Before the head for the gondola, the group went back into Brutus' hut. They went to Keira, who said, "Hey guys, I just discovered there are some Precursor Blockers in the Snowy Mountain, which according to Mildred, might have a Power Cell, you have to jump high over them to press their buttons to disable them, but be careful, if you get hit by the blockers' force field, you will be bounced off!"
The group then talked to Samos, who was looking at the bookshelf, then soon said, "I'm glad you four are here," he turned, and said, "There's lurker movement in the Snowy Mountain," he paused, and said, "Apparently they've discovered, and are now trying to remove, some Dark Eco stores frozen in the glaciers," he paused, and said, "While you're up there poking around for Power Cells and Power Gems, stop those lurkers and keep a little more Dark Eco out of Gol's hands!"
The group then went back to the miners, then Aku Aku soon said, "I know we still have a job for us to do, Gordy, but I think Willard has a job for us as well."
Willard then said, "You're right, guys, duh, Birdie and I was exploring a cave you'd like, it was filled with pretty orange metal and hidden real good behind some trees in the Snowy Mountain. I told Gordy but he just yelled at me for not digging."
Gordy soon asked, "Speaking of that, why aren't you digging?!
Willard replied, "I'm sorry."
Aku Aku soon said, "Don't worry Willard, we'll check that out."
The group jumped on the gondola and then rode it to the Snowy Mountain.

On the Snowy Mountain, Daxter notices something, and said, "That must be one of those Precursor Blockers, press the button on top to disable it." Jak did that, while collecting some orbs as well, while the group soon went off while being ambushed by snow lurkers that pop up out of the snow. Jak then rolled across a small chasm, collecting orbs, but then they notice an ice lurker, who lets out some spikes, Jak did hit it, but got damaged, causing Daxter to say, "Hit it when its spikes are in!" The ice lurker brought its spikes in, and Jak defeats it, then drops down the small chasm he crossed, for there was a Scout Fly down there, and freed it.
Aku Aku soon said, "How Scout Flies can survive in this cold mountain is a mystery, but let's just continue on the tasks at hand."
The group then went up a hill, avoiding giant snowballs that were rolling down, collecting orbs, breaking crates, and disabling two more blockers. The group then made it to the top, where Jak found a Red Eco vent, used it to take out the lurkers, and a shield lurker who was bashing a glacier with Dark Eco, who came out to defeat the group, but was defeated since Jak was powered by Red Eco. After collecting orbs and breaking crates, they went down the hill of the snowballs, until they were near an ice cave. After taking out two lurkers, they went around the cave, and down another hill, collecting orbs and breaking crates.
The group notices a giant fort, causing Aku Aku to say, "This might be the fort Boris told us about, but the gate seems to be closed, we got to find a way to open it."
They skated on the bridge, collecting the orbs, they went down, fought some lurkers, freed another Scout Fly, collected some orbs, and broke some crates. The group then went to another Red Eco vent, which Jak then powers up with it, and the group went to the group went down some steps, and Crash took out the lurkers, while Jak took out the shield lurker, who was trying to bash into a glacier to get some Dark Eco. The group retraced their steps and skated back to the fort.
After taking out some lurkers, collecting orbs, and breaking crates, Aku Aku notices some trees, and said, "This must be the trees Willard told us about, let's check them out." They soon went into the cave, which had ice and mechanisms trying to push them into the abyss below. Eventually, after going through the gauntlet, Jak collected some orbs, and Aku Aku noticed something, and said, "So, this is what Willard found, a Yellow Eco switch." Jak then collects the Power Cell and activate the Yellow Eco switch all over the world.
The group then slid down some ice and were back at the entrance of the cave. Jak took out some snow lurkers, and an ice lurker, then disabled another blocker, which was difficult due to the ice. They soon reached the door to the fort, causing Daxter to ask, "How do we get inside this fort?"
Aku Aku replied, "I just was wondering that as well." They continue around the fort, which Jak disabled two more blockers. The group then went crossed the bridge, took out some more lurkers, disabled some more blockers. Once inside a cave, they notice it was a hopping-lurkers, TNT crates, and Dark Eco boxes. Jak then powered up with Red Eco and leads the group as he takes out the lurkers, boxes, and crates, and eventually found another Power Cell. The soon were back to where they found the fort. They then went into the cave they passed, and took out some hopping-lurkers, and used a Yellow Eco vent that was capped off, which Jak used to shoot a box in the ice, causing a Power Cell to come out. Jak collects the Power Cell, while freeing another Scout Fly. Jak went back to power up with more Yellow Eco and broke some metal orb boxes. The group notice an ice area, which showed underneath it the Yellow Eco switch. Jak soon disabled some more blockers, which also one had a Power Cell, which Jak collects.
The communicator appeared, and Keira's voice soon said, "Good work taking out those blockers, it might be useful to moving around the mountain now the blockers are disabled." The communicator soon went into Jak's pack.
Jak then powered up with Red Eco from a nearby vent, and the group soon went and notice another lurker trying to break a glacier to get some Dark Eco. After a small tussle, the last shield lurker was defeated, and a Power Cell came out of the battering ram the lurker was using. Jak collects the Power Cell, then the communicator came out, and Samos' voice said, "Well done, without the Dark Eco that are now forever to be in the glaciers, Gol won't be able to use it." The communicator soon went back into Jak's pack.
The group went back to the ice rink, and slid down, while collecting orbs. After fighting some lurkers, the begin climbing up some ledges, breaking more crates, and freeing another Scout Fly. They soon were at the last battering ram, and crossed a bridge, and see lights of a trans-pad. The group soon see what is on the trans-pad, causing Aku Aku to say, "I guess Keira sent the Flut-Flut to help us with this task."
The group soon jumped on the Flut-Flut, and used her to step on a button, causing some platforms to rise from the abyss in front of them, and Daxter to say, "I think we need to hurry and get through the chasm before the platforms fall down!" The group rode the Flut-Flut through the chasm, collecting orbs, and until after two more chasm crosses made it to another trans-pad. The group dismount the Flut-Flut, and Jak collected a Power Cell that was on top of a button, which also presses the button, and some gears to whirl. They group notices a wall lowering down that is similar to the gate of the fort, causing Daxter to say, "Hey, let's check out that fort!"
The group jumped on the platform that rose up, which took them to be in-front of the fort. The went in and were attacked by mutated potoroos and lurkers. After dealing with mostly the potoroos, Jak climbed up some wooden decks collecting orbs, freeing another Scout Fly, and collecting a Blue Eco cluster, which activates three orb caches that were in the fort. After collecting the orbs from the caches, they began to go through the fort. Collecting orbs, breaking crates, freeing the last Scout Fly, which causes a Power Cell to appear, which Jak colleccts, and collecting the last of the orbs.
Crash also broke the last of the crates, and a Power Gem appeared, which he collects, causing him to spin, pose, and say, "Ba da daa!"
The group then made it to the main building of the fort, where awaiting them was a mutated Potoroo with a red pinstripe suit, and holding a Tomy gun, making them believe this is Pinstripe Potoroo.

He begins shooting at the group, and laughing, then shoots a bit, then began to reload, allowing Jak and Crash to attack him. After some hits to him, Pinstripe begins to shoot, then laughs a bit, then shoots again, until his Tomy jams, allowing Jak and Crash to hit him. Two more hits, Pinstripe was defeated.

A girl in a fur armor attire came out, causing Aku Aku to ask, "Are you Natasha?"
The girl replied, "Yes, I am Natasha, I thank you for defeating my Tomy-totting future husband." She soon took out two things, and said, "Here is Power Cell and Power Gem as gratitude, head back to Crater to tell my father it is safe to fort."
Jak collects the Power Cell, while Crash collects the Power Gem, spins, posed and said, "Ba da daa!"
The group soon went off to head back to the gondola. On the way, the group notices a dirigible carrying the potoroos and Pinstripe away, which they believe it to the Gol and Maia's Citadel. At the gondola they rode down back into the Volcanic Crater. Jak went to Boris, and said, "I see you stopped wedding by defeating Pinstripe," he takes out something, and said, "Here is Power Gem, as promised."
Crash collects the Power Gem, spins, posed, and said, "Ba da daa!"
Aku Aku soon said, "Natasha said it is also safe to head back to the fort."
"Thank you, mask, and thank you all as well," Boris said.
The group went back to the hut, and talked to Mildred, who said, "I heard you did one of the miners' tasks, and helped the tribe from the Snowy Mountain," she soon takes out two gems, and said, "Here is two Power Gems for your efforts.
Crash collects the Power Gems, spins, posed, and said, "Ba da daa!"
The group then went back to the Mountain Pass, rode the Zoomer through the tunnel, until they were outside, and noticed a Yellow Eco vent that showed it was capped off. Though they did briefly saw it but couldn't see it properly due to trying to race some lurkers toward a detonator. After getting powered up with Yellow Eco, and blasted around, until Jak broke a boulder, revealing a Power Cell, and a Power Gem.
Jak collects the Power Cell, while Crash collects the Power Gem, spins, posed on the Zoomer, and said, "Ba da daa!"
Jak then rode the Zoomer back to the Crater, and on to the group's next adventure.
Sorry for the delay, but they finished the Snowy Mountains, and defeated Pinstripe Potoroo, but like Ripper Roo and Koala Kong, he was taken by the lurkers. What do the lurkers want with the mutants?
