Author pow:

In case you're new to my writing style, at the beginning of every chapter will be a section dedicated to review responses. And since I was given a first review on this fic this place can be finally used.

Guest - Well, thank you. As for the time and thought given, the general story direction is already planned and will be written over time. All I can say so far is to look on the ships in character tags and not expect this fic to be just a bland copying of Pokemon SM episodes with few extra dialouge lines when the time for them comes. (Yes, this type of fics exist. And yes, extra content with Dawn, BLU Yeam and other mercs in Alola will be featured.)

Also, I changed the list of points in chapter 1 to include the TF2 weapons as a thing to look up yourself, so don't be suprised.

With this out of the way, here is new chapter so you might get some answers here.

"Remember, Mumbles. We're all best friends." BLU Scout said to his pokeball before opening the window from the outside and crawping inside the living room where BLU Engineer was already waiting for him.

"You could just knock the doors, string-bean." Engineer responded with annoyed face.

"No thanks." Scout replied as he close the window behind him. "But if you want me to do such a think, then make me!"

"On your command, pardner." Engineer smiled as they both took out a single black card with six colourful dots around the middle and turned them around, summoming a time freeze and transporting them to a mid-dimensional world where their brawl could commence in peace.

Engineer - 3/3. Scout - 3/3

"Gate card set!" Scout shouted as he threw another card into the middle ground, Engineer doing the same as the two landed against eachother, forming a basic 1v1 bakugan battlefield set-up.

"Let's get down to this, runner." Engineer grinned as he picked one of his bakugans and throw them onto the field where it stoppen on his gate card and transformed into an Aquos Robotallion. "Get past my sentry boy! Anility card activate, Robotallion enforcment." He added as the card activate itself in his hands and the bakugan bulked up his arms.

"Right back at ya', dumbass! Get him Falconeer!" Scout responded, throwing his Aquos bakugan onto Engineer's gate card to face him.

Robotallion - 380g. Falconeer - 310g

"Is that all you got?" Engineer smiled, tossing a second gate card to the left of the Scout's one.

"Not in a lifetime, funny man!" Volos responded, taking out one of his ability cards. "Ability card activate! Water Tornado!" He shouted as a spiral of water appeared around Falconeer and covered him completley.

Robotallion - 380g = 280g. Falconeer - 310g = 410g

"I'm gonna blow that dumb look right pff your stupid face." Engineer said before moving the open palm of his left hand down. "Gate card open, Grand Spirit." He said with confidence as the white field appeared under the fighting duo and fueled Robotallion with the power from the ground.

Robotallion - 280g = 430g

"What teh hell!?" Scout asked, seeing Robotallion punching throu the water spiral and knocking Falconeer out cold, sending him back into the ball form and under his legs.

Scout - 2/3

"Nice shootin' Tex!" Engie laughed as he catched his returning bakugan into the hand.

"Yeah why don't you come over and say that to my face tough guy?" Scout responded, throwing his Aquos Limulus onto his gate card.

"That won't be necessary." Engineer smiled as he threw his Aquos Lasermann onto his own gate which lied to the left of Scout's one.

Lasermann - 350g. Limulus - 310g

"Oh yeah, you're just gonna use Leap Sting, don't you?" Volos asked, a cocky smirk appearing on his face.

"Hahahah! You're dumb like a box of rocks." Engineer smiled before he looked down at the field and threw his Aquos Siege to join Lasermann. "Gate card open, Battle Sham." He added, forcing the duo to squeexe eachother so hard that Lasermann fired straight at Limulus, defeating him instantly.

Scout - 1/3

"Oh, you've got to be kiddin' me!" Volos complained, looking down at his defeated bakugan.

"That's what's truly yours, son." Engineer responded before he saw an Aquos Serpenoid appear on top of the Scout's gate card. "You just never seem to leard, did ya'?" He asked as he took his Siege and threw him to face the final opponent.

Siege - 330g, Serpenoid - 320g

"Oh, hoho! Now we're doin' it!" Scout laughed as he moved his hand down in a chopping motion. "Gate card open! Character!" He shouted as his Serpenoid hissed with excitement.

Serpenoid - 320g = 640g

"Not gonna happen, Aiden." Engineer smirked as he threw the next gate card to the left of Scout's one. "Ability activate, Aquos Javelin." He added as Scout observed his Character gate card being swapped with a standard atribute one.

Siege - 330g = 430g. Serpenoid - 640g = 320g = 420g

"Oh, crap..."

BLU Engineer pow:

"You've got a loooooong way to get rid of your attitude, that's for sure." I said as me and Scout were done with our brawl and now focused on the aftermatch.

"Yeah, that's... That's a preety good one, huh..." Scout sighed, propably trying to look cool for some reason. "But I guess that's what I get, what did I even expext here?"

"That's not a practical problem, so I can't help you." I responded, quickly cutting away from obligatory help. "But I guess you'll not see it comin' when something happens."

"See what?"

"The thing you expected here. I can't find it out too, y'know?" I added, allowing my Magnemite to lie on my shoulder. "Now go enjoy the rest of the day, the idea of enrolling to Pokemon School wasn't Spy's one after all."

Narrator pow:

"Hmm. If I remember correctly, this place is the one to find Pokemons I didn't really need." Dawn thought as she walked between the trees and bushes lying within more remote part of Melemele Island. "But then again, I was the one to forgot taking my own team with me, so when I find one I'll give him all the respect he needs." She kept thinking, tightening her grip on the pokeball she got earlier on from a shady seller in Hydro, Badlands Region... And the charm she recieved earlier, currently left inside her pocket.

"Rowarrrrr..." An annoyed growl caught her attention as she turned around and saw a cross-looking Bastiodon.

"I must have stepped into his territory." Dawn thought as she began walking backwards while visibly engaged pokemon followed after her at similar speed. "It isn't working, I have to try something else..." She continued to look around to make Bastodion distracted as she picked up the blue-balled charm from her pocket and threw it to the left side, hoping that it will distract the pokemon.

The problem was, that it didn't. Instead of reconsidering his options Bastodion decided to called a few Shieldons behind him to go away towards few other members of his species while himself looking back at Dawn and prepared his Iron Head aimed straight at her. "Yup, I should start run a...way?" Girl thought, but had to change her perception as the loose space where she threw the blue ball flashed with aquamarine colour amidst which as gigantic blue scorpion with yellow pincers, human head and a diamond in it's frontal lawn stood, facing the her and terrified Bastodion with moon-white teeth shaped like triangles.

"Huh? And who are you?" Dawn asked, frozen in place from shock while the big blue creature deliever a single haymaker pinch with it's tail, sending Bastodion all the way from the middle of the field back to the rest of his equally shocked herd. "He's blue enough to be a water type, yet his resemblance of the scorpion and the way he used his pincers suggest Normal and Fighting type... Are the charms from Badlands region a triple-type pokemon?" She wondered, trying to make up anything from what she witnessed while the blue scorpion hissed with relief before turning back into a ball with a flash of bright-blue light and slowly hovering back to her hand.

"Now, if my assumption is true..." Dawn said to herself as she took out her pokedex and directed it to scan the blue ball. "... No, it isn't. No data about this one." She sighed as she read the 'No data' text from the screen. "I guess I'll ask Engineer about this if I find him, venturing alone in here is more risky than I imagined...

BLU Engineer pow:

"Swing by a swing! I make it look easy." Scout laughed as he and Eevee played with the prior's Sandman. And while the simple play of throwing the ball just so your pet can bring it back isn't something I adore, I did understood what it was. "You too, mumbles!" Scout added, taking the ball for the ninth time from his small buddy and petting him on the back since his neck was a sensitive spot given the lack of fur.

"Iiincomin!" I called out to towards the doors as I heard a loud knocking sound. I mean hey, if someone knocks to your door at 9 p.m. then you either have too many friends or someone is actually urgent to tell you something. "Only this and... Done." I said to myself as I put away some bolts for Magnemite to play with and opened the door, witnessing a bit tired Dawn.

"Hi there, *sigh* mind if I stay with you guys?" She asked, making an akward face.

"As long as you play by the rules." I responded with casual tone, opening the doors wide open. "Now come along, you sure have some things to tell." I added as Scout and Eevee came to join us, the latter barely peeking behind the corner.

"Oh, hey there... Good-lookin'?" Scout said, making his I-don't-bother-to-count attempt onto being a cool guy. "I got a bucket of chicken, you wanna do it?" He asked, taking out a bowl of chicken wings roughly the size of a mailbox.

"Do what?" Dawn asked, confused by his joyous yet quirky behavior.

"Eat it, Engineer has his own stuff and I can't eat only chicken for a whole week, y'know?"

"... Sure! I didn't eat much today anyway."

"Hahahahah! Nice going, pardner." I smiled as I saw the two walking towards the dining room while Eevee jumped back into the Scout's room and closed the doors nehind himself. "But the small guy could be more... Social? Naah, that isn't a practical problem..."

Narrator pow:

"So, you don't have amy pokemon with yourself?" Scout asked as he, Engie and Dawn were resting in a dining room after a solid supper.

"No, apparently not." Girl responded, looking down at the table with bland stare.

"Heh, lucky us and our funds then!" Engineer smiled as he took out one of his pokeballs much to the suprise of the two as he then proceeded to open the pokeballs and reveal a smiling Aron. "Alright, bulldozer. I promised ya' a loooong time ago a more attentionate trainer, and I think this lady in front of you will do just that better than me." He added with soft, yet serious tone as the small pokemon looked at the girl with his blue eyes.

"Do you want to?" Dawn asked him, while Scout catched in what was going on and passed to her a pokeball from Engineer. In a meanwhile to that, Aron silently nodded before jumping towards the pokeball, touching it with his nose and getting inside of it with a pink mist appearing around his body.

"..." The trio looked at the pokeball with silence as it wiggled three times and the stopped with several stars popping out of the button.

"Yup, he accepted." Scout concluded while Dawn picked up the pokeball. "But now excuse me, but I need sleep. I still have local pokemon school to attend." He added before falling onto the floor and shuffling himself over the floor like a earthworm all the way to the bedroom.

"Don't worry missie! Some people are too athletic for their own good." Engineer chuckled, turning around to pet his Magnemite. "Too athletic for their own good..."
