The Starship Genesect arrives at the sixth world, where they witness a lot more galaxies. In the distance, while Genesect pilots the starship, there is a massive black hole. "Drive away from the gigantic black hole and step on it!" alerted Mewtwo.

Genesect accelerates the starship away from the black hole. As the Starship Genesect is in the clear, Jirachi uses a telescope to take a closer look at the galaxies; the Wish Maker becomes elated as he witnessed Throwback Galaxy. "Yay!" cheered Jirachi. "It's Throwback Galaxy! Home of the Whomp's Fortress Replica Planet!"

"Because the Starship Genesect has sixty Power Stars, we can take a shortcut to Throwback Galaxy," boasted Genesect.

The captain accelerates the starship as it goes to the shortcut. At the shortcut, there is a horde of asteroids; arrogantly, Genesect uses the starship's laser guns to destroy the asteroids that are in the way. After enduring through the asteroids, about three minutes later, upon exiting the shortcut, Genesect parks the starship near the sign that says, Throwback Galaxy ahead.

Much to Genesect and Jirachi's happiness, Genesect happily says, "Jirachi and I will be gone for a long time to collect as many Power Stars as possible while we enjoy the Throwback Galaxy as much as possible. This is going to be our favorite galaxy of all time!"

"Good luck on getting the Power Stars," said Mewtwo. "Lubba and I will be in charge of monitoring the Starship Genesect."

"Remember the most important thing regarding Throwback Galaxy," advised Lubba. "Have fun!"

Genesect folds into his High-Speed Flight Form; then, the Steel-Type Mythical Pokemon flies out of the starship that they excitedly and happily fly to Throwback Galaxy. "This is going to be fun," said Jirachi in anticipation.

At Throwback Galaxy, Genesect unfolds and lands on the starting point of Whomp's Fortress Replica Planet. The sky is bright and sunny with blue sky and white clouds. "Interestingly, in the fanfiction, there are no black holes in this galaxy to make it realistic," stated Genesect, as he broke the fourth wall. "Anyways, our mission in this galaxy is to have fun and collect as many Power Stars as possible."

At the starting point, there are some patches of flowers, one Piranha Plant, and a small box. Genesect dashes towards a Piranha Plant. He uses Metal Claw to slash one Piranha Plant, which drops a Blue Coin, which is worth five gold coins. The Paleozoic Pokemon picks up the Blue Coin, and he dashes to the grassy field with more patches of flowers. At the end, which has the patch of flowers, eight gold coins in a ring formation are at the last patch of flowers. Genesect irresistibly picks up the coins. Jirachi picks up a box and throws it at the wall, which releases three gold coins as the box breaks. The Wish Maker picks up the three gold coins.

So far, they have collected 16 gold coins in Whomp's Fortress. Genesect runs back to the start and goes up the brown slope with five gold coins while picking up the coins. At the top of a nearby ramp, three moving bars pop in and out of the wall. Genesect notices a Red Coin above the middle moving bar. Arrogantly, Genesect jumps onto the middle moving bar and grabs the first Red Coin, which is worth two gold coins. Upon passing the moving bars, Genesect jumps over the gaps with a double jump while carefully landing on the receding platforms.

After making it through, some Thwomps are guarding a set of stairs. He waits for the Thwomps to smash down to the ground and the Thwomps let out their trademark grunt upon impact. As they slowly rise, Genesect runs underneath the Thwomps.

Upon reaching the top of the stairs, Jirachi spotted the second Red Coin, which is above a Thwomp near the top of the stairs. "There's a second Red Coin over there," located Jirachi.

"Thanks," replied Genesect.

Genesect crouches and performs a backflip to leap on the top of a Thwomp. The Thwomp elevates Genesect to the second Red Coin. The purple bug nabs the second Red Coin. Then, he jumps off the Thwomp and returns to the top of the stairs. On the other side, Genesect takes the ramp down to the pool area while grabbing five more gold coins.

In the pool area, a ring of gold coins is in the shallow water. Genesect grabs eight gold coins in the pool area. He takes a left and meets a Bob-omb Buddy with a cannon alongside five gold coins while Genesect picks up some coins.

Unlike the normal Bob-ombs, which are usually black, the Bob-omb Buddies have a reddish-pink color as Bob-omb Buddies are Genesect and Jirachi's supporting characters. "Having fun, Genesect?" asked the friendly Bob-omb Buddy.

"Yes we are," replied Genesect enthusiastically.

"I agree," added Jirachi.

"Good, I'm glad you two are having fun in Throwback Galaxy. Anyways, I'm the Bob-omb Buddy. Anytime you want to activate the cannon, let me know."

After meeting a Bob-omb Buddy, Genesect goes to the small area with a small box and a ground pound switch that can spawn four Blue Coins. Above the small area, there is a platform with a Power Star. Right now, Genesect and Jirachi wanted to explore the open-world area to collect 100 gold coins to get a Power Star. He jumps and performs a ground pound at the switch that spawns four Blue Coins. Genesect hurriedly grabs the four Blue Coins before the timer expires, followed by grabbing and throwing a box to release three gold coins.

As Genesect grabs the three gold coins, they have 66 gold coins so far in Whomp's Fortress. "We are more than halfway there on getting a Power Star for collecting 100 gold coins," said Genesect. "After all, I played 'Super Mario 64' before."

Genesect runs up the ramp to return to the area with a Bob-omb Buddy, followed by performing some consecutive long jumps at the pool area to return to the ramp. He runs back up the ramp, which is at the top of the set of stairs guarded by some Thwomps. While a Piranha Plant is sleeping, it is guarding a third Red Coin. Genesect dashes and performs a dive to kill the Piranha Plant while nabbing the third Red Coin. A Piranha Plant then drops a Blue Coin, and Genesect grabs the Blue Coin after that.

Jirachi notices a fourth Red Coin on a narrow path near the second sleeping Piranha Plant. "Move carefully to the narrow path to get the fourth Red Coin," advised Jirachi.

The Paleozoic Pokemon carefully walks on the steep path leading to the second sleeping Piranha Plant. He quietly grabs the fourth Red Coin, and overall, they have 75 gold coins, which means they are a quarter way there to 100 gold coins. Genesect then returns to the near start of the area of sleeping Piranha Plants. He dashes past the collapsing bridge. A small wooden plank with five gold coins is intact, which is another way to the second sleeping Piranha Plant. Genesect slowly walks the plank and grabs five gold coins.

Upon arriving at the second sleeping Piranha Plant's territory, Genesect uses Metal Claw to slash another Piranha Plant. "Surprise!" shouted Genesect.

The Piranha Plant dissipates as it drops a Blue Coin. Jirachi picks up the Blue Coin and gives it to Genesect. He walks to the rotating bridge as it connects to the stationary platform. Genesect then stands in the middle of the rotating bridge as it rotates to the other side.

He spotted a fifth Red Coin at the rotating bridge area. "I got it," boasted Genesect.

Genesect walks to the edge of the rotating bridge and moves Genesect to the four gold coins and the fifth Red Coin. He nabs the coins while the bridge carries Genesect back to the area where the sleeping Piranha Plants used to be. Now, they have 91 gold coins total, and once they collect 9 more gold coins, Genesect will get a Power Star. Genesect waits for the bridge to rotate to the other side once again. He moves to the middle of the bridge while it rotates.

As it stops, Genesect walks to the other side of the area. In the next area, Genesect encounters a Whomp. He waits for the Whomp to stomp towards Genesect. As it leaps in the air, Genesect runs past the Whomp and performs a side-flip while a Whomp smashes its face to the ground and the Whomp lets out a trademark Thwomp grunt. While airborne, Genesect performs a ground pound at the back of the Whomp to destroy the Whomp. The destroyed Whomp drops five gold coins, and Genesect grabs the gold coins.

The purple bug runs to the area with a pair of turning and falling elevator platforms with another Whomp in the way. Genesect runs away from the Whomp as it is about to smash Genesect; he cunningly performs another side-flip, followed by a ground pound to crush the Whomp. Genesect grabs five gold coins that are dropped by the Whomp. As Genesect reached a total of 100 gold coins, while picking up an extra gold coin, a Power Star appears above Genesect's head.

"Excellent," praised Jirachi. "Now let's get our first Power Star of Throwback Galaxy."

The Paleozoic Pokemon grabs and stores the first Power Star at Whomp's Fortress. Jirachi claps and cheers for Genesect as the purple bug collected 100 gold coins at Whomp's Fortress. "Thank you, thank you," thanked Genesect. "Of course I had a little help from you, Jirachi, while the majority was done by me since I arrogantly can do that, even without you. No offense, Jirachi."

"None taken," replied Jirachi.

Genesect jumps on the elevating platform carrying Genesect up to the top of the fortress. At the top of the fortress, there is a tall tower with some receding steps and a Bill Blaster near the tower.

As Genesect goes near the tall tower's lowest step, a Bill Blaster fires a Bullet Bill. Interestingly, Genesect says, "Bullet Bills only appear in Throwback Galaxy, which marks the first and only time we've seen a Bullet Bill in our journey."

"I know, right?" added Jirachi.

While a Bullet Bill remains its white eyes and black pupils, much like "Super Mario 64" and its Nintendo DS remake, a Bullet Bill chases Genesect and Jirachi as they are about to go up the first step. It's like a Canadian Goose flying toward its prey to attack with its wings to defend its territory. The Bullet Bill cannot fly upward or downward, only chases foes side to side like in "Super Mario 64". Jirachi blows a raspberry at the Bullet Bill.

Now, Genesect jumps from one step to another while carefully timing the receding steps. At the last step, the platform carries Genesect to the top of the tall tower, where he jumps off the step and lands on the top of the tall tower. "Jirachi, do you want to do the honors?" offered Genesect.

"Hell yeah!" accepted Jirachi with enthusiasm.

The Wish Maker grabs the second Power Star, followed by giving the second Power Star to Genesect. After getting the second Power Star at the top of the tower, a green Warp Pipe appears.

Jirachi asks, "Where does the Warp Pipe lead to, Genesect?"

"Let's find out," he replied.

And with that, Genesect and Jirachi enter a Warp Pipe at the top of the tower. The Warp Pipe takes them to the Whomp King's arena, which is located on the underside of the Whomp's Fortress Replica Planet. At the arena, Genesect and Jirachi emerge from the Warp Pipe as they confront the Whomp King.

"It makes me so mad!" ranted the Whomp King. "We build your houses and your castles. We pave your roads, and still, you walk all over us. Do you ever say thank you? No! Well, you're not going to wipe your feet on me. I think I'll crush you just for fun! Do you have an issue with that? Just try to pound me, wimp! Ha!"

The big bad blocky brutal Whomp King battles Genesect at the arena. Arrogantly, Genesect runs between the Whomp King's feet as the titan is about to crush Genesect. He performs a side-flip while the Whomp King smashes his face onto the ground as he lets out his trademark grunt. Genesect climbs onto the Whomp King and performs a ground pound on the big block's back.

As the Whomp King takes the first hit, he gets back up on its two feet that Genesect slides off the Whomp King. He tries to crush Genesect again; obviously, Genesect dodges the attack and performs a side-flip. Genesect climbs onto the Whomp King and performs a ground pound on the back again. One more hit and the Whomp King will be reduced into gravel. The Whomp King gets back up once again.

This time, the king stomps his feet and spawns some Whimps, some miniature versions of the usual Whomps. Jirachi uses Psychic to stun the Whimps while Genesect jumps and avoids the king's earthquake attack. "I'll take care of those Whimps," said Jirachi. "You go on ahead and finish the Whomp King, Genesect."

Afterwards, the Whomp King attempts to smash his face towards Genesect, but the Paleozoic Pokemon avoided the attack. "Ha! Missed me!" taunted Genesect. "I know all your moves."

"I've should have known," complained the Whomp King.

Genesect climbs on the Whomp King's back and performs a ground pound the third time on the back to defeat the king. "No! I've been crushed!" groaned the Whomp King in defeat. "I'm just a stepping stone, after all. I won't gravel, er grovel. Here, you win. Take this with you, pesky purple bug. Damn it!"

The Whomp King is now reduced into gravel, and a Power Star has been dropped. Genesect grabs and stores the third Power Star. "Way to beat the Whomp King, Genesect," praised Jirachi.

"No need to thank me," chuckled Genesect with arrogance. "I've played it before."

Then, after the battle, a Warp Pipe reappears, and the duo dives into the Warp Pipe to return to the top of the fortress.

Back at the top of the tall tower, Genesect and Jirachi emerge from the Warp Pipe and the pipe lowers away. "Now, we must collect the rest of the Red Coins in this open-world area," recapped Genesect.

He leaps out of the tower and lands on the lowest step of the tall tower. As Genesect returns to the floor near the lowest step of the tall tower, a Bullet Bill is fired out of the Bill Blaster and is chasing Genesect and Jirachi. Genesect lures the Bullet Bill toward the tall wooden plank.

Despite the Bullet Bill hitting the tall wooden plank, the plank is still standing. "Looks like luring the Bullet Bill to hit the tall wooden plank is not good enough," realized Genesect. "Therefore, you, Jirachi, will do the honors."

"With pleasure," accepted Jirachi, as he uses Iron Head twice at the tall plank.

Thanks to Jirachi, the plank is knocked over. Now, Genesect carefully walks on the long plank and lands on the small arrow-shaped grassy platform with some gold coins, which the arrow platform is pointing directly towards a small stony platform with the sixth Red Coin. He jumps carefully to the stony platform with a Red Coin, and Genesect grabs the sixth Red Coin. Next to the stone platform, three slow-spinning grassy platforms float above the fortress, the third one has the seventh Red Coin while the second one has a ring of gold coins. Genesect jumps from one slow-spinning platform to another.

At the second slow-spinning grassy platform, Genesect collects some gold coins for himself. Then, he jumps to the third platform with the seventh Red Coin; upon landing, Genesect nabs the seventh Red Coin. "I wonder where the eighth Red Coin is at?" theorized Jirachi.

Suddenly, Genesect remembers where the eighth Red Coin is at. "I know where it is!" recapped Genesect. "Follow me if you want to know."

He jumps off the platform and lands back on the fortress' surface, where he arrives at the area where the rotating bridge is at. Genesect walks onto the rotating bridge. Then, he jumps and dives to the eighth Red Coin at the slope toward the pool area. After grabbing the eighth Red Coin, the fourth Power Star appears at the fortress' base, which is near the starting point. Genesect performs some long jumps among the water.

Then, he arrives at the starting point, where the fourth Power Star lies at. Genesect grabs and stores the fourth Power Star. "We should return to the pool area to meet the Bob-omb Buddy to activate the cannon," suggested Jirachi.

"Good idea, Jirachi," replied Genesect.

Genesect walks onto the small grassy slope near the slope with the moving bars. He crouches and performs a backflip to take a shortcut to the pool area.

The Paleozoic Pokemon then arrives at the rendezvous point, the Bob-omb Buddy and the cannon. "I would like to activate the cannon, please," requested Genesect.

"Sure thing," accepted the Bob-omb Buddy. "I will activate the cannon for you."

As the door opens, the cannon is now activated. "There you go," said the Bob-omb Buddy. "The cannon is now ready."

Genesect folds into his High-Speed Flight Form as he loads himself into the cannon. And with that, the cannon rises from the hole. The purple bug aims the cannon towards the corner of the wall with the rotating bridge and the former location of the sleeping Piranha Plant. He fires the cannon that he flies toward the corner of the wall, and Genesect busts the wall that reveals the fifth Power Star.

Upon hitting the wall, Genesect unfolds and lands on the watery floor. He then returns to the ramp towards the end of the set of stairs, followed by taking the collapsing bridge. Genesect carefully walks on the small plank and arrives at the fifth Power Star's location. With carefulness, Genesect slides on the broken wall as a slope and grabs the fifth Power Star. He lands on the pool area with Genesect's feet.

After getting the fifth Power Star, Genesect says, "I remember where the sixth Power Star is at. It's located on the platform above the former ground pound switch that spawned Blue Coins."

Usually, the Bob-omb Buddy suggests, "To get to the platform, you must use the cannon and aim carefully towards the platform."

"Perhaps there's another way," stated Genesect. "I can reach it without using the cannon by doing some acrobatics."

He runs past the cannon area and returns to the former ground pound switch area. To his arrogance, Genesect runs and performs a side-flip, followed by a wall jump to reach the platform without the need of the cannon.

Genesect grabs and stores the sixth Power Star. "Nice moves, Genesect," complimented Jirachi.

"Why thank you," he replied.

The purple bug performs a dive to return to the fortress' surface and heads back to the pool area. Genesect performs some consecutive long jumps all the way back to the starting point. Back at the starting point, Jirachi asks, "Where is the next Power Star located?"

"Wait, I remember," realized Genesect. "The seventh Power Star is at the small caged island above the fortress."

"How will you get there?"

"That's easy!"

Genesect climbs on a small tree to reach the top. As he reaches the top of the tree, an owl named Hoot wakes up from its slumber and flies out of the tree. "Whooo's there?" yawned Hoot, as Genesect climbs off the tree. "Whooo woke me up? It's still daylight, and I should be sleeping. Hey, as long as I am awake, why not take a short flight with me."

"Oh, I get it," said Jirachi. "That's so clever of you."

The Paleozoic Pokemon grabs onto Hoot's feet as it carries Genesect upwards into the sky above Whomp's Fortress. As Genesect located the seventh Power Star, which is on the small caged island, Genesect lets go of Hoot's feet and he lands on the small caged island with his feet.

Genesect then grabs and stores the seventh Power Star. "I guess that's all the Power Stars in this galaxy for now," concluded Genesect.

He crouches and performs a backflip as he jumps out of the caged island. He then lands on the ramp leading to the pool area. After that, Genesect performs a dive as he returns to the starting point of Whomp's Fortress.

Just then, five Silver Stars fall towards Whomp's Fortress. "Hold it!" commented Jirachi. "There's more where that came from."

As the Silver Stars are scattered in the open-world fortress, Genesect says, "Now our next mission is to collect all five Silver Stars at Whomp's Fortress to craft a Power Star, which is the eighth Power Star at Whomp's Fortress. I'm glad there are more activities to do in Throwback Galaxy."

Genesect spotted the first Silver Star, which is at the ramp leading to the moving bars. Genesect takes the ramp and grabs the first Silver Star. He performs a side-flip and reaches the pool area.

As Genesect reaches the cannon area, he asks the Bob-omb Buddy, "Have you seen a Silver Star?"

"One of them must have landed at the platform above the former ground pound switch," mentioned the Bob-omb Buddy.

Genesect goes to the area with the platform above. At the former location of the ground pound switch, Genesect performs a side-flip, followed by a wall jump, to reach the platform with the second Silver Star. He nabs the second Silver Star. Afterwards, Genesect jumps off the platform and returns to the cannon area.

He performs some long jumps while skipping along with the pool area as Genesect returns to the starting point. Jirachi suggests, "Go to the moving bars area. You might find something."

As the purple bug takes Jirachi's advice, Genesect runs to the ramp leading to the moving bars and receding platforms area. Genesect carefully performs long jumps twice until he reaches the receding platforms. Then, he runs to the second receding platform, which is about to fold away. Genesect carefully jumps and performs some wall jumps to grab the third Silver Star while the receding platform is closed.

After getting the third Silver Star, Genesect returns to the stationary area, which is near the set of stairs guarded by the Thwomps. At the stairway, Genesect jumps from one step to another while avoiding the Thwomps. Upon reaching the top of the stairs, Genesect returns to the area where the sleeping Piranha Plant used to be. He takes the collapsing bridge and performs a long jump off the stationary platform to grab the fourth Silver Star that is floating in midair.

As Genesect carefully lands on the pool area, Genesect tries to figure out where the fifth Silver Star is at. "I believe the fifth Silver Star is at the top of the tall tower," guessed Genesect.

The Paleozoic Pokemon runs to the ramp back to the top of the stairway. At the top of the stairway, Genesect takes a steep path to the former second sleeping Piranha Plant's location. He waits for the rotating bridge to come to Genesect. As it arrives, Genesect takes the rotating bridge and walks to the middle while he waits for the rotating bridge to stop at the other side.

Upon arriving at the other side, Genesect runs to the path leading to the rotating elevator platforms. He jumps onto the elevator platform that carries him to the top of the fortress with a tall tower and a Bill Blaster. The Paleozoic Pokemon jumps off the platform and lands on the top of the fortress with a Bill Blaster nearby. Again, a Bullet Bill is fired from the Bill Blaster and is chasing Genesect and Jirachi. Genesect performs a side-flip to distract the Bullet Bill; afterwards, Genesect jumps onto the first step of the tall tower.

While carefully timing the jumps on each step, including the receding steps, he arrives at the highest step. The last step carries Genesect to the top of the tall tower. The fifth Silver Star is on the rooftop of the tall tower. Genesect crouches and performs a backflip. While airborne, Jirachi tosses Genesect upward to the rooftop to grab the fifth Silver Star.

Finally, after collecting the five Silver Stars, the fragments fuse into a Power Star. Genesect grabs and stores the eighth Power Star, thus he collected all eight Power Stars in Whomp's Fortress. He then slides off the roof and lands back on the Bill Blaster area near the bottom of the tall tower.

While still at the top of the fortress, Jirachi notices a Hungry Luma near a Bob-omb Buddy with the activated cannon. "Look over there, Genesect," pointed Jirachi. "There's a Hungry Luma. We should go meet the Hungry Luma. I hope it transforms into a Bob-omb Battlefield Replica Planet."

Genesect performs a long jump to leap off the top to reach all the way to the pool area. As he performs a beautiful landing while raising its limbs, Genesect meets the Hungry Luma near the Bob-omb Buddy and the cannon. "I'm hungry, can you please feed me 100 gold coins?" requested the Hungry Luma.

"Sure thing," accepted Genesect. "100 gold coins, coming right up, but I'm still keeping the Power Star for collecting 100 gold coins at Whomp's Fortress."

The purple bug feeds the Hungry Luma 100 gold coins by shooting some gold coins from Genesect's cannon while Genesect keeps the Power Star for collecting 100 gold coins in Whomp's Fortress.

After feeding the Hungry Luma 100 gold coins, the Hungry Luma is now full. "That's it… I'm stuffed!" squeaked the Hungry Luma. "Here we go! TRANSFOOOORM!"

The stuffed Hungry Luma flies out of the Whomp's Fortress Replica Planet by flying to the upper left that it transforms into another planet, Bob-omb Battlefield Replica Planet. "Hooray! Best day ever!" cheered Jirachi.

"It's a dream come true!" exclaimed Genesect in joy.

The Bob-omb Battlefield Replica Planet is a replica of the Bob-omb Battlefield, and it is a gigantic floating meadow island planet. Genesect folds into his High-Speed Flight Form as he climbs aboard the cannon. "Have fun at the Bob-omb Battlefield Replica Planet, Genesect and Jirachi," wished the Bob-omb Buddy.

And with that, the cannon roars as it fires Genesect, in its High-Speed Flight Form, out of the cannon towards the Bob-omb Battlefield Replica Planet while Jirachi follows the flying Genesect.

Finally, to their overjoy, they land at the starting point of the Bob-omb Battlefield Replica Planet as they plant their heads on the ground. "Hooray! Yippee!" cheered Jirachi.

"We did it!" muffled Genesect in joy. "Jirachi, we made it!"

Jirachi and Genesect pull their heads out of the ground, followed by Genesect unfolding and landing on the grass with his feet. "Now we can collect even more Power Stars with this newborn planet," praised Genesect.

At the Bob-omb Battlefield Replica Planet's starting point, Genesect meets two Bob-omb Buddies. One Bob-omb Buddy says, "Hey, you! It's dangerous ahead, so listen up! Take my advice. Cross the two bridges ahead, then watch for falling water bombs. The Big Bob-omb at the top of the mountain is very powerful, so don't let him throw Bob-ombs at you. We're the Bob-omb Buddies, and we're on your side, Genesect and Jirachi."

"Watch out! If you wander around here, you're liable to be plastered by a water bomb," advised another Bob-omb Buddy. "Those enemy Bob-ombs love to fight, and they're always finding ways to attack. This meadow has become a battlefield ever since the Big Bob-omb has got his paws on the Power Star."

"No worries," reassured Genesect arrogantly. "Jirachi and I will collect some Power Stars in Bob-omb Battlefield, including the one Power Star Big Bob-omb is holding."

At the starting point, Genesect uses Metal Claw at the two big crates. One big crate has nothing while the other has three gold coins. He grabs the first three gold coins of Bob-omb Battlefield. Genesect encounters a Goomba; the purple bug performs a dive to exterminate a Goomba, which drops a gold coin. Jirachi picks up the gold coin and gives it to Genesect. He sees another Goomba, and Jirachi uses Iron Head to kill a Goomba, which it dropped another gold coin. The Wish Maker gives a gold coin to Genesect. While exploring, Genesect discovers five gold coins underneath a bridge. The Paleozoic Pokemon picks up the gold coins by himself.

Genesect runs to the left area of the starting point, where he encounters four Bob-ombs with a closed gate, which must be activated by stepping on a switch at the other side of the gate. He lures the one Bob-omb to the other three; as one Bob-omb detonates near the three Bob-ombs, all four Bob-ombs explode, and they drop four gold coins. Jirachi picks up the two gold coins and gives them to Genesect while Genesect picks up the other two gold coins himself. So far, they collected 14 gold coins in Bob-omb Battlefield.

They now return to the starting point of the Bob-omb Battlefield. There are two ways of going up to the big Chain Chomp's area, the bridge and the moving & falling elevator platforms. Above the elevator platforms, there is a Red Coin above it. Genesect jumps aboard the platform rising him up to the first Red Coin of Bob-omb Battlefield. As the platform reaches the desired area, Genesect grabs the first Red Coin. Then, he jumps off the platform and lands on the grass.

The purple bug encounters a Bob-omb; he picks it up and throws it at the ground. As a Bob-omb explodes, it drops a gold coin. Upon picking it up, he sees three Goombas near a small hill with a second Red Coin at Chain Chomp's area. Arrogantly, Genesect jumps and squishes one Goomba to another. Then, he picks up three gold coins. Afterwards, he climbs up a small hill to grab a second Red Coin. Genesect returns to the top of the bridge and squishes three more Goombas; after being squished, they drop three gold coins.

Jirachi spotted a big Chain Chomp chained onto a stake. With a closer look, Jirachi locates, "There is a third Red Coin on top of the stake."

Genesect goes to Chain Chomp's territory. Before performing a ground pound three times to set the big Chain Chomp free, Genesect nabs the third Red Coin. He then jumps and performs a ground pound at the stake. The Paleozoic Pokemon avoids Chain Chomp's attack while he runs away from it for a moment. Genesect returns to the stake and quickly jumps and performs a ground pound twice to set the Chain Chomp free after three ground pounds at the stake. As the Chain Chomp is set free, it dashes toward the gate with the Power Star inside.

Thankfully, the big Chain Chomp busted the gate open as the freed Chain Chomp fled. Genesect runs to the busted gate that he grabs and stores the first Power Star of Bob-omb Battlefield, which is their 9th overall Power Star in Throwback Galaxy. So far, they have 27 gold coins in Bob-omb Battlefield. He crosses the teetering bridge to go to the left side. On the left side, there are four Bob-ombs. Genesect grabs and throws a Bob-omb each while avoiding the falling water bombs. He then picks up the four gold coins.

Jirachi noticed the area with three Goombas, the fourth & fifth Red Coins, and four stumps. "There are more Red Coins," said Jirachi.

Genesect arrives at the Goombas area and squishes three Goombas while picking up the dropped coins, followed by grabbing the fourth and fifth Red Coins. He also grabs and throws a small box against the wall, which drops three gold coins. Jirachi picks up the three gold coins and gives them to Genesect. Genesect returns to the former location of the four Bob-ombs while avoiding more water bombs.

On one of the patches of flowers, Genesect discovers eight gold coins in a ring formation. He picks up the eight gold coins. "We are almost halfway there on getting a Power Star for collecting 100 gold coins in Bob-omb Battlefield since we have 49 gold coins," stated Genesect.

They discover a path leading to the switch to open the gate below the teetering bridge. As Genesect takes the path, Genesect picks up the sixth Red Coin, followed by picking up a Bob-omb and throwing it against the wall. The destroyed Bob-omb drops a gold coin that Genesect picks up a gold coin; he then steps on the purple switch to open the gate. They pass through the gate to return to the left side of the starting point.

Upon returning to the starting point, Genesect picks up a small box and throws it against the wall to release three gold coins. And with that, Genesect picks up the three gold coins. Genesect runs back up to the bridge to return to Chain Chomp's former location. Then, he takes the teetering bridge back to the left side of the teetering bridge, followed by performing a long jump. On the left side, Genesect runs to the cannon. Before loading himself into the cannon, he folds into his High-Speed Flight Form. Then, he loads himself into the cannon. The cannon aims at the small floating island in the sky.

He fires the cannon that Genesect flies to the island in the sky. Upon arriving at the island in the sky, Genesect unfolds and lands on the isle's grassy surface. The seventh Red Coin is above a small tree; Genesect climbs onto the small tree and reaches the top to nab the seventh Red Coin. After that, Genesect climbs off the tree and runs to the Yellow Question Mark Block. He bashes the block that the second Power Star is released. Genesect grabs and stores the second Power Star of Bob-omb Battlefield, which is their 10th Power Star in Throwback Galaxy overall.

After getting the 10th Power Star in Throwback Galaxy, Genesect sees the sign, and he reads, "Whenever you pass through a ring of gold coins, a red number appears above your head. Once it reaches 5, you will get a Power Star."

Genesect folds into his High-Speed Flight Form as he loads himself into the cannon in the isle. He fires the cannon towards the five rings of gold coins in the sky. The Paleozoic Pokemon flies through the rings of gold coins that a red number appears above Genesect's head alongside collecting more gold coins. His flight configuration is easier to control than Wing Cap Mario and has a faster flight speed than Red Star Mario. After passing through the fifth ring, a Power Star appears at the four stumps area. Genesect flies to the rendezvous point and unfolds as he lands on the grass near the Power Star.

He grabs and stores the third Power Star of Bob-omb Battlefield, which is the 11th Power Star overall in Throwback Galaxy. They have 74 gold coins, which they are almost a quarter way there to getting a Power Star for collecting 100 gold coins in Bob-omb Battlefield. Genesect runs to the beginning of the mountain area. In the mountain area, there is an eighth Red Coin on the slope. He runs past the two rolling iron balls, and Genesect arrives at the top of the slope, where the eighth Red Coin is at. The purple bug slides onto the slope and grabs the eighth Red Coin and the fourth Power Star appears at the same location as the third Power Star's location. Genesect exits the mountain and returns to the left side of the teetering bridge. He grabs and stores the fourth Power Star, which is their 12th Power Star in Throwback Galaxy.

Jirachi says, "We must be having a blast in Throwback Galaxy, which is the reason why this chapter is long since we are having so much fun."

"It's obviously our favorite galaxy," stated Genesect. "No wonder why I told Mewtwo and Lubba that we will be gone for long."

Throwback Galaxy is a fun playground for Genesect and Jirachi since they are having a blast in this galaxy. Anyways, without further ado, Genesect resumes his fun activity at Throwback Galaxy's Bob-omb Battlefield Replica Planet. He returns to the lowest portion of the mountain. Genesect climbs to the mountain; as they are near the top of the mountain, Genesect collects ten gold coins.

Upon arriving at the top of the mountain, Genesect and Jirachi confront the Big Bob-omb. "I challenge you two to a Bob-omb Blast battle," declared the Big Bob-omb. "Whoever gets hit by Bob-ombs three times is out of the match. If you win, purple bug, I will give you this Power Star."

"I'll take this challenge," accepted Genesect.

As Genesect accepts the challenge, the Big Bob-omb starts the battle. The Big Bob-omb throws some Bob-ombs toward Genesect and Jirachi. Genesect and Jirachi must throw Bob-ombs at Big Bob-omb like a game of dodgeball. They dodge the Bob-ombs thrown by the king. As the Bob-ombs are on the ground, Genesect and Jirachi quickly pick up the Bob-ombs. Genesect throws a Bob-omb towards the Big Bob-omb and the king takes damage. Upon his first hit, the Big Bob-omb bounces around the ground. Genesect and Jirachi stay away from the Big Bob-omb while he's bouncing. Jirachi, acting fast, throws the Bob-omb away before it explodes at Jirachi. After bouncing several times, Genesect goes near the Big Bob-omb. The Big Bob-omb throws two more Bob-ombs at Genesect; with great coordination, Genesect grabs a Bob-omb, much to the Big Bob-omb's surprise. The purple bug throws the Bob-omb at the Big Bob-omb to hit him the second time.

The Big Bob-omb bounces around the place after taking the second hit. "The third hit is all you, Jirachi," said Genesect.

"Understood," replied Jirachi.

Jirachi is about to do the honors by throwing a Bob-omb at the Big Bob-omb once he gets a Bob-omb. After a couple of bounces, the Big Bob-omb throws even more Bob-ombs towards Genesect and Jirachi. Jirachi uses Psychic to pick up one Bob-omb, and then he throws it at the Big Bob-omb, thus taking the third hit.

Finally, the Big Bob-omb is defeated by Genesect and Jirachi with three hits from the Bob-ombs like a strikeout in baseball. "I admit defeat," stated the Big Bob-omb. "You and your little pal make a great team. Take this Power Star, purple bug."

After the Big Bob-omb explodes, a Power Star was dropped. Genesect grabs and stores the fifth Power Star in Bob-omb Battlefield, which is their 13th Power Star overall in Throwback Galaxy. "Now that this was done, we will continue collecting 100 gold coins in Bob-omb Battlefield," stated Genesect.

Currently, they have 86 gold coins in Bob-omb Battlefield. Genesect climbs down the mountain and returns to the right side of the teetering bridge, where the big Chain Chomp used to be at. After returning to the lower area, Genesect folds into his High-Speed Flight Form and loads himself into the cannon. The cannon aims at the floating island in the sky, and the cannon fires Genesect toward the isle.

While remaining in its High-Speed Flight Form, he flies to the isle; upon arriving, he slides on the isle's grassy surface and loads himself into the isle's cannon. The cannon aims at the coins in the sky, and Genesect fires the cannon. While airborne, he collects the rest of the gold coins while flying.

Upon collecting 100 gold coins in Bob-omb Battlefield, a Power Star appears above Genesect's head, and Jirachi grabs and gives the Power Star to Genesect. They have got the sixth Power Star in Bob-omb Battlefield, which is their 14th Power Star in Throwback Galaxy. Before returning to the starting point of the Bob-omb Battlefield, Genesect grabs two extra gold coins for himself.

Then, he flies back to the starting point area; upon Genesect's return, he unfolds and lands on the grass. "I got the Power Star for defeating the Big Bob-omb along with all the other Power Stars on this planet too," Genesect notified the two Bob-omb Buddies.

"Way to defeat the Big Bob-omb!" praised one Bob-omb Buddy.

"Thanks, and I, Genesect, had a little help from Jirachi."

"Koopa the Quick has just arrived at Bob-omb Battlefield," mentioned the other Bob-omb Buddy.

Genesect reunites with Koopa the Quick. "Hi, Genesect," greeted Koopa the Quick. "It's been a while since we last met in Honeyhive Galaxy, where we had our first footrace."

"Nice to meet you again, Koopa the Quick," replied Genesect. "I declare a footrace at Bob-omb Battlefield."

"The first person to reach the top of the mountain wins a Power Star."

"I promise to play fair by not taking any shortcuts, and I won't even take the cannons too."

As the race begins, Genesect runs while performing some long jumps to the bridge where the big Chain Chomp used to be located at. He is faster than Koopa the Quick while playing fair and square. He hurtles to the teetering bridge that Genesect takes on the left side. On the left side, quick as a flash, Genesect enters the mountain area by climbing around the spiraling path from the bottom to the top of the mountain while avoiding the rolling iron balls. On his way to the top, Genesect also performs some more long jumps.

Finally, at the top of the mountain, Genesect reached the goal in 1 minute. Koopa the Quick huffs and puffs as he exhaustedly arrives at the mountain's top. "Well, Genesect," admitted Koopa the Quick, "looks like you have won the race fair and square. You didn't even cheat as you did once in Honeyhive Galaxy. As a reward, I will give you a Power Star."

Koopa the Quick bestows Genesect a Power Star; the Paleozoic Pokemon grabs and stores the seventh Power Star of Bob-omb Battlefield, which is the duo's 15th Power Star overall in Throwback Galaxy.

Genesect folds into his High-Speed Flight Form that he flies all the way back to the starting point of the Bob-omb Battlefield Replica Planet. Just then, Jirachi witnesses five Silver Stars falling to the Bob-omb Battlefield Replica Planet. "Now there's one more Power Star left to get at this galaxy," stated Jirachi. "We must collect five Silver Stars to get the eighth Power Star in Bob-omb Battlefield."

The purple bug spotted the first Silver Star, which is at the small tree near the starting area's bridge. He runs to the tree and climbs up the tree; Genesect nabs the first Silver Star that he climbs off the tree. The Paleozoic Pokemon runs to the bridge to arrive at the right side of the teetering bridge.

Suddenly, a freed big Chain Chomp ramparts around the area. "Uh oh," said Genesect. "Looks like Chain Chomp is on the loose."

Cunningly, Jirachi uses Psychic to stun the loose Chain Chomp, which has a second Silver Star behind the chain. Genesect grabs the second Silver Star while the Chain Chomp is stunned by Jirachi's Psychic. "You're welcome," commented Jirachi.

Genesect takes the teetering bridge to arrive at the left side of the area. Jirachi spotted the third Silver Star, which is in the area with the four stumps. Genesect nabs the third Silver Star.

Also, Genesect noticed a fourth Silver Star at the patch of flowers, where he picked up the eight gold coins. "You do the honors, Jirachi," allowed Genesect.

Jirachi grabs the fourth Silver Star and gives it to Genesect. Now, they must look for the fifth Silver Star. Genesect arrives at the bottom of the mountain area. He takes the path while avoiding the three iron balls. At the cannon area, the fifth Silver Star is near the cannon. Finally, Genesect grabs the fifth Silver Star, which the fragments fuse into a Power Star. Genesect grabs and stores the eighth Power Star in Bob-omb Battlefield, which is the 16th Power Star in Throwback Galaxy.

"That was so much fun," said Jirachi. "We collected a truckload of Power Stars. I'm gonna need a sack."

Genesect pulls out a sack and stores 16 Power Stars into the sack. "Now that we finished Throwback Galaxy and had fun, we shall return to the Starship Genesect," stated Genesect, as he folds into his High-Speed Flight Form.

After collecting a whopping total of sixteen Power Stars, Genesect and Jirachi fly back to the Starship Genesect.

Back at the Starship Genesect, Genesect unfolds and lands on the floor as he and Jirachi arrive inside the beacon room. In the beacon room, Jirachi pulls out a sack full of Power Stars and dumps the stars into the beacon itself. "Merry Christmas," quoted Jirachi, in the style of Santa Clone from The Santa Clause 2. "Ho Ho Ho!"

"That's a lot of Power Stars all right," commented Genesect.

Afterwards, Genesect and Jirachi exit the beacon room as they return to the deck area. "How did it go?" asked Mewtwo.

"Did you two have fun?" added Lubba.

"Jirachi and I sure had fun that we collected loads of Power Stars," recapped Genesect.

"Indeed," agreed Jirachi. "Throwback Galaxy is our favorite galaxy of all time while Starshine Beach Galaxy is our second favorite galaxy."

"Now that the beacon has seventy-six Power Stars total, the Starship Genesect will be able to fly to the I.A.A.S. Galaxy to defend the galaxies and rescue Dawn once more, and we will defeat the Invasion of All Aliens Squad for good. Also, I, Genesect, will take another shortcut since we have enough Power Stars too."

The Paleozoic Pokemon steps onto the weight-activated switch that he takes control of the Starship Genesect. While sailing across the cosmos, Jirachi says, "If we're gonna save the galaxies, then we are going to do it together."
