Summary/disclaimer: Time for another chapter of Rosy Reaper. Enjoy the 2800-word chapter. I don't own RWBY, Monty Oum and a few others do.
Ozpin wasn't in the mood for these games at the moment. He had a lot more on his mind… But what was coming had been… interesting, despite his best efforts. This was something that made him curious. It'd be something for the books and he knew that. What he didn't know was just how odd this could be. Something odd that hadn't yet come to fruition at the end of the day. It hadn't yet festered and grown in his mind when all of this was said and done. Whatever he could do before now? he couldn't afford such little things to do before it came down to it. There was oh so much to this game before now. He knew better than anything just how insane this had been for now.
What to do next was going to be interesting for now. Whatever this had been for now. There was more on the line for now before now and Ozpin had been a lot more curious for now. This plan had yet seemed to question what to do next. It had been something odd for now. It had been something fun for now…. It couldn't be stated just how odd this was going to be odd for now. It'd be something for the history books when it came down to it. This had been something odd for the time.
She had been something that couldn't at all. This could be a lot more interesting as of now. This was a lot more before this had come to an end. Whatever happened next? It wasn't like he could do something for now. this had been something cool for now… Just a little bit odd for now.
He waited for Glynda as he sipped his tea. This was going to be a rather long day. He knew that Ms. Goodwitch would be ready and waiting for his instructions at the moment. The path he had been walking started to become blurry, a few thousand paths followed this one.
The sound of an aircraft followed this. He turned his attention to an approaching Bullhead as he glanced around the courtyard, curious if his second in command was honestly going to win this assignment. It had been a few hours since he had dispatched her on the assignment, a few hours before he had gotten a call and sent her to handle it.
Now? This assignment made him more curious. It wasn't often people called him for anything considering his school was shadowy, it was clear and respected, but most Huntsmen and Huntresses had known. They were complacent in this, interested in the destruction and pain that they had wrought. He was at least able to admit it to himself before he ended this.
Still? There was to be hell to pay on his end, hell to pay at the end of the road even with all he had given to the world. That was his curse at the moment, to be interested in what was coming next.
There would always be more problems on the second. He was honestly too interested in certain matters such as this to concern himself as of right now.
He rubbed at the bridge of his nose. He sighed while he looked around, interested in if his friend would arrive here and do anything. It'd be a lot easier if something went right for him.
"Headmaster?" He heard as he turned, raising an eyebrow with clear interest at the moment.
He turned, his other hand still resting on his cane as he seemed to glance around. The interest on his face seemed to contrast with the tone of the woman to whom he was familiar enough to entrust this mission.
"Ms. Goodwitch, I thought you'd be here, I thought the mission had been too busy for you to contact us," Ozpin stated, pausing only to swish his beverage around in his other hand.
"There's no mission I cannot handle given enough time, sir." Ozpin heard as he nodded and lowered his head towards the ground. "There's been problems. They were expecting us as you said. Ms. Rose had been trying to deal with this for a far longer time than we feared." He also heard as he frowned.
There were always enemies who hunted him and his allies. Enemies who'd damn well threaten the entire world just to force him from hiding. It didn't force him to back down…
But it damn well pushed him onto the path that had been done and dusted. He was a lot more interested in what the move was. whatever their plan was? Well? It's all come crashing down to it. There was more to say and do before he questioned before he hummed to himself.
Still? There was a lot more to question at the time. He had been as of the time when he questioned before he hummed to himself.
Glynda slowly questioned what to do next before all of the time being. it had been a lot more to comprehend… But it was a lot that they had used to question what to do next. He had a lot more to say and do next.
There was a clearing of the throat as the headmaster looked at the sleeping child. They had power, the power that there was so much more to do next. It had been a lot more of a pain for him to really say and do something next. This had been a lot more on his mind before it came down to it.
It had been a lot more of a curious move before now. he had been a lot more for the time being. He tilted his head before he seemed to tilt his head toward this soldier before he questions what to do next. He had to tilt his head before the game down to it.
He tilted his head at the child. This girl was similar to one or another of them. This child was something that scared the monsters who hid in the shadows. There was a lot more to say and do next… But for now? He'd take the role of caretaker. He only had to be ready to handle more and he knew for the fact that there was more to handle as of the second.
"Ok. There's going to be some paperwork to handle. I'm sure Ms. Rose will be ready for the time." Glynda stated before she tapped on her scroll before looking at them.
She seemed to be ready for said work as she typed up a few documents the woman would surely visit to sigh. She knew better than to simply expect this matter to be buried as of the time being. their enemy was vast and a problem that could threaten the entire world before now. She'd be dealing with more paperwork for the time being. it couldn't be a problem compared to the entire world falling apart.
It'd be a lot more to question as of the time…. Yet they had bigger fish to fry and much bigger problems when all was said and done.
"And he's like her how? They don't share the eyes… His potential is something, but it isn't the only thing that should matter." Ruby heard as she tilted her head to the side. She had a lot more to question for now. It had been something odd when this was done and dusted. The idea in his head seemed to be over with for now. It seemed to question before he handed it. The idea before he questioned what to do next.
The idea had promise as it seemed to fall apart for now… This was a lot more interesting than the idea had been when it came down to it.
There was a lot more on the path that he couldn't handle when it came down to it. She had been oh quiet to now and it hadn't yet seemed to come up for now. This had been something for the history books for now. It hadn't yet been fun.
There was a lot more to question whatever seemed to be a lot funnier when it seemed to be prepared for it. There were a lot more details while he seemed too prepared for now while he seemed to question whatever seemed to be a lot more focused when all was over.
He looked at the baby while he hummed while he questioned their options while he seemed to question before now. He tilted his head, sipping his tea while he questioned what to before now. There were a lot more moves to handle while he questioned what to do next.
He tilted his head before he watched as the baby was moved inside, unsure of what their move was as of now. He questioned before he seemed to sigh, understanding what he did to fight his enemy. He hummed, prepared for what to do and whatever came after this. They had more to do before this war was a lot more done and dusted. The director knew that their next move would probably question for now.
"Will she be ok for the future, Ms. Goodwitch? She won't be able to use her powers for a great many years before now." Ozpin stated before he sighed, tapping his cane on the floor.
"Are you to be ok, director?" Ozpin heard while he tilted himself before he questions what to do next while he seemed to handle while he tilted his head, prepared for what to do next.
"Yes, there was a lot more to handle her if she comes here. I'll need to put in a call for the general." Ozpin stated to which the man nodded, unsure of what to do.
"What are we going to do if she finds this place and attacks here? We won't be able to relax, we still need to prepare the children for training when they're old enough to do this." Glynda asked as she walked inside, the man following behind him while tapping on the ground.
He was aware of what to do next. They had to prepare these children, unsure of what to do next. There was a lot more to attend to, prepared for whatever the future while he sighed to himself.
He was oh so ready now to question what the move had been prepared for now. The idea had been done and dusted in his mind. What to do next was going to be a lot more focused upon it when push came to shove.
"Would he even be, ok?" Glynda questioned, raising an eyebrow at this before she tilted her head before she questioned what to do next. "There are a lot more students here than here if anything happened next," Glynda stated before she rubbed at her temples.
There was a lot more to properly question before he seemed to question what to prepare for now. There was a lot more to do.
"I'm sure Cerule will be all right," Ozpin stated before he tapped his cane onto the floor. "If anything? He may just cancel her out and properly focus this to our advantage. I don't want you to think of what may happen, though. We both know that there will be working up a plan… Yet? I'm entrusting her to your care for the time being. I must speak with Ms. Rose and her sibling. I still have problems I must attend with if nothing else." Ozpin stated before sipping his coffee and leaving her behind.
Glynda looked down at the baby which seemed to be grasping at her hair, unsure if anything besides that. She yawned to herself.
It was still a crisp morning as the woman looked around the room. The idea that this was a lot more dangerous than he was capable of crossed his mind. This was such a hard thing to swallow and he couldn't allow it to cross his mind for now.
Yet? He was dedicated to solving such problems no matter what. If such a thing could be solved. He had to stop it amid such a problem. He was tired and it was becoming a problem… Yet? If he was honest? Such a thing became harder and harder to grasp.
He rather liked it for now. This wasn't going to be easy, but we'd see it all done. The nightmare wasn't going to be something to question. No, if anything? Well, he had a lot more of a problem. He had a lot more on his mind, yet? He couldn't allow it to get to where it was now. If anything? He had a problem to solve and he'd gladly solve it sooner or later.
The problem was something else. He didn't know what would come if it wasn't over yet. Salem would come, people would die… But that was war. They couldn't allow such a thing to mutate further and consume it all.
This was a problem they had to handle. It was written all over her face.
However? She knew of a few students who could happen to help Ruby. She had been in safe hands and she knew well enough that it'd be a problem when it came down to it.
There was a lot more on her mind, but this issue wasn't one of them. It wasn't. Anything like this is simply collected within the girl.
"Headmaster?" Glynda asked as she held the child in her arms as if she belonged to her. "Would it be all right to introduce the other students to her? She's been through more than one should have to suffer and you said it would have been much better if everyone was acquainted with each other here." Glynda stated to which Ozpin chuckled.
"It would be good to see Ms. Rose have friends… I believe you're taking him to see one specific group of kids. You are quite fond of them, Ms. Goodwitch?" Ozpin said as Glynda hummed, too easily thrown off by such a thing.
"It is my duty as caretaker to deal with the children and their issues as such," Glynda said before she hummed. "I'll talk Ruby to meet Class-Z. She will be spending most of her class with them when it's all over for now when it comes down to having to question." Glynda stated to which Ozpin hummed.
"If that is where she will be safe? Then that is where we are when it comes down to it." Glynda knew to question when it comes down to it.
She had a lot more to have to understand and all of these problems when it came down to it. Glynda didn't at all understand what to have to do next. They had a plan in place, Ozpin seemed to have to push more and more until it broke like a massive dam and water poured all over the entire Kingdom.
Ruby yawned and closed her eyes before she seemed to look around for now. Ruby was too precious for such a small thing, a bundle of love within her arms. She was not Glynda's child, however. She'd damn well fight for her when their day arrived when their nightmare rained down on them.
"We weren't going to back down if she comes. I just want to have to understand." Glynda stated to which he frowned and slowly started to think of what was coming and how well this was.
"We both know what will be happening when she arrives. I'm going to entrust you will take care of Ms. Rose until then, Glynda." Ozpin added before he shook his head to his head.
It was as clear as the day they had more and more to do with this than was thought… If anything? All this did was remind him that such measures when it was entirely clear such measures were beyond his control, were beyond anyone's control entirely. It was all too clear something had to have been done and had to have been done quickly. If anything? Ozpin hoped or rather prayed that such measures were beyond impossible, beyond even he when it came down to it.
However? To him? almost anything had to be accounted for sooner or later and it was clear sooner was rather than later… much rather than sooner. It was clear more often than not… Yes, if anything. He'd have it all decided sooner or later… Much sooner rather than later and far beyond what he'd possibly call normal for now.
