PART TWO

Sasuke was dragging his feet toward his apartment like a mindless zombie in the middle of an apocalypse. He felt so worn out and tired from working a double shift, covering his own as well as Sugetisu's shift so that the dumb ass could take Karin out on a date.

Sasuke thought with a small smile. The thing that not many knew, but Sasuke knew that his brothers and most likely Naruto suspected, was that he was a closet romantic. Yup, the Uchiha loved the idea of having that special someone that was just for him, that understood him inside and out.

Breaking from his musing he saw a dark black package at the door with beautiful lilac and deep purple roses sitting next to it. His once tired and drawn out face moved into a bright smile, as the raven picked up the pace, practically running to his door.

Picking up the vase with the roses quickly, he unlocked his door, putting out the door stop so that he could carry the heavy glass vase slowly to his counter, before returning for his all black package. Closing the door with a nudge from his tired feet, the door closed quickly, leaving a giddy Sasuke at his kitchen counter.

Sasuke thought as he saw the bright lilac-purple bow that coincided with the roses that sat brightly on his kitchen counter. Before opening the package, like Sasuke desperately wanted to, he took a picture of the package with the roses, sending off a picture to Naruto thanking him, and one to Dei and Itachi bragging about how sweet his man was. Before Sasuke could put his phone down, the notification went off in his hand. The message that came through was so freaking sweet, that it made Sasuke's eyes water a bit.

Naruto said looking deeply into those eyes he loved. Sasuke nodded, his eyes shinning with unshed tears and a smile that made Naruto's heart skyrocket.

"I promise Naruto, I will always, from here on out, keep you informed. I trust you."

With a stern nod, Naruto's once serious face expression morphed into a cocky grin, Sasuke could feel his smile growing as well. Feeling playful, he did exactly what he wanted to do a minute ago.
