Hey guys!

I just wanted to let you all know that I'm basically super wrapped up in college. Being a 3rd year is not easy, but I felt bad knowing I'd be leaving you all in the dark for several months. This isn't to say that I've stopped working on the story, just that you can definitely not expect a new chapter for awhile. Who knows, my work load should lighten up around December.

With that said, a little sneak peak in my writing process is that I generally write two chapters ahead. This means that after I post a chapter here, in my own files, I normally have the next chapter finished, but am usually working on the one that comes after that. For example:

Ch. 27: Meeting an Old Friend (Posted)

Ch. 28: ? (Finished)

Ch. 29: ? (WIP)

When I finish Ch. 29, me and my editor will sit down and re-read Ch. 28 for the millionth time and then yay! A new chapter is posted!

Also with the chapters now getting longer (I'd simply rather group more events together) you can also imagine that this process then takes a long time in comparison to the first half of the story.

Something I find rather interesting is that despite the current word count, I'm still really not done. Soooo many things still need to happen and I genuinely wonder if this story is going to end up getting to 450k-500k words before I reach the end. I initially wanted this to be the length of an epic (250k~ words) but it's already surpassed that in my own document. I suppose you can count on me to not skimp out on anything lol.

Also also, in case you were curious, I write everything in Word. And, up until the last chapter, based on size 12 Arial font, with 1.15 spacing and regular margins, this story is 375 pages long. Yeehaw. It blows my mind all the time that I can't sit down and read my own fanfic in one day anymore. Heck it takes me hours to get done reading one chapter!

In the meantime! I'd love to see any artwork/fanwork you guys create of my story! I know I've drawn sketches of scenes here and there! I'm mainly dead on social media, but you can "at" me (won't let me use the symbol) on twitter or insta! I'm under the same usernames there :)))
