Last Chapter was short yes I know. So it was just telling about how Danny is going to be catching the ghost.

This Chapter Danny gets his first Task to help a soul make their way into Heaven.

Also sorry if these are like spaced out when I post them, rn I'm reading Warriors Dawn of The Clans and am also watching mlp Make Your Mark and Star Wars Andor lol. I'm a little preoccupied by some other fandoms that I am also in qwq. I've got my foot in four different fandoms at once lol.

Ghost Zone... 11:29

Danny was sitting in his living room with Ember and Youngblood, Johnny and Kitty were out on some special date and couldn't meet for there weekly game day.

"Uno!!" Youngblood yelled, "this is Go-Fish," Danny responded to the kid ghost. "It is? I thought we were gambling!" Ember groaned throwing her cards down. Danny felt his watch Buzz, he looked at it and saw a hologram pop up.

Mary Langley

Amity Park Hospital

10:27 pm

Ember and Youngblood saw what his watch said as well, "your first task! That's great right?" Ember said, "we need to see Clockwork right now," he said floating up, there was a bright white flash and he was in his Grimm Reaper outfit.

"Why? This isn't that bad."

Clock Temple... 11:40

"It's bad!"

Danny looked very worried about his first task, he didn't want to go the human world, not only was he scared but, he would stick out like a black wolf among a flock of white sheep.

"If it will make you feel better, Ember and Youngblood can join you," Clockwork told him, "that's not what I'm worried about! We are ghost, blue skin, and glowing green eyes, we will stick out so much in the human world," Danny was mostly worried about the human world, but if someone saw them and screamed "GHOST!" Who knows what could happen to them.

"Well you can make a human form from your ectoplasmic energy," he replied turning to look at them. "Okay Danny listen to me, close your eyes and tune out everything, listen to the hum of your core," he explained to the younger ghost.

Danny took a breath and closed his eyes, he focused on his core, listening to it him with his ghostly soul.

"Think about a human look, imagine what you would look like if you were human again."

Danny thought about his hair being inverted colors of what his hair was as a ghost, his skin tan instead of blue and made sure that his exposed bones and burn on his cheek were covered up as well, he thought his normal clothes to wear, he imagined a black shirt with his white "D" on the front, and a white motorcycle jacket, some gray pants, as well as is his black and white combat books.

"Open your eyes Danny, you did it," Clockwork said, the boy opened his eyes and saw he that he looked human, "how?" He questioned looking up.

"You can manipulate your ectoplasmic energy and form something called a human form. It's something all ghost can do, they just don't know they can do it, now Ember your turn," he said.

Danny turned to watch Ember change, he saw her hair turn into a ginger color, her skin going from blue to tan colored, her clothes changed as well, she now was wearing a black shirt with a band title on it that said "Violence and Violets" she wore a black leather jacket and a black tore up jeans, as well as black high heeled ankle boots. Ember opened his eyes, her eyes were still green as well. Unlike Danny's her pupils were black, while his were white.

Youngblood then tried it as well. His hair was now a blond color and his skin looked the same as the other ghost. He still had his pirate outfit. "Well looks like you three are ready for the human world, Danny don't be afraid if the person doesn't want to leave the world, make sure you talk to them," he said as Danny summoned his staff and sliced the air cutting a portal opened to the human world.

"Yes sir," he said turning his gaze to his mentor, he looked back and saw Ember and Youngblood waiting for him. Danny made his staff disappear before joining them in the human world.

Amity Park... 11:52

Ember squinted at the sun, "man, I don't know how many years it's been since I've seen the sun, it hurts how bright it is here," she said looking over at Danny as he walked through the portal, it closing behind him. "For me, it's been three months," he said walking down the sidewalk. Ember looked at the street sign, "207 Camp Crystal Street," Ember muttered as followed after Danny, she noticed his eyes. They looked unnatural, "Danny," she hissed, the teen looked at her, "your eyes we need to get you some sunglasses," she said.

The boy looked confused then remembered his pupils were white, they saw a small convenient store and went inside. "Go to the bathroom, I'll get some sunglasses and bring them to you." Danny didn't argue he went to the bathroom and closed the door.

Ember huffed and placed her hands on her hips, "Okay Youngblood, let's find Danny some glasses," she said and began to look around. Youngblood looked to and when he peaked down one of the aisles his eyes grew wide, "so much candy," he gasped and completely forgot about his task.

Ember on the other hand was looking at a rack that had sunglasses on them, she pulled a pair off that she liked, they were mirror sunglasses. She smiled and walked to the front to pay for them. Once paid she quickly hurried to the men's restroom, "hey babypop, I got you a pair you'll like," she smiled.

Danny opened the door and looked at the sunglasses, he took them and pulled the price tag off before slipping them on. "They look good with your outfit," she said patting his back.

Danny and Ember walked back to the store and then looked for Youngblood, no surprise they'd find him in the first aisle they thought of. He turned and saw him, giving them a cheeky smile as he had an arm full of Candy, "you can't eat all that, only get one piece," Ember said. The boy groaned and started to put up the candy, he kept one piece though.

Once everyone had gotten a snack or drink they paid and then left the convenient store, the trio continued their walk down the sidewalk. "So what are we going to do while we wait for 10 to come?" Youngblood asked looking at Danny.

"Oh, I never thought about that, I can't really remember what I did here when I was alive."

Ember stopped when she saw a flyer stapled to a electric pole, she stopped and pulled it off the pole, a smile appeared on her face as she read it, "hey guys!" She called quickly running over to the two. "I just found something we can do," she showed Danny the flyer and he looked at it. "Annual Amity Park Fair?"

"A fair! Can we go please Danny!!" Youngblood begged which was very rare. "Mmm, okay it will help pass time," he said taking his Ghost Phone out and typing in the address. The trio then took off towards the fair.

Amity Park: Fair... 3:05

Danny threw the ball and knocked down the cans that were there. "Haha! I won!" Danny cheered looking at Ember. The teen rolled her eyes, "yes after what? Five tries," she huffed. "Hey, still won," he grinned taking the small stuff cat he won, "hey I gonna get some popcorn, I'll meet you guys at the Yo-Yo," he said.

Ember nodded to that and walked in the direction of the ride with Youngblood, Danny turned and bumped into a girl. "Oh man! My new blouse," the girl whined loudly looking at her blouse that was now stained red with the drink she had in her hand. "I am so sorry!" He said feeling so bad now, "it's okay," she said finally looking at the other teen. She had long blond hair and blue eyes. "Oh, I'm Star by the way!" She smiled as if her new blouse just didn't get ruined a few seconds ago.

Should I tell her my name? I mean, I can give her my nickname that everyone in the Zone calls me, he thought. Star waited for him to give her his name, "I'm Phantom," he said to her, "Phantom, never heard of you, are you new?" She asked curiously.

"Yes, my friends and I are just visiting and we saw there was a fair and decided to have some fun."

"Well that's great! Well I better get going my friends are waiting on me," she said before walking off, Danny's smile faded as he started to remember one of his memories. He knew that girl when he was alive, he remembered that he worked on a project with her and some blond guy. She was a cheerleader in the school he went to.

Danny forgot about his popcorn and went straight over to Ember and Youngblood. They asked him why he was acting strange he just told them not to worry about it. So they did.

Amity Park... 8:42

Sam was walking with Star, Tucker and Dash. Star had told them about this boy named Phantom who is new to the town. Tucker kinda wanted to meet him, well his wish came true. "Phantom!" Star called the cheerleader called, a boy with a white jacket turned around, he was accompanied by another teen and a kid. "Hey Star!" He said with a bright smile. He was wearing sunglasses, at night?

"Oh! These are my friends, Tucker, Sam and Dash," Star said pointing to each of them. "Well these are my friends, Ember and Youngblood, we have two more but Kitty and Johnny wanted to have a date today and didn't come," Phantom said crossing his arms.

"Is Phantom your real name?" Tucker asked, the black and white haired teen shook his head, "naw it's not," before Tucker could ask what his real name was Star jumped in. "Hey! Maybe we could all hang out at Nasty Burger," she suggested, "Nasty Burger?" Ember said really confused.

"Oh don't worry, the food is actually good don't let the name fool you," Tucker smiled. The two group of friends laughed and headed to Nasty Burger. Sam didn't know what it was but Phantom looked really familiar.

Amity Park... Nasty Burger... 9:51

Danny laughed at Dash's joke, "so do you guys do anything fun around here when school is out?" Ember asked. "We hunt ghost," Sam responded, that caused the ghost to stop for a second.

"Hunt ghost? That's funny, Ghost don't exist," Danny said pushing up his sunglasses. "Fine, you guys said you lived out of town, where do you live?" She asked looking at Danny with a glare.

"Jersey, don't visit there, it's like the First 40 up there," Ember said with a small chuckle, "really and what do you guys do down there, you must do something much more interesting than what we do," Sam said. "Phantom here is actually a trainee for the FBI, I write songs and Youngblood, well he doesn't do anything," Ember laughed. Sam continued to look at Danny, he slowly started to feel uncomfortable wondering why she was staring to much, his watch then went off, it's 10 pm. He jumped up, "uh, we have to go," he said quickly leaving, Ember looked at the time and then followed after quickly with Youngblood, leaving the four teens confused.

Amity Park: Hospital...10:12

Danny quickly walked into the Amity Park Hospital, "excuse me ma'am?" He said. The lady at the front desk looked at him. "Yes? What is it son?" She asked with a smile. "Um, I'm here to see... Mary Langley," he said glancing at the watch to make sure he said her name right.

"oh yes! Little Mary, she's in room... 423," she said as she looked at the monitor, Danny thanked the women and walked to the elevator with Ember and Youngblood, "I feel bad about leaving Sam, Star, Dash and Tucker so quickly without staying goodbye," he told his friends.

"Well maybe you'll get to see them again one day," the rocker responded as they stepped into the elevator, they waited for it to reach four, the doors opened. "Ember, Youngblood can you stay outside and make sure no one goes inside?" He asked.

The two nodded and sat down in the chairs outside the room. Danny took a deep breath before phasing into the room, he saw a little girl sitting up in her bed looking out the window, she had long brown hair and white skin. Her eyes were blue as well. "Mary?" Danny said as he converted back into his Ghost look. His wore his Reaper suit, the hood pulled over his head, Mary looked at him. "I don't wanna go," she stated and turned her head away from him.

Danny sighed and sat in the seat next to her bed. "I know dear, but your time is up, you already completed your task on this world," he said.

"Will I become a ghost?"

"I'm afraid not Mary, you will go to heaven to be with the all mighty god," he said, Mary still didn't look at him. "You know I was alive once, it's almost been three months since I died, I can't remember anything about my life yet, but I know my name is Danny, and I do remember I was scared to die. And I was alone when I went to the Ghost Zone. But Mary you aren't alone, I am here for you," he said. The little girl finally looked at him, he could tell she was only five years old, "but Mommy and Daddy will be alone and very sad that I left," she argued, "actually they won't, when you asked for a baby sister you got one. Your Mom didn't tell you because you were already sick, that's why you are leaving. Your task was complete when your Mom got pregnant with your little sister," he explained.

Mary's eyes were wide, "if I leave can I come back one day and see my sister?" She asked. "Of course Mary," Danny finally stood up, he held his hand out and Mary took it, he pulled her soul out of her body, she looked at her hand to see it was blue and see through.

Danny walked to the window with her and opened it, "see that's bright light," Danny said pointing to the huge ball of light floating in the air. Mary nodded, "we are going there, I can only go as far as the stairwell, you'll have to go the rest." He said to her.

"Why can't you come?"

"Because I still have to finish my Task."

Amity Park Hospital... 10:30

Mary's Mother was walking back to her room. She had brought her a bedtime story since last time she said she would read her one before she went to bed.

Mary's Mother noticed a teen and a kid sleeping outside the door, her mother shrugged it off and opened the door. She heard the monitor flatlining, she then looked at the window and saw her daughter floating out of the window with a cloaked figure, her daughter looked blue and very see through but the figure wasn't.

Mary's Mother ran to the window as they flew away and disappeared into the night sky. She started crying knowing where the cloaked figure was taking her.

Mary was walking next to Danny, they were walking on clouds, the five year old was looking around at everyone, she then saw the stairs, she stopped and looked at Danny.

Danny crouched next to her, "don't worry Mary, I'll come see you again, and take you to see your sister," he said. Mary smiled and then pulled Danny's hood off. He looked down in shame, "I know, I'm very ugly," he spoke.

She smiled at his White and Black hair, his blue skin, green eyes and the the cuts on his cheek. She hugged him and Danny was shocked, he then hugged her back. "Your are not ugly, you're beautiful, ghost and all," she said letting go, and looking back at stairs, she started to walk up it, looking back she saw Danny was gone. She smiled and continued to make her way back up the stairs.

Ghost Zone... 11:20

Clockwork smiled at Danny the young ghost had helped his first soul and he was proud of him. "Good job Danny, you did very well, now you can go home and get some rest," he said. Danny nodded and quickly flew off.

Clockwork turned and looked at a gear in front of him, he looked at Danny's future. So far his future was good, but he saw an evil present that would come from Hades, he just hoped the young ghost will be ready.

The next chapter will be the first episode of season one, anyways I hope y'all enjoyed this chapter! Till next time!!
