Ash and Goh were ready for thier battle aganist Chrisanto and Sly.
"Before we get started, we would like to show you the other pokemon we have." Chrisanto said.
Each trainer grabed 5 pokeballs and relased the pokemon inside.
On Dell's team were a Purugly, Blissey, Lickilicky, Bibarel and Kecleon.
On Layla's team were a Skuntank, Crawduant, Umbreon, Houndoom and Luxray.
On Sly's team were a Toxicroak, Roserade, Tentacruel, Drapion, and Qwilfish.
On Windsor's team were a Staraptor, Honchkrow, Manatyke, Gliscor, and Noctowl.
On Kanah's team were a Gyarados, Altaria, Gabite, Machamp and Salamance.
And On Chrisanto's team were a Clefable, Azumaril, Gardevoir, Mr. Mime and Mawhile.
"So those are your teams?" asked Dawn.
Kanah nodded. "We've been traveling with them for long time."
"And here's my partner, go Swalot!" Sly said as he summoned his pokemon.
"Togekiss let's bloom." Chrisanto released his own pokemon.
"In that case, Lucario I choose you!" Ash sents out the Jackal from his pokeball.
Goh turns his head toward Cinderace. "Ready to go Cinderace?" He asked
"((You bet))" The Soccer Rabbit replayed as he stepped onto the battlefield.
Fantina raised her hand. "The battle between Ash and Goh vs. Sly and Chrisanto will begin. Trainers go!" She then lowered her hand giving the signal.
"We get the first move, Togekiss Tailwind!" Chrisanto ordered.
Togekiss created a flow of wind.
"Cinderace, Pyroball!" Goh said.
"Lucario, Aura Sphere!" Ash ordered.
The two pokemon lunched thier attacks, but both opponents dodged it.
"Let's try again!" Ash and Goh ordered.
They tried multiple times, but Togekiss and Swalot were just too fast.
"Why are Swalot and Togekiss dodging so easlily?" asked Chloe.
"((What gives))?" Asked Eevee.
"Tailwind is a move that increases the pokemon's speed." Informed Dell.
"Looks like it's going to be a rough battle for Cinderace and Lucario." said Dawn.
"Now Togekiss use Play Rough!" Ordered Chrisanto.
"Use Sludge wave, Swalot!" Commanded Sly.
Togekiss Zoomed in on Lucario and beat her wings on the Aura pokemon.
Swalot meanwhile created a wave of purple sludge that hit Cinderace.
Cinderace coughed up purple bubbles inicated that he was poisoned.
"Oh no, Cinderace!" Goh cried in worry.
Lucky Cinderace ate a peacha berry that he was holding for lunch, curing off the poison.
"What the since when did your Cnderace have a peacha berry?" asked Sly in surprise. "Well, it doesn't matter now, cause it won't cure him again, Swalot use Poison Gas!"
Swalot realased purple poisonous gas at Cinderace, but Lucario stepped in front of Cinderace without any demand from Ash. and thanks to being steel-type, he was uneffected by the attack.
"((I got your back.))" He told Cinderace. The Striker pokemon nodded back.
"Alright, Lucario, use Double Team." ordered Ash.
Duplicate illusions of Lucario appeared on the feild. Confusing Togekiss and Swalot a little.
"Now Togekiss Flamethrower!" Ordered Chrisanto.
"Swalot use Water Pulse!" Commaned Sly.
Togekiss shot a beam of fire at duplicates while Swalot shot a ball of water at Cinderace.
"Pry it with Force Palm!" Ash ordered
"Counter it with Blaze Kick!" Goh Commaned.
Both pokemon blocked the would be super effective hits. There were still some copies left when Lucario blocked off the flamethower and was headed toward Swalot.
"Now use Bullet punch!" Ash Commaned.
"Use Quick Attack Cinderace!" Commanded Goh.
Togekiss dodged the real one, but was hit by the one of the copies attacks. Meanwhile Cinderace hit Togekiss with a speedy tackle.
"Are you alright?" Asked both men. Both of thier pokemon gave a nod.
"Well, I guess it's time we showed our strengh shall we?" asked Chrisanto.
"You bet. Swallot use Sludge wave!" Commanded Sly
The Poison Bag pokemon created another poisonous wave.
"Dodge it!" Goh Commaned. And Cinderace did so. but Chrisanto smirked
"Right into our trap! Now Togekiss use Fly!"
The Jubilee pokemon charged at Cinderace and rammed into him. Causing him to fall backwards. Lucario went to help, but that was also a trap.
"Now Swalot use Giga drain!" Sly ordered.
Swalot layed his mouth on Lucario and absored his health. The spit him out onto the ground.
"Now Flamethrower again!" Chrianto said.
"Use Water Pulse!" said Sly.
This time the super effective attack hit, causing massive damage to the Aura and Striker pokemon.
"Guys!" Both Ash and Goh cried in Worry.
Reagardless of the damage they took. Both pokemon got back on thier feet.
"Alright Ash, I think it's time for you-know-what." Said Goh. Ash nodded and held up his Keystone.
"Our bond of Friendship, Mega Evolve!" Ash yelled as his Keystone glowed. While Lucario's Megastone begin to glow. Stransforming him to his mega form.
"Huh, who would've thought his Lucario would mega evolve?" Layla said before smirking. "But it won't be enough."
"Togekiss use Play rough!" Chrisanto commaned.
Togekiss begin to head for the jackal pokemon.
"Double team again!" Ash commanded.
Lucario created duplicates of him again, but Togekiss managed to hit the real one this time.
"Cinderace, use Ember!" Commanded Goh.
The rabbit knocked Togekiss of with a blast of fire. "((Thanks dude.))" Commented Lucario.
"Swalot use Poison Gas again!" Commanded Sly.
"Use Fly again!" Ordered Chrisanto.
"Dodge use Reversal!" Ordered Ash.
"Use Blaze Kick!" Said Goh
Both both dodged the attacks. Lucario hit Togekiss with a punch of yellowish pow power while Cinderace hits Swalot with a firey kick.
"This can't be!" Christanto said in shock
"Now way!" Sly said in shock too.
"Time to wrap this up! Lucario Aura Sphere!" Commaned Ash
"Cinderace, Pyro ball!" Commanded Goh
Lucario and Cinderace fired balls of Aura and Fire repectively. This two attacks merdged into a ball of Aura and Fire landing a direct hit on both oppenent pokemon creating a huge explosion.
"Togekiss!" Chrisanto yelled.
"Swalot, No!" yelled Sly.
The smoke cleared, Both Togekiss and Swalot had swirlly eyes. Fantina raised her hand toward Ash and Goh's side.
"Togekiss and Swalot are unable to battle. Which means the winners are Ash and Goh!"
Ash and Goh jumped for Joy.
"Oh yeah! Four down! Two to go!" Ash said in glee.
"I won! I really won!" Goh cheered as well.
"((Booya!))" Cinderace and Lucario high fived before Lucario returned to his non mega evolved form.
"That was a truly an Excelente battle." Chrisanto complement.
"Yeah, Who would've thought that you would have a Mega?" said Sly.
Windsor and Kanah got up from thier seats.
"That just leaves us, are you ready Kanah?" Asked Windsor
"You know it." Boasted Kanah.
Chloe started to get nervous. Not only was she getting to something she's not good at, she also had to battle powerful trainers. But with Ash on her side, that makes her feel a little better.
