, leaping into the air and swinging her blade down onto Mitsuhide, who matched her blow for blow with her claws, lightning exploding from their impacts.
Meanwhile Meiling made sure to weave past a laser blast from the Big Core, and landed thundering blows onto Achilles, using Swallow Kick, a flurry of rising kicks that took him off of the ground. " From what I remember!" And the final kick sent him high into the air, with her flying up above him and aiming herself down, Ki soon flowing through her leg. " But they are fruits that grant you unique powers and abilities at the cost of being unable to swim or function in water. He's a Zoan type! They wield the power of animals! Eagle Dive!" And like a meteor, she came down onto the chest of Achilles, smashing him into the earth and shattering the ground like a meteor impact, causing the servant to cough up blood from the impact.
" WOHOHOHOHOHOHO! A Fruit with the delicious makings of giving the most scrumptious power exists? Who knew you fools rumbling in the chocolate pudding of failure would be enlightening me of something new?" And that voice was something even Ziden heard inside of the building as he was working his way outside with Chiyome.
" Hey, you're one of those Scions! Fawful!" Meiling pointed at the bean shaped man who came floating down on his platform, his bean shaped head wrapped in endless cackles that flowed out of him.
" Indeed, I am among the delicious Strudels of destruction known as the Scions of Oscura but I have come not for tea but to deliver a Door Dashing of Doom!" A wide spin on that platform and a button was pressed on a remote and a loud whirring came from under him.
That massive tank like machine earlier soon came to life behind him, massive arms slamming into the earth and soon a familiar machine was rising. All at the perfect time of Ziden cleaving through the walls of the base to emerge outside with Taiga and Sakura.
" Ah hell, Galleom!? Thought we destroyed him back in Hollow Bastion!" Ziden groaned while turning around to see Erik and Scatchach coming out through the hole. " And they caught up, great."
" How utterly foolish, overly dressed Chicken with no seasoning! Did you think we would not mass produce and improve one of our delicious cakes of war?" Fawful even laughed at this while Achilles found this new foe to be interesting
" Heh, a giant machine? He is no problem at all for me!" And Achilles found his lance summoned to his hand and like a rocket, he came down onto Galleom, only for the machine to catch him right in his hand. " What?"
The loud whirs of a machine coming to life and steam bellowing out of it, rang through the air before everyone witnessed Galleom tilting its arm back, leg high in the sky, before fast ball pitching the servant through the skies, removing him clean from the battle field. And now Galleom focused its eyes down on the opponents beneath him.
" There is no time for this, we got what we came for, Phase 2 of the plan starts now!" Archer gazed up at the Big Core while aiming a Broken Phantasm right at it, waiting for its core to be exposed, he decided to improvise a distraction, unleashing a powerful shot from his bow that tore clean through the core, causing a violent explosion to rip through the skies.
" Salmon Shredder!" Mitsuhide's claws glowed a bright and vibrant green as he cross slashed against Artoria and Mordred's blades, causing an explosion of smoke that shrouded the area while mechanical parts rained down from above. Giving them all the perfect distraction to run out of base, sans Ziden who stood before Erik and Scathach, holding an odd remote.
Erik immediately knew what it was. " No! Stop him now!"
Scathach was too slow on the draw, with Ziden's thumb hitting the button and the duo were knocked clean to the ground with the loud, destructive explosion that tore through the base. Unknowing servants of the angels, blasted apart by fire and blaze as Ziden escaped during the explosion to catch up with his allies, Cerberus and Heracles riding together down the road, the skies darkening with the smoke from the explosion.
Hours later at the park...
The group finally made it to the park, no pursuit in sight and no enemies either, but Ziden can sense that the Ashura Kai and the CIA are likely still battling away in the remains of the base. But he noticed something odd.
" The hell, Shirou, Rin, the hell are you guys doing here!?" And he noticed the two trouble makers running towards them, Shirou out of breath as he sees that Taiga and Sakura are safe.
" Sorry, but this idiot was too damn antsy and decided to come to the park so he could see if Taiga and Sakura were safe." And Rin huffed at this while Ziden sighed.
" Well, not like I can blame him for being worried. But you should have stayed home, god knows what sorta surprise could happen." Meiling's face was, well, its seen better days, her face was bruised and battered, her left eye entirely shut but she was healing fast it seemed, considering 3 of her teeth were back.
But that was the least of their issues, Ziden instantly sensed it, Meiling Instantly sensed it, the Servants instantly sensed it and materialized. Their eyes slowly moving towards the large shadow that was standing across from them in the park, ominous red lines flowing down the shadow as it seemed to have been staring at them.
"...What, the hell...is that?" Ziden took a single step forward before Romani's voice exploded through the comms.
" Everyone! Get out of there quick, whatever that thing is, its magic energy is violently spiking!" Everyone immediately saw the shadow spazzing out before expanding into a massive balloon.
" Holy shit, get down!" Ziden was quick to channel mana through his arms and quickly summon a barrier but it was too late, the red cross shaped light exploded out from the shadow and an explosion of blue flames doused the area, and crashed against the barrier.
" I am, the Bone of my Sword. Rho Aias!" Archer immediately appeared next to Ziden to aid in covering the party but even their combined barrier was no use at the suddenness of the attack, the area baptized in flames and everyone was blasted to the ground.
Thankfully, the barrier mitigated alot of the damage that the group took, but Ziden and Archer, took the full brunt of the attack. Ziden was down on the ground, a chunk of his chest blasted away, while Archer was bleeding from several wounds that opened from the debris but aside from being knocked out, everyone else, was mostly fine.
Ziden trying to force himself to get back up as his body healed, his eyes seeing that the shadow was gone, which was taken from him when blood pooled into his eye, reddening his view. " Archer...how is everyone?" Soft breathes while he was watching his wounds heal but Archer's eyes saw exactly what was in his eyes. Shirou, who was on the floor, bleeding profusely from a missing arm.
A sight, that was familiar to Archer, who had experienced this in another world. Memories that stayed with him even in this Distorted world. His eyes hazily gazes upon the unconscious Rin, who he has no idea what she will face in this world without him but he knew what needed to be done.
No Medusa this time to ask him if what he was doing would be wise but he didn't back down. " Icrim, while you are a poison that will infect his mind and lead him down my path...keep him safe and strong."
Ziden spoke no words at this but simply nods, watching that familiar blade be summoned and Ziden watching what came next, a blade that cleaved through his shoulder, as the world turned black around them.
Back at the base...
Erik was tired and annoyed, everything went wrong and they couldn't even use the angel's aid without the Amatsukami raining absolute hell upon them. But that did not stop him from punching the wall in frustration. Their base destroyed, countless bodies of his own agents and Ashura Kai that fell in battle.
Demons being cleaned up as he felt an odd presence appearing next to him. " Erik Masterson, I see that you are having issues involving the Masters of this War." Erik turned to see Zero standing behind him, with several Shocker Combatmen, silver eyes focused on Erik's.
" Get out of here, Shocker Scum, we might be weakened, but we're not about to have you wipe us off the board already." Erik soon forced himself to face Zero, before the man held out his hand.
" I am not here to fight, I am here, to offer you, some aid, to make this war more, interesting, by granting your wish of your Master's return...and the revival of a powerful ally that will trounce the Kamen Rider." Erik raised his brow at this, while Zero smirked under that mask of his.
Back at the House...
Ziden ended up getting everyone back to the house and had Shirou being watched by Taiga after Illya and Rin ended up gifting him a unique present while he rested.
" So, we're down a Servant on this side then. That might be troublesome." Keine answered while gently tapping her arm.
" The first Servant has died in the war and its one on our side, I was hoping it would be Achilles and his Master. But thanks to him, Shirou will live, even if its gonna be a hard path moving forward." Ziden's eyes looked towards Artoria who sat down at the table, no words spoken about this.
" The only thing we can do now, is fight in his honor, to the warrior who traded his life, so his youthful self may live, let us toast, to him." Meta Knight's words gathered everyone's attention. " To EMIYA, our devoted ally."
" To EMIYA." A raise of their drinks was given, as the tv burned to life as a news alert blared onto the screen of the tv.
" Be warned, people of Fuyuki, we have no idea where it came from, but a freak Typhoon has appeared off the coast of Japan and by tomorrow morning, will make landfall and wash over Fuyuki and Tokyo. Please be safe in this surprise weather and stock up on supplies if needed."
The trio from Dreamland, instantly had a feeling they knew what was coming and so did Sanae and Ziden.
" Lord Icrim." And Chiyome appeared before Ziden out of thin air, fist pressed t0 the ground. " I have found the base of Dr Venom."
" Then, lets make it right to EMIYA, and take down Dr Venom." Ziden slammed his fist into his hand, everyone ready to face tomorrow's foes, not knowing how hellish thngs were coming to be tomorrow.
Trivia:
1. The CIA stands will be based off of the Egyptian Stands of being named after Gods, not musicians or songs, only Erik will have one, named after Dragonforce
2. Heracles and Cerberus, from what memory decrees, are actually quite good friends after his Twelve Labors.
3. The Yakuza are indeed, in possession of Devil Fruit Powers. How? Find out later on.
4. Amatsukami are the Gods of Japan, led by Amaterasu.
5. You will definitely be learning about that Animal Sanctuary and the woman behind it real soon
6. The Phoenix Clause is quite literally just an in universe reason why Ziden is not dunking his balls into every conflict that comes into the world or getting dragged into it. So you won't see him involved in any Civil Wars, your Secret Wars or your like, Infinity Gauntlets or whatever, or Crisis on Earths. You can only get him involved if you pay him massively.
7. The Operator is just Slenderman, the CIA fought Slenderman, don't worry about it
Author's Note: Almost two months since my last upload, why? Xenoblade 3, is, highly, addictive, like, this is honestly, RPG of the Year so far, absolutely legendary game, go get it, I promise you it will be worth it. Now that I have beaten it and am in chill mode, chapters can come out alot faster. As I said before, we're going into the death Zone, servant deaths are gonna be common and Char deaths shall be as well. As we are heading towards the finale, which trust me, none of you are ready for. Down below is a response to that Guest's questions so ignore it unless you really care. Alright, lemme make this quick, so imma just bring these up, Korra and Rey are called Mary sues, solely due to how the world treats them, Korra instantly mastering powers at the age of 4 isn't a cute joke, it undercuts severely the seriousness of learning the elements and makes her seem vastly superior to the others, not to mention how she can never be wrong, with Tenzin being called out and even swayed over to her awful antics. Her deciding that people in Avatar City should simply live with the Spirits invading them with pure malicious intent and not even caring about the damage she does, is awful and her just, magically gaining the power of Airbending by losing her other powers, is absolutely silly.
As for Rey, my friend actually saw your comment about it and actually laughed that you tried to compare Luke and Rey, Rey quite literally outdid Luke in every catagory, when he first learned the force, he got his ass demolished, by Vader. lost a hand even. Rey barely knew the force and fought off Ren with ease. Luke gained a higher Mastery of the force from Yoda and he /still/ wasn't a match for Vader, whereas when Rey used the force, it was shown she was at a far higher level than Luke, without any of the training at all. People will tell you she isn't a Mary Sue, but she is.
Now to the Ziden points, sorry if I misjumber any of them.
1. That's the point of hating someone, you are not, going to be in a positive relationship with someone if you hate them, if you hate your dad, you really gonna be around him? Ziden isn't universally loved, he has fans but he also has detractors, which his friends really don't go out of their way to stop. To fit in a Gary Stu status, his friends would literally have to put him on a holy Pillar where decrying him, would get you pummeled.
2. You did get what I meant by, the world revolves around him. He was injured from omega's Big Bang, hence why he was not there for the Mario and the following stories are him being asked to do something about it (Kalos War) Or just happened to be dragged into it (Super Hero Taisen Omega) .For a world to revolve around a char, nothing, happens without them physically being there. If the world revolved around Ziden, Mario would not be currently during the Dream Team Plot, Sonic not doing Colors, etc. In order for a char to fit into 2, absolutely no background events can occur without them there. Which this stories have continually proved that the world goes on without ziden.
3. Well yeah, people can have flaws and you just don't notice em because they hide em, Ziden's strong but as the stories show, even he needs his friends to back up at times, even with all the things he can do, he's still a flawed man basically stuck on the way he went through, doing the dirty work he doesn't want his innocent friends to go through. This here, is always a point of contention even I can't sway people on, because for 3, well, that depends on how deep you wanna look into a char or look at them at all. Its an opinion.
You don't need to respond to these 3, simply just take them in and simply review, like you have up above, which is really, just what I wanted from you, I have been rude yes, and I am sorry but, these here, are my stories, I won't change them to fit the needs of the reader and trust me, many ask me to do so, hell, I mean this personally because when I was young, i suggested monsters for another Author that does touhou to fight with Mario, only to learn that he was just, picking the Monsters I listed as reviews instead of going his own preplanned ideas.
Its why I just simply won't take your or anyone's ideas for the Zidenverse/Heroverse stories, I have, everything planned, down to the next Major Crossover. I will ask for ideas sometimes, and that's, when you guys can come in and throw ideas and I pick the best, cohesive one. You clogging reviews with how you wanted my story to go was just, weird, after all, if you were cooking a dish, would you like it if I came into your house and told you how to make your dinner even when you had it all planned?
