Things will slowly be getting crazier now, the power of the Agk verse will be further challenged, we'll no longer only be dealing with characters with and without teigus from this world, the power of Universe 7 will be coming full force soon enough.
The great ape would slowly turn to notice his friends, not being able to fully recognize them, "Let me handle him head on, you guys assist me" Esdeath commanded as she ran towards Daikon, he growls with rage upon seeing her jump closer to him.
He would successfully backhand the general away with his large fist, causing her to crash down, Esdeath coughs out blood after the impact, which greatly surprised her "He's...much stronger than I imagined" she thought, despite the dire situation, she looked forward to the challenge.
"He's able to hurt the general?!" Seryu shouts, shocked by this display of power, but she and the others moved to different directions, Koro assists her in forming her missiles, as Daikon was about to grab Esdeath, Seryu fires all her weapons, which didn't faze him, only angered him.
Daikon releases another furious roar, he begins running to her direction, Seryu quickly starts retreating while releasing more of her firepower, Run would attempt to blind him with his feathers, but the ape shields himself with his shoulder.
The ice queen returns to the battle, now displaying her powers to the team, she creates a large ice ball the size of a large building and tosses it forward, the beast raises his arms to catch the ball with no effort, growling as he carries it, still shocking the general.
Kurome was still at a safe distance, trying to figure out a way to help out without hurting him, "I have to revert him back to normal somehow!" she says to herself, she didn't want to summon any of her puppets, let alone use the Desta Ghoul just for this one moment.
The great ape would throw the ice ball back at the ice queen, Esdeath is able to quickly evade her own attack by landing back down, she would attempt to create more ice attacks, but something caught her eyes, as Daikon roared...a blue light was being formed around his mouth.
"Shit!" she cursed before jumping away, Daikon fires a blue beam from his mouth and destroys parts of the landscape in front of him, a large explosion could be seen as he angerly shouted, everyone else tries to help, but he swats them away with little effort.
"This is madness, he's even forcing me to use more power..." Esdeath told herself as she watched ahead, it was at this moment she started to lose more patience, her own subordinate was starting to rival her despite his non conscious state, her pride was on the line.
"Over here you monkey!" the general shouts, using more of her ice powers, large ice spikes formed on the ground, making their way to the great ape, Daikon stomps on the ground to make them collapse deep in the earth, he roars before jumping above, now much closer to her.
Daikon was able to grab his general with both hands and starts squeezing her, Esdeath shouts in pain she hadn't felt before, this only made her angrier, she attempts to escape his grasp, however he would do it himself, throwing her across the canyon.
Esdeath lands and rolls on the ground, now a bit farther from the fight going on, she laid there in contemplation "What the hell is happening?" she asked herself, she rises back up, dusting herself off, but the pain still affected her "There's no way he's human...".
Seryu continues doing her best, releasing more of her weapons to try to wear him down, but they all seem to do nothing, if the strongest woman isn't able to do considerable damage, then what chance do the rest of the Jaegers have against him?
Bols tries to use his flamethrower, but the ape's terrifying roar is strong enough to put out the flames, "Not even my flames are enough" he says to himself while running back, Daikon roars at the full moon once more, starting to make his way out of the area.
The black-eyed girl would then arrive at the scene, watching her friend change locations, this sight still scared her, but she would slowly gain her confidence back and think of a strategy, Seryu, Run, and Bols appear next to her "Is there something we can do?" Bols asked.
"Even the general is having a hard time with him" Run added, he would start thinking about his potential in general, how he looked during their missions, if this form of his is challenging Esdeath...then how strong is he really?
Kurome began thinking to herself, she thinks about how strange his tail was, it made him stand out compared to everyone else, then it gave her an idea "That's it!" she says as she unsheathes her teigu, she would stare at his tail as it wagged around.
"We need to cut off his tail" she says before running off to his direction, determined to bring Daikon back, the rest of the team would nod, if this idea works...then they are good to go, the Jaegers have a new plan, cut off Daikon's tail.
The great ape moves around the forest, not caring about anything in his way, stomping on trees and other danger beasts, he would fire another mouth beam around him, setting most of the are ablaze, he lets out another loud roar while the wildfires begin.
Luckily there were no signs of civilization, so there wasn't much to worry about in terms of casualties, he stood there growling in his mindless rage, the ice queen came back, now with an ice Calvery she made herself "Maybe this will bring you back to your senses".
Daikon makes his way towards the general, the Calvery charges forward with great speed, however, the giant monkey punches and kicks them away while Esdeath created more, even making more ice spikes to distract him further.
All of the generals' efforts to tire him out didn't do much, they only delayed his rampage from going on any further, suddenly Run would come to her aid, but this time he had something in mind "God's Wings!", his wings now became a flaming blue light.
The great ape would fire another mouth beam, but this time the attack was reflected, Run used his new wings to deflect Daikon's attack, Run would use one of his wings as an attack, making them go farther to hit him, but Daikon would jump over it.
Seryu would appear in time to witness all of this, she looks at Koro and gives him a command "Koro, Berserker!", the dog fully understood the command, he growls as he transforms, his fur would become a dark brown, he would gain large human like muscles, and his eyes were red as well.
The deliverer of Justice points forward at the battle "Koro, grab onto Daikon's legs!", Daikon continued his fight with Run and Esdeath, but he would faintly hear something, Koro in his berserker form made his way to him, trying to grab onto one of his legs.
The ape roared, grabbing the dog by the head and throwing him down, before he could step on him, more ice attacks were coming his way, Daikon would be very distracted by different opponents, Esdeath, Run, and now Koro, even though they failed doing damage, they were helping quite a bit.
Just then, Kurome would be much closer, running through the trees, her even greater speed helped in getting there in time before anything happened, as Daikon easily overpowers Koro and shrugs off the other's attacks, the black-eyed assassin was right behind him.
Esdeath then gets an idea, she creates a big ice sword before throwing it towards Kurome, confident in her ability to catch it "Kurome, use this!", the black-eyed girl was quickly able to catch the sword by the handle, Daikon was caught off guard, growling as he slowly turned around.
Kurome lets out a powerful scream, aiming the sword at his tail, before he knows it...Daikon feels pain, his eyes were wide as he was frozen in pain, Kurome had cut off his tail, as the sword disappeared, she watched what happened next, a proud smile on her face.
The great ape would now decrease in size, groaning as the power fades, and before they know it...Daikon was back to normal, but the dust hasn't cleared just yet, "We did it!" she says with excitement, very happy to get her friend back, but after the dust clears...a red blush formed on her face and she looks away.
Daikon was asleep on the ground, but all his clothes ripped off after his transformation, leaving him without anything to cover his body, he breathes lightly as he slept, but he would feel very cold, Kurome was extremely embarrassed after seeing him.
Esdeath arrived at the scene, patting her allies head "Good job Kurome, but...why are you red?", she would turn see Daikon then understand why "Oh...", her face was neutral, but she was glad to see that he had a good toned body, "Run, get over here!" she commands.
Run lands near them, Esdeath gives him a simple task "Would you be kind to give Daikon your robe?", Run wore a black shirt and was well covered without it, so he would accept his general's command and takes off his robe, covering up Daikon as best his could, at least the lower half of his body.
Kurome looks back at Daikon, she was now able to look at him without turning red, she would approach him and gently place her hand on his forehead with a smile, as the rest of the Jaegers gathered around, Esdeath turns her back "Let's head back home now, Bols...carry him".
Everyone starts their journey back to the capital, but the ice queen herself was in deep thought, this whole event rubbed her the wrong way "What is he exactly?" she asked herself in her thoughts, the team returned Daikon back to normal, but it raised yet another question, is he not human?".
The next day
Daikon was still asleep this morning, but as he slept, he felt as if something was missing, he would let out a yawn and begin opening his eyes, "Good morning Daikon" Kurome said with her hand on his shoulder, Esdeath was inside his room too, which confused him quite a bit.
He would notice he was wearing a white tank top shirt and black shorts, they must have found some clothes form him to wear after his usual outfit was destroyed, his sword was missing as well, they would have to find him a new one.
"Huh, what's going on?" Daikon asked curiously "Why are you both in here?", he would slowly sit up from his bed, but that odd feeling was still there, Kurome looked like she was concerned for him, Esdeath was too, but she kept her cold face.
Daikon scratched his head, wondering what was going on, but he would look behind him to notice why they were concerned, he lets out a scared shout "MY TAIL!", Kurome has her hands on him to calm him down, but Esdeath was ready to tell him some news.
"I'm sorry Daikon, but something unexpected happened to you during our mission, and it resulted in the loss of your tail", she saw that his face was scared and worried, so she would save the important details for later "I'm not sure how it happened, but you're lucky we saved you in time".
He would try to stand up, but would lose some balance and sit back down, "Don't push yourself, it's going to be ok" Kurome reassured him, she would also want to tell him the truth, but she didn't want to worry him further right now, so she kept quiet about it.
Daikon didn't know what to think, his tail was a part of him, something he was born with, his parents told him it made him unique, to suddenly lose it...it rubbed him the wrong way, "Will it ever grow back?" he asked with a curious and calm tone.
Esdeath glanced around his room, noticing a picture of him, Kurome, and Natala, another friend they valued greatly, she would let out a quiet sigh "I'm not sure, we'll have to see for ourself if it ever does", there was something in her mind about if his tail grew back.
Would it mean they would have to keep him from doing missions at night or only at a full moon?, she witnessed his giant ape form first hand and had to battle him, she would rather not do that again...despite the thrill of the challenge.
"Either way, try to get used to walking without it, we won't be doing anything for the day" the general spoke, she opens the door and looks back at him, giving him a slight smile "You did well that night, please rest easy", she closes the door, leaving the 2 of them alone.
Daikon kept his eyes on the floor for a few seconds, still processing everything that was told to him "This will take a while to get used to", Kurome still had her hands on him, her extreme worry from last night was still there.
"I'm glad you're ok" she would tell him, she could feel her heart beat as she comforted him, her friend being alright made her very happy, though she would have a small blush, not quite understanding what else she can feel, besides that...the black-eyed girl can rest easy.
Daikon smiled before patting her head "Hehe, I'm glad you're alright too", his mood would be uplifted after that small talk, he would try to stand up, and surprisingly he was able to balance himself properly, it was just like how it was with his tail, minus the tail wagging.
He would stretch his arms and legs after a long sleep, but he would realize something "Wait...what about my other clothes?", he doesn't remember a thing about his clothes disappearing, so he checks his closet, not being able to find them.
"I think our leader might have misplaced them somewhere, but we can find you similar clothes" Kurome mentioned to him, his clothes being torn off after the battle still made her a little red, but she shakes her head.
The spiky haired boy closes his closet door and turns back, also noticing his sword was missing "I guess I need a new sword too", Daikon sat back down on his bed and rubbed his face, now fully waking up, the atmosphere was now much lighter than before.
Kurome didn't know what else to talk about, her mind was mostly on these recent events happening, Daikon would turn to her "Hey Kurome, how about we go walk around the city sometime?" he asked, it would be nice to explore their hometown a little more.
She would look back with a smile "Yeah, that sounds great", she would grab one of her chocolate chip cookies and snack on it, Daikon liked seeing her smile, it was much nicer when they hang out together during their free time, enjoying themselves outside of combat.
The 2 friends looked forward to what they can do next, whether it's another normal mission, or something different and exciting, they would both want to take on anything that's thrown at them, but Kurome would wonder, what else can happen these days?
Meanwhile, canyons near Kyoroch
There were tents set up by Night Raid, they were currently on a mission to check out the town of Kyoroch, apparently it needs all of their members to contribute, Mine was inside one of the tents, tinkering with her teigu, but someone would call out to her "Mine, let's get going".
She lets out a sigh and walks out "What's going on Chelsea?" she asked with an annoyed tone, Chelsea pointed backwards towards where the town would be "The leader wants us to check on what's happening first before we do anything else".
The pink haired girl brings her case with her and puts it around her like a backpack, she looked up at the blue sky above, taking a quiet deep breath "Alright, let's go", the 2 of them begin their journey to the town, with Mine noticing Tatsumi train with Akame.
"You're doing way better than last time Tatsumi" the red eyed killer spoke with a proud smile, Tatsumi wipes the sweat off his face, if he's going to get stronger, he needs to step up his game, if he's ever going to compete with what awaits them.
"I need to get stronger, for Bro...and for all of you" he replied, he would charge forward with an upper slash from his wooden sword, him and Akame would clash, he was now a bit closer to her normal strength naturally without needing his armor.
The 2 girls continued down their path, leaving the campsite they were safe at, as they walked, Mine was awfully quiet, "Chelsea, are you a bit nervous about this new threat?" she asked curiously, wanting to know if she wasn't alone with this feeling.
Chelsea took a couple seconds to respond, with a nod she confirmed her thoughts "A little bit, but as long as we prepare and don't mess around...we can overcome this", Mine would stop for a brief moment to think about that, there was some doubt before...but at least now they share something in common.
That was until the red head teased her yet again with a playful smile "Keep up with me flat chest, we can't waste time", this understandably annoyed the pink sniper, but she sighed and lets it slide, the red head's smile would fade "I pray we can win this" she thought to herself.
A few minutes pass and they would be a lot closer to Kyoroch, Mine would pull out a canteen of water she carried and takes a sip, the hot weather was getting to her a bit, Chelsea would turn towards her "Thirsty already?" she asked.
"It's freaking hot!" Mine responds with some attitude "don't you get thirsty too?", the usual banter would temporarily stop what they were doing, their relationship was friendly, but they would occasionally butt heads, mostly with Chelsea's teasing.
"Of course I do, but not as easily as you" she playfully replied, Mine pouted before looking away, this would cause Chelsea to laugh a bit from that reaction, but she tried keeping focus on their mission, but she would start sniffing the air, noticing it's not just the hot weather "Is something burning?".
Mine would notice it as well, it was pretty concerning for the both of them, the sniper would pull out her teigu and start walking faster "It's coming from the direction we're going!", they both hurried to their destination, and after a couple more minutes...they reach Kyoroch.
Dark smoke hovered over the large town, there were flames everywhere, "What the hell happened?" Chelsea watched with shock and concern, Mine aimed pumpkin and takes a closer look at the town, she was quiet...and disgusted.
Bodies littered the floor, some just bloody and others cut in half, there were also ashes, lots of ashes, "What kind of bastards did this?, the Empire?" Mine questioned, taking the easy route and putting the blame on their enemy, but Chelsea wasn't so sure.
"Why would the Empire attack their own territory?" she asked her pink haired friend, as Mine continues looking, she would notice a surprise, some of the bodies...were members of the Empire, more specifically...from the group the minister's son lead.
"Wild Hunt was killed too?" she asked herself, she had heard of them before, Syura, son of the Minister, lead his own group to do investigations, but those investigations were an excuse to do more crimes, Chelsea was confused as well, why would Wild Hunt be killed?
The sniper noticed the bodies of Enshin, Izou, Cosmina and Champ, although Dorothea and Syura himself aren't spotted just yet, the other member's bodies were just like the others, this can't be the doing of the Empire, "Maybe...it's that machine..." Chelsea predicted.
The sniper moves her aim towards the palace, she would confirm her prediction "Well aren't you smart..." Mine muttered, 107 stood near the large palace once owned by the path of peace, it held its bloody blade with flames behind it, but it stood in front of someone.
Syura was on the ground sitting on his knees, bloody and slashed, he tried reasoning with the machine "Please don't kill me, I'll do anything for you, anything!", 107 would sheath its katana and deliver a strong punch to his face, with enough force to knock out some teeth.
"It's beating the shit out of the minister's son" the pink haired girl said as she watched, she didn't know what else to say other than what she can see, this surprised Chelsea, this single mech was effortlessly destroying everything in its path, seemingly alone.
107 would kick him across the area, making him slide against the ground, with all the power he had, Syura could not best this thing, not even close, but that kick was able to knock out something from his pockets, the teigu Shambhala, 107 simply takes it from the floor, completing one objective.
Syura then looks to see his teigu taken away "Fine, you can take my teigu, just please let me free!" he continued his begging, but the cyborg turned back to him, possibly not done with him, but just before it can do anything, another voice spoke out "That's enough 107, it's my turn next".
Mine's eyes were wide open, this sight scared her to the core, Chelsea can see the fear in her eyes, this was not good at all, a loud slapping noise can be heard in the area, a large 6 foot figure stepped out of the shadows of the palace, it was unlike anything Mine had ever seen.
A large reptilian alien stood before them, he had dark violet skin, a long tail, 3 toes, and white exoskeleton armor, he had red gem plates on his head, torso, arms and legs, he had glowing red eyes, his head had 4 white spikes extended from his cranium, and a mask that covered his mouth.
He voice made a slight echo due to his mask, it was a deep menacing voice, 107 would step back and comply with his wishes, as if he was its master "As you wish, Lord Bliz", Mine allowed Chelsea to take a look, and now she was just as scared, she had no idea things would turn out this way.
"Oh god, this is much worse than before" she says while stepping back, Mine would agree, how can anything like this be real?, a robot was one thing, but a full-on alien is something else entirely, Chelsea looks behind them in a hurry "We have to report back now".
"Syura was scared as shit too, the alien approached closer "I see you simians thrive off of war as well, but your ways are just as barbaric as the Saiyans, if not more", he towered over the speechless Wild Hunt member who can only make scared noises.
This would annoy Bliz greatly "Quiet you ape!", he would smack him down with his tail, leaving a big red mark on the man's back, he would stomp on him, asserting his dominance over this weak person "Now listen, I heard these teigus are quite valuable, would you mind telling me where else we can find them?".
The scared Syura would answer him "Y-you can find them at the capital, just east of this place...", the white-haired man kept his eyes closed, he did not want to look at his face, his terrifying red eyes "I-I can even show you the way, if you let me live".
"There's no need for that, you already told me the direction, how about I thank you" he responds, the alien kicked the man's body upward so he can face him, he aimed his finger towards his head, charging up a purple blast, and just before Syura can scream...his head was shot point blank, leaving only a skeletal head.
Mine couldn't watch any longer and packs up her teigu "You're right, let's go!", the 2 girls quickly leave the area, speeding their way back to the campsite, Bliz would stomp on the man's skull, completely crushing it.
"Good job 107, your hunting serves me well" he congratulates his subordinate, he would point backwards towards the Kyoroch palace with his finger, shooting a purple ki beam and setting it ablaze "Now let's inform the others about our discovery...".
They stand in front of a burning palace, this mysterious alien being turns out to be the leader of 107, and it seems they aren't alone either, the mystery has been solved at last by Chelsea and Mine, but it only fueled them with fear, the entire outcome of this war will be greatly shifted, Bliz has arrived at last!
